"Oh, you're welcome." Lyla said to Dante with a sigh. She rolled over on her side, facing away from Dante. She stared out into the darkness for a while until her eyelids began to feel heavy. Soon, she was fast asleep and was looking forward to a productive day, tomorrow.

Dante awoke laying next to layla nearly touching her. he went over to a near by stream and decided he needed to a bath so he undressed and cleaned himself up he was think alot like where the cat was and what happened to the fish but mostly how layla had said "we have eachother"

After a amarok did not reply to zie's question he turned to aia." Well wich would you prefer, keep in mind though the cloaking barrier won't let any of us outside the barrier with out me taking it down, so cloak or guard, in wich case I shall guard tonight, I am used to going nights with out sleep in a row."

Is Rydernever on, she hasn't posted anything since the rp started

When Lyla awoke, she was still laying on her side. She watches as small streams of early morning light managed to glimmer through the thick canopy of leaves overhead. She had slept pretty peacefully. She laid there with her hands folded under her head. "Why do I care so much for Dante?" She thought. Never before had she cared for anyone as much as she did after her brother and father had disappeared and she separated from her mother. She could've just left Dante to die out in the forest. She definitely could be cold-hearted and cruel at times. Was it because she felt bad for him because of all he's been through? Or was it because he seemed like a nice guy who just needed some help? Whatever the reason may be, she still thought that they could become great comrades. Working together was something new for her.. something that interested her since she had been alone for a while now. Lyla rolled over. "Where did he go?" She asked herself, noticing that Dante wasn't lying there. She frowned, thinking that he thought being her comrade was too much of a commitment and decided to ditch. She sat up, scratched her neck, brushed the hair from her face, and rubbed her eyes. She looked around herself, seeing if she could find him. From the distance, she could hear the faint sound of water splashing around.

As Dante walked from the river where he had been bathing feeling fresh as ever he had realized though that he had no other clothes than his wet ones so he was drenched. as he walked to the camp he wondered if lyla was awake as-well if shed be hungry

(Hey Lucas post OOC stuff in the OOC)

Vetras Kilethe
Continent I Region: Cautre

After finally arriving to the training grounds Vetras and Suoirren are greeted by Suoirren's father. "It's about time." He says sitting menacingly on a stool . Vetras subtly tries to remove his arm from Suoirren's grasp, but she tightens her grip.

"I'd have be here a couple hours earlier if a certain somebody wasn't unconsciously perched at the top of one of the castle walls like a damned tool." Suoirren says with her usual brash tone. "I told you, we should have set days to train rather than keep it so dang unorthodox."

"For once it's not about training... at ease sit down, And Suo, let go of the lord's arm will you?" Suoirren hastily lets go of Vetras's wrist, frantically apologizing. "You aren't sick are ya? the only thing redder than you face right now is your hair, you're twenty-six, why are you moving so erratically?" Jeonne reaches into a bag, pulling out a book. "It's an old book, I found it in the barrack's basement. Take a look" He tosses Vetras the book.

The book almost hits Vetras's face. "...And what about it?" Vetras asks after a moment of silence. Jeonne simply replies with "Read it." Vetras pauses. "It's a tome, how am I supposed to simply read it in front of you, it'll take forever." Vetras open's the book. "Wait, what language is this in?... Is this Old-Cautrian?" Vetras figured that was why he was shown the book "Sorry, I can't read this, it's far too obsolete to serve any purpose" Though... The book did look pretty important, perhaps it was a relic from a different age. "Is that all?"

"So they never... Yeah, sorry to be a bother, Lord Vetras." Jeonne bows respectfully. "Why don't you take it anyways, it belongs to the kingdom. Plus, it isn't like anyone's looking for it, considering how dusty it is." Vetras nods putting the book against his side. "Anyways... Suoirren, would you mind escorting the prince here to the castle, I'm sure it is peaceful times, but... you never know what's to happen, yea? See you on the next morrow, Vetras." Jeonne sits up and stretches, then heads towards his home.

Suoirren, like her father stands up and stretches. "More time with the damn near dashing prince, how lucky am I?" She says sarcastically as she puts her hand out to help Vetras up.

"Why thank you, You're very lucky." Vetras nonchalantly states, only briefly meeting her hand so she could pull him up, and then bruise his arm with a glorious punch. They walked to the castle and went their separate ways.

A dark shadow rose over the horizon that day. Villagers were murmuring and passing rumors some said that a god was among them and others said a demon. all that was for sure was a creature long and thin as pale as and albino was among them and 3 were killed that night. The pale one was coming for a while now and now it has finally arrived!!

Lyla peered up, seeing someone coming her way. She had reached for her anelace before she noticed it was only Dante and stopped. She smiled up at him, "Decided to take a morning dip, eh?" She asked him, noticing that he was drenched. She stood up from her spot on the ground. Her stomach began to grumble and she rubbed it. "I think it's about time we find something to eat." She said to him, looking around.

Dante was tired he hadn't gotten much sleep the last few nights "I suppose it is time to hunt isn't it ill go east you go west?" he asked

Aia shrugged, signaling that she didn't care either way. It wasn't as though she would do anything the first night anyway. She and Lano would be much too exhausted to make a getaway that night. Also, it would be nice to get them to trust her a little more first. When's the last time I was in a group like this? she mused, tapping her fingers thoughtfully on the wood of her instrument. She honestly couldn't remember. She'd spent most of her banishment alone, wandering the world.

" in that case I shall stay guard, after all I do need to tend to my wing, we should stop here and get food, there seem to be many berries around that we could eat, and if I find any animals, my katanas have been enchanted to never contaminate a kill, perfect for hunting" as he said this he pulled out one of te blades to show the black metal was shimmering a golden light ever so dimly. " My father gave this to me just befor having his head chopped off, as the other is its twin, I had to find an old enchanter skilled enogh to duplicate the blade, even with the enchantment" he then put the blade back into the sheath

Tossing him a small cloth pouch of leathery jerky, Aia shook her head. "We need to keep moving. Otherwise we'll never make it anywhere today." Lano kept plodding along, following after the drake and it's rider ahead of them.

" ok that is fine, and thank you for the food." Zie ate some of the jerky then offered it back" do you need it back"

Amarok mumbled incoherently to the draken he road upon, casting glance to where the sun was rising and casting shadows at their feet along the pale road. They would be out of sight of his kingdom's guardsmen before the sun was high enough to light up the valley, and so he settled comfortably upon the draken's back and let Othen guide himself at his own pace. "We'll be approaching the town within a few hours, but we can't rest here. Definitely not here."

His father knew everything that happened within Iluti territory, and Amarok wouldn't risk being caught before at least half-finishing his journey. And the prowling demons would be upon them in a heartbeat should they be present come nightfall.

She nodded, leaning down off of the back of her 'mighty' steed to accept the pouch from him. "You're welcome," she said, pulling out a piece for herself, before stashing it away in one of her bags. "And remember, you can always sit down on the side of the road, and we'll leave you," she added with a sly grin.

" keep in mind I have been running for many years now, nonstop, I am used to it my body does not need the rest anymore, even if it did I would not give it to myself, not after what I've seen." He then rushed up to a amarok and whispered" just so you know how I knew your name, my people lived in cities built on the clouds, we know the kingdoms beneath our feet. I knew exactly who yu were when I saw you prince amarok ." He then lagged back behind aia

" anyways, aia do you know we're we are heading"

Nodding, Aia pointed down the path. "We're following the path to a town, and then from there we are going on an adventure to find the light!" She strummed a chord. "That would make a good song," she announced. "What rhymes with light? Bite, site, sight, height, night, knight..." she continued listing rhyming words, trying to come up with decent lyrics as her fingers picked out a tune of their own accord.

Amarok looked mildly taken aback at this revelation, his brows knitting together. His face wasn't one of the oft-seen ones, like the Iluti merchants that left the walls. His name was well known, this was a given, but to place his name on his face like that? That left him somewhat unsettled as he continued on his way, running one hand over a particularly shiny scale on Othen's neck. No matter, he'd reach the light and his name would be known to the whole world. Surely one stranger, with a viable excuse, was no different.

And so their journey went on, the towers of his home fading into the distant hours ago and the sun now reaching its zenith. He assured himself that they would be within the town before nightfall, set up camp just outside and wait until morning to continue. He had just enough to trade for supplies and would go from there-- as his pouch was packed lightly.

"Sing a song," he called back to Aia, a bright smile crossing his features.
