have you thought about the possibility of a co-gm? because 12-14 is a lot for one person to handle lol

plus you said this interest check ended already but allowed more people to join xD
 
I was thinking sonokinesis (sound manipulation) or osteokinesis (bone manipulation) for my character, not entirely sure yet

It's not like I'm allowing 20 people in. I'm just glad people are responding well to this.

And are you volunteering as a Co-GM with that statement, out of curiosity? XD

Might be interested in joining with a Djinn, aka Genie. Conception wise like Shantae or Shazzan. Not wish granting so much as elemental magic and/or shapeshifting, I'll need to think of limits on the power however in reflection to other members.

Sure! Okay, so for my reference and all those in the thread, this is our current roster of characters;

• Seraph, the Ghost-Powered Hero
• A Scarlet Witch-type telekinetic (and potential sorcerer alongside them)
• A Succubus/Vampire trying to make up for her 'misdeeds'
• A Speedster inspired by Black Panther and the Flash
• Self-Duplicating Earth Hero (unconfirmed since I want to know more about that character)
• A Faery-based hero who's been reincarnated
• A shapeshifter/whatever Crow decides to play
• A Weapons specialist
• A Hydro-kenetic
• A Sonokinetic/Osteokenetic
• A Djinn

That everyone?

I can see there's a lot of people interested and with ideas, which is good. I'm hoping to join with my own hero. I was hoping to have somebody with a power of somebody that can duplicate themselves so there's several versions of them, or somebody that can bring life to inanimate objects, a example would a statue of a lion becoming alive while still being made of marble/metal. My last one would be a artist that can make his paintings become real, so if they drew a car, then bam a car would appear; however to hold themselves back for being overpowered they can draw so much/limited, a example would be they can't remake a person, something a long those lines. Anyway I'm happy if I could join.
 
Since Circe is going with what is described as a 'Faery-based Hero', will it be alright if I went for my Faefolk-based shifter 'Pixie Dust'(thinking of a better name) who is also described as 'Faery-based' because that's the whole point of her powers, or would it be better if I went for my Yokai-based shifter 'Ayakashi'.

I'm thinking of running a secondary character as my primary character's foster parent. He'll pretty much be a Batman of sorts. No powers, really smart. He is a significant level more friendly.

Maybe not the last two ideas (since reanimation can be a hassle to deal with in a roleplay, especially if everything starts going nuts at the same time), but the first idea sounds good to me! He'd be a bit like Multiple Man, I suppose ^^

Maybe to throw in some variety, go with the Yokai shifter. I'm not saying no to the faery, but let's also not forget that multiple people with similar powers can get confusing ICly.

Would your 'dad' character be a hero, or would he just be a side-character who watches from the sidelines? Because I had an NPC Agent Coulson lined up if nobody took the role (he's still in the RP, but if somebody takes our resident 'human' then he'll just be sidelined a bit).
 
I could help with Co-GMing if you're looking for one. I am fairly decent with writing NPCs and villains from years of tabletop. Plot wise I can also provide some insight.

I was thinking that at first he could be a sidelines kind of character at first, the scientist kind of guy, then after a round of character development and worry for his foster daughter, he proceeds to use his intellect to build some form of battlesuit to par with the battlefield.

While not listed as a metahuman power, I'm thinking of giving him Amadeus Cho levels of intellect to justify that last part.

So with my character could each new person have a different personality, or appearance?

So long as they're not a new character entirely/it doesn't get confusing/you don't mind writing multiple characters for that, then sure.
