Wouldn't it of been easier and a clearer image to draw it digitally? Just a recommendation, can do it for you if you want. Other than it's good to have the layout now that we're entering the school :)
 
I don't have the programs or skill to do it digitally, but if you'd like to, go for it.

I'm making them now .. But I'm troubling to read a piece of your writing. In the bottom-right of your first floor, below the exam rooms, there are three more rooms. What does the writing in the first room say?

The only part of your hand writing that I struggled with was the recovery rooms xD There were a few that I had to zoom in a little for (notably the exam room)

Emergency Response Exo-suit 03 (ER ExoS - 03)

As it says on the tin: Emergency Response. Standard role is to safely move mechanics around a battlefield so that they can stay with and keep repairs going on combat mechs. Have been known to be deployed in response to medical emergencies, large scale fires and into radioactive zones. It comes equipped with a shield and water cannon. The water cannon can be used offensively by shooting a high-pressure torrent but doesn't do much damage to other mechs.

Mobile Attack Unity 01 Anti-personnel (MAU - 01AP)

A combat specialised mech. The MAU - 01Ap is designed to fight in CQC against multiple enemies. Both lightweight and armored it provides a fine balance between maneuverable and yet protective. It bears a single axe for close ranged combat and a large shield that is capable of stopping anti-material rounds. When speed is needed over defense the shield can be dropped and the mech looses a significant amount of weight.

The standard combat mech built with all-round capabilities and purposed for a variety of scenarios. With a shield, a mech-sized submachine gun (small for a mech but huge and unusable for a person) and chest plates it is best suited for fire-fights on the front lines. Groups of these can usually be seen in combat using turtle formation or creating a shield wall to hold the line.

More than anything the MMU - 01 is a support mech. Heavily armored to protect the pilot, this mech carries around two drums of various ammunition types on its back. These, in-turn, can be loaded into the weapons of other mechs. Furthermore it is equipped with high-tensile claws capable tearing though light armor and steel plating.

Tactical Strike Suit 01 (TSS - 01)

The TSS - 01 is a unique suit in that, whilst possessing high offensive capabilities, is designed to not be in the thick of combat. It is one of the few mechs with such little armor to see service. The Tactical Strike Suit 01 is capable of remaining undetected by radar and sonar by having a second series of sheet-thin armor underneath its exterior. When sonar or radar waves hit the TSS - 01 the under armour vibrates and the waves pass right through. The final measurement in place to hide this mech on the field of combat is the heat signature that the mech leaves behind: It spreads heat throughout the under armor so that enemy computer systems can't track it when the armor vibrates, making it untraceable to most mechs as well as other vehicles. To accompany the covert capabilities is a classic sword and shield. The versatility of these two armaments means that the TSS - 01 can protect itself from high-caliber weapons fire despite having little body armor, as well as requiring only the blade and servo-powered arm to swing it in order to tear more armored opponents. Though many pilots have reported that the PSR ExoS - 01 is capable of reading this mechs advanced and complex heat signature. The greatest drawback of the TSS - 01 is that it is not issued or manufactured with any ranged weaponry. This means that and ranged offensive capabilities will be non-standard issue or even looted from fallen hostiles.

Scout and Recon Unit 01 (SR - 01)

The SR - 01 comes with a high-caliber carbine rifle, long range heat scanners and advanced targeting systems. Whilst this model was originally built to handle large crowds or do combat in closed/indoor areas. After its the development the nobility saw little purpose or possibility of using mechs to police the streets. However after manufacturing for field testing the SR - 01 saw use in more specialised role: Despite not being the most armored, nor the fastest, nor packing the biggest weapons; the unique on-board targeting systems saw this model being deployed into war for the single purpose of threat analysis. The on-board computers are capable of deciphering enemy groups into data and assigning them threat levels as well as marking out leaders within a hostile group. So they are often used as a spotter alongside a more combat-orientated group of MAU - 09s or MAU - 01APs. The long range heat scanners of the SR - 01 are able to read the heat signature of the TSS - 01, making it one of the few weapon systems able detect the hidden mech. What was meant to be a crowd control mech became the perfect scout and reconnaissance mech.

The students will get trained on older versions of some of these, mostly the MAU-09 and the MAU-01AP. Once they're in the war games, if they gain enough recognition, they'll get custom suits. These will the staples of what they pilot in Arc 2, however.

I'll be making more designs ready for when we get customs .. Also got a certain chest design to work on xD Also when we get customs, once I get better at drawing, any customs you can request .. Though to some degree I would of thought that deisngs and colors later on would be dictated by the nobles funding them
