- I'm open to a wide range of genres. Obscenely wide. It's harder for me to list all I do like than all I don't like.
My favorite settings are fantasy combined with something else, multiverse, post-apoc, historical (mixed with something else), and futuristic. I'm not limited to those, but it's a good start.
My favorite genres include mystery, adventure, action, drama, tragedy (must be mixed with something else and kept balanced), romance (again must be mixed, and more.
I'm happy to include elements of slice-of-life and romance, but doing them on their own doesn't hold my interest indefinitely.
"Eh, I'm lazy and don't like making more than one trip." He snickered, then started looking around. "Upstairs or down? Everything's dusty anyways, so we'll probably want to clean out a little bit, or we'll be choking—" The young man cut off and looked back. He almost hadn't heard Adam over his own chatter, and as he looked at him, he tilted his head.
"Don't you worry, as long as they're not telling you t' off me, they're just voices. Can't do anythin. Hell, yer probly so scared you're imagining even scarier stuff. S'not unheard of, ya know."
He grinned broadly in the gold light of the candle's flame.
The cold air continued to tease and prickle at Adam, slowly seeming to grow thicker.
