Chenille is normally a kind, excitable bunch that loves to roughhouse with her brother and anyone she deems as a friend. Her roughhousing though is exactly that; rough. She and her partner's play fights look like actual brawls. She and Leno have various scars on their bodies from roughhousing with each other, which Chenille will proudly boast if ever asked about them. People are right to assume that she is the kindest, most merciful between herself and her twin brother.
Much like her animal counterpart, she's very curious of her surroundings and the people around her. Chenille is a very friendly individual and likes to meet new, interesting folks around the town. Though that's where the line ends about meeting new people. If said people are anywhere closer to her home, she will become more wary and hostile. Especially towards humans. She still prejudices humans when she witnessed one of her pack members get killed by a poachers. If it wasn't for her brother keeping her grudge alive and well, she just might have started trusting humans again.
She comes off as a bit cold towards humans due but not at all as bad as her brother. Chenille, if told something, will usually believe it unless her brother or something else she trusts tell her otherwise.
Chenille, having been raised on Kaen Peak, has not changed from her Wolfskin ways nor will she try to. She will usually eat objects that look edible, such as jewelry, paper, grass, and foods of any quality. The only exception to this list is rabbits. She loves raw meat, especially one from her own hunts, and stuffed animals to tear apart. Surprisingly, her room is not as messy as a regular Wolfskin nor does she hoard belongings in her room. Those items get buried wherever she can dig them.
Due to her years of domestication, she is not as reckless or wild as she was during her time in the mountains. She does her best to keep the collar secret and the name of her former owner hidden.
Her general interests and curiosity in people and objects seemingly keeps her from being scared of anything (though very untrue).
Biography/history:
Born and raised in Kaen Peak, Chenille learned everything she needed with her family. Her mother and father taught Chenille and Leno the ways of hunting their prey while choosing carefully of who they can trust. They were very specific about humans and how untrustworthy they could be when their greed overcomes them. Chenille, being a naive little pup, instead chose to believe that anyone had a good side to them regardless of appearance. Leno didn't like this and always kept close to his sister to ensure she wouldn't fall into any danger. He listened to his parents, and so chose to stay wary of traveling humans when he was out playing.
At the age of 5, both Chenille and Leno were captured by hunters, who were looking to sell their fur in exchange for some gold. The men had lured Chenille first, and Leno followed suit when he was trying to save her from the trap she fell into. The hunters were happy to have gotten a two for one, and seeing how the pups were so young, they instead decided to try and sell the two to nobles for a profit. After all, who wouldn't want a domesticated Wolfskin?
The two pups had been taken near the border of Nestra with the intent to sell. They had made their plans and knew exactly who to go to regarding the selling of two Wolfskins. The men didn't care about this being unethical or unlawful because the money for the pups would have surely compensated for their troubles.
However, before the hunters could get to their destination, the pups bit their holder and made a quick escape. This incident also gave them their first taste of human meat, and thus their new favorite type of meat.
At the age of 10, they and their pack of family members were taken on a trip to further hone their hunting skills. It was rabbit season, and the pack absolutely wanted some tasty meat for dinner that evening. And they certainly didn't want to be left out on a great feast! The family stayed together during their hunt, and managed to get quite a bundle to take home with them. Leno and Chenille were even able to snack on a few rabbits on their way back to Kaen peak.
On their way back, one member of the family and the second oldest, Lacey, had been shot by an arrow when the family encountered a group of poachers. The pack Alpha was enraged, and rightfully so. But Lacey's dying wish forced him to flee the scene with the rest of his family. The twins' sister died that evening, leaving rabbit to have a bitter taste in their mouths. Chenille and Leno had tried to eat rabbit two days later, but kept associating the meat to their sister's horrible death. With the taste of the meat now sour and rotten, the two decided not to eat that specific animal anymore.
However, shortly after the mourning process, another problem befell the family. While Leno was assisting his father with their hunt, a group of hunters successfully kidnapped Chenille when she was 11 years old. From there, she was taken to Cyrkensia where she became a pet to a young noble woman. Leno and his remaining siblings, Moire (Eldest son) and Satara (Eldest daughter), were all devastated to hear that the humans had taken Chenille as well. But nonetheless, there was nothing they could do as they couldn't storm into Nestra and kill the residents without punishment or capture. They had gotten Chenille.
Chenille was kept in a room most of the time with a collar strapped securely to her neck. A metal tag with the word "Pookie" was engraved into the shiny piece. The living space around her and the comfort wasn't bad, nor was the food at all. But the idea of being away from her family upset her. At such a young age and being forcefully taken from them, the Wolfskin hated it there. She tried escaping many times, but the maids and butlers always seemed to be one step ahead of her. Without a second glance the maids and butlers would put her back to her room, and then she would be punished with no dinner that night.
Eventually, Chenille managed to escape the home. It took the blood of many maids that tried to stop her, but at her grown age of 18 she could overpower them and leave without damage to herself. The lock to her collar couldn't be undone, and she couldn't chew on the fabric, but that was the least of her worries. She was sought after for the reward money, but Chenille returned back to her family.
Once the two became old enough, they were on their own to fend for themselves, as the twins expected. Though the two didn't separate for fear that something would happen to either one, more specifically Leno. They kept up with Nohr's issues when the two were eavesdropping on humans, and it was only during their brief visit to the town that the two learned of a Nohrian prince getting kidnapped and taken to Hoshido not long ago. During his stay there, the Queen had been killed by allegedly someone from Nohr. What in the world had happened?
Weapons: Beaststone
Items: 2 Vulneraries
Other:
Chenille continues wearing her "Pookie" collar as a reminder of the noble woman that took care of her. It's not that she disliked her owner. It was the separation of family that she hated. She will most likely eat any small thing you leave on the floor.
"I wanna see you bleed..."
Name: Leno
End Game Title: Fiercest Fang
Nicknames:
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Class: Wolfskin
Home country: Nohr
Appearance:
(Minimal shading to make things go faster)
Personality:
Leon is normally the quiet and more rational thinker compared to his excitable twin sister. He shares many interests with her, such as a love for fresh meat and roughhousing with those he deems as a friend. His roughhousing is more rough than his sister's, which makes him a great sparring partner without even meaning to. Leno also has various scars on his bodies from roughhousing with Chenille. He would be happy to share the experience behind receiving them, but will not be as excited to share them. He is a lot less merciful towards his enemies than his sister.
Much like his animal counterpart, he can be curious of his surroundings and the people around him. Despite his grudge towards humans, he has an interest in how humans are and interact as a whole. Leno wants to be able to understand a person and why they are the way they are. At first introduction, he is a bit tense around others and can come off as hostile. Especially towards humans. He has a huge prejudice against humans over what they did to his older sister. It's because of him Chenille is reminded of her grudge.
He has a hard time trusting a human, but wants to protect Chenille more than anything. So, if he can't stop her poor decision making, he will follow her to protect her from the inevitable trouble she is bound to run into.
Leno, having been raised on Kaen Peak, has not changed from her Wolfskin ways nor will he ever try to. He eats foods of any quality but knows the difference between "edible" and not. He also loves hunting regardless of its species. From small bugs and animals to large bulky humans, he is always willing to chase down and kill anyone that treads his pack's path. He is always happy to go hunting, regardless of the time. The only exception to this list is rabbits. He loves raw meat, especially ones fresh from his hunting. His room, by comparison to Chenille's, is no different than a garbage dump. That's because he never throws away anything, since he will usually be chewing on it again later.

At the age of 15, the family had accepted that Chenille was killed and turned to fabric. Leno, Moire, and Satara became bitter towards humans in general; finding them to be untrustworthy and selfish murderers. He and his siblings killed any human that lurked near their home, be it poachers or people that couldn't explain themselves quick enough. Though they only kept their ways unless they were visitors. They may be savages in Kaen Peak, but they could be respectful in someone else's territory.
He grew stronger and faster gradually, building his skill further with the intent of protecting the rest of his family. He had already lost two sisters, he refused to lose anyone else to the cruelty that was human greed. Though there were close calls to his life, the Wolfskin learned from his mistakes, making him incredibly difficult to capture, let alone skin.
Leno and the rest of the family happily welcomed Chenille home at the age of 18, when they saw the young woman wandering back to Kaen Peak. She briefly explained her escape and apologized for how long it took for her to be able to get out of there. Nonetheless, the family was just happy to have her back.
