Welcome to the Lovers Club. Our goal is to find the perfect match for you, or assist you in getting the partner you want. There's never been a match that we can't do, and our clients will always tell you how happy they are with our service.

We will be playing the members of the Lovers Club. While our characters will be assisting their fellow classmates (and others) in finding romance, romance seems to be sparking between the club members themselves. The club will be going on all kinds of adventures, from interesting club trips to festivals, spending all night in a haunted house, or simply sitting in the club room they occupy at their school.

Setting General Information General Rules

  • Japan
    - (Made up) Small city that goes out into towns:
    City: Yokokami​
    Towns: Honkawa (North of city), Hamasu (East), Yakita (South), Okunai (West)​
    - School in city called Bara High School (Bara = Rose)

    - There is a train that goes between the towns and into the city
    Stations named after city and towns​

  • - Friendships, some friendly rivalries, and especially romances are allowed and encouraged.

    - This rp is largely focused on romance and comedy between the members of the club.

    - Feel free to be creative and fun when making your character(s). They can be as weird as you want (or as normal as you want).

    - Anime physics apply, so anything can happen just like an anime.

    - If you have any question, don't be afraid to ask.

  • - Please do not just disappear, let me know if you need/or want to drop out, I'd rather have you tell me. Don't be afraid, I understand.

    - Please assist in making it possible for every character to have a romantic partner.

    - It would be helpful to at least post character's name, location, and picture during the IC posts.

    - Be nice to everyone in the OOC please.

    - Keep things PG-13 or so, we are in public view and have a range of ages playing.

I'm thinking that we use this first matchmaking in the rp to get the club members into another setting other than school. Any suggestions on where they should go? Now I know we have a lot of characters, and chatting to everyone at one time is going to be kind of hard, so it might be easier if it's a place where our characters can split up, and we can work on the relationships between each other's characters. After all, the rp is more about our own character's romances than the clients we make up.

Hmmm, well it could be the classic confession under a cherry blossom tree scenario, Mah girl will be anywhere she's needed

It's a possibility.
 
What about a walk in the park. That way it'll seem like the couple is on their own but behind the scenes we have the members running special ops.

Example.

The couple walks past a fountain then a dog runs past knocking the girl into the guys arms in front of the fountain for a romantic scene.

In the background we have one team to release the dog, one team to catch the dog, one team keeping people away from the fountain, one team closing off the walk ways to the fountain, one team taking pictures and the president calling all the shots from a command center.

This way everyone is involved but not talking to everyone just their partner and the president (through an earpiece).

I like Kuro's idea! :D

Also I just wanted to say that I put little info on Fumiya, so that others could fill in the character when they posted. Team building and stuff, right? :D

I like the park idea~

That or a group date. There are plenty of games that could steer them towards each other. Like king's game. That'd basically be the entire club against the clients.

Still prefer the park idea. Super cute~
