I didn't know it was I just came in here, read it, and said darn. lol

And not really mate. I made plenty of my own spinoffs of comic book worlds in the universe and created my own characters and allowed other people.

That is true, just not how this one works. You're more than welcome to apply to join with a canon DC character if you'd like to play.

Tbh, I'd only join if I got the Joker, but pretty sure that won't happen. I ran a DC RP once, and I was told by my members, I had the best fan depicted version of Joker they ever seen. I literally had him dancing to Frank Sinatra, torturing a guy, and having a gay old time. lol

We're only accepting canon heroes and antiheroes. You're free to pick any one of those. Villains are not available to play as characters.

Okay, it's not amazing but I made my post. The second part of it was kind of rushed but I think it will do for now.

Nah. Your post was great.

Hell. All these posts have been great.
I've been enjoying them a lot.
That Superman post made me all misty.

Makes me want to step up my game.

Which should hopefully involve calling my character by his legit first name. Ah-whoops. Though, considering in the comics he barely is ever referred to as Michael... yeah. I think Batman uses his first name a little... and Ted did... most just don't. XD

Wipe your eyes on Superman's cape <3 He doesn't mind.

Also, if you and (eventually) guy want to stick around Metropolis for a while with Clark and Diana, we could all probably make some hero business happen, save a few lives and maybe have a celebratory "we're not dead" beer.

All of these posts have been awesome btw! I'm really excited to keep going c:

Does it he not? Because snot bubbles might happen. </3

I would love this. So much.
Yeah, I considered having Booster start out in another city, but I couldn't justify any other place than the one he lived in. So, when Seiji posts we'll see how things are going and a team-up might be in order. You know, so everyone can get their communal frown on that Booster managed to survive out of all the other heavy hitters over beers. XD I love my character, I promise.

You know he's too sweet to complain ;u;

But yeah, we'll see what happens! Haha, the more you trash talk a character, the more you love them. That's the rule!

Is it possible to have an alternate reality hero? Like the Thomas Wayne version of Batman, or the Jokester? If not, since the rules stated that anti-heroes are allowed, and there isn't a list of any accepted characters, may I play as Deathstroke? He is, after all, just a mercenary, and has done some heroic deeds in his time.

Can't say for sure about another Batman, but I think we're trying to avoid repeats of mantles for now (unless you want to be a Lantern where there's more than one all the time). @4everDifferent should be able to clear it up for you c: And as for Deathstroke, we decided in the interest check that he was more villain than hero.

As a play on my name, I'm playing Damian Wayne then. I'm creating a CS now.

Damian Wayne al Ghul, Son of the Batman

Note: While this Damian Wayne is based on his New 52/Rebirth portrayal, his costume will be a cross between his Original Robin Costume (a four-pronged black Robin mask, as well as a red and black pointed miniature cape), his tunic, pants, belt, boots, and gloves will be based on his Nightwing Costume in the Injustice timeline.

Character's Age and Personality

Damian Wayne is 11 years old, stands at a measly 4'6", and weighs only 84 pounds. Unlike previous Robins, Damian appears to have a more vicious, bloodthirsty, and aggressive personality. He will not hesitate, and even prefers, to let blood instead. Having been weaned by the League of Assassins, Damian Wayne believes himself to be the most worthy and successful progeny to have ever taken up the mantle of Robin. This arrogance is evident in his speech, his willingness to disobey his father's commands, and his tendency to look down upon others. Damian's history with the League has severely affected his ability to socialise and behave, having known nothing except battle, subterfuge, espionage, and the ways of an assassin.

Character's Powers and Abilities

Having been trained by the League of Assassins, his mother Talia al Ghul, and his grandfather Ra's al Ghul since birth, Damian is, at a very young age, a master martial artist. After Bruce Wayne took the young boy under his wing, Damian's skills were honed even more, and has even stated that he knows as many martial arts as Batman. These events in his life have gifted him with a body that is at the peak of human conditioning. He was also trained in the disciplines of forensics, acrobatics, criminology, disguise, and escapology. Damian has also been trained in every weapon known to man as shown in the Blackest Night event, favouring bladed weapons above all. Due to his small stature, Damian is exceptional in stealth. He is able to move amidst a hall of opponents silently and undetected.

Character's Paraphernalia

Weapons:
  • Two short katanas, which Damian wields with unmatched grace, poise, and lethal skill. The handles are decorated in a lavish red and black design. Their hilts and pommels can also be connected to create a single, double-bladed staff.
  • A vast array of retractable crimson birdarangs, which are as every bit as razor-edged like his father's batarangs. Some variations include the remote controlled birdarang, explosive birdarang, and electrified birdarang.
  • Robin's gloves, which have a number of gadgets already built into it, have brass-lined knuckles which augment Damian's punching strength.
  • Various throwing weapons such as bolas to capture runaway foes, flash grenades and smoke pellets for an easy getaway, and old-fashioned caltrops, either explosive or electrically charged, for planting traps.

Equipment:
  • A grappling gun, a hand-held device that fires a grappling hook across far distances giving Damian the ability to make hasty escapes and climb high objects and buildings.
  • A holographic computer built into his left glove, as well as USB ports and connectors for downloading data, a communication device with audiovisual and video recording capabilities, and remote hacking (much like Dick Grayson's Robin in Young Justice.)
  • Various tools such as lockpicks to break into rooms and a rebreather for underwater missions.
  • His mask also allows him to see in darkness with nightvision, scan chemical compounds via his connection to the Batcave's computer, and detect heat signatures with infrared.

Character's History

Born from a union between the Dark Knight and the daughter of one of his greatest enemies, Talia al Ghul, Damian Wayne is the ultimate poster boy of nature versus nurture—raised to become one of the world's most dangerous and deadliest assassins and an unwilling chess piece in an ever-escalating battle between his parents. Damien was genetically created in the womb and raised for years without Batman's knowledge. Damian was then taught by his mother and the League of Assassins to become a lethal fighting machine—at 10-years-old, he already far surpasses the skill and ability of many of the DC Universe's greatest fighters. Upon discovering Damian's existence, Batman took his son under his wing as the new Robin in order to train him and break him from Talia's programming, terrified of what the boy could become otherwise.

And now we add Barry to the mix.
Yay!
