This allows her to create concentrated areas of pressure of up to about six atmospheres around her body. She can enlarge this pressure pocket away from her and with concentration direct it. However the greater the volume or further away from her body the pocket gets the harder it becomes to maintain.​

- Narced: Anyone who stays in a pressure pocket of air that Samantha has created will start to become "drunk" on nitrogen after a couple of mineuts. How badly people are affected is down to induviduals but nearly everyone suffers physical and mental impairment. Once returned to normal conditions however victims will make a full and equally rapid recovery

- Breathin Easy: With concentration Samantha can seperate gases out from each other. Mostly she uses this to create a small bubbles of oxygen enriched air to breathe allowing her to go longer and harder in a fight

- Thin, Thin Air: With large amounts of effort and concetration Samantha can using a carefully shaped pressure pocket create area of very low pressure. Anyone caught in this low pressure pocket will be suffocated though they will need to be prevented from moving outside the affected area as Samantha is effectively incapacitated while maintaing a low pressure area. Mostly she uses this ability to put out people's cigarettes at parties.​

- Tabloid: "This paper has investigated the past of the have a go hero Rapture and has found a worrying truth. Rapture first appeared eight years ago in London, England but left under a cloud after a bar brawl that she intervened in ended with a passing elderly lady being hospitalised. Since then she has flitted between various cities staying just long enough to stir up trouble before running away from her mess. We can only hope that Rapture reads this paper and realises that she isn't welcome in this city and moves on. If not then our police force must act to remove this menace from the streets."​

- Personal:

• Born the only child of well to do parents in the home counties of England, Samantha had a charmed childhood. The manifestation of her power was welcomed by her parents who were fiercely proud of their daughter.​
• By the age of eleven the wheels started to come off when Samantha failed the entrance exam for a local public school. A child phycologist concluded that while Samantha was undoubtedly intelligent she was also quite lazy and recommended an military school as a way to straighten her out.​
• After struggling to adjust to the new more physical regime Samantha discovered that by using her powers she was able to keep up with and apparently outperform her mostly much larger and stronger peers and got a large thrill out of being able to do so.​
• Aged eighteen she left the school with decent grades and took an offer from a London university. While she had no real interest in further education, the lifestyle of a student appealed to her as she thought it provided the perfect front for a becoming vigilante. Also the parties.​
• For two and a half years this plan worked well and Samantha built the reputation of Rapture by night and scraped her way through university by day. ​
• In the February of her final year she intervened in a pub fight that had spilled out onto the street. While she was dealing with one of the bigger combatants she was knocked into an elderly lady who was in turn knocked into the path of a car. While it was only a minor accident the newspapers demonised Rapture for the accident and made it impossible for her to continue her vigilante activities​
• Unwilling to give up the thrill of vigilantism, upon graduating Samantha moved to America to take up the Rapture mantle again. It was soon after this that she started using a shotgun with non-lethal rounds to try and stack the odds in her favour against much bigger foes.​
• Over the years Samantha has moved multiple times, not as the press make out to get away from her messes but because being a vigilante as well as her natural laziness has made it hard to hold down the jobs which she needs for her visa. She moved to Saint City after cashing in on her aparently posh accent to score a gig as a part time receptionist.​

Ever since birth, Stella carried a very specific and powerful trait to her. Currently, she knows full well of her capabilities and the power she carries, all thanks to the extreme tests that occurred to her during her imprisonment by the members of the Empire of Discord.

Nova's cells can produce more energy than any other human being, a total of 200x a normal human being, on average, and extending, along with other influences, due to adrenaline to a max of nearly 2000x a normal human being's energy producing. The result is an accelerated, nearly superhuman, recovery(healing), learning and reflexes, alongside some other side-effects. Normally, her body produces quite a lot of excess energy, and due to the modifications by the Empire of Discord's scientist, if this excess energy goes unchecked, it can create an effect akin to an atomic bomb explosion that could destroy half the continent. Hence Nova has the necessity to use her skills one way or another. This also makes it so Nova doesn't need to eat or sleep.

SPARTAN Armor... Seriously. Not being able to take out the armor makes day-to-day activities unlikely if not impossible. She is quite literally, everyday, 24/7 using the SPARTAN Armor. As it is, the Spartan Armor has white plating with grey/black underlying armor. It is adorned with four circles on it's back which are the power cells of the armor, usually rotating faster or glowing whenever high amount of energies are on the armor's cells.

On the head piece of the armor is a sharp design with a large mouth-like structure on front of it. Inside this are four circles which are the receptors of the armor that give a live feed for the user and also grant them some other advantages such as thermal detectors and x-ray visors. All is transmitted to a live feed to a screen placed in the eyes of the user, basically being their new eyes, much akin to how a robotic being would see the world.

Not a symbol she is proud of, it represents the Ouroboros Labs from the Empire of Discord under which she was "tested" and became what she currently is. She reluctantly wears it on both her armor and her skin below the armor. It can be found on the armor on her back, and on her skin, burnt on her left chest as a scar.

- Enhanced Strength and Constitution: The SPARTAN Armor grants it's user and increased strength, enough to give them an edge in nearly any form of combat, even against some other superhuman enemies. It also is extremely resistant to damage from most forms, capable of taking even tank shots point-blank while receiving no significant damage.
- Martial Arts Mastery: Extremely skilled in all forms of martial arts, trained to her by someone who was just as much of a master. This has been compared to the Batman multiple times by public, but it has been noted that her intentions when using the Martial Arts are much more deadly than Batman's. She seems to prefer using her Light Blade whenever in close-combat.
- Gun and Gadget Expertise: Capable of using any gun given to her, but seems to prefer one-handed weapons in general. Has mastered the gadgets of the SPARTAN Armor as well as many others due to her inventive mind. Can create her own gadgets from scrap given a few days.

- SPARTAN Light Blade: A small handle that, when active, creates a sword made out of thermal energy that can cut through most materials with ease.
- The Punch Revolver: A revolver modified by Nova to use the energy from the Armor to create bullets. The bullets cause massive damage and can penetrate most metals with ease. They seem to be easily stopped by some other energy shields, however.
- Her own fists: Nova is no stranger to hand-to-hand combat and, if necessary, she won't hesitate to make use of it to fight off enemies in close quarters.
★ GADGETS:
- SPARTAN Armor:
The SPARTAN Armor offers a lot of flexibility but is also able to take a lot, and that's a LOT of damage. It's functions weren't thought out enough for it to be a utility armor, however. It posses only three main functions that are useful to it's user. In it's left armor is a small teleportation pad that allows the user of the armor to instantly teleport to whatever location the pad is fixed on. Upon teleporting, the user leaves behind a realistic hologram for a couple of seconds. The pad can return to it's place by user's command or by being picked up.

On the right hand piece, the armor has a grappling hook. Both gauntlets have an active mode that consumes the armor's energy to generate a concussive field around it that serve as shields temporarily or that can deliver a much stronger blow to push enemies away.

Finally, but least importantly, it also possesses the time warping field, that is currently rendered unusable. When active, the user can transport themselves across time and also manipulate time to some extent. Due to it's catastrophic incident, Nova accidentally destroyed the device, rendering it useless for now. Fixing it would require materials she does not possess at the moment as well, further increasing the unlikeliness of it being used any time soon.

A few days ago, a supposed hero appeared on Gotham city. This hero, donning an Armor using technology never seen in use before anywhere on Earth, allied with the Batman during a fight against the Joker and his minions.

Although we say "allied", it was clear that both the Batman and Robin were surprised by this armored character surging from the shadows with guns and swords to mercilessly attack it's enemies, some have even stated that this "hero" attacked them with the intention to kill.

Soon after the battle, this figure disappeared as quickly as it showed up, to which we never saw it again. It was, however, discovered by Commissioner James Gordon that this figure had killed, in cold blood, many other thieves and small-time criminals, an action that left both, the police and the public, wondering just what kind of "hero" was this... In latest reports by Gordon, the research about this figure rose up the name of "Nova". Whoever this character is, it is someone that we definitely have to be weary of..."

- Personal:
The time traveler comes from a dark, destroyed future in which mercy was the curse that caused the disasters. Her family died soon as she was 4 years old, to an incident that she has no memories of. Under the guise of the Empire of Discord, they took her to labs and tested on her to create a weapon capable of destroying planets or anything that threatened them. Due to their incessant tests an unpredictable accident causes a massive explosion as all the energy that she stored for years was used to create the weapon. The atomic explosion devastates and destroys a bit of the western half of Canada, but erases Alaska from existence, to which point the tremors are felt even in Japan and Russia.

After the explosion, the girl is taken in by a man donning the mantle of the Batman, who, in his attempt to save her, ends up losing both legs during combat. He manages to escape alongside her, however, to Gotham, the current headquarters of the resistance movement called Insurgency.​

You'd never know they were secretly the strongest duo keeping Neon Terror from shattering from the inside out. Both dress unusual. While the man with the scarred eye enjoyed wearing suits and khakis. The man beside him seemed to have the fashion sense for ugly looking old man sweaters, usually of powdery colors, like baby sky blue. With tan colored khakis or cargo's pants. ° He started walking until his passed a kid sitting alone in a park well after hours. He remembered it being a cold winter night and yet the kid wore nothing by a pair of shorts that were short enough to pass for lingerie and a shirt that was too short to cover much of anything.

I was doing it on word so I wouldn't think I would lose it, but I had a system crash. Just an FYI, my computer's slowly eating its own ass out, and having SO MANY memory issues. It's an old laptop. ★ POWER: Rei's arms in spite of the insectoid or arachnid appearance are genetically Reptilian or Amphibian in origin, being a new transformation not much has been gained, other than use of the arms, its theorized water breathing, rejuvenation, or chameleon like cloaking and enhanced strength to be possible. (will likely not have ALL of that when time goes on, unless GM law says to do it)

In practical terms, she posses heightened senses, night vision and reaction speed. Though her physical health seems a bit frail, and her Strength as of now on par with most normal humans. Overall her understanding and use of the powers seems to be premature.

- Covert Training, specializing at infiltration and snipping ops, Rei tends to be rather quiet and quick on her feet. Trained in the use of fire arms, she's known to be a crack shot and spotter.

- Multiple Limbs: Having Multiple limbs is one thing, making use of them is something else, given the webbed nature of the spare fingers, she won't be playing several games of cats cradle.

- Full Barrage: able to utilize all six arms, she can operate up to 4 weapons. In theory six would be possible, but she finds it sensible to use two arms for reloading purposes. This is normally a tactic of last resort or for suppression.

- Tabloid: The Moniker Grimmjaw was given to her by Yakuza and Russian Mafia Groups, apparently her mask has long been in use. Minus her criminal record, and attempts at reformation, we know very little on the masked woman. Though unlike most hero's it seems her actions seem to be at the behest of the government and for pay. Though the arms are something new, not part of her old history. If not for the rifle's and mask, hardly anyone would believe it the same woman.


- Personal:

• Daughter of a Russian and Japanese criminal couple. Smugglers for the most part.
• Grew up in said environment, but given family debts was "employed" at the age of 12. Withdrawn from public school.
• Given violent reaction to child prostitution, in which a client was shot, Yakuza decided to re-purpose her.
• Killed first Victim at the age of thirteen. From that point on this became her life, ended up being operational on loan to the Russian Mafia in exchange for guns or other services. Reportedly was also Active in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
• At the age of 18 had run in with a green shape shifter, given the girls thoughts and her ignorance on right and wrong, this creature decided to observe her from the shadows. With Telepathy and a few misplaced books, he simply instructed the girl to look at the results of the right she served. (Martian Manhunter, not known to her, is funny enough dense to this fact.)
• With this unexpected interference, Rei begins to question the right and wrong in her orders, becoming more picky in her duties. Straining her relationship with the group.
• Age of 20 she decides to break ties from the Yakuza and Mafia, with the disappearance of her family to parts unknown, she no longer had cause to stay loyal. Nor to fear reparations.
• Age of 21, eventually tracked down and captured after a long battle. Drugged and knocked out, she was used for human experimentation. Given this happened at the hands of her old comrades, it did not help her paranoia.
• Would escape the lab through careful study and timing of guard patrols and habits one year later, if by luck, or some other force, she would in the most simple of ways escape by hiding in a cargo crate that was set to be shipped that day. Ending up making a deal with Interpol, in terrible health she would be bed ridden for the next two years, under going therapy in the use of her limbs, given psychological damage she refused further examination into her changes.
• After making good on her plea deal, and verbal support from an unknown official, Rei would be hired as a private contractor for Saint City on behalf of Interpol. Primarily assisting with law enforcement or investigative tasks, the still recovering assassin now uses her powers for the greater good, a task she's carried out till this day. Well provided she can work up the nerve to explore what all was done to her and make use of that power.

You'll find the characters I liked in the DC universe are all villains. Joker, Scarecrow, Bane, oh and they are all often in Batman.
