Marui's clan has the ability to use hail as an aspect of their jutsu's. A clan member with this ability can create a hail of their chosen quantity, size, and shape in the palm of their hands. Creating a handful of typical round hail the size of marbles takes little chakra to make, but making it bigger and into different shapes (such as spikes) needs a lot more chakra, so much that even a very skilled person with this can only do some minor shapes. The user can throw this hail high into the air, and (supposing no fire or wind jutsu's come into play) it will fall doing medium damage to everything around that didn't try to counter it. This jutsu's is susceptible to fire and wind jutsu's, which can either melt the hail, or blow it away. Marui has the kekkei Genkai from his mother, but as his father never had it, he has to use extra chakra for jutsu's using this.

The user can charge their very bodies with chakra similar to the Akimichi clan converting calories into chakra but Ryoukin style charges the blood and muscles for a temporary boost in strength. A survivor of the Otagami clan with their special Ryoukin release not wanting thier ability to be estinguished she was rescued but given to the village of sand as a offering for peace. She was raised in the village of the sand and sent to Konoha as the Sand had the one tails within Garra of the sand and with a shinobi who possesses the Hyoton capabilities they feared that the Sand would be too powerful. The two nations came to an agreement to allow Lira to attend the Leaf Academy but still be a sand shinobi. She is currently on a leaf genin squad. She has a lot of pride for the village of sand.

The sharringan has to be unlocked nothing about the kaguya clan says their kekkei genkai has to be unlocked in anyway she can't do what kimmimaro can she's not skilled the most she can do now is just make her bones dense and bone spikes. She can't remove her spine or fire her bones yet or make her ribcage open up like him
Same with Naruto he had the ninetails since birth but he wasn't able to use all its power right off the back
Plus right out of the academy neji would have the sharingan and sasuke won't

I'm iffy on the bloodline at all. I wouldn't say don't use it, or anything. Not at all. However, it's one of the ones that's easy to abuse from the start. A well trained character with that Kekkei Genkai is nigh unkillable, right?

Not here to say she can or can't have the kekkei genkai, that's the GM's decision. I'm here to say that very few inherit it from the princess, and it's considered an ultimate jutsu because it's really powerful and super scary (not a genetic kekkei genkai like Sharingan or Byakugan). It's also considered the most powerful taijutsu ability, which is gonna suck for any other Genin. But there is no information on whether or not this ability needs to be trained or it becomes second nature, so I can't make assumptions.
So in short, Lira's kekkei genkai is a very powerful and scary taijutsu if/when she knows how to use it. She will also have to drink a lot of milk because she needs the calcium, and if she has to go to a hospital, she will most likely die because there will be too little information on her unique body structure to save her.

I hope she's acceptable now created a kekkei genkai that makes her like a chargeable battery she can overcharge chakra in her body to increase strength and speed but has to release it or risk damage to herself the longest I was thinking she can hold it for at first is a minute or two
