Citlali
Citlali stared back into the eyes of the tentacle beast as it seemed to write him off as something non threatening. He turned his head to the older one and found that he was still reading, though with a small smirk on his face. The alien was about to do some more stimulus experiments with the tentacle beast on the ground when the one around the older child's shoulders lifted up and moved to be eye-to-eye with him. Bright green eyes stared straight back at the eyes of the tentacle beast, which flicked out a forked tongue. The other tentacle beast did the same and the alien tilted his head to the side as he watched the two. They didn't seem to be aggressive, but it wasn't long before one bumped its head against his shoulder. It didn't seem to be an aggressive action, so Citlali pushed it back with a rather loud and boisterous laught. As Atlas already knew, the boy had only two volumes: dead silent and yell.

@Clear@Greenrust

The hydra head hissed when it was pushed back, whether in annoyance at the suddenly loud noise or interest in the game he seemed to have found. The other head raised his head in interest and soon was dodging among the small boys feet, slithering in the air around his lower body. The other one came forward again playfully and flicked its tongue over the boys nose before nudging him back and forcing him to trip over the other heads extended neck as a prank. Pollux sighed and suddenly both heads got very still and came back to him around his sides ans he closed his book and got up. He offered a hand to the fallen boy, his eyes were as blue as the sky above them and seemed slightly concerned as he looked down at the boy. "Hey are you alright, they can get a little rough when left alone." The two heads now seemed to gravitate towards Pollux like he had his own center of gravity, directing their gaze on Citali

Citlali
Citlali found himself startled when the tentacle beast hissed at him. But...wasn't that the game? It seemed to dissipate and the two tentacle beasts played for a bit before pushing him over onto his rump. The alien pouted in their direction and it was only then that the young man attached to the tentacle beasts rose up and acknowledged him. He looked at the offered hand and remembered it as an Earth gesture for helping. Citlali took his hand and let the bigger one pull him up. He stared at the male with the tentacles with wide green eyes before opting to speak up. The alien was still looking for Atlas and this guy just might know where he was.
"Know Atlas?!" Citlali asked, using one of the few Earth words he knew in sync with Atlas's name.
And of course, he was once again very loud. The alien boy had found that more volume got him noticed quicker, so he used it to his advantage.

@Clear@Greenrust

He tilted his head as he barely stopped himself from hissing in annoyance. By the gods this kid was loud. As a hydra his senses were far above a humans, especially smell but all of them really. This caused him to feel actual physical pain with the alien all but shouting at him. While he struggled to collect his thoughts he remembered Atlas being one of the kids that resided here. He didn't know him personally so he wasn't the best bet when trying to find him but he didn't want this kid running around the forest by himself. The forest around the Home was mostly safe but it held more then a few dangers to such a small child. So he smiled reassuringly and said, "Yes i know Atlas, ill bring you to him." The two Hydra heads suddenly shot forward, they were incredibly quick when they had direction, and wrapped around the kids waist and lifted him into the air. He was careful not to restrict his breathing as he was lifted and placed on his shoulders. "Common, lets go find Atlas." He set off in the direction of the main house, taking long graceful steps.

Citlali
Citlali looked up at the tentacle boy after speaking, waiting patiently for an answer. He watched as the other tilted his head before responding to him. There was a smile, which the alien had come to know as an expression of reassurance and happiness, before a few Earth words and Atlas's name. He smiled widely when he heard Atlas's name, but squeaked in surprise when the two tentacle beasts seized him and set him on tentacle boy's shoulders. Citlali wrapped his arms around the top of the other's head as they headed off toward the house, watching as the long strides moved them much more quickly then his short little legs. He caught sight of a black and yellow stripe about halfway there and wasn't sure if his companion had seen the insect yet.
"Bad!" The alien exclaimed as he pointed out the buzzing insect.
As far as he was concerned, black and yellow stripes were bad in numbers. Perhaps he'd end up eliminating them one by one.

Nimah
Nimah let Boo pick her up and bring her back inside the orphange, giving her a brisk pat on the head. This caused her gray hair to fall over her eyes, obscuring her vision. She giggled and batted away the Boogeyman, which caused him to chuckle. It sounded no more than wood knocking against wood, but it still made her heart light. Before he left he reminded her to go find Aeo and apologize.

Aeo, along with Amethyst and Hadlee, would most likely be in their lesson still, so she opted to go back to the dining hall and get her lunch until they finished.

The dining hall still had people in it from breakfast, and she knew that they usually stayed and socialized. With a skip in her step, getting her lunch tray with little mice steaks and brocolli. Boo must have made arrangements with the kitchen, but only at the cost of putting something green on her plate. Silly Boogeyman.

She ate her lunch at one of the lone tables and waited for Aeo and Amethyst to get out of Kreskes's class.

Hadlee
Hadlee's heart jumped in fear as Amethyst took hold on her wrists, looking at the scars caused by the shackles she was always forced to wear during her time as a slave. This made the scars on her back and neck grow hot and start to itch. She nodded at Amethyst, her cheeks glowing red as the blood rushed to them. She let her hold her wrists, despite the pain that was shooting to them. She hated thinking about what happened after her parents were killed, and whenever she did, it made her scars hurt like it was still happening.

Hadlee tried to keep her smile as warm as possible, but she felt like she was under a microscope, examined and poked and prodded. She nodded when Amethyst asked her to be her partner, and it took a little weight from her shoulders. She was glad Kreskes didnt need to pair her up with another straggler. She was glad to finally be getting close to another person. But the thought also made her terrified. Would Amethyst go away, too?

She took of her hands out of the Flame Girl's grasp and reached for her head of silver curls, wrapping a lock around her finger. Amethyst had such pretty hair, and she was jealous. She wanted to braid it, but didnt know how to ask such a thing. During her time as a slave, the other girls taught her many things, such as how to cure certain sicknesses with plants and herbs, and braid hair.

She giggled and dropped her hand down, her eyes lighting up just a little. She was glad she was finally making a friend.

Aeo blinked, his ears twitching up in surprise to see that Hadlee had entered the room. She was such a quiet individual that Aeo hadn't noticed the mute ram-girl, and he did his best to give a friendly smile to her without looking too awkward. Although she was very quiet and shy, Aeo liked Hadlee nonetheless. She had a good heart, and it was nice to see Amethyst was starting to make Hadlee come out of her shell. Aeo just... wasn't as good as social skills, to be honest. Being somewhat dim and unperceptive, Aeo hadn't noticed the many scars on Hadlee's arms.

"Shall we begin?" Kreskes announced, bringing Aeo's attention back to the class.
"We may as well start with a little warm-up. Grab a partner if you wish... and simply practice or demonstrate some of your abilities to your own comfort zone. Perhaps you could even work together to make a lovely combination." Kreskes suggested, pulling cards seemingly from thin air and twirling them around his fingers as he spoke. He then gave the slightest of a mischievous smile.
"Or... if you're feeling up to it... you could use a partner as a victim for your latest trick? So long as you don't hurt them. The point of a prank is for it to be funny, not to put your unwilling victim in hospital... but do whatever you please to get used to your abilities, for starters." Kreskes instructed, making the cards inbetween his finger disintegrate into little paper snowflakes that seemingly phased out of existence.

Some of the other children in the class began practicing abilities, and soon the class full of weird and wonderful tricks and displays. Kreskes was keeping a watchful eye to make sure nothing for out of hand - and there was Aeo, sitting still with a sheepish facial expression. Aeo didn't want to shapeshift at all in front of the class... everyone would see - and he still was recovering from the embarrassment of panic-shifting earlier. Perhaps Kreskes wouldn't mind if he sat and watched Amethyst and Hadlee...

However, Kreskes caught Aeo's eye, and Aeo blushed as Kreskes gave a hand signal as if to say: 'Well go on, then.' Aeo was extremely hesitant, but after a while, Aeo took a deep breath, and swallowed his pride. He'd been practicing the bear form recently, and he was determined to get it full-size this time. Aeo additionally had no idea how to make everything he morphed into a different colour other than pink. It made him look even more ridiculous... nonetheless, Aeo knew he had to practice if he wanted to improve.

With a click of his fingers and a 'poof', Aeo mustered his energy into creating the biggest bear he could manage. He planner to give a terrifying, impressive roar that would hopefully stop the class from laughing at him.

Aeo was now a small, pink bear sitting at his desk. Aeo was still the same size as he was before,
making him laughably small for a bear. To amplify his embarrassment, he took a deep breath for a mighty roar, but instead a pathetic little
"Rawr...!" came from his lungs. A few of the class giggled, and Kreskes chuckled, shaking his head. Aeo's ursine ears twitched as he gave a bearlike groan of embarrassment.

"It still needs work, Aeo. I'm sure you'll be a terrifying beast soon enough." Kreskes chortled.

Knowing that if he switched back into his normal form now it would waste a lot of energy, Aeo sighed in his bear form, shyly turning his head to see what skills and magic Hadlee and Amethyst could perform. Something ten times as impressive, no doubt...

Smiling over to Kira, Lin had to think about the question. "I am unsure of the correct answer, Kira, but I believe they have some source of getting nutrition. How else would Lazuli eat the bread." Lin knew the answer wasn't exactly what Kira was looking for, but she was not to lie with Kira, she was indeed like Lin's little sister and she felt the need to be honest with her during all hours of the day and night.

She smiled brightly when Hadlee nodded at her offer and sat down beside her. "Oh, thank you!" she exclaimed and tackled the girl into a hug. She cannot contain how happy she was.

After a couple of minutes and her excitement died down, she let go of the poor girl smiling sheepishly "Uhm...Sorry..." she apologized, scratching her cheeks meekly.

Hadlee then reached her short silver hair, wrapping it around her finger. "Do you want to braid it?" she asked, smiling softly at her. She then heard Kreskes instructions and whispered "Maybe later. Let's do the activity first okay?"

She then looked over Aeo who transformed into a small pink bear and let out a cute roar. Everyone in the class giggled but not her. "Hey!" she snapped, looking at them, her flame going like crazy. She doesn't want Aeo to be laughed at. She's the only one who can laugh at him. Only her.

"Oooh~ looks like someone has a crush~" Kreskes cooed, smiling at her. "I d-d-do n-not!" she stuttered, blushing red and grabbing Aeo out of his seat, setting him on top of her desk like a stuffed teddy.

Amethyst began to create a ball of flame on her hand, the flame atop of her head wiggling like crazy. She threw the ball of fire high up in the air, bursting into little fireworks of different colors. Ooohs and aahs can be heard around the room and she smiled, looking at Hadlee "Do you like it?" she asked and started to create balls of fire once again but this time it is alive. She then gave it to Hadlee "Go on. Touch it. You won't be burned" she said, offering the bouncing ball to Hadlee. She then looked over to Aeo and created another ball of living fire, giving it to him. "You can play with it if you want" she said, her face still blushing red and looking away from him.

"Aeo and Ami sitting on a tree K-I-S…" Kreskes began to sing

"S-SHUT UP!" Amethyst shouted out of embarrassment and threw the ball of fire straight to Kreskes face.

Pollux was making good time back to the Home when suddenly the kid on his head exclaimed Bad like he was warning at something, pointed at a bee hive. Usually he would have just skirted around the nest and left them be but by now he was quite close to the home where the children played and the bee hive was a bit close for comfort. Someone might get stung if they made the wrong move not seeing it. He sighed and decided to remove the nest.

He kept on walking forward ignoring the outlying bee's pollinating and his hydra heads were tense and still like striking snakes. When he was only a few feet away his hydra heads gave off an hiss that was almost a roar and one of them shot forward like a bullet and slammed into the nest, killing the queen and half of those in the nest. The remains surged in anger at him to attack and the other head moved to intercept, slicing threw the swarm like a knife threw butter decimating what was left. Several remaining bee's tried to string the heads but the thick scales prevented them from finding purchase as his hydra heads flashed finishing off what was left of the attacking swarm. They scrapped themselves against the tree's to remove any remaining insects and took their place at Pollux's side. He looked down at his leg where one managed to sting him where it was withering in agony. It fell out of his leg, the bottom part of the bee seemed to be disintegrating because of green tinted blood on it and the grass around the soil withered as the fluid touched roots. He had made sure nothing got near Citlali.

He kept walking the problem dealt with leaving very few bee's left floating around where they would without a nest die quickly. He entered the main house, going to Kreskes classroom. He seemed vaguely uncomfortable realizing there was a class and being around so many people. "Kreskes, i found this one wandering far outside the home. He seems to be looking for someone named Atlas." For a 14 year old Pollux make quite the presence though he seemed to be trying to ignore the near fight about to start though his hydra heads both started at Amethyst in interest.

If Kreskes was surprised by Pollux's entry he showed no sign of it and only reacted with his trade mark smile as he answered him. "Atlas is not here, he doesn't have class this hour." Pollux nodded and seemed to be ready to leave when Kreskes continued. "However its been so long since you sat in one of my classes i almost feel you've forgotten me." He teased as he looked at him. "Stay why don't you." He waid in such a tone that didn't make it seem like a suggestion. "Were practicing our abilities, perhaps you could show them what you can do. You can sit next to Amethyst." He sent a cheeky wink Amethyst way as if to playfully taunt her with this new addition while Pollux sat down looking more then a bit uncomfortable while he set Citlali down.

Hadlee
Hadlee watched Aeo turn into a small, pink bear. She smiled and reached out to stroke his soft fur. Her hair was about the same light color as Aeo, if not a little a lighter. She giggled softly.

Hadlee's eyes lit up when Amethyst summoned up a ball of fire. It danced and flickered, shooting little shadows here and there. She let out a soft squeal of amazement when she threw the little flame into the air, her eyes transfixed as she watched it explode.

Cocking her head slightly, she cupped her hands as Amethyst held out a little flame torwards her. Taking it into her palm and treating it like it was a kitten, Hadlee watched the little flame bounce between her fingers. Instead of being hot, it was cool to the touch and was a softer color than a harsh, hot red flame.

Obviously it was her turn to show the little class what she could do, and she swallowed. She had been practicing, but she didnt know if it would work. She wanted to be something more than the little ram humanoid, something else, but she also didnt want to stick out like a thorn. She breathed in and released the air through her teeth.

The flame flickered and morphed, turning into a white butterfly. It was soft and small and flitted about. It flew it front of Amethyst's nose until it burst into small snowflakes, showering the two in little puffs of cold. She did it! She almost squealed in excitment when a boy walked in, setting himself behind Amethyst.

Hadlee's cheeks burned red and she shrunk back. She didnt know him, and it automatically set off alarm bells in her head, spiking fear into her body and making her heart beat faster. He looked dangerous, but she remembered her mother telling her never to judge somebody by their appearance.

She offered a half smile to the stranger, hoping he didnt see her little trick. Her hand shot up to wrap around her left horn when she notitced Kreskes looking at her, a small smile on his face. Crap.

Kira was still confused and it was clear from her expression that she was but hearing that Lin did not know the answer just like her and Eggie couldn't talk, she didn't persist. Maybe she could ask someone else later, like Esme, maybe. A thought suddenly came to her mind as she finished her bread, "Eggie, Lin, can we play after breakfast?" She asked with a bright smile, she was always cheery especially when it came to playing with her friends. Honestly, she had completely forgotten about lessons. Her gaze shifted between the two before eventually resting on Lin, "Can we? Please?" She always felt like she needed to get the older's permission considering how she thought of the other as an older sister.

"If you tame me, it would be as if the sun came to shine on my life."
Kitten ran away and the dragon's eyes dimmed, all amusement taken as the girl breezed away. Puzzlement, in all sense of the word, overcame her and Versie's heart strained for a beat. But the smallest flicker of regret was flushed down by a chortle of understanding. "You kids don't know a single thing do yah? You've been livin' in this place too long." It was a fact, muttered under her breath as she shook her head, damp curls bouncing and leaving hanging droplets of water to fall to her shoulders. And when she peered over to Atlas, she blew a sigh, something related with exasperation. Was he that clueless? Was everyone in this place so densely naive? Sure she was older, roughly around 200 years and had seen more of the world, but that didn't mean they couldn't make a connection!

"You should probably go check on her. Kitten usually doesn't act that way. Who knows, she may be sick." The dragon glared a pointed stare at Atlas, a game of what she knew as a "guilt-trip". The boy had such a soft heart, he'd walk off a cliff to help someone and undoubtedly Momo was one of the weakest spots of all. With a small smile, she waved a hand his way to shoo him off. Normally, she would have hugged him but everything about her screamed, "Don't touch me unless you wanna get drenched!"

She turned heel, walking down the hall and back to her room. She decided she wouldn't go to class, well maybe she'd go when they were coming to the end of the lesson. Versie, wasn't in the mood for a hassle and learning about her powers wouldn't benefit her anytime soon. Reaching up to ring out her hair, Versie went back to her room and locked the door more determined to avoid class and the giggling children to come with it.

Citlali
Citlali had ended up gripping even harder to tentacle boy's head when he approached the black and yellow's nest. He only watched as the tentacles made short work of the nest, smashing it to bits and keeping any more swarms from coming. The alien was in awe of the strength his new friend had but he wasn't sure if that had been the right thing. Maybe Atlas would know. He kept his perch on tentacle boy's shoulders as he walked back inside, looking from side to side for any sight of Atlas. There was no sign of Atlas, but Boo was there and offered a friendly little wave. Citlali grinned back at the caretaker before they went around the corner. He was confused when he was taken into a room with a lot of the older children in it and tried to listen closely as his friend spoke with Kerkeses. The alien pouted once again when it was evident that Atlas was still nowhere to be seen. However, tentacle boy didn't leave the room and instead took a seat and set him back on the ground. Citlali was ready to turn and leave but something stopped him. He nearly fell on his face when something caught his foot, but he managed to grab hold of a loose chair to alter his fall to his butt. Citlali whimpered a little when the chair fell on top of him before shoving it off with a loud clattering noise. He sat up quickly but he already knew how much of a nuisance he'd made of himself. The alien bit his bottom lip, doing his best to not to cry. However, clear streaks were soon enough rolling down his cheeks. He just wanted to find Atlas.

Even though Versie's words had been true, Atlas still couldn't help but feel a bit sheepish for his less than original response. Maybe if he hadn't been so inwardly flustered he could have offered something a little more adequate. His train of thought completely changed however when Momo's had been mentioned. The worry that had been growing in the back of his mind was brought to attention and it was clear in the way he suddenly became so uncharacteristically rigid. On the other hand he also didn't want to leave Versie without at least a goodbye and perhaps plans to maybe star gaze that night. His attempt to undue what could possibly be an embarrassing memory to look back to in the future.

Although it seemed like his decision had been made for him as she disappeared down the hallway and out of view. That was the second time that day Atlas had made someone leave. All of a sudden the springy step he had that morning wasn't exactly as 'springy' as it used to be anymore. Still, such complications aren't anywhere near enough to get him down in the dumps. Resolving to catch the dragon later on for a bit of late night constellation sight seeing, Atlas was on his way down the hallway in search of his friend. Just as he was about to pass the Lessons Corridor a tall, slender man crossed his path nearly causing the (possible) Forest Spirit to walk right into him.

"Rayne" Atlas exclaimed, a gleam of respect evident in his eyes, "What brings you around? The lesson time hasn't changed has it?"

With a smile, the quite caretaker shook his head in response.

"I had come to return a book to the library but decided in doing so later as to not disturb Kreskes' lesson" He explained before noticing the little twitching motion of his students bunny like appendages. A telltale sign that something was bothering the usually carefree boy. "Is something the matter Atlas?" Rayne added, his eyebrows crinkling slightly in concern.

"I was just wondering where Momo had run off too" Atlas answered, "I'm afraid I may have caused her to leave somehow..."

He of all people was not afraid to confide in his teacher but the guilt from making him worry still surfaced. As if reading his student's mind, Rayne offered an encouraging smile.

"Perhaps shes around my classroom" He proposed, knowing that sometimes the small kitten would take it upon herself to reorganize the books that were left stacked upon the corners of the room.

With a thankful nod and a distracted good bye, Atlas was off down the Lessons Corridor.

Continuing on his way, Rayne came upon a floating spectrum hovering in the shadows of the hall.

"Good morning, Professor Rayne" The thought echoed softly in his brain as he passed by and smiled at Shade.

Momo listened as Jake tried to console her. Although the Fae-Ghoul probably didn't understand 75% of her ramble, he seemed to get the fact that Momo hadn't actually been hurt. At this point, Momo was beginning to realize it too.
"Jake-nya...*sniffle*..Momo should apologize to Atlas-nya," she whimpered, once again reminded of her terrible guilt for the possibility that she had upset Atlas. "...and to Versie-nya. Momo knyows she's too nyice to eat Atlas-nya... Momo doesn't knyow why Momo became upset."
Looking around for a clock, Momo spotted one and a sudden smile crossed her face. "Look at nya time! There's still time for a walk with Atlas-nya!" Abruptly jumping up into the air, Momo announced her departure.
"Momo must go find Atlas-nya!"
Speeding away with a determined grin on her face, Momo found herself yet again in a collision with the torso of a tall male. Looking up, she recognized the long hair that she so often played with. Exactly who she was looking for.
"--Atlas-nya!" she exclaimed, heart pounding in part fear, part anticipation. She wrapped her arms around him in a squeezing hug.
"Momo is so sorry! Can Momo still walk with Atlas-nya..?"

Ladon Pythagoras
The Not-So-Scary Snake

Sunlight infiltrated through the one window that decorated the room of Ladon Pythagoras. Other than the thin, small streaks that graced his carpeted flooring, the room was quite dark, something that he enjoyed. It was practically pitch black and the Lamia wouldn't want it any other way. He was curled up underneath the blanket that decorated his comfortable bed. Being the light sleeper that he was, the teenager was up way before Boo came and tapped on his own door. Because of the way it echoed among the many rooms in the orphanage, he could hear it from doors down his own. Blinking away his blurry vision, he sighed, knowing that he was going to have to get up soon. Poking his head from underneath his covers, he looked around his room, eyes lit aglow with his Night Vision. After a moment of silent glancing around, he finally slithered out of his bed, shivering at the cold air that nipped at his bare upper body. For the millionth time, Ladon wished that he had legs as he slithered towards his door, reaching for the doorknob and turning it once his hand closed over it. Swinging the door open, he made his way out into the hall, hissing loudly at the sudden bright light, letting his eyes adjust. He only wished that he could sleep in forever sometimes.

Mind wandering, Ladon could hear the many familiar voices of the rest of the orphanage. From the sound of things, everyone was in different places, talking to different people, and doing different things. Knowing that he should eat before heading off to Kreskes' class, unless he wanted to be scolded by Esme, he made his way into the kitchen, thinking how a small breakfast would get him by for today. He decided to eat some fruit and drink some juice, nothing too big. As he continued to eat the apple that he had picked up, the young male made his towards Kreskes' class, knowing that he was beyond late at this point. The thought made him wince in disappointment and slither slightly faster, hoping not to get stopped by anyone. He was already late as it was!

Harlie & Hollie
Double Deer

"Harlie! Harlie, wake up! Boo had tapped on our door a long time ago!"

Hollie was violently shaking her brother awake, thinking about how late they were. She tried to wake up Harlie earlier when Boo was making his rounds, but gave up when she deemed that it was useless. Instead of staying, the nine year old had made her way to breakfast, eating quite a big one. After having her fill, she had cheerfully skipped back to the room that she gladly shared with her brother, expecting to be up and ready for the day, only to find him still in a deep sleep. And so that's where she was at the moment, trying her hardest to get Harlie up and moving. Letting out an exasperated sigh, she glanced at the ceiling, wondering how to get her brother up. What was something that would startle him awake and have him alert...? After a moment, she figured it out, a devious grin curling her lips, which wasn't usually like her. At all.

"Harlie. I think....I think someone stole all of your books!"

Before she could even finish her sentence, her brother was sitting up, eyes wide and full of fear, flickering around. When he realized that all of his books were still safely in their room, his eyes shifted from fear to annoyance, giving his twin sister a side look. You do not joke about his books. Just, no. Rubbing his tired eyes, he knew that he wouldn't be able to get back to sleep. Deciding to just get up, he threw the covers off of him and got out of his warm, comfortable bed, muttering all of the way. He could feel his sister's eyes on him as he moved around their room, changing his clothes and making himself look presentable. Once he had slipped his glasses on, the two exited their room, Hollie's arm interlocked with her brother's. Harlie was planning on eating, but was redirected when his sister told him that there wasn't enough time, lecturing him on how, if he had gotten up earlier, he could have eaten. It made him roll his eyes as they made their way to Kreskes' class. Throughout the walk, Hollie was talking about one thing or another, filling the silence that usually enveloped them. She was quite the chipper one this morning.

Amethyst White
Amethyst had her full attention to Hadlee and the ball of fire. As she took the ball off of her hands, she knew that Hadlee is happy; she can see it in her eyes. "Pretty, isn't it?" she asked, smiling at her.

She had a warm feeling across her chest, as if Hadlee is a long lost sister or something. She was amazed by how tough she is even if she looks so fragile. She wanted her to be happy and keep her as her best friend.

She watched her turn her little ball of flame into a butterfly, its wings as white as snow. Slowly fluttering towards her, it landed on her nose and burst into puffs of crisp white snow making the tip of her nose red and her cheeks flushed from the cold. "Wow..." she whispered in awe. "Hadlee!!!" she squealed, hugging the poor ram to death "More! Please show me more!" she exclaimed letting go of her and clapping her hands excitedly.

A boy suddenly came in and Kreskes gave her a cheeky wink. Instead of blushing, she looked at the boy, puzzled and confused. Why did Kreskes want him sit next to me? She asked herself. Amethyst didn't like mysteries, she's always frustrated when she stumbles into one and will never stop until she finds out the answer.

"Uhm... Hi?" she greeted the boy, unaware that Hadlee is being a nervous wreck and Kreskes is staring at them. Just then a loud clattering noise was heard and Amethyst saw the alien boy crying, trying to hold back the tears. Not knowing what to do, she created another ball of fire and threw it above the boy's head, bursting into fireworks, hoping that he'll stop crying.

Thankfully, once Momoko had gotten it out of her chest she was able to think straight again, without all the emotions messing up her thought process. Jake was not quite sure what the Neko felt like apologizing over the two exactly, as she did not eloborate on what she had done while she was upset. Maybe she had lashed out and said something, or done something equally rude. In that aspect, Jake could somewhat relate, if that was the case. He just rarely felt the need to apologize for his own behavior, which definitely made Momo the better person of the two, and she was only ten. The Neko declared that she would venture out there to find Atlas with her new found energetic attitude, and was pretty much gone just as fast as she had come. Jake did not really mind.

The half-breed rose from the crouch he had lowered himself earlier, and from the sudden exclamation down the hall, he realized Momo had not had to go that far to find Atlas after all. A faint smile graced the boy's features briefly, and he walked over to the two without even glancing at the direction of the closed classroom door. It was obvious that Jake was not interested in attending and was looking for any excuses to hang onto that would keep him away from the class. Now that Momo did not require his immediate attention anymore, the exhaustion started to settle back on him, as earlier he had been startled awake by the kid's tears. The Fae-Ghoul yawned, the deadly sharp teeth on plain view for moment, and stretched his back, the see-through wings fluttering and shaking along as he stretched the joints around them too.

"Good mornin', Atlas." He wished to his roommate, sounding slightly somber, as in his case it was not a good morning at all. Not really. Gesturing towards the Neko who was hugging the Forest Spirit's waist, Jake continued; "Ran into this one -- literally -- just now and she was going on about how you now probably hate her for life, or something." He explained, hoping it would shed some light into the situation for Atlas, since Momo's way of thinking was not always the easiest to follow. He deliberately left out that Momo had been actually so upset over the silly thing that she had gone and cried over it. He knew that the puffy eyes and wet eyelashes would be a tell tale sign for Atlas anyway, if he happened to look close enough; Jake wished he would not, because he just knew that it would make Atlas feel guilty for no reason. Kids cried all the time over the most silliest things. Also, if Momo would have been alright with Atlas seeing her cry, she would have already bawled back there in front of him. So her secret was safe with him.
