Personality: acts tough but is actually really sensitive, flirty
Power/Ability: can shape shift into anything or anyone
Other: She's a lesbian who isn't afraid to admit it, hears voices talking to here in her head
 
If enraged, whenever he touches someone he can put them in a coma or even kill them... Sounds a bit much.
Maybe you should rethink his power, I like the originality, but it's just to strong. Ya know?
