I'm speaking of high frequency blade. One with a powerful alternating current and that resonates at extremely high frequencies. The oscillation weakens molecular bonds of anything cut, thereby increasing it's effectiveness. Originally, I was going to draw up mechanics for an electrically super heated blade. It follows the same principal that the brutes, jackals, grunts etc use energy-based weaponry but the humans use kinetic-based weapons.
Also I was wanting permission to make Viktor a Spartan-II, who's esstentially been upgraded to a Spartan-V. I wanted him to be a Headhunter, who's known for his keen sense of stealth and adaptabilty. It was why he survived when his team did not even though Headhunter as well as team Grey and black were all noted to have been sent far behind enemy lines for recon and basically gurellia warfare.
Theres obviously more detail to be written but I wanted your conhsent beforehand, but thats why he's 46 the same age as John-117.

well...correct me if I'm wrong but didn't the nightfall characters operate under ONI, most of which including Locke had become spartan to begin with? I'm in no way saying they still will be ONI agents but at least were in the past

ah, so the 5's would be what type of variant? Being that we have variants up to 4 specializing in different things with 1 just being an enhanced human without armor as it may seem, sort of a captain america of sort. The 2's seem to be bulky and strength focused while 3's are balanced by the looks of it, and lastly 4's having a speed and agility focus. So my question to you is, where do the 5's stand in comparison to these previous spartan models? Also, are our characters allowed to have armor appearance variations, because as it is shown, not all spartan soldiers were created similar or equal.

Oh I read and I'm asking to clarify a little more, that still doesn't explain my question of, "are we allowed to be alternate spartan variants?" what I am point blank asking is. Do we have to be Spartan 5's as they're labeled or is going from 2 to 5 allowed, respectably they'd have certain upgrades to put forth a combat focus.
