She nodded and found a place to sit. She looked around quietly, taking in everything around her. After a few moments she unsheathed her sword and started to polish it with a cloth produced from a small pouch. She was a bit uneasy as the runes of her sword began to glow dimly. It was never a good sign when they did.

As Johnathan got up to his room, he reached into a hidden compartment and pulled out some special arm bracers. As he put it on, he had the feeling that something was odd. Quickly adjusting the bracers so that they are comfortable, he quickly went downstairs and found Luna. "Did you get the feeling that something is going to happen?"

She looked up at him. "Yes Master....These runes react to possible disaster or oncoming darkness......the last time they pulsed like this a great corruption sprang forth from the ground." Luna said softly, "I have no idea what it could be..."

"Hmm...." Johnathan rubbed his chin in thought. This could be something big. He leaned against a wall, still thinking about what unknown trouble could be ahead.

Luna sat silently, polishing her sword. She was thinking about the last time she had to fight. The last time it was monsters whose very blood could kill a man. She was starting to get very nervous though it only showed in her eyes.

"Well..." Johnathan said before getting himself off the wall. "I hate to throw caution to the wind but we have to find out what this feeling is before it gets too far." With a sigh, Johnathan extended his energies to the arm bracers and caused some jewels to glow a mix of black ink and light blue. "Shall we get moving?"

Luna nodded and put away the cloth. "Of course Master." she said softly, standing up and sheathing her sword. She adjusted her armor quietly.

Johnathan nodded then walked out of the door, waiting for Luna. For the moment, he decided to increase his barrier's strength with a custom seal to keep things away.

Luna followed after him in silence. Her eyes had a slightly red tone around her pupils now.

When they got to the barrier, Johnathan opened it up and let Luna out first. When he stepped out, he closed the barrier. Kneeling, he slammed his hands on the ground and created a magic circle on the barrier itself.

Luna took a deep breath, trying not to think about what the trouble could be. She'd much rather not think about it. She hoped that it was something she hadn't seen before.

"Alright." Johnathan said with a sigh. He stood back up and went over to Luna, the barrier disappearing. "Lets get moving. Can you point us in the direction where that feeling is?"

Luna shook her head. "It's not a place kind of feeling. I just feel like something bad will happen.....not anywhere.....just sometime....I apologize master," she said with a frown. She hated to disappoint him but it was the truth.

"Nah, it's alright." Johnathan said with a nod. "Guess we gotta be ready when it eventually happens. Now let's get going." He said, walking away from the barrier and snowstorm.

Luna followed him still frowning. She hated being unable to help more but it was all she could do to warn him of oncoming danger. She walked with him for some time, seemingly lost in thought. Her mind wandered back to the past, thinking about a certain man she had actually grown fond of. She gave a soft sigh remembering that she was surrounded by mortals so love or affection was out of the question.

As the two walked, Johnathan was thinking about what could happen. Hollows weren't that much of a problem these days...then again, neither was bounty hunters and other species that wanted a piece of him. If it came to it, he would be best to do what could be done.

Luna tried to distract herself by thinking about ANYTHING but the past or the future. She decided to preoccupy herself with getting to know her master's appearance. She took a careful look at him, trying to study everything she could, even the way he walked. Someone had tried to impersonate her previous master before and she refused to be fooled again.

During their walk, Johnathan abruptly stopped. At first, he extended his senses to see if he could find anything only to come up short. Luckily, they were out of the forest leading to Eluna Meadow. Sighing, he decided to think about the time in which someone tried to impersonate him and failed spectacularly. With a chuckle, he continued walking.

Luna had nearly bumped into him but managed to stop herself in time. She watched him, still studying him. She knew the most awkward thing would be studying his face. She tried to think of a good reason to stare at him.

"You Ok back there?" Johnathan looked back at Luna from over shoulder. He had no idea how she was holding up but he knew she was probably good.
