Okay so you have a friend that has the name Thays, who I'm assuming is a little Greek, because you can't be 'practically not even Greek' without being a little Greek.
I'm also assuming that she does not come from a 'strict and traditional' family that has Caribbean, Native American and Middle Eastern origins. I'm simply saying that old fashioned 'traditional' parents who are not from Greece would give their child a name that has origins from their own culture.
Further proof that, Thays is not a Middle Easter/Carribean/Native American name
