Containing or focusing on human-like beings with a particular pack dynamic and sexual biology separated into aggressive/dominant alphas, passive/submissive omegas, and normal/"switch" betas. Usually includes animalistic traits such as mating, heat cycles, or even knotting and may or may not be associated with werewolves and/or male pregnancy.
