All right, here's my duo.
First off, there's Kalifa.
Name: Kalifa
Affiliation: Cipher Pol 9, The Coalition.
Appearance: Kalifa is a slender young woman with long blonde hair and glasses. When undercover as a secretary, she kept her hair tied in a bun, but lets it freely flow after being revealed as a CP9 agent. As a CP9 Agent, she usually dresses in a black attire business jacket, skirt, fishnet stockings, and heels.
Personality: She can appear to be serious and businesslike, but when revealed as an assassin, shows a sly and crafty side. During the Enies Lobby arc, she seemed to enjoy embarrassing her boss, Spandam, by calmly and coolly accusing him of harassment after he said anything at all to her. She is shown to be very bright by the ease at which she anticipates her employers' whims, but can become flustered when someone is playing enough tricks on her, as in her battle with Nami. She also, on rare occasions, shows a vain side.
Abilities: In addition to the Six Powers and her Devil Fruit Powers, Kalifa has a kick-based fighting style. Her attack speed is fast enough to leave residual images when striking. She also has used a spiked whip on occasion.
Like the rest of CP9, Kalifa has mastered the Six Powers (of the Rokushiki style).
Kalifa has also eaten the Bubble Bubble Fruit, which gives its user the ability to emit and control soap and bubbles from their body. These bubbles are created from the user's body and can even manifest while the user is wearing gloves. The bubbles are also capable of not only cleaning off dirt but can also "clean off" someone's power. The user can thus essentially drain their opponent's energy with these bubbles and leave them in a clean and shiny state that is extremely smooth. The user can also shield themselves from attacks by condensing these bubbles together around themselves and encasing themselves into a giant bar of soap.
However, the user's bubbles can be washed away by water. Likewise, their smoothed opponents can be returned to normal by being washed by water. Also, although it will not nullify the bubbles' effects, a strong wind will blow them away before they can drain the target of their energy. Other than these, the user is affected also by standard Devil Fruit weaknesses.

Moon Walk: allows the user to actually jump off the air itself, allowing them to stay in the air for much longer than usual. CP9 members can use this technique to cross great distances without ever touching the ground, or set up swift, aerial attacks.
Shave/Soru: allows the users to move at extremely high speeds in order to avoid attacks, as well as to attack at higher speeds and with greater power. It was revealed that the principle of this move was to kick off the ground at least ten times in the blink of an eye.
Iron Body: hardens the users' muscles to the level of iron, in order to nullify damage taken from attacks.[2] However, it can be broken by strong enough forces such as Luffy's various Gears, Sanji's Diable Jambe and Franky's Strong Hammer.
When Iron Body is active, the user is unable to move, so it's rarely active for more than a very short time as a defense against attacks. The strength of Iron Body can vary for users with different physical conditions, as a person with a higher level of muscular strength would be able to take stronger forces and enhance attacks with his/her use of Iron Body. Furthermore, despite the increased physical density that one gains when activating this move, one should remember that the user's body is still flesh and blood. Thus, its resistance to other than solid attacks remain pretty much the same, making the user as vulnerable as ever to certain attacks.
Finger Pistol: a close-quarter combat technique, in which the user pushes their finger into a certain target at a very high speed, leaving a wound similar to a bullet wound.
Kalifa in particular has a variation called the Bendy Finger Pistol Whip. In this attack, Kalifa pulls back her arm as if to use a normal Finger Pistol attack, then whips her arm out at the opponent at high speed, causing her arm to appear as if it is bending like a whip would, and hits the enemy with her finger. The whip aspect of this variation results in the added effect of the target being thrown forcibly backwards.
Tempest Kick: a powerful projectile technique, in which the users start by kicking at very high speeds and strength, sending out a sharp compressed air blade that can slice objects and greatly damage a human body.[2] However, it has been shown that almost any length of appendage (such as a tail or neck) at high velocities are also capable of this move.
Paper Art: Paper Art - makes the users' body go limp in order to avoid any attacks, and float like a piece of paper.

Golden Bubbles: Kalifa uses her powers to coat an opponent with her bubbles and then manually spreading the bubbles on the victim's body, draining his or her strength and leaving their skin shiny and smooth. This also hinders the recipient's mobility due to the slipperiness. According to Kalifa, the reason that it alters a person's appearance so much is because it also smooths out their body's curves.
Bubble Master: Soap Sheep: Kalifa uses this technique to concentrate around her all nearby foam. This makes her look like a sheep due to her arching her arms around her head, resembling the ears of a sheep.
Sheep Cloud Relaxing Bubbles: After concentrating all nearby foam with "Bubble Master: Soap Sheep", Kalifa launches it against the enemy to "clean" its strength. When the foam hits her opponent, given the name of the attack, it seems to relax their body so much they are rendered immobile. Appearance: Kaku is a young man in his mid-twenties with orangish hair and a longish rectangular nose. During his time undercover as a shipwright with the Galley-La Shipwrights, he wore a white cap, a high-collared orange shirt with blue sleeves, jeans and white sneakers.
When he was revealed to be working for CP9, he started wearing a black cap, a black suit jacket with an orange handkerchief in the breast-pocket over a high-collared black shirt, black pants and black shoes.
Personality: Kaku is surprisingly honest, even to his enemies. However, he does not seem to take insults all that well. Though he is in his mid-twenties, he sometimes talks as if he is much older.
Outside of his role as a covert agent and assassin, he can be seen as laughing and smiling. But in his role as an assassin, he can be cold and ruthless.
Abilities and Powers: Kaku is a highly intelligent and cunning individual, being able to become a master shipwright within a 5-year period merely as a form of espionage and surveillance over his "boss" Iceburg (who CP9 believed to have possession of the blueprints for the Ancient Weapon "Pluton"). Since Kaku worked as a shipwright during his mission in Water 7, this means he has some carpentry skills. Since he was an evaluator, he has great knowledge about ships. He evaluated the Going Merry and explained the reasons why it cannot be repaired. Like Rob Lucci, a testament of his skills is that he was able to achieve them in five years while others spend their whole life growing their skills. What's more was that this was an undercover job.
He is able to move incredibly fast and leap from buildings from amazing heights and distances without a scratch.
He is also a proficient swordsman, and has mastered a few multiple sword styles.
Like the rest of CP9, he is a master of the Six Powers, which have been elaborated upon in Kalifa's Character Sheet. However, he is especially skilled at the Tempest Kick and has developed many variations of it.
Kaku has eaten the Zoan-type Ox Ox Giraffe Devil Fruit, which grants him the ability to shapeshift into a giraffe hybrid or a full giraffe at will. The fruit's major strength, as demonstrated by Kaku, is that it gives its user more strength and longer reach in their hybrid form. Initially, the powers of the fruit to turn into a giraffe and a half giraffe were mocked due to the animal itself and Kaku's rather blocky half giraffe form respectively. This mockery however was soon put aside when Kaku demonstrated how effective and deadly he was in his half giraffe form.
His half-giraffe form allows him to use several techniques.
Kaku was chosen by Lucci and Kalifa to join Kalifa in the quest to either assassinate or apprehend the Archdemon Akibahara and his minions, due to the fact that he has one of the highest power levels of all the CP9 agents, second only to Rob Lucci.

Tempest Kick Slaughter: After using Moon Walk to launch himself into the air, Kaku stabs his swords into the ceiling to stay in the air, then launches multiple Tempest Kicks with both legs. Each cut is smaller than a normal Tempest Kick.
Sky Slicer: Used by Kaku in his half-giraffe form. In this attack, he spins around quickly in a circle while standing on one hand, using his elongated neck to gain extra momentum and spin faster, and then performs Tempest Kick with both legs to create a circle shaped Tempest Kick which radiates outward. The attack was powerful enough to cut through the outer walls of the Tower of Justice in all directions. It can also be used to send an enormous mass of Tempest Kick at the user's opponent, to inflict massive damage. Kaku says that this is his most powerful Tempest Kick.

Ridley is described as being a blonde with Dark Caster Gold eyes, tending to usually wear provocative clothing and has hot pink strips of highlights in her hair, who is almost always sucking on a red lollipop.
Character Name: Ridley Duchannes
Age: 19(as of Beautiful Redemption)
Attributes/Powers:
Skills/Powers
-Siren: Being a Siren, Ridley has the main power of seduction, seducing practically anybody she wants(so far, only Ethan has been shown as able to resist her powers) and can put them into a spell-like trance which makes them beyond attracted to her, to a point where they practically worship her. Using this, she can get information out of them among other things. Her trigger is a red lollipop, and she can control multiple people at once.
-Siren; Passive: As a Siren, even without her lollipop, people feel attracted to/infatuated with her due to the alluring aura she puts off, making seducing or flirting with them quite easy.
-Mind Control: As stated prior, being a Siren allows Ridley to put people into a trance. This is known as 'persuasion', or mind control, literally taking away a person's free will.
-Kelting: Ridley has been said to be able to Kelt; a form of telepathy that only works with fellow Casters.
-Ethan has been shown to be the only one who can -only barely- resist her powers when he is able to barely withhold an important piece of information from her in Beautiful Creatures, even though it "took everything he had in him not to."
-Attractive: Duh.
-Easy to talk to: Ridley's powers make her feel alluring to everyone, and she gives off an aura that makes people feel compelled to talk to her and tell her things.
Weaknesses
-Lonely: Despite the constant tough act and faking she needs nobody, Ridley is, in fact, lonely; demonstrated near the end of Beautiful Chaos
-Limited Access: Her mind control requires she must have a red lollipop to use it, and it doesn't work terribly long range. People she uses it on must be remotely nearby.
-Dark: When Casters are Claimed for Dark, they slowly begin to lose their humanity. To become evil, and oftentimes go insane. Ridley is terrified of this, and it could happen at any time.
Personality: She is extremely flirtatious; hitting on every guy she sees and uses them to her advantage; such as when she and Lena were kids and Ridley was getting the hang of her Siren abilities, she would often have boys do her homework and help her out of sticky situations. She is shown to be extremely cocky and rebellious and manipulative. She often just uses others to get what she wants out of them and appears to be rather unfeeling.
History: Ridley is the daughter of Delphine Duchannes and Barclay Kent and sister of Reece Duchannes, Ryan Duchannes, and Larkin Kent. She and Lena lived together and were very close to another, practically like sisters. However, on her sixteenth birthday, she fled the town; knowing she was going Dark(and not wanting to hurt Lena or her family).. Something Lena had suspected, since Ridley's behavior was becoming darker and she had slowly becoming more rebellious.
After this, she wasn't seen by Lena or the rest of her family up until she shows up unannounced at Lena's house(with Ethan in tow, having used her powers on him). As a Dark Caster, and a Siren, she can make anyone do anything.. as long as she's armed with a red lollipop. Link, despite her crude behavior and her initially having used her Siren powers on him, truly falls in love with her. Despite his love, Ridley returned very little of the same feelings towards him; having an on-again, off again relationship with him.
Despite her mistreatment of Link, Ridley felt something she thought may've been love towards him.. But refused to admit it out of fear of showing such emotions. She worked for Lena's mother, Sarafine, for a good couple of years up until the middle of Beautiful Darkness. After helping Ethan find Lena, she found herself stripped of her powers and Siren abilities. After this, she refused to live life as a mortal longing for her old Siren abilities.. and is rather harsh towards Link, who, despite her continued mistreatment of him, remained in love with her.
She vanished from the story of Beautiful Chaos after witnessing Link and Savannah share a kiss, but later returned for one final appearance, now returned to her Siren form after "begging for forgiveness and all that." She snuck into an empty hallway to see Link with hopes of convincing him to spend one last night with her before taking off and out of town, but was rejected by him. Heartbroken at Link's rejection of her, Ridley vowed to never see him again, actually holding back tears, and fled from the room with a red lollipop rolling on the floor behind her.
However, she returned later in the novel; only to help Lena, Liv, and Ethan.
She also reappeared in the next novel, Beautiful Redemption; finding herself rescued from Abraham Ravenwood(who had her bound up in chains and a cage) by Lena. It was less than pleasant.. As Ridley maintained her tenseness in Lena's presence, but the two slowly began to relax around each other again.
It's shown not much later that Ridley does, in fact, care about Lena. This was demonstrated when the Siren pulled away Ethan, threatening to make him her 'slave' if he 'so much as thought about hurting her cousin'. She also later calmed a little around Link, but still felt hurt in his presence.. Though she admitted indirectly to caring about him.
At some point after this, Ridley wound up at Coalition for reasons unknown.. Agreeing to face the archdemon solely due to the fact it'd "Give her something to do". Of course, after having a little run-in with a certain Glader at the Headquarters.

-Siren: Being a Siren, Ridley has the main power of seduction, seducing practically anybody she wants(so far, only Ethan has been shown as able to resist her powers) and can put them into a spell-like trance which makes them beyond attracted to her, to a point where they practically worship her. Using this, she can get information out of them among other things. Her trigger is a red lollipop, and she can control multiple people at once.
-Siren; Passive: As a Siren, even without her lollipop, people feel attracted to/infatuated with her due to the alluring aura she puts off, making seducing or flirting with them quite easy.
-Mind Control: As stated prior, being a Siren allows Ridley to put people into a trance. This is known as 'persuasion', or mind control, literally taking away a person's free will.
-Kelting: Ridley has been said to be able to Kelt; a form of telepathy that only works with fellow Casters.
-Ethan has been shown to be the only one who can -only barely- resist her powers when he is able to barely withhold an important piece of information from her in Beautiful Creatures, even though it "took everything he had in him not to."
-Attractive: Duh.
-Easy to talk to: Ridley's powers make her feel alluring to everyone, and she gives off an aura that makes people feel compelled to talk to her and tell her things.
Weaknesses
-Lonely: Despite the constant tough act and faking she needs nobody, Ridley is, in fact, lonely; demonstrated near the end of Beautiful Chaos
-Limited Access: Her mind control requires she must have a red lollipop to use it, and it doesn't work terribly long range. People she uses it on must be remotely nearby.
-Dark: When Casters are Claimed for Dark, they slowly begin to lose their humanity. To become evil, and oftentimes go insane. Ridley is terrified of this, and it could happen at any time.
Personality: She is extremely flirtatious; hitting on every guy she sees and uses them to her advantage; such as when she and Lena were kids and Ridley was getting the hang of her Siren abilities, she would often have boys do her homework and help her out of sticky situations. She is shown to be extremely cocky and rebellious and manipulative. She often just uses others to get what she wants out of them and appears to be rather unfeeling.
History: Ridley is the daughter of Delphine Duchannes and Barclay Kent and sister of Reece Duchannes, Ryan Duchannes, and Larkin Kent. She and Lena lived together and were very close to another, practically like sisters. However, on her sixteenth birthday, she fled the town; knowing she was going Dark(and not wanting to hurt Lena or her family).. Something Lena had suspected, since Ridley's behavior was becoming darker and she had slowly becoming more rebellious.
After this, she wasn't seen by Lena or the rest of her family up until she shows up unannounced at Lena's house(with Ethan in tow, having used her powers on him). As a Dark Caster, and a Siren, she can make anyone do anything.. as long as she's armed with a red lollipop. Link, despite her crude behavior and her initially having used her Siren powers on him, truly falls in love with her. Despite his love, Ridley returned very little of the same feelings towards him; having an on-again, off again relationship with him.
Despite her mistreatment of Link, Ridley felt something she thought may've been love towards him.. But refused to admit it out of fear of showing such emotions. She worked for Lena's mother, Sarafine, for a good couple of years up until the middle of Beautiful Darkness. After helping Ethan find Lena, she found herself stripped of her powers and Siren abilities. After this, she refused to live life as a mortal longing for her old Siren abilities.. and is rather harsh towards Link, who, despite her continued mistreatment of him, remained in love with her.
She vanished from the story of Beautiful Chaos after witnessing Link and Savannah share a kiss, but later returned for one final appearance, now returned to her Siren form after "begging for forgiveness and all that." She snuck into an empty hallway to see Link with hopes of convincing him to spend one last night with her before taking off and out of town, but was rejected by him. Heartbroken at Link's rejection of her, Ridley vowed to never see him again, actually holding back tears, and fled from the room with a red lollipop rolling on the floor behind her.
However, she returned later in the novel; only to help Lena, Liv, and Ethan.
She also reappeared in the next novel, Beautiful Redemption; finding herself rescued from Abraham Ravenwood(who had her bound up in chains and a cage) by Lena. It was less than pleasant.. As Ridley maintained her tenseness in Lena's presence, but the two slowly began to relax around each other again.
It's shown not much later that Ridley does, in fact, care about Lena. This was demonstrated when the Siren pulled away Ethan, threatening to make him her 'slave' if he 'so much as thought about hurting her cousin'. She also later calmed a little around Link, but still felt hurt in his presence.. Though she admitted indirectly to caring about him.
At some point after this, Ridley wound up at Coalition for reasons unknown.. Agreeing to face the archdemon solely due to the fact it'd "Give her something to do". Of course, after having a little run-in with a certain Glader at the Headquarters.

Also in contrast to Frank's career, she does not want to push people away and is actually quite afraid of being totally alone again. Still, she's quite tough.

Lisa Castle was born to Maria and Frank Castle in 1967. His father went to fight in Vietnam as a Navy SEAL shortly after learning about Maria's pregancy. In between his first and second tour, Maria became pregnant with Frank Castle, Jr. Raised in Hell's Kitchen, her education was fairly poor and she lived in a dangerous world. None were so dangerous as her father, though. Returning from his third tour, he was very kind and protective of his family while training Spec. Ops forces for the military. Lisa was absolutely devoted to Frank and, before a fateful picnic, wrote him a sort of love letter detailing just how much she loved her father and why he was such a great one.

On said picnic, in 1976 at nine years old, her life took a turn for the worse. The family stumbled upon a mob execution while trying to retrieve a stuck kite. The mobsters attempted to gun down the family. Only her father's quick thinking saved the girl. He shielded her from the bullets. The rest of her family was killed instantly. She was, unfortunately, caught in their attempt to destroy evidence by a fire. Fortunately for her, it only burned her very upper chest and right shoulder before the fire was put out and paramedics arrived. She did, however, come away with heavy burn scarring in these regions.
Throughout her teenage years, Lisa was a very angry child. She bounced from orphanage from orphanage and from school to school because she tended to get violent with people that reminded her of those that took her family away. She was nearly sent to a juvenile detention center for stabbing a grown man to death for raping a girl but was let go due to lack of evidence. Later on, she joined the armed forces and quickly proved that she possessed the skill of her father, if she lacked the physical strength. Unlike her father, she was a Green Beret rather than a Navy SEAL and she served throughout Desert Storm.
After returning with severe PTSD at about twenty-five years old, she became a drunk and refused the help of her former friends and charity services, turning to alcohol. It wasn't until she saw a certain man on television four years later, in 1995, that she woke up from her stupor. She recognized the man as one of the mobsters that had killed her family. Anger overwhelmed the woman and she proceeded to hunt him down. She came up on him in the street and beat him to death with a brick. Lisa Castle truly died that day. All that was left was the Punisher. Donning a Kevlar vest with a Death's Head painted on it and armed with hatred and what firearms she could obtain, Lisa proceeded to hunt down and kill violent criminals all over the world for the next year or so, leading up to now, at thirty one years old. She has already proven her brutal efficiency and killed about three hundred people.
Canon: Marvel (technically an OC. You could say my previous Frank was an OC, in a sense, as he was an amalgamation of MAX canon and 616 canon.)
