"Bummer." Kisari hissed, watching a few of the soldiers step back uncertainly as she stared them down. "I was looking forward to a snack. Oh well." She sighed, allowing her weapons to dissipate into smoke, disappearing. Unfortunately this also made the soldiers feel slightly more comfortable, as if two little blades were a match for their own weapons. Rolling her eyes, Kisari pointed to the space behind the line of soldiers with a questioning glance. "What the hell is that?" She asked, feigning surprise mixed with concern. It was sad how many of them turned around to look, those not looking for the object were looking for their friends' reactions instead of keeping their eyes on Kisari. Taking her chance, the Drakken activated the portal on the ground before her, falling face first into what was a giant hole in the ground. Before any of the American soldiers could do a thing, Kisari was already stepping out of the portal and onto the Crusader safe from harm.
The woman was just in time to hear Behemoth berating Owen for his absence at the fight. "I'm sure the guy had a good reason for not meeting us. Secret identity and all." She exhaled sharply through her nose, fatigue obviously weighing on her. "Anyway, that monster got away because I got careless. We wouldn't have needed Owen if I hadn't screwed up and underestimated those metallic contraptions." The thought of the androids made her furious, the air around them increasing, though not nearly as much as it should have. "Now, if we're done this pointless conversation... I need someone with a steady hand to remove this wire. It's too close to the base of my wing and I can't reach it, but I'd like my wing to make it out of this endeavor in one piece if you don't mind." Kisari crossed her arms in irritation, seemingly too focused on her wing to bother with the still bleeding gunshot wound. Granted it wasn't bleeding nearly as bad as it had been in the beginning, but Kisari was numb to the pain in her side at this point, overshadowed by her concern for her wing.
