- I enjoy modern fantasy, fantasy, scifi, romance, yuri, romance, adventure, action, all that good stuff. I tend to stay farther away from horror and the like, but thrillers maybe? I guess? I've never really tried so I'd be open to it.
Illyana stayed silent the whole time the princesses spoke about Petra's upcoming wedding and her secret engagement. And even though she had to go to the bridal store, she dragged her feet on the way. Her eyes kept scanning the crowd, a few of the common folk noticing that there were princesses walking around town. Normally this wasn't something out of the ordinary if it was Princess Dahlia, but two others, that was a sight most people didn't see in their entire life. Still, she kept on guard, as she was supposed to, and followed the women into the bridal shop. The man that greeted them thankfully didn't notice her, but that didn't stop Dahlia from mentioning something about a dress.
Of course, the knight hadn't worn a dress since she was a child. Regardless, she followed the princess to the back of the shop and away from the other two princesses. She did catch, however, the statement about finding something that matched her ribbon. When Dahlia finally stopped, they were in the farthest corner from the other princesses, or any other person, for that matter. They were surrounded by different colored gowns, all sorted into their respective colors and fading with a spectrum from light to dark. A couple mannequins standing up and showcasing dresses around them as well.
"I'm sure this may come as a surprise to you, Majesty," Illyana started as she bowed her head slightly. "But I don't wear dresses. To most formal occasions I wear my formal military attire." Her hand absentmindedly went down to the hilt of her sword where the ribbon was tied and she exhaled slowly. "Of course, you could always pick out a nice formal shoulder cape for me, if you're dying to find something for me to wear." Green eyes glanced down at the princess with a small smile as she scanned the surrounding gowns and fabrics before speaking again. "Or did I get dragged back here for some other purpose?"
