Deoxys would find that she had somehow snaked her way out of his very own grasp without him noticing, and Saber's blade would hit air as the fog, its radius covering a small portion of the room but still large enough to be able to get lost in, possibly due to implied effects if the last mist the group had encountered was anything to go by. Within the fog, her voice echoed throughout, indicating that she was still... somewhere.

"Mon dieu... I would have liked to save that for later, but you've forced my hand," LUPO's voice spoke, footsteps echoing throughout. Taking a more tactical approach compared to say, HUNK and BELTWAY, LUPO would keep hidden, knowing that she couldn't take on all these foes by herself. Not at the same time. That said, she'd move around, unseen by the naked eye, the only other indication of her sound beside faint footsteps being the loud banging of machine gun fire that she'd pour out, bullets zipping past and right towards the likes of Deoxys, Saber, and Madoka!
Saber had been in the heart of the fog. The pure malevolence seeping into her, sucking away and bring her down to mundane.

Up to the point that the bullets were all suddenly redirected to the ceiling, before the flick of the sword dispersed the cloud around her.

BANG BANG!

With relative ease, HUNK managed to shoot the Black Keys out of the air, like fish in a barrel. While it did manage to slow him down for a brief moment, the soldier continued pressing forward towards his two opponents. There was no doubt that he was beyond human, despite what one would have believed before. The accuracy, the will, the tenacity. He was truly like a hunter in the wild, and he was hungry for some game.

However, he'd have to play it smart. Even the hunter knew that he was up against other hunters. Prey was simply defined as a hunter who had become hunted, after all. In other words, while he was superhuman, so was just about everyone else. His abilities were simply tools. The real determining point of the battle was his instinct. And he lived for the hunt.

The death cannot die, after all. And he was the reaper.

Skidding to a halt when Lucifer would leap back into action, HUNK would proceed to attempt to circle around Lucifer, briefly holstering one of his SMGs, exchanging them for two small grenades (resembling M67s) that he'd produce from his belt, before plucking off the pins with his fingers and tossing them straight at the dhampir, one rolling over in his general direction while the other rolling to his side. In practically the blink of an eye, HUNK would draw his other SMG again, attempting to anticipate which direction Lucifer would take to evade the explosives...
Lucifer chose forward, and he wouldn't be alone as he kicked back the grenade in the direction of HUNK's facemask.

Between shooting him and a grenade in the face, he had an idea what HUNK would choose, which would mean-.
Meanwhile, Corrin would rush to Lucifer and HUNK. She transformed back into a human, and drew her sword. She then attempted to stab HUNK, aiming for the heart. However, an abdomen hit would work just as well. She nodded at Lucifer as she did so.
"CORRIN, NO!"

Not good. Not good! Scant seconds to act, between a rock and a hard place so they said.
Toboe would charge at HUNK after Corrin and Lucifer would attack the Umbrella soldier. He wouled aim for his neck and shoulder, moving to bite into him!
At least he was bought a little time.

And then there was no time at all. So he did the only thing he could do, putting on every burst of speed he could muster, born of desperation and fear.

And rushing close, adrenaline ignoring whatever random shots might have hit, he moved to snatch the grenade away and tumble as fast as he could from them, trying his best to throw it while knowing it was far too late.

And then it was.

There was a flash of light and heat, a brief burst of pain as shrapnel sliced into his face. His ears rang and his hand...His hand.

He stared on with the detachment of a person in a daze, knowing what had happened, the rest of his mind not quite caught up. His right hand was gone. Blown up, a cauterized stump the only thing left. Without his powers, he'd be going into shock soon. Regeneration was impossible.

The room swam in his vision.

But this wasn't over. There was still a job to do. So long as he could focus on that, then he'd be alright.

For about five minutes, give or take. Generously at that, his mind supplied helpfully. Lucifer snarled and spun around.

bVoT5hL.jpg

They needed him.

And it would take more then the loss of a hand and his abilities to keep him down, as he activated a single black key, holding it reverse style as he rushed back in. Pain was good, pain was weakness leaving the body.

Oh wait, that was just blood. Whatever. All he knew right now, was that HUNK was threatening to kill some very, important people close to him.

And that seemed as good a reason as any, to fight for their sake.

Scott took a deep breath. He couldn't do anything now, the mist was back. He felt so useless and he groaned, trying to figured out how he could help.

" Scott, stop holding yourself back. You killed Sebastian Valet and he was a bad guy. These are bad guys, fight back, man," he said to him.

Scott paused and remembered what Stiles was talking about. Stiles was right, he had killed. He had killed- he had been holding back against these monsters and he was done. However, the mist still prevented much.

Stiles looked over at what Mom Lalonde was doing and grabbed his bat. Maybe he could bash the guy in the head a few times to see that he was dead.

Lalonde nodded moving from the safety of the fallen debris to take a few cautious steps toward the man. She held her gun out, aiming at his body in case he made any sudden movements. However, she did not expect his gun, partially hidden under his body to go off aimlessly. It was enough to cause the woman to freeze, allowing BELTWAY an opportunity to jump her and pin her to the ground. Her gun went flying as she cried out. "C-Clever!" she stammered, wrestling with him.

Makoto nodded. "Yes, Lois, if you can. Just be careful." He then continued to help Jude with the first aid kit.

Sergei's legs were bisected cleanly, and his torso dropped to the ground with a sickening wet noise. Sergei only seemed to groan in contentment. The blood around his stumps hardened and clotted quickly, forming a mass below him that lifted him back up above the ground. Soon he was standing on a bed of tentacles, making it clear his body could regenerate as fast as she could cut him down. Tentacles upon tentacles slapped and pulled at Bekka, slopping acidic slime as it did so.

"I-I want to help!" Junko screamed toward Bekka. "Fuck this guy!" She held her hand out, but knew she could not do anything with Bekka so close to him. She coughed violently as the mist filling the Command Center began to fill her lungs. Junko didn't know if it was enough to cut her off from her own powers like how it was affecting the others.

@Yun Lee @Jeremi

Lois gently laid Reinhardt on the floor before she took to the skies to try and find SPECTER's hiding spot. The mist however was concerning her.

Using her powers Lois would attempt to funnel all of the mist in the area into her tornado to give everyone with powers a fighting chance.

Bekka would slash any tentacle coming her way. "Hey be my guest!" She shouted towards Junko trying her best to create some room between herself and Sergei.

"!!!"

Madoka had to react.

Madoka had to stay alive.

For her girls.

With a strong rush of adrenaline, she evades the bullets by moving further from the source and using great speeds.

"Logically, she should have a reload time, that is the drawback to using guns in such a manner," the female Producer says to Saber Alter and Deoxys. "Everyone who is bulletproof - to the front. Everyone who isn't bulletproof, time your attacks based on her reload time. Misposition her arms to result in gun recoil."

Swinging her hammer in the air, she prepares to strike LUPO....

"Ooh! Nice, uh... I'll ask for your name later," Kido says to Train. "How many times did I almost die today? Nevertheless..."

Kido strikes BERTHA's wounded area with Genji's blade to further immobilise her, then the same area but on the parallel side of her body, then her head, and finally, he points his sword at an injured BERTHA.

"The guy who wields this sword is probably honourable and all that stuff. You know, samurai things, even though he's a ninja. Wild guess, so yeah, you know how this goes, but do you know how I go?" Kido then sheathes Genji's sword, attempts to forcefully grab BERTHA's face in his palm to pull her mask off, then kicks her towards LUPO's line of bullets with a powerful kick, right on the abdomen!!!

"Pass!"

@Jeremi @Verite @Atomyk @york @Klutzy Ninja Kitty @Crow @Ringmaster[/hr]

Lightly wounded as BERTHA might have been, she was accustomed to this. It would take more than a shot or two in a nonessential part of her body to take her down. That said, she would be able to counter Kido's movements, if only just barely, almost instantly grabbing onto the Producer's wrist when he would attempt to grab onto her mask. There was an almost shocking amount of strength within her hand, almost enough to practically crush Kido's wrist, likely stemming from superhuman strength granted by whatever Umbrella had administered for her, as she'd attempt to do so as she'd squeeze on him, and then countering the kick by bringing up her own leg, higher than Kido's, and bringing it down onto his leg, forcing it to the ground before the abdomen kick would be able to connect.

With a machete in her other hand, she'd mimic Kido's gesture of performing a front kick with the intent of knocking him back in order to give space, before rather wildly slashing at Kido, specifically at his chest, in order to deal some damage!

His powers restored by FOUR EYES' mask, Mason centered himself amidst the action and focused his aura. Releasing a small, weak wave of energy worked as a radar or sonar pulse, reacting against everything living within the battlefield.

Despite the soulless manner in which they act, the Umbrella soldiers should still have souls. The pulse of aura could allow Mason to see LUPO's position, regardless of her status of visibility.

Her cover uncovered, Mason
fired several rounds from his pistol at LUPO, depleting its ammunition, before charging towards her, a dagger of aura forming in his hand.

She couldn't afford to make mistakes anymore, she had reloaded her cardtridge of gravity rounds at some point during her wait.

While Lupo was distracted, Ruby suddenly launched herself forwards, largely due to the gravity rounds she was using, aiming to cleave Lupo behind, but abruptly slid to a halt as Lupo vanished, looking around.

"... Huh?" She said quietly.

It didn't take long for her to realize where Lupo was though, as bullets came rushing out towards her, Ruby, with her best efforts, used shots from her crescent rose in an effort to dodge around the bullets that might be coming at her from seemingly nowhere. As soon as she got an opening, she did her best to try and lash out towards the source of the bullets, hoping that she would somehow hit Lupo through this.

"Wha--Kuuuh?!"

Having not factored in Mason, believing him to be busy with FOUR EYES, a number of bullets would be able to rip into LUPO's body, causing her to fall forward, barely saving herself by supporting herself with one arm while the other hand clutched one of her few wounds, the woman dropping her machine gun in the process. However, in falling forward, her position would be exposed to everyone, practically falling out of the mist for everyone to see.

However, she remembered one thing. If she couldn't take on a few bullets, then she wasn't fit to be the field leader of the good old Wolfpack.

That said, attempting to regain her bearings, LUPO would give Mason a hard glare, studying his movement when he'd advance in with a dagger made of aura. If she couldn't disarm him and use the weapon against him, at least, as far as she was willing to presume of his powers, then she'd have to make a different move than she would have liked. With that, LUPO would manage to counter Mason, timing her movement so that she'd swiftly move into Mason's space, having run into him, before wrapping her arm around his tightly like a snake, locking it in place in order to prevent him from using the dagger, before spinning behind Mason's form and reeling her other arm around, attempting to bash her elbow into his temple!

Afterwards, she'd follow up by grabbing him by the back of his collar and fling him right at Madoka, having caught sight of her as well. As the mist began to dissipate, almost as quickly as it had appeared, likely a result of LUPO's position being exposed far quicker than expected, Saber would be able to get a clear sight of her when she'd move forward. With a "Tch" breath, the field leader would attempt to back away and then attempt to plan an evasion, but the psuedo-Servant proved to be faster than she'd anticipated, and thus LUPO would suffer a slash across her chest, blood splashing out of her new wound.

"Kch!"

With an almost annoyed sound, one that HUNK rarely made, he knew that he'd have to take his attention off Robin for the time being (even though he'd been spending his time clashing with Lucifer anyway), important of a target he may be, considering his position. Still, that only gave him the opportunity to take out the other targets at the very least. Like so, he would shift his focus to the next closest target after he'd believed to have dispatched with Lucifer with his grenades; Corrin. Though she was a smaller target now that she was in human form again, it mattered little to him, as she seemed to be charging closer and closer to him, armed with a sword.

He personally found swords to be inferior weapons compared to knives. Perhaps the blades were longer and thus, had more stabbing range, but, no pun intended, it was like a double-edged sword. While a longer blade allowed for more attack range, it also made one more vulnerable before an opponent who could, say, use it to redirect attacks. And that was what the reaper would attempt when Corrin would come right at him.

CLANK!

HUNK would meet Corrin halfway, using his SMGs to deflect the sword strike in a rather unorthodox move, tracing the sides of his guns against the blade and pushing against it, hoping to steer Corrin's aim off, even if just by a little. The guns were durable enough that no serious damage, other than perhaps a decent at best scratch running across the weapons. Ultimately, it was of little consequence as long as they still worked. With all that, HUNK, after deflecting the attack, would aim one of his guns right in her face, finger wrapping around the trigger, before...

... Before Toboe, just in the nick of time, would be able to catch the soldier by surprise. As the wolf would clamp his jaws on his shoulder, HUNK reacted rather strongly, enough that he reeled away from Corrin and threw his SMG away onto the floor, but even despite the pain that was being communicated in his movements, he still didn't make a sound. Instead, rather than wasting energy by letting out a pained sound, the soldier kept his focus on the battle, and by that, he would draw a combat knife from his belt with his free hand quickly, before raising it behind him and bringing it down, hoping to stab Toboe right on the back!

The irony was delicious. That out of all of them, the one figure all but immune to their own power-suppressant field was one these villains had aided in crafting. Five minutes. All in all.

Stump was cauterized, that dealt with the bleeding for now. Everything else could be shunted aside, honed through years of experience and personal training. Succumbing to pain meant death in his line of work, enemies who felt none often taking advantage of it in turn. But humans were quite fragile things, after all. He had always been lucky in that regard, using the dark bloodline that had been his legacy and his source of nightmares for so long. But to rely on that alone was a mark of laziness and that usually got you killed just as fast as well. He had long been prepared for a moment such as this.

It was about time to use all his training now, to make every second count.

He came swooping in on HUNK's blind spot. Lashing out with a side kick towards the back of his knee, using the natural joint to attempt to put him off balance. It was the most he could do for Toboe, as well as set him up to use the lone black key in hand. He had learned from before- HUNK was wearing body armor or his body had been modified like the others. Straight up slashes would do nothing. But there was always a weakness, parts in the armor required to allow it to move and breath. So he didn't aim for his back, as would have been easiest.

If HUNK was off-balance, he'd aim directly for beneath the outstretched arm, seeking to plunge the blade into his armpit and slice a major vein with intent to disable his knife arm.

Arm for an arm.

She released her first slash, ripping his suit.

She released her second slash, ripping his suit again.

That was the time it took for Kido to draw Genji's blade from its sheathe with a single arm and counter the third machete strike. He smiles, looking up.

"Mirei's punches are waaaaaay more brutal than that, and I have to deal with them on a monthly basis. Or was it fortnightly? Little details, little details," the youthful Producer says with a grin, commenting on her kick, "did you skip leg day at some point?"

Taking advantage of BERTHA's grip on his hand, he rose, in an attempt to imbalance BERTHA. Using this limited time, he uses the sharpness of Genji's blade to stab the area of the wound, except on the parallel side of the body.

That was when his eyes began to flicker between red and regular. Red is a sign of warning, but what did this red warn of?

BERTHA might soon find out.

"I'm kind of afraid of death and all, and I guess you are too... which explains your struggle to live," Kido unleashes an innocent grin during this feud, "guess we both have something in common, even though we're really, really different. It's instinct. I guess nihilism is just one big meme huh? This could be either of our tombs in a mere matter of minutes, maybe both our tombs, but... I have a reason to live... You have a reason to live too, and I know you do, but what is it?"

"G-Gaaaaughh!" She'd groan loudly, nearly falling down on her back as she'd reel about from the pain, though managed to keep on her feet. The woman clutched her wound painfully, continuing to back away from Saber as she'd curse to herself. "Zut! Zut... Damn you...!"

LUPO would then proceed to draw a pistol and point it straight at the swordsman, her arm shaky as it was evident she'd become weak from the gradual wearing down of her other attackers, before Saber's slash really got to her. Still, she couldn't... wouldn't yield. Not yet!

So she pulled and pulled on the trigger, wishing to empty the clip right in Saber Alter's head!

Ruby Rose

@Ringmaster @Crow @Mason Moretti @Verite

Without her aura, Ruby had been severely inconvenienced... And she found herself unable to fire shots from her crescent rose thanks to the mist spreading throughout the room. However, she was in a good position, having ended up fairly close to Lupo somewhere in her string of attacks.

ozMHxXZ.gif

With her scythe dug firmly into the ground, she quickly spun around and attempted to deliver a solid kick to Lupo's head as she was aiming at Saber. With any luck, she was able to at least throw off Lupo's gunfire before it hit Saber, but it was unclear how effective her attacks would be now that she had neither dust, nor aura to work with.

"I already was."

The irony was delicious. That out of all of them, the one figure all but immune to their own power-suppressant field was one these villains had aided in crafting. Oh certainly, in the illusion world of Silent Earth she had succumbed...But that world was nowhere near as real as the actual thing. Despair was in her blood, Malevolence her lifeforce and food. Against her, it was like hunting tigers with steak.

And she was still hungry.

Excalibur-Fake had tasted blood and she was not done just yet.

Saber dashed forward, eyes glinting as she noted the barrel of the gun with a clinical detachment, evading by going off of the direction of the gun. Wherever it pointed, she was sure to get out of the way and when she saw Ruby's move, she angled herself in a manner to deliberately allow the Wolfpack leader a chance to shoot her.

Leaving her open to Ruby.

And in that sweet moment of disorientation, Saber released a burst of malevolence, increasing her speed as she brought her sword down for her enemies shoulder, aiming the sword with intent to sever the spine.

And with it, the head.

"Thanks for the help, Madoka," Mason said with the Producer flying towards their enemy. He was saved from crashing into the ground, but LUPO's elbow had connected with his temple and formed a fairly large bruise. Mason's head spun and he struggled to keep his balance. His dagger began shaking and rippling like still, clear water being disturbed by a thrown stone.

Clear blows to the head would destabilize Mason's constructs, so in a hasty attempt to use it before it fell out of existence, Mason
hurled the dagger towards LUPO.

His vision blurred and crossed, so he stumbled around the battlefield, looking for some kind of support. He stumbled into Ilona, hoping she could help him stay on his feet. "M-Madame I-Ilona, are you alright? Don't worry about me, I just need a little breather..."

Without her powers, there was little Remilia could do. After all, she'd always relied on her natural overwhelming power that came with being a vampire to get through any kind of confrontation like this, and most of the time, she was successful. But without them? She could offer no more than what a small child could.

And that was infuriating.

But what could she do about it?

If she was unable to fight, then her maid would step in. Even if Sakuya couldn't manipulate time right now for some reason, it wasn't like she was totally dead weight. She could no longer multiply her knives, so just throwing storms of them wasn't an option. Instead, using everyone else's attacks as a distraction, she ran in with her knife towards LUPO, strafing around so that she could position herself behind her.

She went for the neck, aiming to slice it open.

Toboe's jaw tightened as one of his paws moved to HUNK's neck, moving to scrape against it with as much pressure as he could. The movement of HUNK lifting his arm and then bringing it down would cause a muffled snarl to escape the wolf's throat. He was unwilling, reluctant, to let his prey go. Though his nostrils flared at the scent of blood that alerted him to Lucifer's presence.

If Lucifer didn't make it in time, Toboe would of let go of HUNK out of pain but would of made a weak attempt at the man's throat before falling to the ground in his agony.

Though, if Lucifer did make it in time, Toboe would of pressed harder with his claws in attempt to draw blood and cause injury to HUNK's neck somehow. Unless it was protected and covered, then he would just snap at the man's face with a series of angered growls and snarls. He would not let this man continue to harm others!

@Takumi @Ringmaster @Minerva

Cheza would spot Mason, a gun she had in hand lifting and being used to fire to shots at LUPO, aiming for her chest or at least a leg, before she moved to stand near him. The recoil wasn't a pleasant thing for her aching arm but she ignored it in favor of him.

"Mason, are you alright?" she asked in worry.

With the fact that their powers were limited once again, Add only grew annoyed with this, knowing that Elesis would immediately black out from the lack of her power keeping her ready to kill...

A major inconvenience that his time manipulation was nulled, but there was a reason why he had stuck with his science-oriented roots. Surely his Dynamos were still functional, unable to pull off what he could before the mist came into play, but it was still a good conductor of electricity and a good blunt weapon.

"Kekek... alright then..."

His eyes set for the HUNK, the Esper sent his Dynamos at him while they were charged with electricity, seeing if some electrocution would work.

It took no time at all for Weiss to pick up on the fact that Ruby was watching and waiting as she formed her glyphs, and even less time for her to realize why. With a small nod to her teammate, the necessary glyph formed, and she launched her friend off. With that out of the way(and a discreet eye kept out just in case anything were to go wrong or Ruby were to need her last minute), she leapt into action, taking off for Spectre with the help of her glyphs. However, the alleged soldier made a tactical retreat,

Curse!

Myrtenaster plunged into the wall where the figure had previously been, Weiss having been unable to stop her forward lunge in time to prevent this. With a scowl forming on her lips, the heiress closed her eyes, taking a deep breath and preparing to pursue SPECTRE. With a sniper on the loose, there was a much higher chance of potentially fatal injury. Their ranks would easily be picked off. But as her glyphs formed in the direction that she had thought he'd gone off, her eyes slowly moved away, scanning over the room again. It looked like Ruby was trying to combat some bullets, and... Weiss's glyphs flickered and died, she noticed, as the mist filled the room. Only a moment of consideration passed before she sighed, shaking her head and reluctantly leaping into the fray to assist, her rapier at the ready.

If the strike had hit Toboe, Weiss would hurry to move him out of the line of danger before anything else. If not, well...

Depending on whether the others' strikes had already taken down LUPO or not, Weiss would lunge and lash out with Myrtenaster. If the others had finished the job, she would watch the other's backs, still watching for SPECTRE or any other surprise attackers.

"Th-Thanks..." Junko said, as she took Lang's jacket and covered her lower face with it. If the situation wasn't so dire, she might have been totally swooning, but everything always had to be so dire, didn't it? "Should be just enough..." The scar on Junko's hand glowed green, and the air around Sergei seemed to distort slightly. Taking notice of this, Sergei turned his tentacles on Junko, though the girl refused to interrupt her actions. She closed her eyes, fearing the impact of those gross appendages.

In the meantime, Lois was shot with a heavy net from some corner of the room, strong enough to interrupt her and pull her down. Weiss would be able to identify that the net came from SPECTRE, the edges of his cloak crackling blue for just a moment.

The bat crunched against the man's helmet, cracking it sightly. BELTWAY swiped out behind him, knocking the bat out of Stiles' hand. However, this gave Lalonde a moment to slip out from under him, crawling across the floor so that she could reach her fallen gun. The man grabbed her from behind just as she her fingers had grasped the weapon, and she reeled back with it to slam the grip into BELTWAY's face. This gave her time to turn around and aim the barrel at BELTWAY, but he roughly backhanded her, sending the gun flying farther than either could reach.

That just left the shotgun.

Lalonde let out a groan as she slipped backward once again, pulling herself across the floor even as BELTWAY grabbed her by the legs. She saw that Mason had arrived and was standing next to the fallen weapon. "Dear, pass the gun!"

A confident grin coming to her face, Weiss raised her weapon, getting into a ready stance before lunging forwards. Most likely would have attempted to help Lois first, but coming from a team where everyone was perfectly capable and having seen how the majority of the present party could handle themselves... And then add that the sniper not only had the advantage with having ground, but also had a cloaking device of some sort? He needed to be taken out, fast. With that sentiment in mind, she aimed to thrust Myrtenaster straight in the middle between the visible blue crackles and sparks. Even if she couldn't take the man down on the first strike, she hoped to at least do some damage and, hopefully, get his cloaking device offline.

She just hoped the others could handle the situation with LUPA alright.

"I'm perfectly fine, Cheza," he said, because he didn't wish to worry Cheza about him, "Just getting a... I'm just... Tired..."

What he said wasn't exactly the truth. Despite the power available to him, Mason was a bit of a glass cannon. He couldn't take much damage, and LUPO had done plenty.

Mason tried to stand under his own power, but ended up stumbling into Cheza's arms. He cried out in surprise, but he luckily didn't knock the lunar flower over. Instead, he ended up in her arms, the two of them in somewhat of an embrace. The feeling was familiar to Mason. It called back to memories that struck a chord on his heartstrings.

"Carol..." he said, squeezing Cheza tightly, "I'm not losing another one."* Taking several slow, deep breath, Mason returned to standing under his own power. His necklace began glowing with a scintillating display of colors in various hues and his aura powers were being restored. His head cleared and he was once again ready for battle.

He looked at Cheza and smiled.
"Thank you, Miss Cheza. I feel a lot better now." He stood now with confidence, saying, "Alright, here's the rules. Miss Cheza, Madame Ilona, please stay close by. I'll keep you safer if we're up close. Other than that, we make sure nobody dies on this battlefield, except those who are the enemies of the Coalition. Alright?"

Repeating an action he had taken during the episodes of the illusion, Mason forms a small pistol and hands it to Cheza, saying, "You remember how this works, right? We don't need you hurting your arms with recoil."

Lois would do her best to not tangle herself further into the heavy net and used the strength granted by her android body to get it off her. Getting back to her feet she'd spot Weiss nearby and shouted to her. "Did you see where it came from?"

"Miss Lalonde!" Ilona cried in a panic when her friend would be pinned to the ground, losing hold of her gun in the process. She was quickly relieved, however, when Stiles would rush over with his bat and help her out. She still seemed to struggle, however, so Ilona ran over and attempted to use her spear to sweep the gun Lalonde asked for towards her. Mason was injured so she wasn't sure if he would get to it in time. Thankfully, he still managed to grab the gun and toss it to her.

Once Lalonde had the gun, Ilona turned to check up on Mason. She opened her mouth to say something to him, but said nothing when she saw him have a touching moment with Cheza. Weiss' attack clipped the edge of SPECTRE's cloak as he dodged away from her. Sparks flew and sent an electric blast toward her. However, this also left SPECTRE without a cloak for the moment, visible to all.

Meanwhile, Junko opened one eye to find that, miraculously, she was fine. Or perhaps not so miraculously, as Junko realized Bekka was slashing at the tentacles left and right like some kind of warrior goddess. "Badass..." she breathed, refocusing then on the creation of the portal. She could hear the man, Sergei, laughing. He seemed amused by all this, even though it seemed to Junko that he was inevitably going to lose.

She was just happy that she would have a hand in it.

A green streak of light shot from the scar in Junko's hand, connecting with the distortion around Sergei to create a small explosion of light. The light expanded to form a round opening in space that consumed Sergei.

Gun in hand, Lalonde spun around to aim once again on BELTWAY. There was no hesitation as she pulled the trigger, buckshot slamming into him and sending him falling backward. The man's cracked helmet went flying, revealing a bruised and bloody face. Lalonde took a breathe before pulling the trigger once again... only to find that the gun was out of ammo.

"No matter."

Lalonde slammed the gun physically against BELTWAY's face, then delivered a roundhouse kick to his head that sent him dropping to the floor in agony. "Excellent job, everyone."

"Holy...." Lang could only stare at the portal where Sergei had stood in awe-until he heard Junko panic. A small part of him panicked as well. Couldn't close it? What did that mean? Would rhey all end up elsewhere?!

But no-Lang Zi says, 'Find peace within before peace without.' Junko needed to be in a better state of mind. Kneeling next to her, Lang started talking as he would to a panicked witness. "Breathe, Junko, just breathe," he told, her, voice a bit raspy from the mist he inhaled himself. "You can close the portal, I know you can, but first keep the mist out of your lungs, okay? Just breathe." Once she was a bit calmer, he would stand and yell, "EVERYONE, STAY CLEAR OF THE CENTER OF THE ROOM! KEEP AWAY FROM THAT PORTAL!!"

Ruby Rose

@Ringmaster @Crow @Mason Moretti @Verite

Without her aura, Ruby had been severely inconvenienced... And she found herself unable to fire shots from her crescent rose thanks to the mist spreading throughout the room. However, she was in a good position, having ended up fairly close to Lupo somewhere in her string of attacks.

@Atomyk @Verite @Crow @Klutzy Ninja Kitty

"Damn this!"

Madoka rushes forward to grab Mason by the arms. Using momentum and a 180 degree spin, she halted Mason in his tracks while propelling towards LUPO mid-air, ready to slam down on LUPO with the Rocket Hammer to give Saber Alter a fighting chance.

@Ringmaster @Crow @Mason Moretti @york @Verite
"Guughh!"

Driven to the end of her line, LUPO was caught off-guard when Ruby would manage to throw off her aim, and then the subsequent attack that would follow up Ruby's by Madoka. Desperately attempting to regain her bearings, she would raise her wrist in order to protect herself from the dagger thrown her way by Mason, the blade harmlessly stabbing into a thick layer of armor that covered her. However, it would only serve to distract her when Sakuya would manage to circle behind her, in her blind spot, and sneak in a slice at the neck.

As desired, the cut would open up her wound, blood violently spurting out like from a fountain. LUPO let out a pained yell as she'd attempt to apply pressure to her wound, hoping to prevent any more blood from escaping. All this would amount to finality as the field leader was left completely vulnerable to the final moves that would do her in; Saber Alter's sword.

FSSSSSSH!

It was like time had slowed down substantially for LUPO, as the world seemed to spiral around for her. However, it wasn't until a few slow, agonizing seconds later, that she realized that it wasn't the world spiraling around.

It was her.

And then, with that, she died. Her brain had ceased to function hardly a second after she realized she'd been cut in half, and then decapitated afterwards. As her body parts fell to the ground, it was evident that indisputably...

LUPO was down for good.

@Crow @Ringmaster @york @Kaykay @Mason Moretti

@Verite @Minerva @york

@Verite @Ringmaster @Takumi @Minerva @metryingtogetbackintothis

SNNKT!

HUNK reeled his head up when Lucifer would manage to get the drop on him, the reaper having expected the dhampir to have been rendered out of the count for the fight, though it seemed that he was premature in determining that. A costly mistake that seems to have cost him his arm when a weak spot would be pierced through. Still, he refused to make a single sound. It was almost eerie how silent he was, almost like a robot, though it was definite for sure that he was flesh and blood like anyone else there, as could be judged from the blood being drawn by Lucifer's and Toboe's attacks. The knife that he'd been holding dropped to the ground with a clank sound as his arm was effectively disabled.

Still, he needed to keep pressing. They were all just prey. The hunted. But they'd have to wait their individual turn to be hunted. With that, in response to Lucifer's move, HUNK would bring around his other arm around and swing it fiercely with the attempt of throwing a quick, yet sharp, hook to the face, intending to knock Lucifer away, all while attempting to withstand Toboe's persistent bites, for a brief period of time. Hopefully, that would be enough.

After the fact, catching sight of Add within peripheral vision, he would duck and roll, bringing the wolf boy along with him, upon registering his presence and the Dynamos that he would subsequently fire, picking up his combat knife again with his good arm. Ambidexterity when it came to weapons was practically a required skill when it came to the field. Like so...

When he'd hop to his feet again, armed with the knife again, he'd raise it and once again bring it down towards Toboe, intending to stab him in the back! More than that, he would keep his hand on the handle and continue pressing, as though trying to keep Toboe where he was, on HUNK's back, as though hoping to use him as a sort of shield from any more Dynamos that Add would release at him!

"UGH!"

It was pain, sheer pain as Kido knelt from the kick. But he had to move on.

He was so young.

He had so much to live for.

@Verite
"Tch!"

It seemed that Kido was more hardy than she'd anticipated. How annoying. And more than that, he was chatty. A wannabe warrior who believed himself to be some sort of wise-cracking badass that one fancied themselves after reading one too many comic books or watching too much television.

She'd have to shatter that illusion for him...

With just enough mental capacity to remain in the fight, BERTHA would force herself to let Kido's wrist go in order to just barely evade the attack that he'd attempt. The mercenary took note of his eyes flickering, but thought little of it. After all, most people in this place seemed to have some hidden power that it was hardly surprising for her to observe. The trick was just to dispose of them before they could exact whatever trump card they had up their sleeves.

"You talk too much, boy!" BERTHA exclaimed, "Your talk of misguided philosophies and the meaning of life mean nothing to me. Save them for your God when I send you straight to him!" She would continue, before moving in to thrust her machete forward in a stabbing motion, attempting to impale the young Producer through the chest!
