The monster attack is in progress but the plot is not, if we like, we have 2 options.
1) I can force the alpha through the wall now, forcing everyone to react accordingly or
2) We can just time skip
I don't really like option 2 but you're all in the story with me so let me know what you want to do! If you have an idea for a third option do tell me and maybe we could do that instead. I know some of us don't have much to react to right now, I intend on fixing this.
