I am referring to the possibility of travelling across realities to find you after you reincarnate.

Yeah, I personally don't really understand why someone would be like "Oh, I want to reincarnate five times during the roleplay" lol. I just wanted her to be a reincarnation of something from the past, so the reincarnation isn't necessarily like... the grunt of her abilties. :)
 
Alright, so circe's characters will have 'Fairy powers' right?

Well, it depends on what your definition of "faery powers" are, lol. That's a broad spectrum. @Crow

I'll probably have those done at some point today, but they won't be showing up until the OoC (gonna work on my CS as a template for you guys so you have something to look at for reference's sake)

Is it going to be a basic CS or detailed?
 
Fairly detailed, but not too bad (the most you'll have to write apart from power descriptions is a 2-3 paragraph backstory), but it'll include a sample-post for the scenario when T.H.U.N.D.E.R. first contacted your character (this should at least be longer then a paragraph but I won't put a limit on the sample if you don't think you can write enough for that).

Basically more of T'Challa if he were a speedster. Very oriented and focused, but diplomatic when he needs to be.
 
In that case, think I might make a weapons specialist with a more minor meta power maybe.

Tentative interest here. I'm currently sick, so I'm not sure. My health comes and goes as of late. *sigh*
As such, it will depend on the speed of the roleplay overall. :)

I also need to finish reading the darned thing...

Nope, you're good! Haven't decided on a 'player cap' just yet, but I'm thinking maybe 12-14.
