To ZeroIsDead, I don't think that being number 10 is such a terrible thing. Each position is always what you make of it.

To Crilla, please include captain class as well. Those are limited.

Yea her avatar can be overloaded and the damage will be transferred to her....

its not invincible something along the lines of a gran rey cero would overload it too much to absorb at once...
but i might change it cuz it may seem too complicated honestly i found Kyoraku's shikai and bankai complicated i couldn't understand the games

Mask: Seen in image, its based on her old form which was close to a tiki doll, while the mask has mostly went away and the remainder is removeable, her face bares colored markings memicing those of the mask. She tends to never remove that half however, and is apperantly able to see through its eyes.


In addition her "hole" as it were is located between her breasts, apperantly not carring to showcase it, but rather to hide it, she wears a tight fitting shirt to press it out of view.

General Abilities:
Master Combatant- Alicia holds so much Reiryoku that she is a natural "spell" user in lack of a better term, so much so that it has became the bulk of her strategy, until awakened she tends to rely on ranged skills or "spells" seemingly unleashing them without issue. When Awakened however the game changes, converting her Reiatsu into physical power, and has shown a surprising mastery over various forms of melee weaponry. She however has little past basic knowladge in hand to hand combat.


Sonido Master- Alicia has perfected Sonido to the point it seems she teleports at the speeds she moves, having little skill in hand to hand combat, she has at least learned the means to avoid it, helping secure her position as Segunda.

Incredible Hierro - Given the memories and trauma that lingers from her distant memories as a human, Alicia spared no expense in hardening her skin to be able to take blows should anyone somehow catch her, while it is of a respectably high level, a number of other Espada equal or surpass hers.

Descorrer - A technique used by Espada-level Arrancar, and sometimes others, to open a Garganta between the living world and Hueco Mundo.

Gran Rey Cero - This ability is given to all Espada. When Alicia uses it the explosion and blast is like the rest of her energy attacks, Violet Red.

Cero - Like any other Espada and hollow, Alicia can fire a regular Cero that is Violet Red.

Bala - Faster but weaker than a Cero, bullet-like projectiles are launched by the fists. Red Violet in color.

Regeneration - Alicia's ability to Regenerate solely on its own isn't far out of the norm for an Espada, however those who fight her on this assumption will be in for a nasty surprise...

Pesquisa - An ability to detect various spiritual pressures/energies in an area. Some that have honed this skill are capable of determining threats and what type of spiritual pressure or energy they sense and where.

Immense Spiritual Power: Given the sheer amount of Reiryoku Alicia has contained within her, she often seeps her dark corrupted presence unwillingly, which has an unnerving effect on those able to sense or see it, and when on full display it is a sight to behold, even changing the landscape around her. Having spent almost all of her time learning to control Reiatsu Alicia's control over her own Reiryoku is on the same level as most Senior Captains.

Keen Intellect: Alicia, in spite of how insane she may seem, is quite intelligent, often commenting on, or at least observing matters around her. She is very much the scholar sort, and unlike most Arrancar, Shinigami, or well...most of anything around her, takes an active interest in events on earth, and in the concept of history and the occult as a whole. The insights she gains from observation, can be very advantageous in combat.

Unique Abilities:


Muerte Pareja - {Companion Death) Alicia is able to convert her spiritual energy into a semi-physical form, it's unknown if the items formed are part of her body, hardened energy, or something else all together. With a bracelet forming on her right arm three chains appear made up of the same Red Violet of her Reiatsu. The two hands are roughly large enough to grab and crush an average sized human. They are able to move independently and attack single targets as they see fit or can be directly controlled. The Skull shares vision with Alicia and can generate its own Cero. Able to travel long distance from Alicia the skull however restricts her movement the further away it moves, the hands themselves are even more limited in range. While the head acts as a scout the hands are close attackers. In order to not impact her movement the hands seldom go past 9-12 meters. While as previously mentioned the head is normally used to scout long distances or kept as a close range support unit. Curiously she cannot use this ability when transformed.

The head and hands seem to be remnants of her past memories, with both being part of her body, or rather memories made manifest, possessing their own personalities to a limited degree, they may also be left overs of her life as a hollow.


Sorteo de Destinos - (Draw of fate) By means of shaping her Reiatsu Alicia is able to make so called "cards" that can be thrown by hand. Being based on Reishi it hardens and condenses into a solid card like attack, having power and speed that ranks between a Cero and a Bala. The main strength of this attack is the fact it doesn't leave a noticeable signature trail of the previous two while still having a moderately effective cutting and explosive capability.




Tiempo inverso- (Time Reversal) A bit of yet more trickery on her part, back in her history she had killed a quincy taking his watch, with curiosity she noticed it increased her own healing ability by absorbing Reiatsu that she bleeds with a tiny bit of focus..however the deceive is only able to heal typical physical damage and mental fatigue one would run into, and even then once every six hours.


However being able to puts her natural healing factor from typical to Incredible, has been known to give her a sudden edge in battle, sadly its not usable while in the Ressurreccion form. And then needs to be recharged after use...interestingly upon meeting Vaham, he seemed able by using his own unique energy to cause the device to overload, with his aid...the device could do more. While it took time and talking, she eventually ripped off her own right arm, after three treatments with his help it grew back. Because of this accelerated cell recovery, she stays somewhat..loyal to him..if only for her own selfish ends and whims.In Ressurreccion form it however enhances her natural regeneration. The device in question seems to be a part of her body, likely eaten when first discovered.



Taranis venganza: (Taranis Vengeance) Using her Reishi in a raw form, she's able to form various strands of lightning like energy to fire upon an enemy or to provide a rather weak defensive wall when compared to the buckler. However unlike the Armory's weapons it is much easier to call upon, having no prerequisites, and can be fired from her free left hand. If she uses both hands it is possible to form a fixed strand or a ball like charged bolt. In principle it behaves like lightning and is more of an opportunistic attack rather than her Tarot Armory which seems to be primary.

Of note, the Ability is red violent in its normal state, and Blue in Ressurrección.

Taranis was the Gaelic god of lightning, and had a connection to the wheel and advancement of the sun, and by extension time.

In her resurrection form Alicia's mask seems to vanish as she takes on the appearance of a Maid from late 1700's Europe with a bit of armor plating which slightly enhances her defense. From her normal state it seems her mask and blade both have a hand in creating the armor that she dons. Alicia trades a bit of her trademark speed for more combat utility and while she doesn't have as many abilities as some of her comrades they all are exceptionally powerful. Of note is her previous clothing seems to be absorbed or changed by the resurrection, and the metal is the same color as her mask which also seems to be absorbed by the process.

Resurrección Release Command: Inclinando el reloj de arena (Tipping the Hourglass)



Ressurrección Abilities: Short of improving her defenses and using her time distortion in a more active passive ability it unlocks the full potential of her massive Reiryoku reserves and turns it into a frightening array of Reishi based attacks, weaponry, physical support and defenses.



Armadura del Destino: (armor of fate) Passive ability that activates upon Ressurrección and remains active during its duration. In life as in death, or perhaps rebirth, Alicia has always been a facade of two faces, One nicer, and the other more brutal. Normally suppressing her massive spiritual reserves, and relying on her wit and "charms" of various sorts, is her more normal state, seeing direct conflict as the behavior of brutes. With the Ressurrección opened however, it is much as the crimes she committed in life. Brutal, physical, and blood soaked barbarism.

In her awakened state the true nature of Alicia becomes more easily known, becoming far more serious and direct with her words and attacks. If not insane, with her snobbish laughter and taunting becoming more common place. The armor seems to act as a energy to matter converter, allowing her to form weapons and feeds more energy to her physical form. Defence oddly only improves slightly. Speed is also while still to the level of most captains becomes more of a blurred motion rather than the seemingly teleportation movements done prior. Indicating the armor, or rather her "true" form weighs significantly more, she also seems to complain in regards to fact it makes her killing nature obvious, and constricts her chest a great deal.

The following abilities are possible upon release, as well as an improvement to Taranis venganza, oddly her previous abilities now aren't used or have been upgraded. It would seem the death companions as they are called have a connection with her resentment of her death, the armor has more to do with her acceptance of her new reality and as shes came to see it, the inescapable fate of death, that she is the messenger of.




Reloj Hasta: (Clock Up) While called Clock up this ability actually makes use of of her spiritual presence, and the device thats part of her, and subtly corrupts the region around her making things seem slower, and as a result she moves faster. Or so it seems at least to her opponent. Moving at the same speed which is slightly slower than her unarmored form Alicia uses her healing and repair ability to seemingly slow down time around her which of course is on the cellular level rather than chronological. Meaning time moves as it always had, but her ability to sense it improves drastically as she is the source of the disturbance, and on the other hand to those in its sphere of influence time will seem to be more sluggish which tends to leave them making mistakes in over compensating or believing the hatter is moving at the same speed she was moments before.


It is possible to escape the influences of this attack for a select few once the trick has been figured out. Regardless of it being useless from that point on, it does help up her regeneration by double what it was to a somewhat respectable level by Espada standards.



Tarot Ruleta Armería: (Tarot Roulette Armory) In the same manner of her Cards, Alicia can use her powers to use her Reishi to form a number of weapons in accordance to the tarot. While she is a Master Sorceress her skill in various armed disciplines tends to be lacking however her Reiatsu, and by extent Reishi, being in a much more refined form puts her sheer raw combat power on par with the so called "Kenpachi". The blows she can deal are savage and can even serve as a bulwark that few expect from the hatter.


Two weapons that cannot match may be formed at a time, one in each hand. Though for practicality sake this is often limited to the one handed weapons, excluding the Staff, Trident, and Scythe.

Forms include; Broad Sword, Buckler Shield, Spear, Chain Flail, lasso, staff, trident and Scythe.

Reflecting the Emperor, Tower, Empress, Moon & Sun, hanged man, hermit, devil and Death respectively. Of note is the fact each card she "draws" to transform will show an icon of the weapon being used on the face and back of said card, each weapon must be used however and cannot be switched on the fly. (IE she can draw and must use said weapon for one post before discarding and drawing another.)



Taranis Rueda: (Taranis Wheel) By charging both hands as if to unleash the Gaelic god's lightning, and with a bit of Focus, Alicia will begin generating one of her bolts but continues to compact and reduce the size while upping the intensity and power till the point of creating a compact disk about eight centimeters in diameter with six internal spokes. Upon being fired, the pokes seemingly spin from the wheel causing a scattering effect of high density energy spikes. Overall the attack is low on explosive results, but has a great penetration capability against hardened defenses or positions of cover. With the spokes behaving as spikes, and the disk like a saw blade.

Personality:


Alicia is an odd sort to say the least while always well mannered, a good host, and wearing a smile that matches her mask. She behaves mostly as a proper lady, with a hint of nobility. However just beneath the calm surface lays an abyss of madness and darkness. With an obsession of fate, her cards, and how all history must come to a close, Alica both hates and loves the humans...though it is a rather strange sort of love. Given her own memories she despises the peasantry to a point that might even crop up in conversation, but all the same she takes great interest in human history and affairs. Wanting to see what they do next while sowing small bits of chaos. The Shinigami she finds to be rather interesting if its only as play things. Other than that they are a disruption or an amusement..it's said she holds the same view to her Fellow Arrancar and Espada as well.

Regardless of her mannerisms she has at least two aspects about her that tend to disturb or at some point aggravate those around her; One she speaks in riddles and rhymes. Two would be her observation hobbies and how she'll openly remark on what she discovers. While she seems to know more or have it "together" more than it seems. None however can't say she's dishonest only that in her words "They did not ask the right question." Because of this observing outlook it's unclear where her loyalties lie..if at all anywhere. However, unknown to most the fact is Alicia loves chaos and destruction, the fate of all things from Alpha to Omega. This is just a front row seat to watching the world burn... all worlds. It is likely these hidden thoughts where her random giggles come from. Another personality factor that sticks out is when amused she'll giggle, when bored she'll hum to herself... because of the amount of giggles she'll give in a day it seems there is much to amuse her even if its only from within her own mind.


Of note Alicia posses a surprising murderous entent and level of barbaric insanity that leeks at the edge of the abyss, when in her Resurrección form her means of speach becomes much more hostile, direct, and taunting with a pompus nobles laugh, most games tend to cease, and her true nature as well as aspects source of death becomes clear.

History:

Alicia Fullbutn remembers very little about her old life minus a few lingering events. One she killed before if not often. She remembers a large house and nice clothes, a proper lady by day, and murderously killing others by night. A swift nice slash with a knife, a bottle of poison, in most cases they seemed to be people in rags. Another thing she remembers is a tricolor flag, an uprising of the self same rabble, she herself watching as one by one several nicely dressed were beheaded and hanged. A military officer looked on, one by one, heads were chopped off, necks were broke. Then her turn came being purposely loaded upside down the former French woman can remember the blade up to the very last instant. While she hated them for what they did she also found this made disruption to the status que, and the fortune reading an old dying crone had given her. Imprisoned by her curiosity and hatred she lingered...

Watching as history played out, blissfully unaware, her spirit went unnoticed. Until one day her chain located inbetween her breasts finally broke and went away. From that point on the only lingering thought she had was, Fate... fate... fate! With each kill, with each feeding, consuming all around her. If she could she would have been giggling with delight, kill, kill, kill... fate... fate of all things.

As time passed she turned into a Adjuchas, regaining most of her ability to critically think, making use of her obviously mad yet friendly looking mask she began to eat more and more. Allies and enemies, it didn't matter. Using her developing abilities to the utmost and ambushing only when advantageous she quickly grew in power with the same single minded goal;To bring fate everywhere. Until one day she reached as far as she could among the hollows, Vasto Lorde.



There was no where else to go though it was strange being so much smaller, and having her small attractive body again... It was also maddeningly lonely...in all that time only one person put up a bit of a fight, a Quincy with a very strange watch..at the time it was little more than a trinkit but would prove to be of value later on in her life. The others were just too weak, and she was too strong. All she could do was watch and wait, wait and watch, making rhymes to pass the time, until one day something strange happened...visitors had shown themselves.. Other Vasto Lorde?

No... That was not correct... Clothes... Weapons... More power than her and no mask. No mask?! In a fit of fury and surprise it never once dawned on her to remove the mask. Digging her fingers into it and straining, the three she had seen seemed to be on guard... After all a Vasto Lorde attempting to rip their face off while screaming something to the effect of "I'm one of you" while giggling was likely to be unnerving. She however manages, the mask shatters, or at least mostly... She notices half of it remained... Or didn't... It could be removed... And later on she learned if left alone long enough it would reappear... Regardless for the present time she wasn't alone no longer, and she listened as the leader mentioned a place they were building. She didn't care about that at all... For now it was nice to not be alone and have something to watch...



Gaining more power later on gave her more to be amused about, in time while new leaders would come and go she climbed all the way up to the position of 2nd. She also met one named Vaham, who proved extremely useful..a rare change for her by this point. Given a...study the pair conducted she has not once attempted to rise against him...though thats not to say she doesn't encourage others.

Now she takes her front row seat, to the fire that shall consume all. Humming and giggling all the way..

Can it be beaten? Certainly. Does it require a large amount of tiptoeing around and knowing the ability because it has close to automatic kills for close to no reason? Certainly.

To my knowledge, 5, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 13 are open captain slots.

Naturally all the ones that are free have no information on their duties lol. Maybe I'll just be an LT, we'll see..
 
Speaking of that, I hammered those out with Akashi a couple days ago. Where there weren't duties, we assigned duties. Let me search through skype.

7 External affairs. Deals with living world issues. Often works with 11 despite operating very differently.
8 Archives and record keeping
9 Internal affairs/internal police. Deals with infractions of laws within Soul Society.
10 Recon and Intel. Also surveillance.
13 Support division. A jack of all trades division trained to be manpower where any given division needs more.

Obviously, each is also meant to do direct military work but these are the things they are each geared to handle outside of that.
 
Why in the hell does the Wiki list unknown on all of them. -Sigh- I'll take 10.
 
The wiki lists unknown because they never officially gave specific jobs to most of the divisions. So the result is us having to make it up.

From what I know the duties were not explained much. 5 did the preparations for that giant execution contraption, 9 I think nine prepared plans for big situations or something. 13 I would say was human world operations but fuck nearly every squad went there for shits and giggles
 
I don't believe 3rd was ever given a specific job either...so what did you and Akashi assign 3rd?

13 was assigned over Karakura Town..that's about all is known.
 
A Shinigami from 13 was assigned to Karakura. That stuff probably isn't set in stone.

We assigned media to 3rd. News, recruitment, all that good stuff.

5 I believe was hinted to be kido centric but that seemed relatively weird when the kido corps exists so we opted to assign it a normal duty.

I will also be reserving 8th high captain for myself. Just in case I don't get around to it tonight.
