Rant is an anthropomorphic mouse. He stands at 5'2'' and akin to a human child. Tan-Brown fur covers him from top to bottom with the exception of his belly and muzzle. His belly and muzzle share a snow white colored fur. He has three long, stray, and thick hairs that hang down from his head in the form almost like a mohawk. His tail is closer to a deer's with the top of it being brown and bottom being snow white while its shape being small and teardrop-like. His ears droopdwn mcuch lke Jerry fom Tom & Jerry's ears perk up. His eyes are red and resemble IEC-5010s, more commonly known as the power symbol. He aslo wears a color with a button using the same symbol and color. His attire consists of black socks, a pair of white and yellow boots, red shorts with checkered racing stripes, black fingerless golves, a utility belt, and one suspender hanging off his right side.

Rant learns at an accelerated rate. Things that would take a person years to learn he could figure out in a couple weeks.
Rant also has increased hearing and smell.
Rant can handle higher amounts of poisons than humans, but is not entirely immune to them.
Rant has a purely rage induced form that hardens his skin and enhances his strength by a smidgen more. In this state he gains the build and height of a gorilla while his stray hairs and tail grow longer and suddenly burst into flame. His coat of fur will then burst into flame that calms down leaving behind a black shade of fur.
Weaknesses & Flaws
Rant has many soft spots. After being stranded and then hunted like a dog he is pretty insecure.
Rant, despite his melee prowess, is an expert down the range and thus is vulnerable on the offensive in close quarters combat.
Rant is a persistent fellow and ready to throw his life away at any time.
Sounds that are too high pitched or smells that are too pungent can deter Rant.
It is not impossible to try and reactivate Rant's "security feature".
Rant can't take magic very well. It messes with his Magical Code.

Rant is an expert in all things that fly. He can land any vessel no problem and knows starmaps like the back of his hand, due to his abilities he is an experienced tracker mutt that has never shaken/lost a target, and last but certainly not least he is a wizard with a gun. All this in one little package. He also has some training in computer technology, but is able to hack security systems with relative ease no less. And if push comes to shove... he could always punch the door down.

Rant is an extremely proud soul. He takes pride in his work and his accomplishments. People that belittle these things he takes little crap from and is quick to violence or trash talk. Besides this he is often a joker carrying a joyful persona when the truth is that all he can think about is the death of what was once a friend. In addition he is quick to conclusions, oddly optimistic, and straight out impulsive.

Life Form Alpha - Rat
Rant was the first in a series of three weapons that were being created. However, he was simply a trial to see what was possible. See on his home planets in the system of Bounty there existed many things. For one science was more advanced than one could possibly fathom, but it only made sense. A collection of common criminals that numbered in the millions made up Bounty. Among these were several different races, all with their own perks and downfalls, and together they make the ultimate hideout for anyone needing to lay low. The second things is a multitude of DNA samples to choose from. Wave a few bucks in their face and these criminals might be willing to do what you ask. And the last thing that Bounty possessed: the absurdity of magic. Able to break the bounds of science where needed and an ample pool of parents to choose from, plus the best in technology one was capable of doing anything.
Rant's creation was based off the Sand Rats. Founders of Bounty's planet sized colonies. Sand Rats were strong, tunnel building, rodents that made up the literal underground of Bounty. The had a keen sense of family and pride for their work. They were also the best metal workers and engineers Bounty had to offer. They constructed what was to become Rant's Learning Collar, but started off as his Control Collar. This collar would allow for complete shutdown of Rant at anytime. The collar was a complex mix of what became known as the Magical Code. Combining both computers and magics, the magical code was essentially an alphabet that Rant would adhere to, this code warned him of dangers, it controlled his vitals, and activated his security protocol which was a complete shutdown of his body. It can be imagined as a HUD, but all magic like.
Next in Rant's creation came his actual body. It wasn't designed completely like a Sand Rats' body, but it was pretty darn close. It was made small to give him an advantage in the line of work that he had yet to know he was destined for. In addition those who were making him were capitalizing on the magic resources and used Magical Code inscribed on every one of his muscles. Not a crevice was left untouched and they all pertained to strength, with the exception of one right at his chest which read "Flame".
When it came time for Rant to, finally, take his first few steps his eyes flickered open and he kept rubbing them. His information intake was in fact too high. Simply glancing around he took in every single thing he saw. He was immediately shutdown before migraines developed and then fear induced rage. Now, with adjustments he was started up again. Rant was alive.
For thirty years he was kept for testing and this was to ensure control over Rant. They imbued a powerful gift onto him, but magic was a fickle thing. The only way to use this gift was to let Rant take the wheel and if he did there was no telling if anyone could get it back. Around the time that this thought was surfacing work on Life Form Beta - Kaoru began. Kaoru became Rant's reasoning of the world. Kaoru was far superior in knowledge. He was a walking search engine and nothing escaped him. He had limits however and those limits were his downfall, as well as Rant's.
People were beginning to get restless. Groups promised aid from these unnamed men and women wanted to see results. Rant's production was cut halfway. Being released as he was, he was robotic and lacked any personality, he also lacked a sense of ideals or dreams. He was an empty shell. Kaoru not being a promise to anyone would be a complete specimen whereas Rant was not.
Mission Titan - Rat & Kaoru
Rant and Kaoru had been working consistenly on mission since their development. Assassination, looting, protection, and guard duty were all common for them. Killing was common for them, but Kaoru began to think. And he thought some more eventually he had an idea. He wanted to create something. So he did, but his way was based on how Rant currently was. He came up with the theory of splitting his own personality to create Artifcial Intelligence. Robotics was easy for Kaoru and he could do it without hindrance from his superiors. The first AI was a direct copy of Rant and eventually replaced him in the field of battle. Rant being so soulless could have cared less.
Time moved on and this hobby of Kaoru's was eating him alive, meanwhile Rant's personality was being updated with experiences within the labs running routine tests. As Rant increased Kaoru would decrease. Kaoru noticed this and tried to take his mind off things by doing other projects. One of these happened to be disabling Rant's security protocol for kicks however, Rant has never given anyone reason for using the feature so it went unnoticed. Soon all that was left of Kaoru was his evil and vileness. He became a merciless killer on the field and with the help of his AI he was even worse. Attempts of shutting Kaoru down had failed and he turned on his creators just like any other. Rant now installed with a personality was imbued with rage and tore the place in two trying to kill Kaoru, but he was outsmarted and led through a dimensional portal. A grade of science that the men that created them only tampered with.
Kaoru then assumed control over the labs and constructed a metal army. Bounty caught wind of this and Mission Titan was issued which would result in all out war across several planets. Rant became a leading general in the attacks against Kaoru, but nothing was working and Kaoru was only getting smarter by the day. It was then that Rant came up with a fabulous idea and ran in to the labs with a bomb strapped to his chest. Just as he leaped at Kaoru his rage caused him to transform, but Kaoru yet again outsmarted him.
At the moment he transformed something moved Kaoru out of the way, Rant still does not know what, and the bomb exploded from the flames and sent Rant flying through a portal that spawned behind him. Rant was then sent hurdling down to an unknown location and as soon as he opened his eyes he found himself lying in the sewers of Gotham. Luckily his transformation took the brunt of the damage, but he could hear the murmurs in the distance. He caused quite the panic wherever he was and he needed to move.
Today - Rant T. Mouse
Rant founded himself a name based off what he was originally called, Rat, but after seeing what doing whatever you wanted got him he decided to correct his ways. Using the skills drilled into him at the Bounty labs he hunted down criminals and delivered a brand of Rant justice. If you ever saw a business card with Rant T. Mouse on it, then you're probably doing five to twenty. However, media was getting around and he realized he couldn't keep his antics up. The situation on specials like him was just getting better. And he had too much experience with messing things up. He decided it was time to law low again until he stumbled across Martian Manhunter.
Wanting to join for the sheer fact that M.M.H. was clearly not human Rant tracked down the Hall of Justice.

Magical Code is like a robots normal programming, but for a living and breathing being. Magical Code is what gives Rant the ability to breathe, think, and feel. In addition, it is a system aid and displays information sort of like something out of the watchdogs video game.
So, for example Rant is in a crossfire. At the start he knows he has 48 bullets each time a bullet flies whether he realizes or not the Magical Code will count and display this like a HUD telling Rant when he is close to having to reload.
