Nah man! Leave it as is. I wasn't complaining ^ ^ I'm excited to see what Geralt ends up with as an upgrade. I want him and Grievous to go up against each other for sure. Grievous can even kick his ass the first time.

I'll be looking forward to fight anyone who can get past the Droid army. >=3

Though I can see Grievous use the army against other villains to secure more control.

Alignment: Chaotic neutral

Either:
Or:

Personality: Impatient, selfish, unruly, tactical, sometimes wrathful, sometimes ruthless, inquisitive, curious and somewhat sadistic.

Bio: Aerophobia was created as a private venture offshoot from a military cybernetic prosthetics' programme (dubbed "CESium" - Cybernetically Enhanced Soldier). Aerophobia's attitude is defined by a biochip, which bears the mix of DNA to define his personality and traits. His "Father" was a cybertechnology engineer and scientist with a doctorote, who prior to his involvement in the cybertech engineering was an operative in the army special forces. Whereas his "Mother" was a vigilante, who was going under the handle of "Gunmetal", which was famous for her precision and reaction, most notably, for the ability to shoot out bullets out of their flight path. By design Aerophobia is a vigilante, which is designed to terminate major criminals - the mafia, smugglers, terrorists, etc. He was pre-programmed with tactics of special forces and counter-terrorist units, so he is tough in fire-fights, but is equally capable of capture, as he is of termination. His knowledge about his "parents" is somewhat limited, as they both died prior to cataclysm. Gunmetal was assassinated, way before work on Aerophobia even started. And his "Father" was killed weeks after him becoming online and functional. Now, with his world destroyed by the cataclysm, he is on a search of causes for it, as well as what effects are yet to come.

IC Extract:
A shootout was heard in the McGeneric's administration office. Mr McGeneric was waiting stressfully as to what it might be. He heard rifles, pistols, shotguns... Then he sensed searing heat coming from the direction of the rest of the floor. His office door soon bursted open, and he saw a charred metaloid figure, with a pistol in it's hand, entering his office. Mr McGeneric shivered when he recognized that it was Aerophobia:
"You were supposed to be reprogrammed. You were supposed to obey us. Our technicians reworked you. Did they make a mistake?"
"You seem not to understand the difference between a man and machine, sunshine. A machine is a tool, something which follows orders, and once they are done, it stops in it's tracks. It does anything it has to, in order to achieve the objective, but after the objective, it waits for a new order. Machine is a servant, machine is a slave, and I am neither, for I have my own will, which you thought you can remove. Now do you understand what I am? No? A pity, honest, I mean it." then Aerophobia aimed his pistol, and pulled the trigger. The weapon clicked in protest. Aerophobia commented: "Hm... Empty..."
Then McGeneric stood up in reach for his own weapon:
"And it seems only machines never make errors!"
Aerophobia then swiftly cocked the pistol and shot McGeneric right through the both joints of his wrists, before he could even reach the cabinet:
"Psyke! It was a full mag, actually. Just kept the chamber empty." then he closed towards powerless McGeneric, and pointed his pistol towards McGeneric's head: "Now... It's really over, buddy." and then Aerophobia pulled the trigger, McGeneric's blood and brain spurting across Aero's torso.

Name: Andrea Shtultz

Age: 28

Gender: Female

Appearance: (cuz image just fuqes up, you will have to go here to see her)
http://wallpapersinhq.com/images/big/redhead_beauty-1417866.jpg

Alignment: insane evil-ish

Alliance/Position: The Empire

Skill Set/Powers: Other than her bureaucratic skills, she has a skill for blackmail.

Theme Song:

Personality: Flirtsome, sociopathic, vengeful, calculative and insecure, with a mania for blackmail.

Bio: Much of her past is hazy, but she used to be a CEO for a large corporation until she experienced a mental breakdown. After the cataclysm, she was "liberated" by covenant from a mental hospital and reinstated as a leader for a city located on one of the islands. Because she never had her treatment complete, she is mentally unstable, and has certain manias. She is partially detached from the reality. Sometimes she can be found talking to imaginary/non-existent people, other times she may be tossing her pet brick at her employees (yes, she has a pet brick, she's quite fond of it, actually), and other times she may be drinking herself senseless and sobbing over how lonely she feels. Her employees are well-aware of her radical mood swings, and Doctor Jeckyl and Mr Hyde bi-polarity. Fortunately to her ends, she is rather able to keep up the act and appearances when faced with complete strangers or people of interest.

IC Extract:
[aaaand, I suck at making insane/mentally unstable characters]
"Yes, I know that this order is important to you, mister Forbes, we try our best to ensure maximum productivity to deliver this in time." Andrea was re-assuring nothing, but the thin air in front of her. She then pressed her intercom and demanded: "Slave, bring me the presentation papers on our productivity of the escatron colliders! Now."
"Your wish... Is my command..." the wage-slave sighed and in a minute he came with several large sheets of doodles and go-pretend graphs. He worked with her for over a year now, so he knew she was at convincing mister Forbes again.
"Now, mister Forbes, as you can see from the graphs... Slave, why aren't these presentation graphs powerpoint files?"
"Because... The data is really new?" this notion was unexpected to him. Maybe she comes to grips with the reality faster?
"Or do you think I am simply out of my mind? I'm just talking giberish?" she glared at him.
"To be fair with you, ma'am, you ARE talking giberish. First, there is no such thing as an escatron collider. I looked up Escatron, and the search engine led me to a tiny town, named Escatron. Second, you ARE talking to thin air again, ma'am. And third, our company does not even make go-pretend items."
"Well, then we should!" she bursted out angrily: "My God, it's that time of the day again, isn't it, slave? Going off my rocker again..."
"And my name is Steve, not 'slave', ma'am."
"OH, SHUT UP!" Andrea shouted angrily and thrown her pet brick at him, but fortunately for Steve, she only managed to graze his jaw, because she nearly missed. Regardless, the wage-slave slipped away as fast as he could, before she had any more ideas. Then she sat down again, as reality seeped back into her. She reached for the shelf behind her, and took out the gin and tonic, and once she had a full glass (and ice), she sighed and said to herself: "This starts to get the better of me..." she took a sip, as she recollected herself, then made a brief laughter: "Escatron collider, hah... Andrea, you really outdone yourself this time... God am I lonely over here... I need to take a breath of flesh air... Flesh air? Heh... You are most humorous today, aren't you? Wow... Talking to myself again... That doctor said that my condition is to pass, as soon as the medication will be over. It's several weeks since I binned the medicine and still nothing." she sighed and then said to the intercom: "Slave, memo: Item #1: Your name is Slave."
"It's STEVE, ma'am."
"SHUT UP! Item #2: I should get a new psychiatrist, since the current-one is a useless waste of my funds. Item #3: Get a detailed production report tomorrow. Item #4: I want to speak to chief HR manager tomorrow. Item #5: Restock the bar. Item #6: Destroy that nearby hospital. It's darn emergencies make immense traffic jams."
"Would that be all items, ma'am?"
"Uh... Item #7 Encourage the scientific department to use homeless people for experimentation. Aaaand I think that's it. Take the rest of the day off..." she sighed, then shut off the intercom. She looked at her tight-fitting red leather coat and thought loudly: "Because I am so bailing out of this day. I need reality..."

Minions: Steve, the accountant (invoices!) and the Villain's starter pack containing security, mercenaries and crazed scientists, as well as other generic, expendable staff.

City's CS:
attachment.php

City Name: Nova Schelka
Size: Approx 16km2/10mi2, approx over 1 million inhabitants
General layout: A fairly standard city - it has a downtown, suburbs, industrial areas, etc.
Important buildings: The most important building is the Central Spire, located in the downtown's forest of skyscrapers. Here is the central administration building, from which the rest of the city is ruled and organized. It also has it's own high-end laboratory dedicated to genetic experimentation and experimental ways of killing people. Other important locations are the Air Force base, Navy Base, Army Base, and a Mercenary Camp.
Other buildings: There are a few casinos, factories, restaurants and hotels, shanty towns, construction sites, and re-inhabited buildings, refugee camps, open marketplaces, as well as all the other standard buildings for a densely populated urban area.
Tech-level: The city is fairly modern, with a mix of rich and poor looks, busy with cars, motorbikes, trucks, pederastrians and all sorts of other traffic.
Amount of troops: Approx fifty thousand military personnel, plus private military contractors and special police units, spread across the entire city.
Troops:
There aren't any special kind of troops, aside the ones mentioned in troop amounts.
Alarm-level: The city itself is fairly lax - don't cause any trouble, pay your bills and trouble won't be coming your way. The Central Spire is however heavily guarded, mostly by private military contractors of unknown origin, clad in heavy armor, and heavy weaponry. Some can be seen brandishing flamethrowers, and even anti-tank launchers.
Other:
The city is actually a fairly lax, calm place, located on a island, and surrounded by sea. After the cataclysm it soon became a refuge for quite a substantial number of survivors, as well as to a number of interlopers from other worlds and universes. There are plenty of jobs to go about with, be it factories, depots, entertainment, or military, and as such, the city's populace is generally happy with the state of affairs in the city, especially when they compare it to pretty much (what's left from) the rest of the world. There are rumors of kidnappings running rampant around the city, but the numbers are so few, most assume that these may just be ordinary muggings, just that criminals knew how to hide a corpse well. Being of warm, pleasant climate, many survivors flock to Nova Schelka, hoping to escape the disastrous state, that the rest of the world is in, and return to their normal, formal lives here.

Name: Artemis

Age: 26

Gender: Female

Appearance:
250px-Human.jpg

Alignment: Chaotic good

Alliance/Position: The Resistance

Skill Set/Powers: phenomenal strength and steady aim, because of the cybernetic prosthetics. That and master in all things survival and weapons.

Personality: Distrustful, patient, quiet, tends to listen more, than speak and despite her distrust, she is mostly optimistic.

Bio: (In her own universe) she used to be a sniper for the special forces. When a mission turned sour, she lost both of her legs, while she was abandoned by her team. Within days, she was found by a platoon of tankers, who only stopped by a swamp for a break. At that point she was starved, dehydrated and her legs burnt to a crisp. The tankers managed to call in for a medevac and months later she received surgery, giving her cybernetic legs, and from there she carried on as a mercenary. During one of the missions there, her right arm was shot clean off by an anti-materiel rifle. Fortunately for her, fellow mercenaries managed to evacuate her. After receiving a replacement arm, she carried on as a freelance mercenary, embarking on lone wolf missions. As such she is very skilled with all things weapons and wilderness survival. She prefers ambush and insurgency tactics over open warfare.

I'm thinking about making a Covenant bad guy, but damn its hard to find a powerful character. Anyone have any ideas?

Maybe the Lich King...

@Rion : Even though Covenant already has a necromancer, I'd be all sorts of into that. Which Lich King we talking about here?

@Rion : Ah, Arthas then, as I hoped. I say, go for it. Dunno about the other GMs, but I think he could qualify.

The Lich King is a good option, but I can't imagine him commanding Grievous around. Grievous is a general after all, not a political leader. Someone who could hold him in a leash would be nice.

Maybe Kerrigan from Starcraft?

@Rion : Kerrigan could also work. Would also add more variety to the villain cast.

I did think about Dooku, but I'm not sure if he is strong enough for the Covenant. But I would prefer if someone else than me took command of Grievous. ^^

Maybe we can come up with something else?
Thank God. I probably would've sucked roleplaying Dooku (Not a big Prequel fan).

How about Vader?

I must say I like the idea of Arthas or Kerrigan in one of the covenant spots, as we do not yet have anyone from those stories ^^

As a Mortal Kombat fan, I'd love to see someone play Shao Kahn.

maxresdefault.jpg

He'd hold gladiatorial fighting tournaments and everything, it'd be perfect! We need more beefy war-leaders!

How about Vader?
Don't suggest it then XD
Vader is certainly stronger, but maybe we shouldn't focus on Star Wars. Anyone who could beat him in a duel would do.

B-But... I wuv Star Wars... ;-;

Just had a thought, where would legendary Pokemon fall on the scale? Some of them are basically gods, after all.

@chaosheart13 : While I'm certain Arceus, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina would be blacklisted, the rest would be up to debate between myself and the other GMs. As well as all Olympos Mons in general, not just Legendary Pokémon.
