Floyd//Hank - Morgantown Plaza - Jess, Heather, Abram and Others.

"You don't know nuthin!" Floyd yelled out as he stood up in the van. His body language became aggressive and his fist clenched in rage. The veins in his neck popped, his skin turning red as he burned with vexation. Floyd could see the fear in Jess' eyes. She seemed to be afraid of realizing that what Heather was saying was true. But she was absolutely wrong. Indeed the two had been emotionally pushing each other apart, but there was still feelings there.

Pointing at Heather with his index finger, Floyd bit his bottom lip as he gathered his thoughts to speak. There was so much rambling in his head as everything seemed to be falling on him. He didn't realize he still had the ability to be angry, but the characteristic was merely in slumber.

"Why the hell do you care, Huh?! You're just gettin into people's business cuz you don't wanna deal with your own! Cuz Hank doesn't have time for you anymore. Cuz everyone you know is dead, so you go around gettin into people's shit! How bout you shut up!"

The rambling in the back caused Abram to turn his head. He had been sitting in the passenger seat watching the more crucial events unfold. But the raging verbal battle in the back was causing too much commotion.

"Floyd! Calm down," Abram called out, trying to get the man to refrain from screaming. Floyd bit his bottom lip more fiercely then quickly punched the side of the van before hightailing it out of it. He shut the sliding door behind him and saw walkers heading their way. He just stood there watching them come closer and closer.

"FLOYD!" a similar voice yelled out.

"What the hell are you doing, let's go," the same voice said - which was found to be Hank. He seemed puzzled at Floyd's actions. Wondering what the man was thinking. Everyone at this point was ready to get moving except for Floyd.

"Let's go," Hank added, watching Floyd just walk passed him without a word spoken. Hank's eyes were filled with question, but there was no time to search for the answer at this point. While staring at the van, Hank returned to the truck and nodded at Enrique to get going. Joe would have to pass them up in a second and take them to this community - a new problem they would have to face.

Joe Redhawk-Morgantown Plaza - Jess, Heather, Abram, Floyd, Hank, others
"Fuckin' fuck."

Joe mumbled those words as Hank got in. That whole situation was a fuckin' mess. A poor girl with aa baby is crying, seemingly crushed by a guy with anger issues to spare. Joe wanted to say something to Floyd. He want to crew him out for the way he was acting towards the women, but he couldn't. He knew he was in no place to. So Joe just grabbed the wheel tight, and drove to they got to gates. When the group made it, Joe stopped the car.

"We're here. Look, my group is going to most likely going to ask you all some questions. Just answer honestly. Nathan is good people, and Clay? I don't agree with him most of the time, but I respect the hell out of him. He always does what he thinks is right."

Joe would turn his mirror slightly, looking at Jess before turning to the whole group.

"Welcome to your new home, guys."

Imogen/Turisa - Morgantown Plaza - Hank, Floyd, Jess, Andrew and others.

Turisa had long since got into the Van, As it was a majority vote that got them ino the situation they are in now, Heading of into the unknown to a new group, The Chicago officer could only hope they were as kind as Joe has been towards them considering how he had been treated, It made a nice change to see some one, Some how in good or positive spirits considering the hell everyone was in where it is a dog eat dog world as the saying goes. She didn't really have any major supplies on her left was maybe like bottled water and a couple of canned food in a small back pack, She still had her weapons on her utility belt and police jacket which she put on so it would not get in anyone's way as the van was cramped as it was, Turisa still had hold of her picture of her family, along with her badge and Identification, It helped as a reminder of who she was and not to lose herself.

Tensions were high and went over when a woman, She couldn't recall her name, She had not learn't all there as names as of yet as Turi had no really engaged with many of the others in this unknown group. She knew Jessalyn and Ben of course, They were part of the group she was in with Abram, She got to spend some time patrol time with Imogen but really didn't know the blonde. The other woman pretty much was putting her foot down on a touchy subject concerning a certain guy who joined them in the van, Turisa would learn that his name was Floyd, The woman let rip into him good and proper, She did her best not to get caught in the shouting match but it was hard to do as it pretty much dominated proceedings within the van, no one could miss it really and just had to see how it played out. She snapped from Jess to Floyd, Now certainly was not the time for but they had it out and the woman's word s must of hit a nerve with this Floyd, it was clear at one point or another that Jess was very much close to this guy, She remembered Jess was looking for this guy a lot before she was taken away.

He flipped yelled and with clenched fist before high tailing it out of the van, it was certainly a violent reaction but Turisa was thankful that it was only the van the man hit, hell with a punch like that he could knock any guy out and probably break a few bones. Turi kept her cool even though she jumped a little when she heard the smack as the fist hit metal. Soon enough after the episode the van would be on the move and heading to the new destination. Turi moved over and sat next to Jess, She spoke soft and quietly to the young woman with the baby. "Hey Jess, You and the little man going to be okay?" She paused for a moment trying to be reassuring. " I am here okay."

Imogen was still out with Hank dealing with the unknown guy, She kept her vigil when Hank told her to stand down and thus spoke with the man, She noticed the guy had a cut on his hand, He must of got it from when he went through the window. He was quickly to be quite submissive, Imogen thought it could of been a front but figured it was also possible that the guy noticed the numbers of the group and played it safe not to get killed there on the spot, Although Hank offered the man a spot on the truck to come with the group and thus not to be left to fend of the walkers, The Blonde still did not trust him, and why should she, You could ask Hank or anyone who knows Imogen well enough that it was not easy to gain her trust and she would speak her mind.Neither of them took the guys car keys of him, it could easily of been turned into a hostage situation, not that the guy could be that stupid but you never know what a person would do these days and caution was the better side of valour in this situation, Walkers were closing in , Hank was yelling at Floyd who for some reason got out of the van, He certainly did not look happy and Imogen was worried, Something must of gone on inside the van, But now was not the time, Her attention was back on the newcomer who quickly took of and came back out with an axe, Imogen instinctively raised her bow for a moment, but lowered afterwards when the guy quickly went over to the truck and jumped into the flat bed section, Great she would have to share with him. He introduced himself as Andrew. She did not return the hand shake or courtesy of her name.

Imogen throw her backpack into the trunk of the truck before climbing in herself sitting opposite Andrew as the van went past and the truck followed suite. It was quite silent at first on the ride, Imogen kept on glancing at Andrews wound, The guy probably had the supplies in his car to sort it but of course he had to leave it behind after the ultimatum he had with Hank. Eventually she rummaged through her bag, She picked up a couple of bits while in the mall. nothing much but should at least do something short term for the wound. She pulled out a small bottle of alcohol and a pack of cloths which she opened and pulled one out. "Hey" She called out to him raising the bottle a bit. " For the wound so it don't get infected, I rather not have you turning." She waited a moment thinking if he would anything funny. But she took the risk, Sliding over to him and pulling his hand out towards her. " Hold still, this is going bloody hurt." She said opening the bottle and pouring some over the wound, no doubt it probably did hurt like hell, After Imogen immediately put the lid back on and quickly wrapped the cloth quite tight around the wound and tied it, After she moved back putting her items back into the bag, Again she was silent once more keeping an eye on him until they finally made it to there destination, Imogen was not looking forward to this.

Andrew - Morgantown Plaza / Truck - Hank/Imogen/ETC

Andrew jumped into the back of the truck and settled in, feeling beyond out of place. He sat patiently and waited for something to happen, when a disruption came from the van nearby. He glanced backwards, hearing muffled shouts, the van teetering a bit as people moved around inside. A moment later, a large blonde guy jumped out of the vehicle, looking far past angry. The man that'd negotiated with Andrew went and calmed the angry guy down, referring to him as Floyd.

He watched the event unfold, then turned away as the man defused it, sending Floyd marching away. The man climbed into the truck and told the Hispanic guy to drive off.

Andrew settled in as the truck pulled down the road. He reached back with his uninjured hand and pulled his hair from the tie that held his long locks together behind his head. He let his hair fall, then ran a hand through it, sighing deeply. He then bunched it back together in a bun behind his head, then laid his hands to rest on his knees.

When the blonde girl showed him the bottle of rubbing alcohol, he conceded, allowing her to clean and dress the gash. It would undoubtedly form a small scar when it healed, but he didn't really mind. He had plenty others so one more wouldn't kill him. When the girl finished, he set his hand back against his knee, clasping his right with his left. He sniffed in a breath and then looked over at her. "Thanks." He said in his low tenor, his gratefulness sincere.

"Now that we've established that I'm not trying to kill you..." He muttered. "What's your name?" He gave her a bitter-sweet smile, which seemed pointless, considering the times.

Nathan - Morgantown Community - Katie, Tyler
Despite his questions, he was not entirely sure how Tyler would answer, but it became obvious. He was the type that would even sacrifice others he holds close to him just for his daughter. That was completely understandable. If Nathan were in the same position, he would probably do the same. "We intend on keeping the children here, but if they don't want to stay.. Well, that may be upto you guys to decide. If you want to have them survive out there with the others, or if they can stay here, in a safe place. However, we'll worry about that later, Tyler."

A knock on the door interrupted their conversation, prompting Nathan to check it out. Opening the door, he noticed Katie and a guard who explained the situation. Nathan tilted his head back, looking at Tyler for a second before averting his attention away and back to the guard and his daughter. "I see." He clearly noticed Katie trying to defend herself by blaming the others at the playroom. Obviously Nathan could not blame her or the others.

It was a new place, others like her. It would take time for the kid to get used to the idea of others like her, or being in a normal environment, or as normal as the community can make it. "Head back and check on the other kids, and leave her with me. Alright?" Nathan finished, as the guard complied and made his way back to the playroom.

Nathan was looking at Katie as silent echoed throughout the room, before he spoke up. "Alright Katie. I assume you want to be with your father, yes?" He finished, before opening up the door and moving to the side. "Why don't you go and sit on his lap, hm?" He suggested, but knew she'd agree.

Closing the door behind her, he intended on continuing his conversation, but then the guards by the gates called him through the radio. "Uh.. Guys?. Nathan.. Clay?. Joe's back but.. He apparently brought another group with him. You guys better get out here." A serious expression was plastered on his face. A sigh escaped his lips before he picked up the radio and responded.'You were to warn them and not bring them back.'

"I'll let Clay handle that.. He'll be there shortly." It must've been the rest of the group Tyler came from. It was actually the perfect opportunity for him to ask a question that had lingered in his mind for a while now, but this time, he'd go about it in a different way than what he actually intended on doing.

Sitting back on the chair, across from Tyler and Katie, he continued. "Since Joe is with this new group, I know its some if not all of the people from the group you originally came from. What can you tell me about them? Anything we should worry about?"

Scarlett - Morgantown

Scarlett was beyond relieved that Claiborne said nothing regarding her list of chosen people. She was only too eager to get out of her seat and exit the room.

With a sigh, the young woman closed the door to Claiborne's office and made her way back to the gym, wondering if the kids actually ended up going to the clinic. To her surprise, they had gone and had already dispersed. She caught a glimpse of Liam in a room where there were too many children under his age. It made her sad to see him in there. The fact that he'd never have a normal childhood was too much to handle. Instead out letting her mind dwell, Scarlett pushed aside all thoughts and called out for Liam.

"Hey! Looks like you passed the medic's inspection. Where's Katie?"

She grinned as he neared her and reacher her arm around his shoulders, tugging him along with her.

Samantha - Van - Floyd/Jess/Heather/Abram/Anyone else I forgot

Things had gone from tense, to awkward, to tense, then beyond and above tense. It was too much. Sam's head had already begun to hurt from the moment everyone was loaded on to the vehicle, now she had a head-splitting migraine. Through out the yelling and finger pointing, Sam had groaned and crawled over to be in the seat behind Abram. The front seat people were quiet. That's what she needed.

Every noise in the van caused Sam to flinch and cringe, so when the sound of Floyd's fist hit the metal on the van, it made Sam feel like someone had hit her. 'Oh my god you're all fucking annoying,' she thought to herself as she just watched the females left in the vehicle after Floyd have left. She even felt some resentment towards him.

Why was this even an appropriate conversation to have at the moment?

Quietly shaking her head, Sam turned around and leaned on the glass window, praising God for having the morning be chilly that day. The cold glass felt like heaven on her forehead.

She had happily managed to ignore the rest of the conversations that went on in the vehicle up until the tall driver man said that they were there. "Where are we?" Samantha turned to look at the gates that they had arrived at. No one had gotten off of the van so she went ahead and took the initiative, opening the door and stumbling out, taking in as many deep breaths as possible. "This is where Scarlett should be at?" The question was rhetorical. Something that she blurted out loud, yet kept her voice soft.

Alannah - Morgantown Community- Claiborne

After finishing her thorough check ups, Anna had found herself just cleaning up in the clinic. "I'll be right back. Keep an eye out?" She asked kindly to one of her colleagues.

Once having gotten the green light, Alannah had left and made a bee line straight to Clay's office. There was a more pressing matter; more pressing than her own pregnancy. They barely had enough medical supplies for the little people that lived in the community, she couldn't imagine what it would be like once the new people were settled. If they were to get settled.

Before reaching his office, Anna caught a glimpse of him walking down the hall towards the front. "Clay?" She hated beating around the bush so she cut right to the chase, "There are too many people. I don't have enough for everyone." At that exact moment, the walkie interrupted her and squawked about there being a new group of people with Joe. Alannah's eyes widened as she heard the news and she turned to Clay immediately, giving him a "what the hell" look. "I thought he was only giving them a warning?!"

Enrique - Morgantown Gates - Damn near everyone

Enrique had been skeptic about the tall man but what could he do to so many of them. A blond man came and joined the group in the truck. The ride was not too long, Enrique made idle chatter with the others. Learning names and whatnot. Aubrey, Hank, Jon, Floyd, Imogen. All seemed like good people, though each had the killer instinct. Enrique followed behind the van and watched as it pulled up to the gates of a school. He parked slightly to the right and behind the van, he grabbed his rifle from the floor and opened his door. He didnt exit entirely but he leaned his rifle against the crook between the door and the cab. He looked back at Hank and raised his eyebrows.

"What now boss man?" Enrique said calmly.

Joselina - Morgantown - Mel / Riley / Nathan / Stacey

There can be no bravery without madness

Joselina had stood solemn and silent as Nathan had returned to the room, swearing she heard a voice distant yet familiar within. A soft, low, droning sound of a hum escaped through the confines of her deranged and twisted muzzle. Muffled and bound, the hum sounded more like an ominous moan, as if to symbolize Joselina's constant state of unending agony and fury. Blood boiled through her veins, her rifle taken from her, feeling virtually stripped and barren of any comfort. Even her two acquaintances, Mel and Riley, felt but strangers to her, seemingly only amused by the psychopath's unpredictable and savage nature.

Hearing mentioning of a bath and food, the six foot woman glanced down upon herself, staring at her ripped clothing and grime-covered body. She utterly reeked of death, filth, and pestilence, as she astoundingly had not become diseased from such horrid conditions. Even her hair, whilst naturally gorgeous, looked greasy and abnormally thick, mostly likely alluding to the reason it was tied firmly into a ponytail. Clenching her hands into fists, she looked down at Mel, nodding softly to herself.

"Yes..."

Cracking her words out, the Hispanic watched as other members of the community flocked to the office, all ranging from different sizes, ages, and genders. To Joselina, it was all but a blur, finding such social interaction frightening and alien to her. The very notion of her standing among humans- actual humans felt nightmarish. Born of rebellion and discomfort, Joselina was no stranger to social interaction in the days of when the world was sane and comfortable. Yet, that Joselina is dead, having died when the crimson of the innocent splattered upon concrete, feeling her own body die at the ringing of a gunshot. Every night, it haunted her, and every night, she held that teddy-bear to her bosom and whispered a name to retain her sanity...

Growing abruptly irrriated at the confusion and conversations around her, Joselina abruptly thrashed, graping the sides of her muzzle and violently beginning to thrash. Kicking and stomping, elbowing a nearby wall, Joselina huffed, as if she had some adult temper tantrum. Her voice hissing out once more, showing shockingly intelligent vocabulary yet an unshocking attitude, the muzzled, tortured soul wasn't having a pleasant time so far of this Morgantown.

"Where...is...it?! I w-want to clean f-filth, off me, off me! No near t-these skinwalkers, t-their s-skin will be eaten s-soon enough. I-I've s-seen it e-enough."

She growled, not exactly socialable.

Jess - Van - Floyd, Heather, Joe, Others

"Floyd wait!" Jess cried before the door slammed. Ben started to cry from the harsh voices and Jess began to cry as well. No matter what she did bad things happened.

Heather scoffed. "Red neck Neanderthal acts like a child."
"Stop it!" Jess nearly shouted, then quieted when Ben screamed. "Just stop. Stop being like this. Just leave me alone. It's not Floyd's fault. He's a good man."
"Says the woman who's baby daddy tried to kill her. I think your judgement is more then a little -"
The sound of a slap made everyone quiet, no doubt surprised that Jessalyn had it in her.
Heather's head snapped to the side and her cheek was turning red. Jess was staring at her.
"Do not say another word," she warned, her voice eerily calm. "If you say another word to me I swear I will rip your tongue out. And if you say another word to Floyd I will do worse. You are a bitter, unhappy woman and I feel sorry for you."

With that both women went silent for the rest of the ride, Heather angry as hell and Jess, once her anger faded, tired and heart sick. She couldn't wait for the van to stop. She had to find Floyd and apologize for the things Heather said, to reassure him that no matter what her own self doubt did to her she would never think badly of him, that he was a good man and one of the few she had ever known.

Turisa spoke gently to her and Jess leaned against her shoulder as she cried silently. Ben settled down, only whimpering now and then.
"No... I'm not okay," she confided in the other girl in a whisper only she could hear. "I'm just so... tired..." she confessed, knowing Turisa would know she meant more then physically.

The man driving, Joe, glanced back at her once they stopped to announce they had arrived. She gave him a faint smile, one full of sadness and apologies not just for having to witness the horrible scene between the three of them but for the harsh treatment he had received so far by their group. And despite that he showed concern for her and Ben. Maybe she had met another good man. Time would tell. She prayed Heather was not right about Jess' bad judgement. She just like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, few had deserved the gesture.

Joe Redhawk - Van- Jess, Hank, Floyd, Heather, Sam, everyone

The faint smile Jess gave Joe told him so much. Thus girl had gone and dealt with so much. Getting out of the van, Joe waited for Clay. He Knew Clay would be happy, but Joe wouldn't back down. Sure, right now the food was tight, along with the space, but they could fix that with an expansion and runs to areas they haven't touched yet. Hell, the Walmart still had a bunch can goods the group hadn't touched yet. If the group had a will, they had a way.

Tyler - Nathan's Office - Nathan/Katie

"The children don't know what's best for them," said Tyler. He couldn't think of a situation where any of the children should have any say in these matters nowadays. Even Katie had to learn and adhere to what was best for her. "If they want to go, then that is just childish thinking. They will not survive heading out into that world once again."

Then a knock at the door put a pause to the conversation. As it turned out, Katie was being difficult with the other children. Tyler figured Liam should have been sticking up for himself rather than Katie fighting his battle for him. Not that Tyler was surprised that the event happened at all; Katie was developing a habit of acting out when he wasn't around, which Tyler knew he could blame himself for. When Katie was directed into his lap, he scooped her up into his arms without a word. They would talk about this when Nathan wasn't around to overhear.

A calloused hand ran through Katie's hair as Nathan then spoke to a man over the radio. Tyler couldn't help but look a little annoyed with the news. "Joe... You mean that guy who had the van?" He could have done without any of those people. The majority of them would not have minded seeing him dead and would certainly say so if asked by the people of Morgantown. "Listen... I can't say much about them. You saw how we willingly split up before I arrived here. We were together through happenstance and nothing more. We all experienced a traumatic event down in Baton Rouge and were forced to travel up here together. I won't say they're bad people. They might all be great people, but those that came with me in the first place and who were put into the gymnasium are the people I trust the most. If you already are worried about space, it might not be a good idea to mix up those that arrived earlier and those that just arrived."

Matt - Outside the Gates - Samantha/Jon/Floyd/Hank/Enrique/Joe/Aubrey/Apparently everyone in the universe

Staying silent for the rest of the journey there, aside from curiously watching the commotion that went on with Floyd and whichever person he was screaming at. Matt could only roll his eyes at the nonsense. This really wasn't the time to do such a thing. It did show the rather obvious fact that this group were not close. With them all just being a section of the large mass of people that were heading towards nowhere.

Eventually they arrived at the 'community', and with a sigh of relief Matt stepped out of the vehicle. Stretching, Matt took a moment to look at their apparent destination. He didn't believe Joe, if Matt guessed correctly. The rest of the mass of people who didn't get devoured by the horde should of ended up here. That was a lot of people to take in. Any community that actually took them in was no a community that would survive much long. Which meant that it was not a place Matt wanted to be. Large places like this tended to go out in fire and chaos. If it wasn't somehow because of him.

Matt turned to Samantha as she asked about her sister. 'Ah, Of course' Matt thought, that was who she looked like.

"I think so, this is where the rest seemed to go. She should be right in there." Matt answered, he furrowed his eyebrows in fake sincerity. "Are you okay?" He said gently. "You seem like you have a headache"

Aiden - MorganTown Community - John

"Well, I hoped you wouldn't bite. That tends to end badly" He chuckled, before shaking John's hand. "Ah, John...Nice to uh, formally meet you. I'm Aiden" He told with a faint smile. "I don't you had to worry about us two shooting you" He joked, before glancing at Kerry. Who had taken to being gloomy in a corner. "I think"

"Still, good that there's still faith in humanity and everything." Aiden grinned once again.

Liam - MorganTown - Scarlett

Liam was dreading the medical inspection, though when it came. It was surprising quick. He guessed that they only had to check he wouldn't try to eat them or...well, that was the only thing he could think of. He was never taught anything else they checked for. And really it was the only thing that mattered.

He had felt somewhat guilty for what happened with Katie. While the insults had hurt, he had gotten much worse beforehand. And much worse abuse by people a lot older then they were. So to have Katie attacked them like that, it was a little embarrassing. Aside from his obvious worry for Katie. But when Liam really thought about it, he felt something else. Smug?

When he heard Scarlett's voice, his face brightened up and ran to her. Giving her a tiny hug, Liam face froze as she asked where Katie was. "Uh-" Liam bit his lip. "She, um. Got in trouble." Liam eyes stayed fixed on the ground beside him as he announced this.

Rob - Natchez - Elliot/Damian

Sighing at Damian lack of understanding, Rob listened to his plan. Glancing at Elliot to see his reaction, Rob seemed to frown before nodding. "Well, we can't exactly drag you back. If that's what you want to do then go ahead, just make sure you come back." He whispered, he peered once more at the group of unknowns, who did seemed like they were getting ready to leave. Although waiting for something.

Letting out a small grumble, Rob started to go walk back. He looked back at Elliot to see what he would do. Which, if he could of see what was in the alleyway he probably wouldn't of done. As he looked back, he saw a figure. Stopping in his tracks, his brain took a moment to get the information that there was a woman standing there. Clearly armed, with the same weird blue symbol on her arm. Though, at the moment she was just blankly staring at him. Likely processing the information the same as he was.

Without hesitating, Rob leaped at her. Dragging her to the ground and covering her mouth. "Fuckshitfuckshitshit" He spluttered out as he tried to stop her alarming anyone. Or really just screaming as that would be just as worse. Why the fuck did she have to be here!? A goddamn lone straggler. She was repeat hitting him, digging into his cheeks. Though he kept trying to kick the gun away from her.

"Elliot!" He tried to say in a half shouting half whispering way. But immediately realised how stupid that idea was.

Reese - Natchez - Rob/Elliot/Damian

To say the world had gone right down the bloody toilet was an understatement. Honestly, it didn't even seem real some days. It all felt like it'd been a thousand years since the first news reports went out, the outbreak manifested and spread like wildfire...and man was caught in the middle. In truth, it hasn't even been a single year yet. But the difference in just the general atmosphere was astounding. That morning he first caught wind of what was going on, people going bonkers and biting each other, feasting on flesh...such an ordinary day.

tumblr_nvnj70Ahoa1r0l9keo2_250.gif

That was the last immature and pure fun day. Before the...sickness. The next day, more than a few people didn't show up. More still showed up, sick but adamant that they could still work. They died. At least the people they used to be did. The bodies though...they didn't stay dead. To be quite honest, he still wasn't sure how he got out of there still alive. Reese had fainted at nearly the first sight of the shambling, bloody...thing that had once been one of his fellow podcasters.

He wasn't sure how it happened, but he knew who made it happen. His bro, born and raised from Jersey. Next thing the British guy was aware of, he woke up in the backseat of a truck. There was nobody else inside but he knew the truck very well. Gas was empty, blood on the dash. A little bit of vomit came out his throat and he coughed repeatedly, stumbling out of the truck. Landing on his palms on the hot asphalt, he lifted his head to glance around. No discernable street sign was within sight. He reached into his pocket, pulling out his phone to check the map app. It was still working, thankfully. For that moment.

"...Louisiana?!" He was near the edge of it, even. Not far from the border into Mississippi. Alone with no pals in sight. A British lad who couldn't drive. More than a state away from home. His memory of that period following that realization was hazy at best. He recalled...walking. Numbly moving on, shoes running ragged as he walked for who knows how long. Miles and miles until his feet bled. Not a soul to see for a long time. Or maybe there were and he just didn't register it.

Not until the walker. That jolted him to his senses. He did the only thing he could do.

He ran, shoving down the urge to faint. If he fell asleep...there was a good chance he'd never wake up again. Eventually he'd found his way to a more comfortable mode of transportation. A bike. Much faster than walking and he knew how to ride one of those. He just rode on, marveling at the fact that he was seeing more of America than he had previously. It'd have been nice if it wasn't so...gloomy.

Which is how he stumbled upon the sight of...someone dragging a chick to the ground and covering her mouth even as she kicked and struggled with him.

What the bloody hell, have I stumbled into a rape in progress-- "AAAAAAAAAH!" His thoughts came to a grinding halt as he yelped out, bike crashing into a nearby mailbox and Reese himself still moved forward with the momentum, skidding along the street.

"...Owwwwwwwwwwww." He rose up, trying to steady himself back onto his feet...and just drooped over again.

"I'm alright." He moaned. "Yeah I am, just watch." He muttered, mostly to himself to get up from this. "Come on brain. You know your legs are legs. Just stand."

Elliot - Natchez - Rob/Reese

Damian hadn't even bothered to wait once Rob had turned to leave. Elliot stared at his back as the lone wolf decided to book it across the street to presumably get a better look at the scouting party. Elliot didn't notice anything was going on behind him until he turned into the alleyway and watched Rob tackling with a woman. He had no idea where she'd come from, but he had to presume she was with the nearby scouts. Rushing into the tight space, Elliot pulled his small pistol into his hands and aimed it at the grappling pair as he approached them. He considered yelling, but worry of catching the attention of the woman's friends kept him from doing so.

Thankful the gun hadn't gone off in the fighting, Elliot managed to do what Rob couldn't and kicked the gun so that it went flying out the mouth of the alleyway. Watching the gun's movement, he saw a bike lying on the ground just outside with a man stumbling to his feet nearby. Elliot couldn't risk this person calling for help, so he leaped over Rob and the woman and ran out into the street. Gritting his teeth and trying not to look afraid, he pointed the pistol downward at the stranger. "Don't say a word!" he exclaimed with an obvious deaf accent. He took a quick glance behind him to make sure Rob was okay before concentrating back on the fallen stranger.

Fan Roberts - Natchez - Rob, Elliot, Reese

Traveling by herself, Doctor Fan Roberts had been on her own for awhile now. Weeks ago, her long time grew was attacked. Everyone she knew was dead or gone. People she had started with had turned into the dead that day. She got shot and was left for dead, not that she blamed them. However, it was merely a flesh wound.

Now on her own, with just her AK-47, and her Staff, her melee weapon that she taught herself how to master since the start. Fan felt aimless. She wasn't afraid to be by herself, but she didn't like it. Recently, she had became afraid her mind was playing tricks on her. She thought saw an old group mate, Andrew, walking one day. The two had been together since the start, that was until the attack. He was probably dead now, like everyone else.

Nearby from the action, she saw everything. Reese falling down, Elliot, Rob and that girl. This was going to be an issue. Sneaking over towards Elliot, Fan would watch him for a few seconds. Reese could be hurt, and so could that girl. So pulling out her gun she lurked to Elliot, jabbing into his back. Realizing he was deaf by his voice, she would speaking in close so the boy could here.

"Your friend is going to get all us kill. I don't want to kill either one of you two, but so help me I will. Now, I am going to back up, and when I do that, you're going to stop him, is that clear?"

Rob - Natchez - Elliot/Reese/Fan

With Rob currently busy with rolling around and trying to stop the girl making noise or getting away. The only thing he saw at first was Elliot kicking away the weapon. The two had now managed to be fighting against the wall. "Just fucking calm down!" He whispered into her ear. Sadly she seemed to just reply to that by repeat trying to stab his eyes out. Her muffled screaming into his palm.

"Elliot where the fuck are you-" Rob mumbled silently as he looked around to see where his companion was. Only to find him pointing a gun at a man who Rob had not seen at all. The stranger was on the ground, was he wounded? 'Oh is this just becoming a party now!?' The thought crossed his mind as he tightened his hold over the woman's mouth.

As he looked back to Elliot situation, he could see another new person, who was slowly creeping behind him. Also armed, "Elliot!? Behi-"

Oh, Right

Well, this situation was becoming worse and worse every second. He was grappling a random woman, Elliot was definitely in a trap. And Damian had gone off to follow the mysterious group.

Just, get Elliot out of the trap and run. Get back to Danny and Holly and run.

Suddenly a overwhelming pain shot through his hand and as Rob looked down. He realised that the woman was biting him. Instinctively he let go, holding in the urge to scream. The woman jumped up and started to run. But Rob got his hand around her ankle and pulled her back to the dirt.

"You bitch" Rob gritted his teeth with pain before going back to silencing her. Now, slightly filled with anger.

He would have held his hands up, frantically yelling out obscenities mixed with "don't shoot", "please no", "I surrender", "I come in peace unless you're also a rapist then well I don't even" buuuuuuuuut thankfully, he didn't seem to have to as somebody else made their way into the little scene emerging around them.

"WHAT IS GOING ON?!"

Claiborne Bonder//Hank//Abram - Morgantown - Alannah, Joe, Sam and Others

The guards did not understand. Puzzled by Claiborne's orders, they looked at one another then back at the school in search of their second leader. They wanted some kind of second notice that it was okay to proceed with such heinous act.

"But sir, it's Joe......we can't ju-" the guard managed to spit before being cut off by their commander.

"It does not matter who he is, what matters is what he's done. Instructed to warn these people of the walker horde, your friend Joe has decided to go against council and bring them to our home. A mistake that has caused him his position amongst us."

The guard could not believe this not understand Clay's reasoning. The other guard on the other hand already added one to one and understood what was going on. He managed to easily conclude that for one - the community did not hold the resources for all these refugees - and secondly - Joe had gone against a direct order which jeopardized everyone's safety.

"Just follow orders!" One guard yelled to the other. The concerned guard gulped as he raised his weapon and pointed it at the people on the other side of the gate. His eyes said he was sorry, but his actions went against that regret.
--------------------------------------

Claiborne turned around to face Alannah, who strongly felt the burden of being the head nurse to a surplus of patients. Glaring at her and her stature, he noticed her body language a bit off. She didn't hold herself with strong will like before, but was being eaten by fear.

"I will handle this, do make sure Nathan remains indoors."
--------------------------------------

"Y'all have to the count of five until I order these men to open fire," Claiborne stated with utter truth. Unlike Nathan, Clay was not afraid to take action - as long as it was condemned necessary for survival. The action he was taking now was a bit more controversial, but he had his reasons.

"One.."

"Get inside! Now!" Hank instructed to the others. He felt as though he had been right all along.

"Two......"

"But my sister! She's in there, I can't leave her!" Sam called back. She started for the gates as the others seemed to slowly retreat to the vehicles.

"Three......"

"Please sir, my sister is in there. Don't do this, you don't have to."

The guards turned back to Claiborne as the girl continued to step forth. "Four.....," Claiborne continued, one number away from his much feared threat to fire. The guards pointed their weapons forward again and getting their index fingers prepared to pull the trigger.

"GET BACK!!!!" Hank screamed.

"Five....."
--------------------------------------

"If Scarlett is in there I am positive you'll see her again. I'm sure we'll also see Katie," Abram said, addressing his joy through a sincere smile.

"Plus, if what this man says is true, they have actual food," he joked with eyes closed.
--------------------------------------

Bullets echoed before them as the rifles jerked in the hands of the guards. Floyd's eyes widened as the truck was struck with the speeding copper that pierced straight through Sam's fragile body.

"GET US OUT OF HERE!!" Hank instructed Enrique with haste. He ducked behind the seat as some bullets went through the front windshield. The truck's tires screeched and burned rubber as it sped off away from open fire. Floyd stared at Sam's motionless body as she became less and less visible.

It was then quiet.

"CLAY! STOP IT! NO! CLAY, STOP!"

Fucking nut job never trusted anyone, not even his own people. Joe Jumped back inside the van, not before two bullets entered and exited his left arm. Joe didn't noticed the wounds as he pulled out of the area. Another bullet would rip into the window screen, grazing Joe's right arm.

"Heads down, everyone! Now!"

The baseball player was in shock. Clay lost his fucking mind. You can't in good conscience leave people to die, or shoot a fucking baby.Joe felt broken all up as he followed the truck. He knew there was a good chance he'd be killed by Hank. Could he blame him? Fuck no. He looked at the people in the van. They had to hate him. His eyes again looked at Jess. Fuck, he almost her son killed. This was a new low for the man. Maybe there wasn't room for moral men, anymore. Lost in thought, Joe just drove.

Jess - Van - Joe, Turisa, Others

Jess screamed when the first bullets struck the van. Bending over in her seat, she shielded her baby with her body. Ben screamed at the sudden upset, a blood-curdling scream of a terrified baby. He continued to scream and cry as Heather swore.

"You assholes! We have a baby in here!" She managed to get out right before a bullet came through the windshield and struck Joe. "Christ! Drive!" She ordered while digging in the glove box for an old rag. While he drove she ripped his shirt over the wounds and tied a turniquet on his upper arm to allow the bleeding. Then she looked over her shoulder. "Is he hit?" She yelled, meaning the baby.

"No," Jess replied, shaking. "No."
She cuddled her son close, trying to calm him and herself. "We left her..." she whimpered shakily. "We left that girl..."

"Couldn't be helped," Heather said shortly before turning back around.

Jess glanced up to see Joe looking at her again. She felt sorry for him. His friends had shot him, turned their backs on him.

Now they all had no where to go.
How were they going to survive now?

It was when she was looking around to check everyone that she saw something that made her blood go cold.
"Turisa!!"
