The Survivor would find he was indeeed able to find sandstone. The cliffs would offer him a grand view of the island, including both the ranch, the mysterious new building, and the forest.

Lighthouse

At the top of the lighthouse stood a lone light that likely warded off many sea travellers in its time. Last night it had ceased to function, probably a sign of the island's lack of electricity.

The top provided a view of the entire North side of the island. Some distinct sights were in view: a lone warehouse not far off; a hill and gazebo just beyond that; the remains of a helicopter out in a field; a port on the edge of the island; a series of caves set into the island's middle. Though they were like ants, it was possible to see people at almost all of these locations.

Of course, there was also a man lingering at the base of the lighthouse, for whatever reason.

Smiling, he'd break the stone apart, and pick away small white pieces of nitre, before piling them up onto the animal hide he had from earlier. This was great news!
He'd gather enough of it to make a few blasting charges, and then bundle the hide up, and begin look about slowly. He wasn't sure where he might find a natural source of carbon, so he figured making a fire would be the easiest route to do so

He heads sits down and begins lighting a fire using the sharpened sticks from earlier. Man, he wished he had a bow drill right about now. Thankfully, all he needed to make this work, was some carbon powder, nothing too complicated
He shelters the fire away from the wind with a handful of small rocks, and lets it burn, before starting to make some string from the strips of bark off the branches, to act as a fuse for later on

He wasn't sure he could make a pickaxe, as he hadn't seen any iron ore on the island yet. So he settled for one extra charge of blasting powder

He knew caves like the best of prospectors, and he knew that if this island had caves, as the map implied, there'd have to be a maze of caverns under the island, he just had to locate an entry point
Without a pickaxe, his only real bet of mining into those caves? Make some explosive charges and blow his way into them

2 of the four needed items out of the way, he smiles and sits back, to let the small fire burn long enough to produce some carbon, while he checked his map, checking for anywhere he might want to stop and gather supplies, before heading into the caves to do his best with attempting to blast his way off the island

He reaches over and grabs a small piece of sandstone, and begins carving it into a small whetstone, and sharpens his axe with it, passing the time by keeping his gear in the best shape he could manage

"...Shit." His eyes opened fully as he clambered back up. Didn't even recall falling asleep. For quite some time too, given how the sun was bathing him in soft orange color, though thankfully no one seemed to be close around. A beautiful sun rise. The kind of thing that sticks in your mind. Proof that you made it another day, that you got to tomorrow. ...Tomorrow. The former marine simply closed his eyes for a moment, basking in the sunlight. A reminder of why he still lived, a reason to go on. To help innocents exploited by criminals and failed by the justice system, give 'em a tomorrow. For everyone who didn't get to see that tomorrow because of piece of shit thugs. Frank opened his eyes once more, lifting his head to stare up into the sky.

"...That's my girl. Even now, you--you're still keeping me on my feet."

He smiled softly, offset by the pain glimmering in his eyes. But he had to move on. This island necessitated it. Lowering his head back to ground level, a quick scan of his surroundings to make sure he hadn't been followed by that massive group. Didn't seem so. And as if it wasn't enough, apparently the island itself was a deathtrap. Danger zones. Wrong place at the wrong time and that could be it, game over.

With a frown, he lashed out, smashing the screen of the monitor with his fist before moving on to continue checking out the island in greater detail. The little collection of homesteads, the woods...he left those behind as he headed north, going off his compass. Eventually...
No, even that would be wrong.....it would be...cruel

She just needed to leave, get away as fast as possible; Mike could put up a good chase, but Fisk would not last a moment of running.

Thus, she grabbed the duo's food supplies, leaving their heavier weapons, and escaped into early morning. She didn't care if she awoke her former allies
Warehouse

He kneeled down quietly, making sure. Yeah, there was definite tracks there. Subtle, very easy to miss if you weren't professional, but enough. Not that long ago, someone had been here. Running, from the pace of the footfalls. In a hurry. Castle just slowly turned his head to where the tracks seemed to emanate. A large warehouse. In disuse, from the exterior look. Wouldn't be that out of place in the seedier parts of town back home.

Mabel Pines

South Side
Woods/Lake

By some unknown forces, Mabel hardly even noticed or truly registered the new arrival, too caught up in the harsh reality of what she'd seen and heard. It was weighing heavily on her shoulders, and she was internally fighting to find a way to see this all in a positive light. There was never a situation that Mabel couldn't find a positive angle to look at it from. Surely this was no different. She could make friends with these people, right? New friends, a new place, everyone being ready to kill each other....

Collars.

Tentatively, Mabel reached her soft hand up, it ghosting over the metal device in silence. She knew better than to touch it, but she was just reminded it was there. And this was no fashion statement - this was her.... no, all of them, becoming the pets of some unseen figure. It was like when she'd been trapped in that horrible bubble all over again....

"Haha, yeah, I'm.... Gonna go find some water, or something. Gotta be clean, and all..." she nervously spoke, her voice a bare whisper. It was slow, but she began to back away, until she finally turned away and rushed off. She didn't go far - merely to the lake in the woods, just slightly away from the group. She needed to process all of this before she could really talk with the others. Otherwise, what good would she be? Some young lady freaking out and being a liability - a joke? That was how it always was, wasn't it?

So, there she was, sinking to her knees beside the lake and staring into the water in silence. She was still wearing the hideous bulletproof vest, she noted. The one that covered her fashionable sweater. But that wasn't what was on her mind. No, the twin was stuck trying to fully process and take in all the information they'd gotten. The situation they were in. The fact that, despite it not at all being on her agenda, she was probably going to die. But surely there was a way out.... She just needed to find it.

And so as she stayed there, her mind and imagination racing, Mabel spared a glance in the direction of her supplies. She knew it would be a good idea to eat, but she found that she was hardly eager to. In fact, as horribly odd as it was, she didn't feel hungry at all. Even her and Dipper's syrup races didn't sound appetizing. So, with a small sigh, she simply reached over to grab one of her water bottles, cracking it open to take a small sip before promptly shutting it again and putting it away... Before grasping her sweater, tugging it up so that it stretched up and allowed her to hide her face in it.

Crashed Helicopter

Nathan would find that the helicopter has largely been stripped clean, but that didn't mean it was totally useless. A tech prodigy could probably do something with the broken electronics, and the material of the helicopter could possibly fashioned into some kind of weapon with enough effort.

Surrounding the helicopter was a flat field where one could get a good view of the surrounding landscape. A series of caves were to the south of your position, while a gazebo, the location the woman from before ran off too, stood across the long field. To the east stood a port and a few buildings, and a tall lighthouse stood a few kilometres away. Of possible resources, this area was largely barren, though one could find sticks and rocks in the brush all around the island.

Scooby's weapon held up to five rounds and there was enough ammunition in your possession to unload the shotgun four times.

Even with the supplies available to him, The Survivor would not find a suitable entry point into the caves from the cliffs or any part of the Southern half of the island. It seemed a trip had to be made in order access the cavernous tunnels of the island.

...Right, okay. Everyone coming in out of the woodwork, like flies drawn to a light. Peaceful or otherwise, not exactly good. This big a group with all the noise that comes with them, plus the idea of a group like this all banding together with no action probably wouldn't sit well with the one in charge. Not this early in its twisted little game. With that in mind, Frank had already taken several steps to depart from this collection of soldiers, vigilantes, thieves, a harlequin and that younger girl, treading out on his lonesome to scout out the rest of this island.

Dizzy visibly frowned, somewhat incensed by the soldier's departure. It obviously was connected to her appearance, it being the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. She understood though, a large group of people bunching together was no different from fish in a barrel. That being said, what was Dizzy's response?

She followed the soldier, maintaining a fair distance as to not make her following obscenely obvious. He was a fellow soldier-- well, as much as was possible for a trainee to be a fellow soldier-- and he was the only one with a fire-arm. The rest were questionable, not altogether relatable. It was better this way.

She left without another word, not realizing that she squandered the appeal of her generosity by ignoring Mabel's response.

Across the sea rose the sun, bringing morning's dawn to the island. Though the previous night was no doubt a tense one, it was free of violence, likely leaving a few of the contestants with a false sense of security. With the island waking up, it was time for it to remind them of the dangerous game they were playing.

Even though the number of destroyed monitors was rising, the rabbit still grinned widely as he appeared on the remaining ones, paws held in the air.

BIegnQS.png

"Wake up!" he yelled. "Wake up, wake up, wake up!" He spun around three times, giggling and laughing, wobbling on his feet slightly when he was done. "You guys sure are resilient! It's natural for humans! Well, and a dog, I guess. You've managed to last the whole night without dying... isn't that weird? I know it's weird! There should be soooo much death, you know? I mean, if there are no more deaths, then everyone dies, and that would just suck, huh? Suck, suck, suck! Woohoo, yep!"

The rabbit then seemed to pause.

"One thing, though. One thing I just happened to not mention because who really cares? You see, all of the notable locations on the island - the ones marked on your maps - represent different zones. Each location emits a signal that covers a wide area... and to facilitate movement, your king has decreed that each one will eventually become a danger zone! If you happen to be in a zone when it becomes dangerous, well... better get hopping! Your collar will start beeping and boom, boom, boom! Each morning, I'll announce new danger zones, just because I'm so helpful! Unfortunately, I happened to not mention this morning's new danger zone, leaving someone a little confused as they totally went EXPLOSION-LIKE!"

The rabbit crossed his arms. "But you'll hear more about that tonight, hopefully after a few more deaths, right? You know, I hope that, because today... one death won't cut it. We can't have everyone getting by on accidental deaths, can we? So, excuse the death we just had this morning, but the thirty of you better get to it! Just stay away from the Open-Air Baths, all right? Have a nice time!"

Ungh! Dizzy snapped right up, arms propped out in her front with fists folded in, clearly at the ready. Her eyes were fluttering open and shut, as an audible groan escaped her lips as she slumped backwards, head flicking skyward as she blankly stared. The rabbit's voice, its tone, was irritating. It grated on her nerves. She had never thought she'd want to kill a rabbit so much. She blatantly ignored any nearby monitors.

Dizzy stood to full, brushing herself free of dirt and debris from sleeping on the ground, before making for the case directly nearby. Picking it up carefully, Dizzy would heft it well in hand before tossing a genial glance the sun's way, the grim features of her lips creasing into the shape of a smile. She'd always loved the sunset, with its bathing rays of warmth and lively brightness. Another sunrise, another day.

Another day for more people to day.

Gone was the temporary smile and with a soft sight, Dizzy surveyed her surrounding. Vividly recalling in detail the markings she'd made, just in case, along with the general idea of Castle's heading, Isabel resumed her following in tow the Soldier.

In silence, he headed for it.

Her intuition was usually on point and she quickly found Frank, who had just stirred from his rest. Quickly ducking behind brush, she observed the man and his actions... and found herself relating to him, the beginnings of kinship through common ground. A frown followed, as she considered to herself: sneaking around and following the man was possibly cause enough for getting shot. Hopefully? That would not be the case.

Her greatest hope, right now, was formulating a friendship with the veteran marine to heighten her chances for survival.

Oomph, it seemed the man had an explosive temperament. This did nothing to assuage Dizzy's prior, and reasonable, concern. Nonetheless, she would push on and push on she did, as Castle made an arbitrary alteration to his heading. Coming into view, looking beyond the fellow soldier's profile, Flores saw the warehouse.

She paused briefly, maintaining cover in way of brush, and considered once more. Then she shook her head and adhered herself to the game plan anew.

As they set off, Kraven gave his companions another momentary thought. The Hunter often fought without weapons, but if it would put his companions' minds at ease...
"Perhaps we could use your grappling hook to scale this building and claim the prize at the top? Assuming that we can all be trusted not to turn it on each other...."
That would be another problem. If this weapon was a gun or something, whoever scaled the building would nigh-on win the game. However, the alternative involved another one of Kraven's rivals grabbing it, which would be even worse. Then again, he could always take such a deadly weapon and destroy it if they did not want to use it, so that everyone would have an equal chance of victory. The Hunter was fair like that.

Erin & Daisy

It took Erin a staggered moment for what Daisy was saying to register with her, her head turning lazily at attention once the other woman pulled out one of her sticks of dynamite. Her brow furrowed at the terms Founders and Vox, though she was unsure if she wanted to inquire further when this woman was still nearly a stranger. Erin didn't know what she'd gotten herself into-- didn't know if whatever Daisy was talking about had anything to do with it either. All she knew was that someone out there seemed keen on placing her in impossible situations; situations where the only solution was kill or be killed.

Erin didn't like killing. She didn't get anything positive out of it. She didn't want to kill anyone any more.

She knew what she wanted sometimes didn't matter.

Erin mused over this to herself for a moment, letting a silence stretch between her and Daisy now that the other woman was finished talking. She didn't really want to take charge, but she knew she was probably better suited to this kind of environment than most of the others stranded here. "Well--" she said with a grunt, pushing off the railing behind her to stand up fully. "We could do a sweep of the area, but there's not much to see as far as I can tell. We could head over to the new building and make for the weapon that's supposed to be on the roof there. If we move quickly, and I can ensure we move quickly, we'd be there in under an hour, tops."

She moved past Daisy to step out from under the gazebo, stopping just outside to stand in the grass. Surrounding her stood carefully arranged beds of flowers arranged in a grid format that circled the gazebo. The light of the heavy sun reflected off the varied colors staring back at Erin, creating a dazzling kaleidoscope that filled her vision. It was a far more beautiful sight than this game deserved. She turned away from the fantastic display to face Daisy once again and gestured westward with her crossbow. "If they want a show, we're not going to give it to them. If we run into someone and they don't immediately seem hostile, we hold off. We can avoid the helicopter for now and circle around right to the building. There isn't much to see between those two landmarks, so we shouldn't run into much."

The woman lingered for a moment, eyes examining Daisy intently. She felt lucky that she'd managed to work with someone, though it was too early to say if the other woman could be fully trusted. Regardless, things were looking up, at least for the moment. She turned to make her way down the hill and said, "And my name's Erin, just so you know."

As Sara bolted, stealing Fisk's and Mike's food, the ex cop stayed calm. Sighing briefly, he'd loon at his boss.

"Go. Get to the lighthouse. I'll go out the front, you leave from the back, Fisk. I'll handle this."

Leaving the bigger man's side .Finding that dam b blonde hair girl's track wasn't hard, but it wouldn't lead him to Sara. Mike paused as he realized he was in Frank's sight. He studies the man. Wasn't hard for Mike to tell he was ex-Military, being one himself. Mike would start the conversation off rather bluntly.

Frank didn't answer, simply staring hard back at the older man. Studying, on the lookout for hidden firearms or blades. If there were any, they were hidden well. He lowered the aim of his machine gun, barrel nearly touching the ground and he reached for one of his water bottles, casually taking a long sip. When he finished, he slid it back into his bag of supplies and spoke in a low growl.

"What's it to you if I did?"

Nathan Drake: Helicopter

"Alright, lets get moving." Nate pondered on where they should go next. There were definitely some interesting places (ie the Lighthouse in the distance and the caves), but who knew who was there. Then he remembered the lady from earlier. She had bolted in some other direction. Well it would be a safer option because judging from the fact that she ran, she must be timid and not the killer type.

"Hey lets go in that direction. Seems pretty safe."

"It'd be helpful. She took my supplies. I'd bee nice if I got them back.."

Taking a deep sigh, Mike would turn back .

"I think we got started off on the wrong foot. Names Mike. So, By your look, the way you hold yourself, you're Ex military, I suspect. Right? What branch were you, kid? I'm going to guess Marines? You served in Iraq? Or Afghanistan? Or were you lucky enough for both?."

@C.T.

".............................................Yeah." He eventually replied. "Two tours, both places. Lance Corporal, Marine Corps. A lifetime ago. And we're on an island fighting to the death with a bunch of other random people, think we left getting off on the wrong foot way behind." His fingers curled around the grip of his gun. "Why'd she take your stuff?"

"Scout Sniper for the Corp in 'nam, and you're right. When u met the girl, I was with another guy. We were making plans. He's a real pain, but we to team up. We let her in on the plan. A few minutes into our planning, the just grabs are food a leaves. She hoodwinked us. And where did the other guy go before you ask? We're going to met up later at the light house.

"Seems like trust is a commodity in short supply around here, huh?" He remarked, taking note. "So a vet, gotta be at least 60, you and a partner. With a plan that gets a potential ally to run off. Some plan that sounds like. So...got a reason why I shouldn't kill ya right now?" Frank raised his AK back up. "Vietnam. A mess, through and through." He snickered darkly, eyes flicking over to Mike.

"Any My Lais in your record?"

@Josh M

"Hm, maybe," Johnson said as he headed towards one of the windows and leaned out. The first thing he noticed was that it was day and shortly after he saw there were at least three more floors. The grappling hook could get up there, but that meant someone had to hold onto the device or he had to secure the hook itself which would temporarily leave him defenseless, well either would anyway. Both options were appealing. But it could save time.

"It could work, but someone has to hold down the hook itself while another climbs and the last one has to keep watch in case of anyone trying to sneak up on us or we could attempt to secure the device so all three of us could go up. I also would be left defenseless with nothing, but my bare hands so I trust you two won't try and kill me. I vote we just take the stairs, nab anyone left, and get ahold of this 'super-weapon'. How about you two?"

Grabbing up the ash from the small fire once it had died, he ground it into a fine powder and made extra care to keep it separate from the nitre, he didn't need it going of quite yet
He gathers his things, and takes a sip of water, and eats a single energy bar, and heads on his way to the helicopter for now. He figured he could maybe scrap it for some metal, and use it to make the pick he'd thought was beyond his reach

With his blasting powder all but prepared, he'd need to make some precautions to ensure he could get through if the powder didn't blast deep enough

Daisy & Erin
"Daisy, Daisy Fitzroy," the young populist general remarked pridefully, a smile arising on the radical's lips. "Leader of the Vox Populi, a movement for the people. Nice to meet ya, Erin." Daisy concluded, following Erin outside of the Gazebo, taking in the wonderful sights around her. All-in-all, a sense of awe swelled in the woman's heart, seeing the grass and sun and wonders of true nature around her. Columbia may have her lush gardens, decorated in their fanatical worship of the Founding Fathers, but this felt all the more natural and enticing. She couldn't help but take in a deep breath, closing her dark eyes briefly and feeling a rush of brief reprise flow over her.

A moment of solace in a time of utter despair.

"I agree with ya to headin' past the helicopter, partially 'cause I ain't the one with that fancy crossbow of yers and I already been there." Daisy simply spoke, finding the other woman's strategy and resourcefulness unparalleled. In another world, the Fitzroy would of been proud to enroll her as a member of the Vox Populi, being reminded of Booker DeWitt and his contribution to the noble cause before his death. Biting her lower lip lightly, brushing aside her hair, the revolutionary brandished her makeshift machete, holstering her unlit sticks of dynamite in her pockets. Keeping an ear out, Daisy began to make a few moves past Erin, heading towards the path to loop around the helicopter towards that mystical building Erin mentioned.

"I advise we move quickly, Erin, I got a bad feelin' crawlin' up my back. And if I got a bad feelin', well, you best believe somethin' is about to go down." Daisy remarked indirectly and hastily, recalling how she fled from her crashed helicopter in response to a scream directed behind her. Knowing she could not tell Erin directly in order not to anger her newfound ally, Daisy kept silent about it, keeping her ear out for anything suspicious.

Scooby was fine with the idea of getting moving in some way as he didn't want to stay by the damaged vehicle any longer than he had to. There were the caves where they could go back too, but he wasn't sure who had entered there since this has happened to be quite honest. He didn't want to go to the lighthouse because the man who had not killed him out of his grace had gone there too and that was saying something too, it seemed.

After Frank had left without a word, Michiko sat on the ground and watched the rest carefully through the night. Well, she would of if she hadn't fallen asleep. But when she did wake up she just sighed. She had stood, ready to head away from the group herself when she had noticed Mabel walk off.

The woman shook her head before deciding to take her leave. The outlaw had already grown sick of the place and situation they were in and just the thought of it pissed her off. Especially with people like Mabel stuck there.
