If your quick enough he can even participate in the Chuunin Exams, if you send me a PM of what he did during the time-skip. Though, that just means he automatically passes the first exam since he has no team-mates XD.
 
Hmm i don't know actually I may just let him explore the world on his own and wait for the next one.

Alright, i edited the Sunagakure stuffs. @Solar✹Blitzfang43 since your making a Suna Genin you should read the special affects of the village, as they apply to any Genin from Suna, most notably you should check the Academy.
 
Jesus I picked the right village for my special guy.
