Enrique - Morgantown Plaza - Matt/Abram/Floyd/Sam - Hank/Heather/Imogen/Jess/Aubrey/Turisa/Joe/Jon - Andrew
Enrique watched as the girl with the crossbow ran towards the man, Enrique heard Jon tell him that if he wanted to come now was his time. Enrique watched the girl down the road and slowly backed towards the van. He lowered his rifle and turned back to the van, he walked to the side of the van and looked inside. He saw allot of people, this wouldnt work. He saw a woman with a baby, and allot of worn down people in this Van. If he got in that van it'd be in pieces. He looked at Jon and shook his head.

"Look man, they're allot of people in this Van as it is. I crashed my truck a little ways away from the Wendy's I was hiding in. If I can get to it, I'll push it off what its stuck on and I can carry some people. After that I'll follow you."

Enrique backed away from the van and spotted a man he hadnt seen in some time. Matt. There wasnt time to chat about Outpost, or if Matt knew Thomas was really Tyler. Enrique just gave him a rough look, one that conveyed the message that he needed to talk. With that Enrique jogged off down the road dodging some walkers. He saw the truck he'd crashed and climbed inside, tossing his gun inside. He shifted the stick into four wheel drive and heard the front tires spin as the back ones pulled the vehicle back onto the solid ground. He felt the vehicle shake as it hit the ground he backed it up and turned. Then turned into the direction of the van, his vehicle nudged a few walkers aside as he drove. He came up to the van and put the truck is neutral as he waited for the van to get moving or for someone to hop in to make room in the van.

Alannah/Scarlett - Morgantown Community - Tyler and Co/ Nathan/ Claiborne/ John

Anna had sighed, seeing that once again, the men were getting in her way of doing what needed to be done. Her main focus was treating and wounds and giving the newcomers and more thorough check for any scratches or bites. Tyler had made it to the top five of her list as she noticed his reaction to every time he needed to use his leg.

Before Nathan left, Anna smiled and whispered that she had dibs on the newcomer's leader next. If either one of them objected, she'd pull the "I'm pregnant and moody" card of Nathan, and the "Scarlett demands this be done" card for Tyler.

Once the men had left, and after Anna had snapped back to reality; having gone into deep thought after she watched Clay's late entrance and slightly 'ruffled' appearance. She turned and grinned at the young woman that was now holding Katie in her arms with a young boy by her side. "Scarlett. You wouldn't mind if I took a look at the kids right? I'll check them out in my office. You're welcome to bring the elderly woman and another of your choice, if you'd like. I understand if you don't feel too safe yet."

Although Scarlett seemed preoccupied with the worry of what might happen to Tyler, she was quick to respond to Anna. "Um, yeah. I'll tell her to come and I'll bring KK." Alannah nodded and gestured for the small group to follow her once they had all been assembled. On her way over to the door, she also pointed towards the person who had needed an oxygen tank the night prior, and gestured for two of the other medics to assist her in following to the clinic.

Aubrey - Morgantown Plaza - Hank and Co/Floyd and Co/ Enrique

Aubrey had heard more voices. 'Great,' she thought as she turned around, not exactly thrilled to see Hank's bestie come out with Thing two from the twins and their companions. The only one she was truly surprised in seeing was Matt. She had worked now and then with him and had formed some sort of acquaintance, if not, an alliance. He was a sneaky son of a bitch, but he knew what he was doing most of the time. Not exactly the most trust worthy person, but neither was she anymore. At least not to anyone she didn't know.

Not before long, a gun shot rang clear in the air which made everyone turn towards its direction. Of course they couldn't catch a single moment to breathe. Sighing, the young woman lifted her bow ever so slightly and followed suit of the new guy, Enrique, while Hank urged everyone to get in the vehicle. She didn't exactly want to spend her time seeing Floyd reunite with his baby mama. The mushy stuff all ended for her when the dead started eating the living.

She didn't think Enrique had expected anyone had followed him, so she whistled at him while he got on his truck to not startle him. Once reaching it, Aubrey gave him a small wave before practically skipping over to the passenger side and sliding in. "Too many people in the van," was the excuse she gave him and she settled in and placed her bow between herself and the passenger side door. She didn't have too many questions for the stranger. Frankly, she wasn't too weary of him either. Aubrey was an opportunist and knew how to put on an act to survive. She'd use everyone in the group until they were all either dead, or they showed loyalty, if necessary.

Mel - Morgantown - Stacey/Riley/Joselina/Jean

"Good job guys, keeping us safe. I'd say drinks on me but no one really pays for that stuff anymore, so just keep up the good work." She patted one of the gate-guards on the shoulder. More than a little awkwardly but she tried to pass it off nonchalantly as she kept on heading in. Getting used to others was a little weird. Nothing reminded her of that more than the reception she got at the gym doors.

"Really now?" She questioned with a raised eyebrow, stepping closer a little aggressively to the pair of guards. "Okay." She started, head tilting to one side. "First of all..." She followed up, head tilted towards the other side now.

"Drop the Melanie bullshit. It's Mel. Not Melanie. Makes me sound like a fucking kid. Secondly, I'll tell you what I'm gonna tell Clay and Nathan. Saying no is not an option if it's to psycho nutjobs with scary weapons who'll kill people if refused. At least within our own we can keep an eye on her. If she was out there raising hell for us, it'd be worse than just a bunch of chompers stumbling around. Like the good man said, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Whichever one she is remains to be seen. If people want to toss her out than by all means they can vote and agree on it. But for now, you mind stepping the hell outta the way so we can get in?"

"..She's got a point. Better with us than against us? I wouldn't want to get my lower jaw knocked off by getting on her bad side. But if she did it to stop a shambler then who am I to complain?"

Riley finally spoke up having gone in relative silence since arriving back with Mel and Joselina. He personally thought Joselina's brutal way of disposing of shamblers was a sight to behold so he wouldn't have minded keeping her along. But he just didn't want to make her angry...

Claiborne Bonder - Morgantown - Scarlett, Alannah, Others.

Taking a step back to allow Tyler to follow Nathan, Claiborne turned to the people before him to pick his first 'victim'. He looked at the international soldier who had - from their initial meet - become a very hazardous guest. With peering eyes, Clay had pre-determined how long he'd allow that man to stay - and it was not long. Therefore, without wasting any more time, the older man placed his rough hands in the pockets of his coat and nodded at Scarlett to stand and come his way.

"With haste," he said, anxious to get his work done. They had to get through everybody by three hours because there was more work to get done. He needed to send a team out to get supplies and follow up on the location of the horde that passed the night before. Claiborne wanted to make sure they were not making his way back towards Morgantown.

Escorting the woman to his office, he opened the door for her to go inside first. He gestured her to take a seat, then followed by taking a seat himself. Dropping on his chair, he rocked back and forth for a bit as he searched for a cigar. Forgetting he had run out, he took hold of his walkie and called for one of the guards.

"Here, I need you to fill this out before we start. It is merely basic information. I'll further ask questions once you are complete..." he stopped as a thought seemingly popped in his head.

"Actually, one question. Tyler. How do you know him?" he asked her, his eyes showing no humility. The man acted as though he already knew the answer to the question, but wanted to hear it from her. Claiborne was knowledgeable, but had become so invested in Morgantown that he's become an outcast to the rest of the world.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hank and Floyd - Morgantown Plaza - Enrique, Aubrey, Jon, Others.

"Stop here," Hank ordered Joe as they came close enough to where Enrique started moving his vehicle. He watched the man slowly get his truck back on the road and drive-ready. Still wary of the extra member, Hank kept his hand near his holster at all times.

"We'll lead, you follow. If the situation gets out of hand, lead us to your community quickly. I don't know how long you've been out here, but there aren't any walls to protect you. You try anything, anything and my guys will put a bullet between your eyes."

"Jon, Matt, you're with me. We're going with Aubrey and him, make sure he doesn't do anything stupid," Hank stated, quickly jumping out of the van, opening the sliding door so that Jon and Matt could get out. Floyd was urgent and started moving towards Hank when the leader put his hand out to stop him.

"Stay here with Jess, she needs you. Make sure he doesn't try anything," he told Floyd, speaking in regards to Joe. Though he's shown no sign of trouble, he was still not one of them. Squinting his eyes in deliberate uncertainty, Floyd moved back and took a seat. Hank then gestured Abram to move to the front seat - already knowing his duty was to look out for the group.

Making his way towards Enrique's truck, Hank made his way around the front bumper of the truck. He stared into the eyes of the driver - Enrique - and remained cautious. Waking up to the driver side window, he looked at the man face to face.

"Were coming with you," he said simply before leaning closer to Enrique.

"I don't really care who fired that shot, but these people do. It may be one of the people who were with us prior to the walker attack. We'll lead, make our way over there, check it out and that's it. If we don't see anybody, we do not act and we move towards this community. Let's get going." With that, Hank boarded the seat behind Enrique - hand still prepared for the worst.

Scarlett - Morgantown - Clayborne Bonder

Scarlett had little to no time in getting the children and elderly together like the medic had ordered. She had already guessed that she'd be someone that would be picked for 'interviewing', but had hoped that they would at least wait until Tyler had been questioned so that he could be with Katie. When Claiborne had motioned for the woman to follow, Scarlett hesitated as she looked down at the already panicking girl clinging onto her leg.

"Katie, baby. You're gonna have to stay just for a bit with Liam. I'm just going to answer the man's questions and be right back. I'm really sorry to leave you." Scarlett frowned and placed her hand on both Liam and Katie's cheeks before turning to KK and walking over. "Don't let anything happen to them." Her voice was full of promise and threat as she said those few words before leaving to follow Claiborne.

She wasn't too thrilled to be questioned. Why these people needed to know what they did before the pandemic happened was irrelevant now. Today was all about survival. Sure maybe in the first month or two of the outbreak, it was important. People still tried to be civilized about it. Now, though, people used it to their advantage.

Once they were in the man's office, Scarlett complied with his demand for her to sit. Truly, it wasn't a demand, but with the way this man carried himself, Scarlett didn't want to find out what he would do if she rebelled against him. For all she knew, he could have chains and whips behind some of the doors or in some of the drawers on his desk. With that in mind, Scarlett listened closely to him and did as she was told for once, taking whatever he gave her and filling it out. Her head snapped up as she heard the same question she had been hearing since first meeting Tyler. Scarlett wanted to groan out loud and throw her hands in the air.

'Why are they so fucking interested?!'

The woman kept her composure as she ran several different questions in her own head, her eyes wide. "Um. Tyler? He saved me...Well, kind of. I consider it saving. I had just escaped some men that had separated my sister and I he stopped some weird crackhead from shooting me. I stuck around to fulfill my debt. I made a promise to them and I intend to keep it." She looked at the man's face carefully, trying to read him. Even a small sign of his body language would of helped.

Stacey - Morgantown - Mel/Riley/Joselina/Nathan

Stacey found herself grinning as Mel reacted to what Jean had said. The pair of guards looked wary of the girl who managed to be shorter than both of them, which brought Stacey an endless amount of amusement. "I was just being respectful," Jean started to say, but her voice died on her throat as Mel continued to dig into her. Her face seemed to pale as Mel relayed that this new girl was apparently out of her mind. Stacey wasn't sure how she felt about the philosophy of keeping that person around, but it seemed they were stuck between a rock and a hard place now that she had already been invited inside. Turning away the girl now could possibly have her flip out on them.

When the tirade was over, Jean managed to say, "Okay, I'm sorry. You're right, but unfortunately Claiborne and Nathan have already stepped out of the gym. They're questioning two of the new people in their offices."

"Oh, boy," Stacey remarked. "Grillin' them, huh? Bummer." She looked to Mel, staring at her for a moment before shrugging. "You already planned to crash their gym party, so I guess we could just step in on one of those interviews. Let's go with... Nathan. Yeah. He's probably less likely to, uh--" Stacey held her tongue, rather tempted to make a joke of the slap from yesterday. Hey, maybe Mel would have laughed it off, but Stacey just didn't really know for sure. It was fun to watch Mel go off on someone else, but totally not fun to have her go off on you.

On the move once again, it wasn't long before the group had reached the administrative part of the school. Stacey stepped quietly past Clay's office door, before coming up on Nathan's. She knocked softly on the door, opening it before Nathan could shoo them away.

Tyler - Morgantown Gymnasium - Nathan - Mel/Riley/Joselina

Tyler nodded solemnly, understanding that Nathan had clued into Tyler's worry. Or at least, that's what it seemed. The kids weren't about to be questioned, that was good, but Tyler wasn't about to let any of them walk out those doors without an adult from their group accompanying them. "The kids can go there once KK or Becca go through your questioning, all right?" He leaned forward, looking down the line, seeing both Caleb and Jace nod along with what he was saying. With that out of the way, Tyler dutifully followed Nathan outside, where the medical team poked and prodded at his leg. He grit his teeth at the discomfort that came with the examination, trying to mask his annoyance at them wanting to know everything about it. Where did it come from? What kind of firearm? How was it treated? How much have you walked on it? Tyler felt stripped naked by the time they were done, the medical team knowing everything there was to know about the wound.

Then, it was to Nathan's office, where it seemed way too many papers awaited Tyler. He felt like he was being expected to fill out government forms. To Tyler, it felt like these guys were just trying to mimic what had once been normal for no practical reason. He'd barely started in on the questions before there was a knock at the door, followed by a girl opening the door without prompt. Tyler recognized the three crowding around the door as members of Morgantown he'd seen yesterday, including the third leader of the community.

"Hey, Nathan, sorry for interrupting you," said Stacey, if Tyler had remembered her name right. "It's just that Mel ran into someone she was kind of forced into recruiting for the community... uh..." As the girl trailed off, Tyler leaned back in his seat, eyes moving between Nathan and Stacey.

Jon - Morgantown Plaza - Joe - Matt/Hank/Aubrey/Enrique

Jon had sighed inwardly at having to work with Matt, but he said nothing on the matter as Hank explained the plan to them. He gave Joe a reassuring pat on the shoulder before following Hank outside, walking quickly with him toward Enrique's truck. He didn't disagree with anything Hank was saying, which was a nice change of pace. Jon knew the man still had an analytical head on his shoulders, even if not the kindest. Jon didn't believe anyone blamed Hank for that, but there was a time and place for brutality. At the very least, things with Joe were working out so far, and Jon could only hope that continued once they made it to Morgantown.

Climbing into the back of the truck with Matt, Jon scanned the horizon, wary of both the undead and potential human threats.

Andrew - Morgantown Plaza - Imogen and the Group

Andrew put his hands up in a surrender as the girl with the crossbow approached him, sending his alarms screaming and his nerves on edge. He swore and eyed the bolt at the end of her weapon, which seemed to taunt him because of how quickly it could kill him. He didn't want to fire at the girl, but he guessed that she would've put him down before he could pulled the trigger if he tried.

"I'm- I'm not here to hurt anyone... just lookin' around." He said. He slowly flipped the safety on in his gun, allowing her to see that he was doing so, and set his pistol on the ground. "I'm not a threat... at least not to you and your group."

He eyed the people and noted how many of them there were. "I have a car... you guys seem like you're headed somewhere. Maybe I can help you..." He looked at the girl, willing to admit that she looked like she could put up one nasty fight.

"Here." He used his boot to slide the pistol towards her.

Joselina - Morgantown - Nathan - Mel/Riley/Stacey/Tyler

maxresdefault_1.jpg

She couldn't feel the numbness in her feet as she stood before the gates of Morgantown

The idea of civilization, albeit primitive and crude, was not a foreign idea to Joselina. She had seen this before, in times not long ago when she still retained the vaguest semblance of an arguably sane mind. Something about Morgantown's gates, their guards, the very formidable presence of the fortress emitted this aura of endurance. For the muzzle-masked brunette, it only sprung up vague memories of times both worse and pleasant months upon months ago. Reaching down to her waistline, gently stroking the top of a bloodied, tattered teddy-bear dangling from her belt buckle, a soft hum escaped Joselina's lips.

She couldn't feel fear in her heart, not traditional fear anyways, but something disturbed her. A shudder coursed through her spine, as if deju vu had struck her with such a soft yet profound intensity. Clenching her fist together, Joselina hissed audibly to those around her, dropping her bloodied ax-bat hybrid, which had been mangled and fittingly destroyed after such prolong usage. A shame, considering she recalled some smith having personally made for it, although she could not recall exactly how she came about meeting a smith of all people in this scenario. Granted, the idea of wandering undead seeking to cannibalize the living wasn't exactly a normal idea to begin with...

"Hnnnfff....!"

Joselina tried to communicate, the six foot, malnourished, unhinged woman growled once more. It was clear Joselina wasn't dumb by any standards, and all the arguing about her was beginning to quite frankly piss her off. Sure, she held rash decisions, and if the situation called for it, she would show little hesitation to kill another human. But, at least from Joselina's standpoint, she was unsure of all of these precautions and safety measures. A true survivalist relies on many skills to endure this brewing wasteland of the dead and dying, a lesson that Joselina herself just by her raggedy, scarred appearance was a fine example of. Besides, outside of that beat up rifle she slacked upon her shoulders, she bore no armor nor the physical strength at the moment to overwhelm another easily. Any sort of combat would simply be suicide at this point.

"Hrrrr!!"

Another yell from Joselina, hearing the arguing (or what she perceived as such) growing in intensity. With hasty swiftness, Joselina slung her back off her shoulders, wildly thrashing the bag as if it were some medieval flail. In truth, this simply came off as barbaric and idiotic from an outsider's standpoint. For Joselina, however, venting her anger through self-contained violent gestures worked shockingly well. With there obviously being few psychologists as the matters of flesh and bone were more important than the mind these days, Joselina found herself strangely incapacitated. With no way to properly communicate as of yet and holding few human connections, the road to at least being presentable to others will be difficult. Yet, despite the issues and her own personal anxiety, the gates of Morgantoown creaked open for Joselina, Mel, and Riley.

With a stern gulp underneath the confines of her tight burden of a muzzle, the Hispanic threw her backpack upon her bare yet grime-coated shoulders. Glancing up at the sun, envying it's tranquility and harmony as the world died below, the psychopath entered with rifles pointed at her skull and feelings brewing in her heart...

---

"Mmm..."

Impressive, very impressive.

Most civilizations, or rather the facade of them, was nothing more than petite bandits seeking to exploit others. For once, Joselina held hope for others, knowing her own existence had been damned by highwaymen and brigantines. Sometimes the dead are no the foes, but the living not bound by rules. With heavy huffs and deep pants, the freak of a once (and arguably still) attractive woman strolled the dim hallways of this settlement. Most of it was in silence, like as if she was some little child wandering an amusement park back before this all happened. With her fingers trailing the walls, sunlight dancing off her black spaghetti-strapped tanktop, Joselina for once felt at peace.

No constant struggle for food, no constant nights spent hearing banging an distant screams.

Casual banter. Laughter. Sympathy. Comfort. Community. Family. Family. Family.

Snapping out of her deranged images, Joselina quietly edged alongside the shadow of Mel, towering upon one of the many leaders, Unarmed yet dangerous, a calm yet apathetic look was seen gazed upon what remnants were left of the masked woman's face. With her supplies thrown over her shoulder, her hands were clenched into fists, her slender legs positioned slightly outwards. If necessary, she looked eagerly to at least give the illusion of being more stronger than she actually is.

"H...Hi...Hiiii...."

The Hispanic rasped eerily out, like some burnt phantom of the past.

Old memories never die.

Enrique - Morgantown Plaza - Matt/Hank/Aubrey/Jon
Enrique watched as two men from the van came towards his vehicle. The first man's hand was on his holster, this made him nervous as the man approached. The first stared at Enrique as he walked, that was something he didnt like. It wasnt that he mistrusted this man, but it was odd. To come back to people after being a man who inspired fear and respect, to be spoken to like he was some dog this man had found. The second man was Jon, seemed decent enough. Didnt eye Enrique or anything, just hopped in the truck and was calm.

"Got it," Enrique said confirming what the first man had said, he slowly started putting weight on the gas and turned the wheel to avoid the van. He drove at a moderate pace, enough so that if the girl with the crossbow needed help she would be long in the fire. When he pulled up to where he could see her and the man in front of her. He didnt hold a gun in his hand from what Enrique saw. He looked around the car and readjusted his rear-view so he could see the first man, the assumed leader. He didnt know the crossbow girl's name or what they wanted to do with the new guy.

"I dont really know who this guy is, or who the girl is but it's up to you what to do from here," Enrique said looking the man in the eyes from the rear-view, "You guys brought me in and I respect you for that trust, so I'll let you measure the odds with this one."

He looked to the girl beside him and then down at the rifle he had laid in the seat next to him, the man in front of the vehicle didnt seem dangerous. He seemed like a dork actually, tall and lanky. No real meat to him. The crossbow girl seemed to have him dead to rights, he was disarmed.

Hank Galey - Morgantown Plaza - Imogene, Enrique, Andrew, Others.

Looking down the road as their speed decelerated, Hank couldn't help but notice they were arriving at the site of incident. When the brakes were pressed and Enrique's hand shifted to park, Hank swiftly jumped out of the vehicle and put his hand on the bride of his pistol's handle.

He shut the car door and took a step forward to be on Enrique's field of vision.

"If things go south, you kill him," Hank instructed, putting some trust in the new recruit. He was trying to change - but that came slowly. At least at this point Hank seemingly became more human and acted appropriately in the eyes of the others.

Shifting his eyes from Andrew to Joe, hank targeted the van to make sure they were alright. He have the driver a simple nod which meant there shouldn't be any problems. Coming back to what lay before them, Hank started towards his friend.

"Imogen, stand down," he called out as he was ten feet away. After approaching her, he picked up Andrew's weapon and pocketed in the rear edge of his pants. Hank glared at the man before them, reading him, analyzing every part of him.

"Do you have any other weapons on you?" He asked without remorse. He wanted answers, and quickly.

"If you do, it's in your best interest to hand them over now," he advised, pulling his own weapon out of its holster and keeping it next to him.

It was very silent now as the situation became very consequential. Hank was renowned - at least by the newcomers - as very rash. His defensive manner was sometimes far fetched and volatile, giving him a sense of insecurity. Though at this very moment, it was obvious his actions proved to be much more serene, yet ambitious.

Aubrey - Morgantown Plaza - Enrique/Hank/Jon/ Others

Aubrey bit her tongue as she tried not to oppose Hank joining her and Enrique. Here she was, trying to escape the immense amount of people they were with, and Hank decided to tag along.

Even as the events unfolded in front of her, she stayed quiet, waiting only until Hank was well away from the vehicle to speak. "Every group shows some kind of promise. This one shows a horrible one. I'd hate to see what happens if he doesn't change his ways." Her voice was quiet, soft even. Nothing like her hard and emotionless voice that she had used when she first encountered Enrique. She wanted to show the newcomer that she was human and had fears. Even if it was just an act.

She never took her eyes off of Hank and Jon as they dealt with the stranger a ways away from Enrique's truck. She made sure what she said was for Enrique's ears only.

"I've dealt with a lot of dangerous men. For many, I was there before they became the said danger that everyone was scared of." She was careful with what she said. Careful not to make any accusatory statements. To not say any names. The things she said were always cautious so if ever needed, she could easily twist her words. "I'm scared. I left to come with you because I'm scared that he's going to snap. I just don't want him to see it." The moment Hank and Jon made any sign of coming back, Aubrey would stop talking immediately. The last thing she needed was for Hank to see her as a threat.

"Thanks for the backup there, bandana face." She clapped him on the back as they walked on past, heading for the office. "And yeah, that was the plan, Stace. Doesn't change just cuz the spot we do it does." She quieted for a sec, staring at Stacey. "Oh don't even worry bout sayin it. Yeah, I got slapped. Big deal. You just accept it and move on. As long as you stand your ground in the faces of jerks like that, you're good. They don't got no power over you. If ya give em a hand, they'll take your whole arm and then some. So let's go."

Buttboy's office it is.

"Yeah, it's like Stace said." She added when they entered the office, thumbing over her shoulder. "This is the one right over here--" Her voice cut off and she turned around slowly.

John - Morgantown Community - Claiborne, Tyler, Scarlett.

As John looked at Nathan take Tyler away, he nodded at the man with a smile. A smile, yes, but it was one of discontent. As he continued to drink his water, he turned a momnt to Scarlett, "Do you think you can help wih my kne-" But it was soon after that Claiborne had entered and wanted Scarlett that John stood up, not out of defiance but rather out of respect: Not of the man, but of the "Rank." He looked at Claiborne as he saw him staring at John, then at Scarlett, under the shadow of John's eyes, he had a deep distrust of the man. Maybe due to his age, or his mannerism. He spoke up a moment later as he turned his head toward Scarlett, but eyes fixated on Claiborne. "Another time."

As she and him left, sitting down did he began to drink his water again, beginning to boringly sing the Canadian anthem. "Ô Canada.
Terre de nos aïeux, Ton front est ceint de fleurons glorieux.."

Joe Redhawk - Morgantown Plaza - Hank, Imogen, Audrey, Jon, Andrew, ect

There wasn't much for the former baseball player to say. He nodded again at Hank, following his orders.

I follow, Hank. Let's just keep our eyes out for any shamblers that heard that gunshot. "

Claiborne Bonder - Morgantown - Scarlett

The secretive man gave Scarlett absolutely nothing, keeping himself composed and seemingly uninterested (though he very much was). He wanted to get every little detail he could possibly obtain from the blonde, even if it meant he'd use his current standing and their situation as leverage against her. Right now, they could either cooperate and survive, or not cooperate and die. Reaching for his pen, Claiborne prepared himself to begin writing.

"Done with those?" he asked, taking the first few sheets before her after she nodded. He look through them for a brief moment, making sure she had filled in all the information. Afterwards, he slid them into a folder and wrote the girl's name on the small tab.

"Tell me, before the outbreak, before all this. What was your occupation?" he asked Scarlett, preparing himself to write down her response on the blank sheet of paper before him. His desk was actually very professional - even had a name plate with his nickname 'Clay' presented for everyone who came in.

"You may think this is unnecessary information, but this is how we determine if you stay, or if you go. Listen darlin', I'm going to cut to the chase and tell you what will happen - how we proceed. There are far too many people out there for us to feed. Even if we increase our search group and radius we will be inadequate to find enough supplies, in this case - food. Not only that, but with such an increase will not allow us to keep tabs on everyone who comes in through our gates, and those who leave. What I am tryin' to tell you is that not everyone in your group will be able to stay. You are a smart girl and am sure you understand. The children will remain here, but the adults will be evaluated as you are being now."

Claiborne paused his rocking on the chair and placed his elbows on his desk, looking at her with his scourging eyes.

"Do you want to be here? Are you willing to do anythang to keep you and your people safe?"

Kerry - Morgantown -John, Aiden and others

Staring at no particular point, Kerry eyes (Which seemed more dark and paranoid then before) darted between the so called leaders of the group. He grimaced as they announced that they needed to fill out registrations forums.

The lingering regret of even following that French speaking man to this place tapped him the shoulder.

As one of the two took Tyler, who Kerry assumed was thought to be the leader (The reason why probably didn't include logic). As they waited to be interviewed, or for all he knew be asked what was his favourite type of cheese. He turned his head to see Aiden behind him. It seemed he was a lot happier now compared to when they were being chased by a horde of the undead.

"Registrations forums?" He asked, 'to who' Kerry wondered, was something he shouldn't bother to think. Aiden seemed to notice the lack of an answer from him, and swiftly moved on. "Good thing we're safe from that horde, that was close!"

It struck Kerry at that moment that Aiden was trying to strike up conversation with him, he sneered at the thought. He almost wanted to just keep glaring at Aiden till he left. But he decided to respond. "Safe from the horde, but..." Kerry turned towards Aiden. "Are we really good off here? We traded immediate safety for this. It gives me the creeps-" Kerry looked around. "Registrations forums?" Kerry spat.

He didn't trust this, too many unknowns. But, right now this second it was safety. As Aiden, seemed to give up on the conversation and walk off. Kerry stared at the ground.

Aubrey went into the van, He had hoped that they would of fled to this community. But she was no where to be seen. That Van, Kerry gritted his teeth together. Where was she? He would have to find her.

"They'll probably ask me if I like the colour black" He scowled under his hood.

Aiden - MorganTown - John

After the first few started to leave, Aiden whistled softly to pass the time. (And a rather unsuccessful talk with Kerry). This place didn't give off the best of beginnings, but he was so tired. He just wanted a bit of normalcy.

Soon he found himself in the path of the man who (At least to his story of events) saved Kerry and himself. He at the current event of time, was singing (If he remembered correctly) the Canadian national anthem. Aiden realised he hadn't actually talked to the man since they were let in.

"Hey" He blurted out. "How are you holding up?" Aiden wanted to flinch as the words came out of his mouth. Perhaps they came off as too authoritative, when they were in the same position. Aiden shifted awkwardly, "I-uh, never said thank you for helping us back then. You probably won't hear it from Kerry-" He chuckled faintly. "But, still."

Matt - MorganTown Plaza - Enrique/Hank/Jon/Aubrey/Imogen/Andrew

Grinning abundantly, every so often taking glances at Jon to judge his sourness levels. Nodding as Hank talked, Matt stayed silent as him and Jon got into the back of the truck.

In fact Matt had still stayed silent even now, thought mostly because there was little to speak about.

As Hank and co dealt with the new stranger, Matt stood guard watching. That same wry smile planted on his face.

Rob - Natchez - Elliot, Darmian
As the trio went through the eerily clear streets. Rob seemed almost absent-minded. Not exactly looking about for the undead, not that needed to. But if one were to be hiding in a corner. If one were to examine his face, they would just get a blank slate.

Inside, he was kind of a nervous wreck. He was worried about Danny, he was worried about the supplies. He was worried about how empty it was. Everything was quiet. Too quiet. Not because he was suspicious of some incoming ambush, but because the silence left him with only his thoughts. He was sick and tired of his thoughts. They just reminded him of how shit everything was right now.

He rounded a corner, and froze.

No, His inner thoughts went. There was no way they could be this quiet. This is stupid. He would of heard them, they would of heard him. It was impossible that in front of him he saw a group of survivors, all armed. Scouts, He had been in community long enough to know the look of them. Somehow they hadn't turned to see him yet. He realized the other two were still with him. Frozen to the spot, He looked to the two. Trying to alert them to the group without making a sound. That what he would like to say, but the fact that he could barely move was also a leading factor.

Liam - MorganTown - Alannah, Katie, Others

Departing with Scarlet, or her been taken from him. Whichever way you looked at it. Liam found himself amongst the other kids as they were on their way to be, checked up on or something. He found it strange, this was his first time in a large community. Being lead by that Medic. Liam looked around cautiously.

Some of the kids, seemed so well protected. Seemed so innocent. He, while still being a kid. Felt like he was being shunted with the others. Staying close to Katie (As well as being near the front of the group). Liam stayed quiet, only speaking up when Katie asked him something. The two adults that led them, he was feeling untrust towards them. Trust had gotten him Scarlett, Trust had given him Katie. And, Tyler...kinda.

"What are we doing...." He mumbled out loud.

Just when Tyler was about to start filling in the forms he had laid out for him, someone knocked on the door. The questions had to wait as Stacey approached, with some more troubling news. A curious expression was plastered on his face. "Forced?..." Nathan asked, before he glanced over at Tyler. "Tyler, why don't you fill the neccessary information here.." Referring to the papers before him, he stood up, noticing Melanie as well.

As they left Nathan's office, leaving Tyler with the papers, he noticed the stranger, who looked quite odd in his eyes. The way she greeted almost made him speechless, at least for a few seconds as his eyes peered over at her before Stacey and Melanie. "So again.. How were you forced to bring her in?.." There were more questions in his mind, especially about the kid who got into a rage of fit yesterday, and had been gone since the horde.

"Stace, why don't you take her weapons away, anything that's harmful.." A simple demand before his attention diverted over at Melanie. "So you brought her in without letting me or Claiborne know?.."

She cocked her head to the side, clearly annoyed already. Wasting time with stupid questions...that figures. "Consider it resource gathering. And excuse me? I'm telling ya now, aren't I? Why the fuck do ya think I'm here? Sure as hell ain't for a social call. Comprende?"

John - Morgantown Community - Aiden

Oh, the young man came to him. So far he'd manage to angrily release himself to the others but it was fine. He looked at Aiden with a smile of appreciation, not of authority as he would believe, before standing up and shaking Aiden's hand. "De Rien. Don't mention it. All for a new friend." As he shook Aiden's hand (Albeit never had letting go.) had he begun to speak again. "Je mapelle John. What's your name? And don't worry-" He chuckled. "-I don't bite." John said rather amusingly before letting his hand go. "My only desire was for you two to not have shot me while they come and attack."

Scarlett- Morgantown Community - Claiborne Bonder

Scarlett quietly handed the man the papers she had filled out.

'This is stupid'

"Um, before the outbreak I was working on my Masters at LSU. I worked part time at a gymnastics place with children. Nothing of importance." Although her voice cracked, she tried not to dwell on the flashbacks of working with her favorite children. Wondering what their outcome had been would make everything feel all too real. She had done a damn good job of not letting the outbreak affect her emotional health. At least she thought so.

After clearing her throat, she regained her serious composer, listening closely to everything Claiborne had to say.

"The children can stay but not all of the adults?" It wasn't a question that was meant to be asked out loud, but she had guessed that Claiborne would stay quiet and let her think things over. "No matter what your decision is, you have to let Tyler stay with his daughter.I want to be here, but it's ultimately up to you. I have done just about anything and everything to keep people I care about alive... But I have someone out there for me."
