The fairy tales written and told by Charles Perrault, Hans Christian Andersen, Brothers Grimm, all the greats, and even the little nursery rhymes you were told as kids weren't just stories. They were real. They had happened. All of it. The magic, the mystery, the beauty, the love.

They've always been real unbeknownst to everyone. Including the characters of the stories themselves...

For generations and generations they've been reincarnated and lived out the lives of their stories again and again. Always with new turns, twists, horrors and always the magic. And they've never remembered their past lives. These tale characters are called Everafters.

Yet, there is a secret ending no one knows about. Each time the pages of the stories close, the stories of their lives come to an end, these characters, people, Everafters, are hunted down and killed/eaten by mysterious monster.

No one knows why. And they never have been able to figure it out because they can never remember their past lives each time. They only time they've come to remember anything of their old lives is when it's too late. When the story has ended and the monsters have come after them.

....

However, the 21st century has arrived. And things have really changed.

These monsters are no longer coming after the story is done. They've started to come at any time they please.

But things have not only changed on their end. The Everafters are starting to remember themselves in bits and pieces, dreams and nightmares, in black outs. But they're coming to know and remember who they are. Who they were.

Now, a town called Apple's Peak located outside of Los Angeles is attracting the Everafters. Another mystery that has yet to be solves, but they are all attracted to it and have headed there.

If they worked together, they could find answers and save themselves from the same fate, from their common enemy.

Sadly, there is too much conflict monster themselves, the heroes, the villains, the neutrals, and even with normal human beings. They're people and so they have issues.

The Everafters stories is taking a new turn. This time at their own will.

And no one knows how it will end.

Everafters

The story book characters. Whether a hero, villain, or side character the person will always be an Everafter. Therefore, they've lived many lives and have been killed all the same by the monsters. And continue to be hunted.

As an Everafter, they are different from normal human beings. Some of their differences may be increasingly inhuman. Such as magic, strange abilities or more.

For example: Snow White may have enhanced, mesmerizing, hypnotic beauty. She is the fairest of them all.

Everafters are sorted into one of two categories based on their role in the story. But this doesn't necessarily make them bad or good completely or at all.

The Good
The heroes. The good guys.

The Bad
The villains. The hateful ones.

There is next to nothing known about these horrid creatures. No one has ever seen one and lived to tell the tale. The only thing that the Everafter's do know is that only their kind can see the creatures, no normal human beings can. And they always leaves a bloody mess of their victims. So, it seems they aren't intelligent beast.

Apple's Peak
A quaint, close-knitted community, but large town located outside of Los Angeles, California. It attracts Everafters, somehow calling out to them. The town's appeal is as mysterious as almost everything else, there's something magical about it... But because it attracts Evetafters it also attracts the monsters.

Unknown to it's residents the town is magic and holds most, if not every answer, the Everafters need and want.

Clary is considered a unique teenager. Though she is bullied often and neglected by everyone but a few, she holds her head up proud and is sill confident. No, she has a strong will and it's not easily broken. Sometimes it makes her seem stuck up, but she's not. It only takes a little time to be around her to see how she really is. She's very kind and curious. God, is she curious. She is considered very nosy, always getting herself into trouble with adventurous personality. And quite fearless as well.

Her parents, however neglected her. So, she was raised by nannies and grew very lonely. She ended up playing by herself, making up imaginary friends. When she was seven, was when her dreaming started She started dreaming of the past lives she lived. And whenever she told anybody they simply disregard it as a part of her game. And the nightmares, the dreams, continued to happen. Soon, she started seeing them while conscious, the visions.

And as the older she got and the more she talked about it, they started to believe she was crazy. They took her to many therapist, but there was no found illness 'causing her 'delusions'. They doped her upon meds and moved out of the city, the country to Apple's Peak. Her parents hold the greatest power there. And though she'd bullied, no one wants to get in the way of her parents.

Upon first meetings, Rae comes off rather quiet, mute even. And very standoffish too. Well, she is a tough cookie. Not easy to break, on the surface anyway. Though, she has a mouth. A very sarcastic one too. That sometimes make her come off sarcastic. Honestly, she can and is a fun person to be around. It only takes the right person, or if she naturally likes you. She can be very charming. She's very sweet, and affectionate to those she loves and is known to do practically anything for them even if it hurts herself. She does have a short temper too and it's best not to set her off. Because it takes a while to calm her down. Underneath the surface, she's a very fragile and shy woman.

HISTORY
Rae was born as the youngest child of six girls. Her parents western very wealthy so they didn't want many children, so having her was the biggest problem. They had originally planned to abort her, but they couldn't afford it.

Yet, when she was born, her mother instantly fell in love with her. She was too precious. Despite her father wanting to get rid of her, her mother refused and chose to take care of her herself. So, Rae grew up as a mommy's girl and her sister's rarely playing with her. But she grew beautifully and had the most beautiful voice. She often sang for her mother.

When she was around seven, she discovered her father's abuse towards her mother. And it tore her apart, she then promised her mother that when she was old enough she'd become a famous and rich singer and support them both. Her mother loved her dream despite not wanting to be in Rae's life too much or at all. Her mother was mentally ill and had hurt her daughter many times unbeknownst to Rae not recognizing it as abuse.

A year later, her mother was diagnosed with terminal cancer and died. Surprisingly, her father kept her. Since her mother was gone, she was used as his new abuse toy. Despite his abuse, physical and sexual, her sisters never involved themselves.

So, around the age fifteen, she ran away. And moved to Apple's Peak hoping it'll help her forget the pain.

He had one sister, who he parented over and tried to take care of with all of his might.And whenever his parents were in a stupor, he'd protect her, letting them beat on him instead of his little sister.

Making hr happy through their tough times was his greatest joy. She was his greatest joy, she was his reason for living. To love and care for her.

Around the age of sixteen, he witnessed his little sister being hit by a speeding car. The car was his parents. And when his sister died in the hospital a few days later, he beat the shit out of his father. His parents moved away shortly after, leaving him behind in Apple's peak.

Katya is very odd, by society's standards of the word. It's like she makes a conscious effort to seem as weird and unique as possible -- she surrounds herself in only vintage items and is often quite confusing and ambiguous with her speech. She is known to give horrible advice and likes to confuse people, simply because she finds it amusing.

She is very intelligent and resourceful, able to work her way out of most situations and she has a knack for getting out of trouble, even if she is in the wrong -- but this is the only time she will ever lie. No, Katya is a brutally honest person, borderline rude with her comments. You look fat in that dress? She'll tell you. You're making a stupid decision? She'll tell you.

Katya is fiercely independent and makes a point out of not needing anyone or their help. That being said, she does try and help other people, even if her instructions are easily misinterpreted. She has a dangerously short temper and can turn quite aggressive if she loses it, but if she hurts someone, she will beat herself up about it until she has made it right. Due to her ADHD she is very hyperactive and has trouble sitting still for extended periods of time.

HISTORY
Katya was born and raised in Russia to a drug dealer for a father and a prostitute for a mother. Needless to say, she didn't have a happy childhood. While neither parent exploited her for their business, she was frequently physically and mentally abused.

When Katya turned fourteen she ran away to America with her cousin Natalya, but unfortunately, Natalya passed away a year later, leaving Katya stranded with only a couple of dollars. She was taken into foster care and adopted by a nice couple who loved her very much, but that family died in a car accident when she was eighteen years of age.

Heartbroken, Katya moved to Apple's Peak where she now works as a photographer. She makes calendars, does photoshoots for models in LA and even works for the local newspaper.

Isaac is often described as a child living in an adult's body -- he is very hyperactive and energetic, a bubby ball of fun who lights up the entire room with his presence. He loves to indulge himself in children's movies and TV shows, and he can be rather petulant when he doesn't get what he wants. He's very carefree and relaxed most of the time, too.

Isaac can be quite oblivious and naive. He's not very good at reading people or their body language, which has caused him quite a bit of public embarrassment in the past. He's very fit and active, loving to exercise in order to burn off his excessive energy. Isaac is an idealist and an optimist and he always tries to look on the bright side of things.

He absolutely loves kids, which comes in handy when you work in Apple Peak Day Care. He's very playful and rather mischievous, fond of teasing and playing practical jokes on his friends. He's also very compassionate and the kind of guy to hold a crying child until his mother comes. Isaac is very determined and gives the best inspriational speeches known to mankind.

HISTORY
Isaac's mother died during childbirth and his father was killed a few months later in a robbery gone wrong, so Isaac grew up in an orphanage in London. It was a dreary place, run by strict nuns and even stricter Christian values. However, Isaac's spirit persevered and he was always the one to cheer up the younger kids when they felt particularly disheartened.

He was adopted when he was twelve years old, by a young couple who had lost their twelve-year-old son a year previously. They were very kind to Isaac and even brought him to America. To this day, he treats them like his birth parents.

Isaac moved to Apple's Peak a month ago and easily got a job in a childcare.

To put it diplomatically, Imogen is honest. To put it honestly, Imogen is a bitch. She is very cold and standoffish with people whom she doesn't think deserve her precious time. She is also incredibly vain, and considering she is a model, this comes in handy sometimes but also makes her unlikable to most.

Imogen is very blunt and snarky with most everyone and she does not trust easily. It takes a lot to earn her trust and even more to earn her friendship, but if you turn out to be one of the chosen ones, you have made the most loyal, protective, caring, compassionate friend in the world.

Imogen is fiercely independent and will reject assistance from anyone, sans the makeup artists on runway. Unlike most models she lives in Apple's Peak, simply because, despite being a celebrity, she does not particularly enjoy the limelight. The son of two leading political figures in Germany, Ryan is a bit of a brat. He is very spoiled, used to having everything handed to him on a silver platter, and quite obnoxious. He doesn't realise his actions and his lifestyle piss people off, and even if he did realise, he wouldn't care.

Ryan is incredibly lazy. He barely ever does anything for himself if he can help it, and he's very dependent on everyone else -- only when his parents forced him to move out did he grow up at all. Still, he tries to get his friends to do things for him. Ryan is the sleepiest person you will ever meet, and his narcolepsy makes him fall asleep at very inconvenient times.

Ryan is quite vain and narcissistic, full of himself, and he's the kind of person who subconsciously thinks the world revolves around him. He's very demanding and petulant when he suffers a minor inconvenience, and he is a total drama queen.
