Edwin heard the intonations of the Arbiter speaking from the dining hall while he walked back to the Zeppelin but wasn't able to make out any of the words because of the distance. He'd probably have to get notes from another delegate.
But, for the second time he heard a muffled distant voice, this time while he was working on washing his clothing. Leaving his cloak soaking in the soapy water Edwin got up small traces of water sprinkled onto his uniform and his sleeves rolled up to his elbows showing off his forearm muscles built from wielding his sword.
Approaching the opening to the zeppelin he was surprised to see a slightly build female elf. Assumingly the one who had spoken. Was she afraid to enter the airship? That would make sense given the incredible breach of edict that would be, especially between warring people. "Greetings.." Edwin tried to search for the name of this elf inside of his catalog of important persons. Unfortunately he didn't match her description with anyone yet, "Madam. If you're looking for the dining hall I believe that you are quite lost. Were you perhaps asking for directions?"
