Yes, their hands did seem to touch for a moment. Though, Lys seemed to react a bit more to that, considering that they more or less held hands earlier. Knowing him, she almost expected him to refuse to let her carry it, but just gave it to her without question. Odd. Very odd.She then noticed that he almost looked like he was rushing out of the room, since he quickly turned to the door when she said that last part, of enjoying talking to him.

"I like talking to you to...and don't worry about it. It's our secret."

Zuri couldn't help but to blush a little bit, hiding under her cap with a gentle smile on her face. ".. Right." She replied, secretly happy that he had said that. Though, Natsume knew too, but hey, it was okay to dream every now and then, right? Right. Zuri followed close behind him, a small smile on her face hidden under her cap. He seemed to appear just slightly more tense now, and she almost was going to ask what was with the sudden tensing, until the door began to knock. Lysander, without giving her a chance to respond, went down first to open the door. There, they found Ryder. That was odd, Ryder was suppose to be at the hospital and all, so what was he doing here?

He looked pretty beat up though, which piked up her curiosity as she quickly went downstairs. No, she didn't trip this time. "Are you alright?" She asked, looking down at Ryder who plopped himself on the seat. They really should get something like a medic for their gang. Zuri was visibly worried for him, but then again, she was like this with pretty much everyone when it came to these sorts of things. She hated seeing people hurt. "Is there anything I could do to help too..?" She was suppose to be helping with the copying, but she found that helping Ryder out was more important at the moment. She was shocked to hear that there was an assassination attempt at a hospital, but she didn't let that show through her expression.

"Well.. For now.. I can try to help you relax a bit.. Does your body hurt?"

Making her way down the street, Evelyn hugged her books tightly to her chest and her eyes remained on the ground. Studying had been particularly trying that day, not because of any level of difficulty of the material, in fact, the material was seemingly trivial to the young genius, but because of the amount of new faces on her course. They were nice people, truth be told, but it did unnerve the girl how overly-friendly some of them were. One of the males had grabbed her hand and kissed it as a way of introduction. Of course, she informed him of how unhygienic such an action was but he didn't seem to be perturbed by that information. Shaking her head, she sighed deeply before looking back to where she was going. The streets were gradually becoming less busy as the day progressed - the lunch rush hour a distant memory. Outside of her college, she had heard the sounds of sirens and helicopters, such troubling and horrible noises. The thought that it may have been the cause of some of her friends had crossed her mind, though she whole-heartedly prayed for the opposite.

"Maybe I should visit them," she spoke to herself in a mutter, more as if she were just thinking aloud. It didn't take much time for her contemplation to become solid decision as her heart began to race with fear. She made her way in the direction of Tanaka's house - or the 'Headquarters' as they liked to call it. She hated feeling worried and scared. The thought that Tatsu may have been arrested or worse was stuck at the forefront of her mind and caused her body to itch all over. Maybe it wasn't Tatsu and one of the others. Granted, it wouldn't be the first time she had patched some of the members of the gang up but then they had come to her - no need for stress on her part. Now, their status was unknown. She needed to be sure. It was a short walk from where she was, the pleasant weather making the trip somewhat enjoyable as Canon in D hummed through the speakers of her earphones. She knocked briskly on the door thrice before removing her earphones and assuming a demure, polite stance as she waited for a response. "Please be okay, everyone."

[bg=#000000]Luca muttered tiredly as he lay there with Cas. He was extremely thankful for Cas' considerate words, snuggling closer to him on the bed. He felt more comfortable than he had all day. It was crazy to think how much he had changed in such a short time. And now he was here with Cas, letting himself be comforted. He crawled closer to Cas, aligning their faces with a small smile. He did, despite his words, dip a hand into the bowl, picking out a strawberry that wasn't covered in whipped cream and chocolate, eating it with a gaze in Cas' direction.

"There, I ate one. So what are you going to do about it?" He smiled as he crawled on top of Cas, knowing that his weight was hardly enough to bother someone like Cas. He felt like sleeping, even though it wasn't even close to the right time for sleeping. He wondered if Cas would blame him if he just fell asleep in this awkward position. Cas would probably not mind it much, but Luca decided against it regardless. He kissed Cas gently on the cheek, his hand reaching down to grasp Cas' slightly larger one. He squeezed gently, as if reassuring himself that Cas was really there.

"You're going to eat those strawberries, and then you're going to fall asleep with me. I'm going to kill you if you move right now." Luca commented. It wasn't day out anyways, but if Cas really wanted to move for something, Luca wouldn't stop him. He really did want to stay like this for as long as possible, though. He sighed, knowing that it was a bad idea to be so lazy all the time. He pouted as he slowly sat up, hovering above Cas with a little smile. "Well... dinner first, right?"

They hadn't eaten anything (but diabetes-strawberries) since they got home, so they probably needed to cook up at least something before they decided to go to sleep. Otherwise they'd regret it when they woke up at like 3 AM extremely hungry. He stretched as he looked around the room, walking over to turn off his computer for the day. They needed to stop worrying. They still had time, and obviously with Natsume in the lead they wouldn't be completely out of options. She was a good leader, and she would definitely somehow pull the Tanaka Gang through this incredible mess. Luca ruffled his hair as he stared at the door.

"Well if you're just going to lie there with your precious diabetes bomb, I'll go make some dinner for us." He grinned as he pushed his way out of the door to Cas' room, walking towards the kitchen almost numbly. He knew Cas' house in and out, they practically lived at each other's places anyway. He looked through the cabinets and decided on some sandwiches. He began cooking the various things they could put in the sandwiches, gradually littering the dining table with small plates. Lastly, he heated the bread in the oven, cutting up a few pieces for them. That's when he ran upstairs, still wearing his apron, practically dragging Cas by the arm down to the dining room.

"You can't live off of extremely sugar-coated strawberries, y'know. Now eat something proper, you idiot." Luca needed to just sit back and care for Cas for a moment to stop thinking about everything else that was going on. He was relieved that he could distract himself this well and make this day a little less gloomy for everyone. "Let's go back to the hideout tomorrow as soon as we get up." That's when Luca finally looked down himself and realized that he was not only wearing an apron, but also the dress that Cas had forced him in earlier. He'd completely forgotten that he was wearing it.

"And I'm not wearing this, alright?" [/bg]

[warning=red]PROJECT DELTA[/warning]
Alpha
P R O J E C T . D E L T A - A L P H A
ılıll|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|̲̅̅=̲̅̅|̲̅̅●̲̅̅|llılı

Day XX
Today, Delta seems to be bashful. They are trying to move around, however, we got them in the metal coffin. Luckily, we were able to cut off their main communication systems, and so they will be unable to communicate with others, and will be unable to use their 'Delta' in a 20 ft radius. However, we had to reduce it to 5 ft temporarily, but they are able to repair themselves from within, much like how a human's immune system. I am afraid that Delta is evolving far too much, as we had created them to evolve much like a human would. The government insists that we keep them under control, but I am afraid that they will attempt to rebel and possibly destroy the lab. Despite there being immense security measures for their case in particular, it seems as though that the government is underestimating their power. I have been keeping Delta under my watch since they were built, and I've seen what they do. I've seen how they win wars. It's terrible, horrible. I don't know why the government is even going through with this. That.. That mad man! I can only hope to survive for long enough to be able to--

The writing is no longer readable from that point.

The white haired, child-like machine was reading the paper, almost as though there were expecting something else. They were no longer kept in a coffin, more like they were allowed to roam freely at the cost of behaving, which they could agree to. They had not attacked any scientists, but they also said that they must be allowed to keep her in to do research on her. Should they break their vow, Delta will be able to kill them all off, which they would gladly do should the time come. In all honesty, Delta hated humans, with a passion. They wanted no more than for humans to watch their own kind slaughter themselves, but not even that much would bring them joy. Suddenly, in the midst of their train of thought, a man in a white lab coat came in, along with five other men. They all looked hostile.

"D-Delta.." The man said, as the robot slowly got up and looked up at the man. They didn't answer. ".. You need to go.. Outside again." At this, Delta quickly stood in a fighting stance, and their black bracelet & anklets began to rebuild themselves so that guns were attached, and they aimed it at the men near the scientist. "... Why should we go?" Alpha asked, in a fairly, soft voice. No one would be able to tell that they weren't deadly, save the guns on their wrists and ankles. The men became defensive, but the scientists attempted to calm them down. "A-Alpha, please.. This isn't another war, I promise. This is more of a small matter.. We just need you to patrol a town with Detective Kimura." The man said, and Delta/Alpha slowly lowered their weapons, and returned them to normal. "So? What do we get out of this?" They asked, and the scientist quickly pulled out a laptop, and began to show it to them. Delta did not have anything else active at the time. "You see.. Since this is a small matter, we want to see how you would interact with people outside the lab. Of course, you are forbidden to attack citizens, pedestrians, and criminals. However, you must be under Detective Kimura's command at all times. If you can show us that you can handle being in the public without being realized as a robot, then we can allow you to walk amongst the other people with ease! What do you say? It's more freedom for you!"

Delta paused for a moment, their bright, orange red eyes flickering to process what they were being told. "... Fine. But only because we respect you, doctor. We will go out, to enjoy our freedom, but we will not follow the orders of Detective Kimura unless he were to earn our respect." They concluded, and one of the larger men went on an outburst.

"Hey! Who are you to talk so badly about the detective?! I could just beat you to a pulp if I wanted to! You little!--" At that moment, Delta held up a holster to the man's head, their finger on the trigger. ".. We don't like this person. One more peep from them, and we'll blow them, along with this entire lab, to where they call 'sky-high'." Their threat may not have sounded serious from a little girl, but all of those who worked for them, knew that they were serious. "S-Sir.. Please.."
"Hell no am I going to fall down because of a little robot, who thinks she's all that because she has a gun!" The police man pulled out his own gun, causing Delta's metal plating to move themselves, creating something that looked like an antennae. As the man attempted to pull the trigger, his gun appeared not to be listening. It was as though it were jammed. "What the hell?!"
"... We'll give you until the count of three."
1
"As if!" The man attempted to lunge for them robot, who was able to quickly move to the side and watch the man fall to the ground.

2
"Get back here you little!" The other police men were trying to help the other one, but the scientist just stood there, cowering in fear.

3
".. Still not giving up? Fine then." The robot pulled out the guns from their own black 'armor like plates'. The guns began to shoot, and they mainly participated in hand in hand combat while the guns were shooting from close range. They were easily able to kill those men, even if they had protectors, and helmets. The robot was dirtied by blood, and they reeked with the scent of human. "We're going to clean ourselves up." Their skirt was pulled back by the scientist, who had a mortified expression on their face. "Y-You.. Don't think of those people's families? Are you really that much of a killer.. Like the myths?" Delta looked down at the man, but didn't answer. All they did was look down at the ground in front of them, silently admitting that they were. "And whose fault do you think that is?"

With that, they escorted themselves to the outside, greeted by others. They were cleaned up, freshened up, and had a thin layer of human, skin colored paint on their skin. They looked purely identical to a human, and had the brains and consciousness to pull it off. "We will return, soon enough."

That was a lie.

Meanwhile, in the main communications room, a man in one of the stations began to call over to Detective Kimura's branch. "Erm, excuse me, sir? We will be sending a certain little officer to your branch for back-up. Please note that this is her... Er... First mission, so please be softer on her. Of course, I know that you aren't the type to be soft to just one person, but she's a... Special case. If there are any issues with her, any that you would see, please, contact us quickly, and we will send back-up."

Then there was something that people may, or may not would have wanted to hear. "You wouldn't be able to face it alone."

"And we'll make sure of that."

Kuro had completely skipped out on school. There was a disturbing lack of coffee at his place as he hadn't gone out to buy materials in a while, so he figured he'd just sleep in. Sleep in he did, not rousing from his sleep until about one in the afternoon.

Slinking out of bed, he stretched his arms out with a yawn. Even though he'd slept so long, it still felt pretty awful to be waking up without a heavy dose of caffeine. Of course, he insisted he wasn't a coffee addict, just a coffee lover. Evidently there was some sort of difference. Getting dressed and all that, he finally made his way out of the house. The coffee wouldn't replenish itself, and he couldn't make it out of nothing.

A few yawns later, Kuro was at the grocery store. The walk to the place wasn't far, which was nice. Rubbing his eyes, he stared down some canned coffee. It wasn't great, but it worked for when he felt lazy or needed a lot of drinks at once. Grabbing a modest amount of 20 cans or so, he chucked them in his cart before moving on. The boy began searching for some decent beans for when he wasn't in a rush. Couldn't always just throw the gang members canned coffee anyway, or his "job" would be utterly pointless. But since he shopped for the same thing quite often, it didn't take very long.

"That'll be $90."

Expensive as hell for coffee, but since he only had to go about once a month it wasn't bad. It was kind of like a monthly bill, but for coffee instead of something like electricity or water. Kuro didn't mind much, though. Coffee was an important aspect of his life, after all.

Walking out of the store, bag in hand, he decided to head to that old abandoned building everyone hung out in. Or headquarters, as they called it sometimes. Whatever worked. But he didn't walk far before he noticed a familiar face.

"Catch."

A can of coffee flew straight at Ayaka's face.

And from its source stood Kuro, arm still outstretched from chucking the coffee over.

"Whatcha hanging 'round here for?"

KIMURA TATSUJIN

@Siegdrake

Ryuuichu had a penchant for smelling trouble. Call it a sixth sense. He knew something bad would happen even before it even began. Although, in the Ryuuichi's case, he could never discern if it was just intuition or paranoia--he trusted his gut. It was the only thing he would listen to that defied logistical reasoning, and he'd follow it till the end.

"Hello, Ryuuichi-kun."

In this case, trouble was in the form of a certain person--a lone figure that he hadn't seen in atleast two years now.

"Kimura-san." Now Ryuuichi was known to never get too sentimental with the past but he'd make this an execption. Ah, how long has it been since the last time he'd had seen Kimura entered through the door of this humble little shop? Two years? He'd still remember him being all awkward when he first came here. Ryuuichi was in his first year in highschool and Kimura was still getting his life together. "Eh? So it's true that the camera does add ten pounds, huh? But rather than gaining, it looks like you've lost weight." Ryuuichi commented on Kimura's physique as he welcome him in the shop.

Kimura didn't look as if he changed since the last time they saw each other. Though the one that clearly change was Ryuuichi--he got taller. He remembered they were about eye level with Kimura being an inch taller than him. Never did he ever thought that he would out grow Kimura by alot in two years. And who knows? Ryuuichi would still continue to grow taller. He is still seventeen afterall.

In regards to what the others (the members of the Tanaka Gang) might think of Kimura's return, Ryuuichi was actually happy that Kimura came back--not because Ryuuichi knew he became an officer of the law, but he was glad to actually see his friend again, and is looking well, and safe.

"It's been awhile since we last seen each other, huh? Honestly, I didn't even knew that you even left." Ryuuichi said while finishing up arranging the tulips. "Want some tea? I just finished boiling some jasmine leaves." The florist offered. "You're quite the celebrity now, didn't you know? The news won't shut up about you. They keep saying, Kimura-san did this, and Kimura-san did that. Kimura-san the 'hero'. It's all over the place." He said while pouring themselves a cup of tea.

Natsume watched as most of the others were starting to leave for things. She looked over at Tatsu when he asked if there was anything he could do because he didn't want to be sitting around and doing nothing. "When the files about the gang members are finished, I want you to make sure the police get the changed ones back. Just don't get caught, I don't want to have to pull some strings to get you out of jail. Kimura knows most of us, but he could at least think that some things have changed in the past with that information. It will at least trip up most of his men." For now, there wasn't much they could do at the moment. Natsume had to take more time to plan and there was no doubt that Kimura and she were going to end up meeting at some point.

It was then that others were knocking on the door and everyone else who had went upstairs had come back; first there was Ryder which was a slight surprise until he gave the information about assassins. "They were trying to get rid of you no doubt, most likely in league with that other gang since you weren't finished off in the crash." He still looked pretty beat up and worn out with his injuries, luckily their medic had knocked on their door as well.

Natsume went over and let the woman in. "Ryder needs some checking out but other than that everything alright. No need to worry Evelyn." Ryder was hurt but he had gotten mostly fixed up at the hospital, so he should be fine with a little extra help from Evelyn. Meanwhile, Natsume needed to think about the fact that there were assassins that came to the hospital. That meant they knew where Ryder was and it didn't take long. They were getting a lot of information and fast, meaning they could easily know what the other members were doing. Natsume needed to get rid of them first, and then work on the fact of Kimura coming back. There was a lot going on and Natsume knew many of the others would be getting worried. She was their leader, she was going to do everything in order to make sure that they would settle and feel more comfortable again.

Natsume looked over at the time, noticing that it was getting later. "To be careful most of you shouldn't be traveling too late at night alone unless you are extremely well at combat and definitely not when injured either. It would be best if most of you start heading home unless you plan to spend the night." There were a few people who had lived at the HQ before, even Zuri did at the moment and there were plenty of other times that people had stayed over even Natsume before. She didn't mind, she just wanted to make sure everyone was safe. She was a gang leader who was feared by many, but that didn't mean she didn't care about people. In fact, she cared a lot about her members and saw them as her family.

[/bg]

Kimura? Oh boy. That wasn't good. But that problem would eventually solve itself later on down the road, right now. This New Gang needed to be taken care, and since they knew he was at the hospital meant someone leaked information...A source turned rogue? A traitor in the gang? The possibilities were endless. All of them bad. And as for personal safety, he'll spend the night, afterall. If he was followed back to his home, and his caretaker got hurt because of him, he'd not be able to carry that guilt. Besides, he needed to work on his tape recorder for his sign language is more rusty than Christian Stuart's range of facial expressions. He also needed to find a new means of transportation before his bike was fixed if it was indeed salvageable. Something that when crashed wouldn't throw his head over heels.....A car perhaps.....? But, if he went with that option, it'd look weird if he went around driving in a car with a motorcycle helmet on. Infact, it was almost like he was painting a giant red target on himself...

Sighing once more, he looked at his cast. Only one more day before it could come off, but it'd be a right pain in the arse once that happened. For the doctors said he'd be in pain if he did take it off that early. But he didn't care, the sooner he was able to defend himself and the gang, the better. Putting all the serious stuff aside. If anyone else was going to spend the night, should they watch a movie....He did have a 'small' collection of movies in his trunk. -Trunk as in chest.- Which was in the garage, right under his workbench. Should have a bunch of new movies like Jurassic World or something like that along with a few 80s to 90s movies. Not unless someone has helped themselves to those movies.

Evelyn breathed a sigh of relief as the door peeled open and Natsume stood there, seemingly fine. There were no cuts or abrasions to note as Evelyn did a quick assessment of the girl. Despite her shifting eyes, Evelyn's almost blank facial expression did not change. Stepping inside, she contorted her face in confusion as Natsume began to speak.

"Ryder needs some checking out but other than that everything alright. No need to worry Evelyn."

Checking out? she thought curiously to herself, why would I check him out? It only clicked with the girl when she noticed Ryder sitting there with his arm in a cast. She hummed in thought before proceeding straight over to him, kneeling down and pressing the creases out of her skirt.

"What did you do?" she asked. She cocked her head to one side as she waited for his response, blonde wisps of her thick hair hanging down over her shoulder and her rich mahogany eyes staring straight at him.

Tatsu nodded affirmatively as Natsume gave him the instructions. "Consider it done," he confirmed. Sitting back in his seat, his eyes drifted to the door as three sharp knocks interrupted Natsume's conversation with Ryder. "Evelyn?" he queried as the blonde girl walked into the room. Despite his confusion as to her sudden arrival, a smile broadened across his face as she set straight about her task - no time sacrificed for pleasantries. How very Evelyn. Watching her work, a large yawn escaped his lips as if out of nowhere. Checking the time on his phone, his eyebrows raised in alarm. This early and I'm this tired? He sighed abruptly. Shouganai. Bidding his farewells, he made his way upstairs and to his room, shutting the door behind him. After stripping off, he hopped in bed, snuggling up to try and get some sleep - or at least that was the plan. In truth, the whole situation surrounding Kimura's return remained at the forefront of his mind, keeping him awake. It was going to be a long night.[/fieldbox]

Ryuuichi Hanayuki.

He was his go-to man whenever he wanted to purchase good flowers. Why would he buy them, you ask? It's because he is usually ordered around by the gang's female members to buy flowers for them. Especially Fujiko. The girl loved flower crowns, and Ryuu certainly knew how to make them. He admired his sense of "being normal", something which he always aspired to be.

Unfortunately, that life is long gone and unattainable anymore.

"Ehhhh...? Oh, that. I guess I haven't eaten so much during training. Heheh." He rubbed his own hair out of embarrassment over Ryuu's statement. For someone who looked all cool, calm and collected, it seemed that Kimura didn't let go of his previous shy demeanor. "It seems that your flowers are as top-quality as usual. Been a long while since I've last seen 'em. I'm glad you're keeping this place in tip-top shape." Kimura flashed a cheerful smile towards him. If it wasn't for his status as the Dreaded Policeman, it would be almost impossible to tell him apart from his true colors due to that smile.

"... I just had to chase my dream, that's all." At least, that's was what he was supposed to say in response to the florist's statement of leaving without his prior knowledge. Kimura was interrupted by his humble house offering.

"Want some tea? I just finished boiling some Jasmine leaves."

"Ah. Don't mind if I do. Thank you."

Kimura sat down on one of the wooden seats as he observed his surroundings. This sure is a nice place, for a flower shop. Surrounded by all these flowers, it wouldn't be an exaggeration to call the place as somewhere "better than a garden". Ryuuichi returned with said tea, pouring their glass cups as he spoke.

"You're quite the celebrity now, didn't you know? The news won't shut up about you. They keep saying, Kimura-san did this, and Kimura-san did that. Kimura-san the 'hero'. It's all over the place."

Kimura took the humble cup of green tea with gratitude, closing his eyes and sipping from said cup while listening to his statement. "Ahahaha... I guess that's what the mass media can do to you, huh? I'm just a plain old policeman and I get all the attention already. I really don't think I'd want it though. I might end up being a target, after all. Though I really have no power when it comes to stopping these news people. I have no choice." Kimura placed down the warm cup as he finished.

"The reason I'm here is that I want to purchase a Wisteria Flower Crown. Of course, you know who it's for right?" Kimura knew that Ryuu was used to his purchase of Flower Crowns. Mostly for Telsa and Fujiko, but the Wisteria Flower Crown was certainly meant for the latter.

*BZZT BZZT*

As he made his order, Kimura was yet again interrupted. This time, it was by his walkie-talkie. "Oh, uh... Pardon me." Kimura stood up as he navigated towards the shop's exit. He then picked up the apparatus, placing it near his lip.

"Kimura here. Any problems?"

"Sir! Rosedale branch here. Someone from the Science branch wishes to speak with you."

"..." Kimura expected a call from them one of these days, but he never anticipated it to be this instant. "Connect me to them."

"Yes Sir!"

*BZZT* *KRK*

"Erm, excuse me sir? We will be sending a certain little officer to your branch for back-up. Please note that this is her... Er... First mission, so please be softer on her. Of course, I know that you aren't the type to be soft to just one person, but she's a... Special case. If there are any issues with her, any that you would see, please, contact us quickly, and we will send back-up."

"Ahh, I see."

"You wouldn't be able to face it alone."

"..." Kimura knew that this was certainly that Project Delta he was informed with. Commanded to subjugate violent groups while minimizing losses, it would certainly be a great asset to them.

"Tell her to meet me at the Rosedale Warehouse tomorrow or the day after. I just have some things to deal with today. Just inform me when she will be arriving here. Thank you."

*KRK*

"... Interesting." Placing down his walkie-talkie, he went back inside and back to his seat. "Sorry about that."

Lord knows how long Fujiko was sitting on the grass, her lap now filled with tons of flower crown made out of wild flowers. She knew she didn't need that much but making flower crowns makes her forget about about time and maes her forget everything around her. It helps her cope up with everything: her sickness, her loneliness, the gang, the lab and most of all, the loss of her so called brother. She knew its been years since he left without a word but that doesn't mean she moved on. He was her best friend, her confidant, someone who kept her sane. She was dependent on him and now that he's gone; she can feel herself getting worse both physically and mentally.

"Stop thinking about him. He's gone" she reminded herself, standing up and letting the flower crowns fall off of her lap. She didn't notice that it was already dark and as soon as she looked up at the night sky, she cursed herself. The night was so beautiful and perfect with its stars twinkling and the moon glowing, reminding her of the days they used to watch the night sky and point out constellations. Why must everything remind her of him? She then head back inside the HQ with the flower crowns now forgotten, heading up upstairs to sleep in her room. She decided to just spend the night at HQ then go back to her apartment after breakfast. Taking a quick shower and changing into a night gown, she whispered herself good night before heading to bed, closing her eyes and drifting off to sleep.

Morning came and Fujiko woke up feeling slightly more dizzy than the previous mornings, her head pounding like her brain wanted to escape her skull. She knew she should have gone home and took her medications but shrugged it off. She was going to die eventually so why take medicine? She hopped off the bed and headed to the bathroom for a bath, then shed her night gown and changed into a white sundress before taking a hairbrush to fix her hair. She decided not to wear a flower crown today, afraid that it will add some weight to her already hewvy feeling head. She then headed downstairs and made pancakes for everyone, wrote a note saying good morning before taking a plate of pancakes drizzled with maple syrup and a glass of orange juice out the backyard to eat her breakfast in peace.

Lysander walked over to the table and started to get to work on making the copies. He would make sure he could get everything done tonight if he could, the faster Tatsu got the files back to the police station the better. Lysander looked up to see Evelyn walk in and look over Ryder, that at least made Lys feel a little better. He wasn't good at anything medical, Alex normally patched him up the best she could. "To be careful most of you shouldn't be traveling too late at night alone unless you are extremely well at combat and definitely not when injured either. It would be best if most of you start heading home unless you plan to spend the night." Lysander looked at all the files he would have to work on, it would be better to just stay and handle it all here instead of transporting it back and forth from his and Alex's apartment. "I'll stay the night, it's going to be a long night getting all of these files copied and changed anyway." At least this way he could make sure everything would be ready for Tatsu by morning. Lysander pulled out his phone and texted Alex to let her know. 'Staying at HQ tonight a lot of work to get done by morning. Don't stay out to late and be careful on your way home. See you at tomorrows meeting' Once the message was sent he went back to work.

It took most of the night to get all of the files copied but with Zuri's help it was much quicker then it would of been. Around 2am he had told Zuri it was fine for her to go to sleep and that he could make the changes by himself. Working for a few more hours, Lys finally finished with everything that needed to be done. Lysander paced everything up, placing all the altered files in a folder he put a note on it for Tatsu so the runner new which was for him. The rest he placed neatly to the side for Natsume to give to whoever would store the paper copies. once he was finished with everything Lysander made his way up to one of the spare rooms to get some much needed sleep.

Yes, yes, fuck everything it was.

Zuri ended up leaving Ryder to Evelyn, who knew what she was doing. Now, Zuri would have done better with animals, since she knew like, nothing about humans and how their bodies worked. Hey, maybe she'll become a vet when she went into university, but too much school and too much learning. It was annoying. Well, anyways, she returned to Lys, and began to help him out with the copying. When Natsume suggested that everyone to be careful, Zuri nodded in agreement. She would also have to be more careful when visiting other animals, and she had to go visit the sewers so that she could give the rats their promised cheese.

Gross, but she promised.

When Lys mentioned that he would stay as well, Zuri looked pretty happy for the rest of the time, since it wasn't often that Lysander would agree to stay. Wait a moment, she wasn't usually this happy when she heard that someone was going to stay in hq. Like, Tatsu practically lived with her, since they both lived in the HQ. Of course, Tatsu knew better than to do anything, and they never really spoke to each other. Hell, Zuri usually just went down to eat dinner by herself. She more or less knew Tatsu's routine, and he was never in the HQ since he was always running.

So why was she so excited to hear that Lys would be staying? It didn't make sense.

She chose not to stay so focused on it, there were papers to be copied! Most of the night was spent copying papers, and Lys eventually told her to go to bed, and he could continue copying. She was a little reluctant at first, but she eventually fell asleep on the couch while copying. If Lys had woken her up, she would have carefully made it up the stairs and to her room, not even bothering to change into her pyjamas since she was beat and collapsed on her bed.

"Hu--Kya?!"

With barely enough time to react, Ayaka was just about able to catch the can coming her way out of nowhere, instinctively taking a step back as she would do so. For a moment there, it was almost like her heart was about to skip a beat, but Ayaka managed to compose herself as she held the can of coffee in her hands.

Where did this come from? As she asked herself that question, the voice of a familiar guy could be heard, and before she knew it, there stood Kuro. Well, fancy meeting another gang member here.

But first off...

"W-What's wrong with you?! Can't you say hello like a normal person?!"

Nice girl as always. And just to think she almost acted nice when she was with Haru and Avery earlier.

With a sigh in order to compose herself, Ayaka wordlessly opened the can, taking a sip of the beverage, before deciding to answer the young man's question.

"I was just... gathering info. That's all that you should concern yourself with," Ayaka said, looking away as she spoke, before clearing her throat, "And I assume you were just here for one of these... tart drinks?" She asked, commenting on Kuro's ever-present affinity for coffee.

Ryder unfortunately did not have his tape recorder seeing it still needed repairs, and he couldn't speak. So he did the only thing sensible. He tried his luck with sign. Taking a long time to make a few letters that would join into words. He hoped Evelyn would be able to understand sign language.
"I did not do much to injure me. Drug from surgery has not worn off yet. Which is why I am limping." A rough translation of what he 'said'. Signed? Whichever the term was.

After 'communing' his message, he would've just sat there, but instead. He decided to give himself a minor checkup to make sure there some hidden or unseen injuries that had been inflicted upon without him noticing.

Evelyn scrunched her face up as Ryder tried to communicate in sign language, sighing as her head dropped forward and shook almost despairingly. She recognised some of what he was trying to communicate but not all of it. "I only know British Sign Language." She watched curiously as he gave himself a check over, her eyes locking onto the critical areas such as his ribs and kidneys. While he didn't seem to be injured extensively, such a near scrape would likely result in pain or stiffness in the coming days. Rising to her feet, she pressed the creases from her skirt once more in a ritualistic fashion. "You'll need to take supplements of paracetamol and possibly ibuprofen if you encounter swelling or pain. You should be fine," she concluded before looking over to Natsume. "Does this mean that I should be staying, also?" The question came with a blatant lack of emotion. Whether it was just that she wasn't bothered where she stayed was unclear, however. "If I'm staying, I'll need to go to the shop to purchase some personal hygiene supplies."

"There, I ate one. So what are you going to do about it?"

"You didn't even take one of the good ones! That one was so...plain and healthy," Cas immediately fired back with a small pout as Luca switched their position, crawling on top of him, so he was lying flat on his back now. "I did say you could have one, so I'm not really going to do anything about it," he continued as he stared up into golden eyes. Unconsciously, he rested his hands upon the small waist that belonged to his small boyfriend. His mind wandered about exactly how small Luca was. How effeminate and cute he looked now, yet tough and nonchalant on a regular basis. How he isn't as terrifying as people think. At least, not to the assassin. He was pulled out of his thoughts when he felt lips press gently against his cheek, erasing the glazed look that overtook his eyes. A small smile formed on his lips as he let one of his hands intertwined with Luca's, squeezing back when he was squeezed himself. It was a habit of his—squeezing others hands.

"Sheesh, you're being awfully demanding today, aren't you?" Cas stated. He resisted the urge to do the exact opposite of what the blonde said, deciding that he'd cater to his every whim instead of spiting him. I'll be nice. His hand dipped into his bowl full of strawberries and brought one that was drenched in chocolate and coated with whip cream to his mouth. He couldn't believe that people ate strawberries plain, despite him doing the same thing sometimes. But what he was holding between his fingers was so much better! He hummed softly as he bit into it, juices slightly running down his chin, but he licked it up quickly as he finished off the strawberry in one more bite. He was content to just lay and get full off of his bowl of strawberries, but Luca decided that an actual dinner was in order. It made him pout around another strawberry as his boyfriend sat up, smiling down at him. "No. No dinner first. I have my strawberries, so I don't need anything else," he tried to reason, and failed, as Luca got to his feet.

The blue-haired teen continued to pout and nibble solemnly on his strawberries as he watched Luca shut his computer down, pushing anything and everything gang related away from his mind for the rest of the night. At Luca's words, Cas immediately voiced his protest. "It's not a diabetes bomb! And I'd enjoy it a lot more if you came back to lay with me." He stretched out his arms in Luca's direction and made childish grabby motions with his hands, but even that didn't stop his boyfriend from disappearing out of his room and towards the kitchen. His arms fell back to his sides as he sighed in a defeated way. He might as well enjoy his "diabetes bomb" while he could, picking up the pace with eating them. He had just picked up his last one when Luca had came bursting through his room once more, donning an apron this time. Housewife Lulu. Lulu looks like a housewife, he thought numbly as he finished his strawberry before being dragged out of his room and to the dining room.

"Ooooh~! Sandwiches, my favorite!" Cas exclaimed as he laid eyes on the dining table. He immediately began to make himself two sandwiches, putting everything that he could on them. Well, everything that he liked. He sat in an empty seat and took a bite out of one of his sandwiches, pleased with the taste. "I can live off of it. As long as it makes me full, I'll survive," he stated, after he swallowed, but didn't truly mind eating something besides his strawberries. Especially when it tasted this delicious. He placed his sandwich down and reached out for Luca, pulling him to sit on his lap while he snaked his arms around his waist. "Sure thing. And of course you're not wearing this. I think it's best that only I get to see this side of you," he stated. "It's only right for your future husband to see such a housewife-y side of you," he teased with a playful grin before pressing a kiss to the blonde's lips. "Thank you for dinner. It's delicious. You should let me feed you!" He suggested cheerfully, already picking up his unbitten sandwich and offering it. "And you could feed me, too~!"

⌈ Leon Parker | Secret Weapon | 18 | Male | With Remi ⌋
"This is so tasty, you're the best Leon. You always know what to get for me!"

Upon hearing those words, Leon blushed in embarrassment and looked down at his drink. Then again, anyone would react that way after hearing their crush say something like that. Looking back up at Remi, he chuckled. "Well, of course. I love learning new things about you." To others, that would sound like a love confession, but Leon knew Remi, which meant he knew she wouldn't think of it that way. After taking a drink of his coffee, Leon set it down and leaned back in his chair. After placing one arm on the back of the chair, he looked at Remi. "Now, you didn't hear this from me but the Overseer's are on the move. Apparently, they were last spotted at Lander Park." As he spoke, Leon already knew that those around him other than Remi wouldn't understand the gibberish he had just uttered. After all, they were all normal and couldn't see what they saw. Leon enjoyed playing these games with Remi, and knew full well she thought of them as reality. Without even realizing it, that fantasy world had become part of his own so in a way, him and Remi were connected. If only by the magic that is the Great Destine, which is what they call Destiny. Standing up, Leon extended a hand out towards Remi. "As the Novanna Dragon, it is my duty to fight such criminals as those. I ask you here in now, if you will join me on such a dangerous mission in order to preserve the peace of humanity. As a proud Dragon, I promise to serve and protect you accordingly upon doing so. So I ask you once more. Will you join me?" The tone of voice Leon used showed he was serious about the proposition he had just made. He could feel the stares of people as they burned into his skin, but he didn't dare look away from the entrancing yellow eyes of Remi. While it was strange to those around them, that made Leon more happy than anything else. It meant they shared something greater than what the normal people called Friendship. They had created a contract upon meeting, well, Remi did. But as time went on, the contract became stronger. To the point it can't be broken unless they create a new one.

⌈ Vince Monroe | Council Leader | 17 | Male | With Mari & Natsume ⌋
The familiar buzz coming from his jean pockets caused Vince to slip his phone out from his back pocket and unlock it. Upon opening it he saw he had a message and opened it up curiously. What he saw surprised him as much as it made him sad. He had gotten a text from his crush, but she thought he was on a date with lil Mari before him.
To Suishou
Date? I merely met Mari here, as she called out for one to save her from boredom. If I had to, I'd much rather drop down dead to protect you from whatever may ail you.
Sincerely Yours Truly,
Vince

Once he wrote his text, Vince quickly sent send. He didn't want Suishou to think he was dating anyone, cause that'd ruin his chances with the girl he loved most. At first, things were cool and they were good friends. But then it became something more until his heart would pound every time her name was spoken. After he sent it, he looked up to see a cute pouty face that Mari was making. He listened to her statement and watched with a smile as she stole a bite of his ice cream. Upon seeing her reaction to the taste, he chuckled softly. ''Satisfied your highness?'' He asked, his voice smooth like honey. After the question was in the air, he felt his phone buzz again. Looking, he saw it was from Ryuu-Kun this time. After reading it, he smiled. He quickly texted back 'it's cool', before looking up when hearing the familiar voice of Natsu-Chan. Quirking a brow as he listened to her, Vince wished she wouldn't have showed up now of all times. "We aren't dating, Nastu-Chan. You know I like someone else." He told her calmly, though his eyes showed warning. He hated when people mistook him dating someone when he wasn't. Was the world so screwed up that two friends of the opposite sex couldn't hang out and just be friends? The thought pissed him off, but he made sure to be careful and not show it.

⌈ Azalea Monroe | The Giver | 16 | Female | With Telsa ⌋
Looking up from her books, Azalea saw Telsa run through the house and into her room. At first she didn't pay it any heed, but then she heard soft sobs coming from her room. Worried, Azalea stood up from the table and made her way to her sisters room. She watched her for a few seconds before knocking softly on the door. Walking in, Azalea sat down next to Telsa and ran her hand over her head. "Shh, don't cry. What happened?" She asked, keeping herself calm. Her voice was soothing, in her attempt to calm her poor sister down so she could hear what was going on. It was normal for her sister to cry, but sobbing like this didn't happen as often.

Yuiko Tetsumura

Anime-Girl-Icon-erikasakura0812-38624606-600-600.jpg

Yuiko was walking to her house from the library. She would always stay late at the library after school, if only to avoid heading back to an empty house. Besides, she enjoyed walking through the town at night. Everything seemed more like home, calmer, and you could even catch a glimpse of the stars if the lights weren't too bright. Admittedly , she knew it wasn't the safest, what with the rumors of gangs and everything going around.

Thinking about that sent her mind whirling again. The thought of a gang, a gang made up of people her age no less, intrigued her to no end. She would look up rumors online or eavesdrop on people's conversations about the gangs as much as she could. She didn't know what she would accomplish by that really. She didn't even know what she wanted to do. Find out their mysteries? Join their gang? That last thought made her chuckle. Imagine, the top of the class student she was in a gang. Her parents would flip out... if they were to even notice at all. They probably didn't even realize she wasn't home yet. Hell, they probably weren't even home yet.

She sighed as she walked past an abandoned house. Every day since she moved in she has walked past this house. Somehow it always seemed inviting to her. She didn't know why but she always had wanted to try to go in, even though she knew she would probably get in trouble for it. She stopped in front of the house for a moment. Should she try? She looked around. There wasn't anyone near here... she could just go in, look around, quell that desire entirely once and for all, and then leave, and no one would know about it. Besides, what was the worst that could happen? She began to approach, slowly at first, but then breaking into a slight jog, just in case someone was coming. How should she try to get in. Through the door? No no, if this place is abandoned they probably barred the door somehow... Maybe through the back? Or through the window? She stood in the lawn, contemplating her route of entry.

Laying there, Tatsu couldn't get the looming reality of Kimura's return off of his mind. Was Natsume going to be okay with all of this? If it came to it, would she kill him for the sake of the gang? If she did, would she ever be the same after that? Swinging his legs off of the bed, he rose to his feet and proceeded to the window, his eyes drawing up to the now starry sky. "Kono yarou..." he grunted in frustration, the words spilling from his lips with no obvious intended target. As his eyes drifted down to the path that lay in front of the house, his eyebrows raised in curiosity. "Nani kore?" A lone girl, approaching the house timidly yet certainly. Her white hair was like a sliver of moonlight, her entire being like she was a piece of silver midnight existing ethereally on the earthen plane. What was she doing? Moving away from the window before he could be spotted, he threw a shirt over his torso and slid his feet into his nearby running shoes - not to mention wrapping his scarf around his neck, just in case. Poking his head out, he watched as she stood on the lawn weighing up the building. Who was she? Was she with the police? Was she with one of the rival gangs? Sliding the window open gently, he silently clambered over the window ledge and out onto the lower roof which sat on the far side of his window, using the wall behind him as his support. "What are you doing?" he spoke aloud in a low tone, looking down at the girl from over the top of his scarf. His positioning seemed cool and effortless but to suspend himself on the sloped surface, as he was, took great strength. He scanned her body with his eyes, all the way from her toes to her head. She was smaller than he was and quite slender, which meant that she had next to no chance of escaping him if she ran. Her ashen hair was tied up in twin tails which hung down just past her shoulders and her skin colour suggested she was of Asian, likely Japanese, descent. What was most curious was her choice of clothing; she didn't seem like a hostile runner. She dressed more like curious passerby. Maybe that's what she was. Still, it was strange for a random person to pay special attention to the building and given the current events Tatsu was suspicious. "People don't usually stop to admire buildings for just any reason..." he added dryly.
