Course you can "spiffy" it up. Such as
Interations Player: Jack @ Username. With, Jill. @ usernamer Various ways, I'm sure the admins will post up a standard.
Also keep in mind where you are, who's where, etc etc.
For Example someone that SHOULD be in the Red Dawn base, cannot up and jump into a fight in Columbia.
And on the other end characters in the same town, should clarify where they are, IE Inn's, Bedroom's, etc-al. And in some locations, you should not be there. For example, say two players are having "Snu-snu". If you are in the Market, that doesn't mean you can suddenly go "HEY THATS MAH FOOK'N WAIFU!" And walk in on them. On the other hand, if you are in a group, renting a room, and you decide to do this, while your partners are down stairs?
Well Don't be surprised or, RAGE FACE, when they come up and catch you.

I typically put my location on the top of each post, and put my interactions on the bottom of each post with both specific character and a tag of the author. Point being. As long as the info is there, I don't think it's a huge deal where and how you put it. Just do what suits you! :)
