Pardon the "speaking for", but he used the same CS as everyone else. ...Just in Tab format, and added with some extra stuff it seems.

...Although I WOULD like to know how to do that Tab format. Would certainly be convenient for me.
That's what I meant.

    Bio & Personality

    Personality:
As a young boy, Anakin Skywalker was thoughtful and intelligent. He was friendly and easily got along with others despite his status as a slave. He also had a special place in his heart for his mother, whom he constantly built inventions to sell or to use to lighten her workload. At the coming of the Jedi, he was both helpful and generous; doing all that he could to help them off-planet, risking his life at the podrace as well as giving them the sizable reward money which he and his mother would have had use for. Though lovable, he also was one to carry grudges and was vengeful, but he commonly held these two traits in check. He also hated being treated unjustly or being wrongly accused. He was fiercely loyal, doing anything to keep those he was close to from harm, at any cost. His only price for this dedication was loyalty in return.

His separation from his mother was the hardest thing he'd ever done, and it still hurt him for years. Because of his fear of losing even more friends in such a manner, he kept to himself, fiddling around with his only friends, the Temple droids. During this, however, he grew especially close to Kenobi, considering him a father and a role model. Due to his sudden escalation from slave to being known as the "Chosen One" and the rising star of the Jedi Order, pride and arrogance set in. He grew cocky, self-appreciating, and he grew to hate being reprimanded or lectured.
He was naturally honest and despised lying and deception, and especially hated politics, correctly considering most politicians to be greedy and self-conceited. Kenobi's continual self-consciousness when it came to Skywalker hurt the boy, who at times wasn't sure whether Kenobi liked him, something his heart craved. Therefore, he turned to a more complimenting, comforting source: Palpatine.

His yearning to be loved, as well as appreciated, came out in his devotion and secret marriage to Amidala, one of the only three people he ever thought appreciated or cared for him. As his fame grew, he became more and more arrogant, and he knew that he was one of the best Jedi of the Order, believing that he could easily best any Jedi blindfolded with his lightsaber tied behind his back. This coupled with his frustration at his perceived injustice at being kept at the rank of Jedi Knight made him more and more bitter and distrustful of the Jedi Council. His belief in them was shattered more and more as Skywalker's closest friend, Palpatine, swayed him from trusting them. Slowly, his bond with everyone except the Chancellor was completely shaken and broken, even that of his wife when he assumed her betrayal of him. Born out of this conflict was the Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Vader.

After becoming Vader, Skywalker's personality changed completely. He is now a rattled man, shaken by the perceived betrayal of his dearest friend, his former comrades-in-arms, and his wife. Upon donning the armor that keeps him alive, Vader initially remained uncertain, but regained his self-confidence. He also gained a firm belief that love was a weakness and was utterly meaningless. Vader has an extremely low tolerance of failure, and does not get on well with many of the higher-ups in the Imperial military, nearly choking Admiral Conan Antonio Motti to death when he challenged the power of the Force, though Admiral Motti survived due to the intervention of Grand Moff Wilhuff Tarkin. Both Admiral Kendal Ozzel and Captain Lorth Needa were not so fortunate, as Vader telekinetically strangled both men to death following blunders they had committed. For their part, many higher-ranking Imperial officials despise the Dark Lord and his "sorcerer's ways." He also retained his former identity's distaste for dishonesty and deception, having once gone into a massive rage that resulted in the destruction of a large part of the Jedi Council chamber upon learning that the Jedi Council, including Obi-Wan Kenobi, had hid the location of the Ghost Prison from him as well as Palpatine. However, he has develop a tendency to craft some falsehoods, or at the very least half-truths.

Despite his actions, Vader apparently believes he was doing what was good for the galaxy. He also appears to have a high sense of self-loathing as a result of his actions. His self-hate is strong enough to kill the doppelganger of Darth Maul. He expresses the belief that the Empire is the only way the galaxy could attain peace, justifying his actions and those of the Empire as necessary to accomplish this.

    Bio:
Once a heroic Jedi Knight, Darth Vader was seduced by the dark side of the Force, became a Sith Lord, and led the Empire's eradication of the Jedi Order. He remained in service of the Emperor -- the evil Darth Sidious -- enforcing his Master's will and seeking to crush the fledgling Rebel Alliance.

From: Original

Name: Sable Stormsent

Age: Appears to be in her late teens or early twenties

Gender: Female

Appearance:
f7c4395c-f38f-4777-b1b2-4bd82e855999.jpg

Alignment: Chaotic Good

Alliance/Position: The Stars

Skill Set/Powers:

1. Healer- Sable's healing abilities are her biggest asset by far. She's able to heal all manners of wounds and even bring a person back from the brink of death. She cannot however, actually bring back anyone from the dead. The magnitude of wound determines how taxing healing said would will be. Minor injuries hardly take anything from the girl but bringing someone from the cusp of death drains her physically and mentally so she will be more or less useless for hours afterward.

2. Buff- She can cast helpful spells to boost the abilities of allies like enhanced agility and endurance. However she cannot directly aid someone in offensive areas without causing physical harm to herself as part of her binding. If someone forced her to though, she could make someone significantly stronger for a period of time.

3. Barrier- Sable can form various types of barriers. Some block projectiles, others do not allow anything physical to pass (but something like a spirit could) while the most powerful block even energy from passing through. The relative strength of the barrier determines how much energy it saps from her. If she uses up her energy but continues to holding the barrier, any damage to the barrier will manifest itself against her own body.

4. Low level premonition- Sometimes when touching objects or people, Sable gains access to past or future thoughts or events associated with said object or person. It's much easier for her to see the past and she can only readily summon the ability to use on objects. Horrific or disturbing premonitions can leave her mentally jarred.

5. Power of Light (Star Guardian's Gift)- WIP

Theme Song:

Personality:
Sable is as chilly as her looks. She's typically silent save for when necessary. She's not keen on the company of others due to how she's previously been treated. She prefers her own company or the companies of animals as they seem to be pure for the most part. She does enjoy the acquisition of knowledge which makes her an excellent candidate for The Stars. She eagerly seeks the truth behind the falling of this world. When forced into social interaction she's softspoken and uncomfortable, never sure how to navigate such things. Despite that, however, she seems capable of talking herself out of difficult situations and occasionally using her looks to her advantage.

Bio:
Sable was born the bastard of a God-King in a land where Gods were very active and very much in control. She was stripped from her peasant mother at a young age and brought to her father. As she grew, he was less than a qualified as a parent. Once it became obvious to him that she had next to know offensive abilities, his anger with her grew to the point of physical and emotional abuse. Sable felt she had no where to turn. Her father's servants were utterly enslaved and the people had seen her beside her tyrant father too many times not to hate her. Desperate to escape him, she fled for the neighboring king to seek refuge with the benevolent Queen, a goddess herself. The goddess, seeing the immortal demi-god's potential for good, agreed to keep her safe from her father under the condition that she allow her to seal any potential for destruction Sable might have. Sable agreed and underwent a painful sealing process that left her covered in dark marks. These marks cause her immense pain if she attempts anything destructive or to aid those that would. The seal is not unbreakable however, so Sable made an effort to keep her lineage a secret. After all, if someone with enough power broke the seal, they could use her ability to enhance others for great evil. Sable's father predictably went after her, fearing the goddess would use Sable to better herself. Unable to bear the horrors of war that she perceived to be her doing, she fled for a life of solitude and learning studying the magical ruins in her homeland. She was doing just that when she was taken.

...And then ya just straight up copy my homemade recipe.
How bold.

Alright then, this sounds fun. I've never RPed as a bad guy before:

From: Original (but derivative of Public Domain Daredevil)

Name: Chicago Devil (prefers to be called Chicago Angel)

Alias: Max (Surname Unknown)

Age: 20 (roughly)

Gender: Male

Appearance: Half Red, Half Black costume, prehensile Tail (Picture will be uploaded later).

Alignment: Anti-Hero- But Mostly Evil

Alliance/Position: The Empire

Skill Set/Powers: Long Distance Eye Sight, Deadly accuracy and agility. Also has a movable prehensile tail. Often uses Boomerangs as weapons.

Theme Song: My Kind of Guy-Kaiser Chiefs

Personality: Max is very cynical and sarcastic, often taunting his foes. Also, he's willing to kill criminals and heroes he sees as 'threats' to Chicago. Max will also form alliances with both heroes and criminals, but will often betray or kill them after they have outlived their usefulness. Despite his rough upbringing, Max is very cunning and manipulative, and very intelligent.

Bio: 'Max' was raised as part of Operation Origin, a super-villain ran project to try and create Altruistic superheroes, by putting them through similar circumstances to already established heroes. Max was trained to mimic the acrobatic talents of the hero Daredevil, but after finding out that the people who ran the project had killed his parents to make him a 'better hero', he escaped the project, and took on the persona of Chicago Angel-to oppose the man that he had been forced to imitate. Max soon became a dangerous vigilante, desperate for oppourtunity to finally control his own destiny.

IC Extract: Max watched over the city he loved. Not for it's beauty, or it's resources, but for it's strange form of security. The alleyways, the shadows, they were as comforting to him as home was to most people. He leapt from the building that he had been perched on, and landed softly on the ground, uninjured. Home was a word that had long been unfamiliar to him, but now Chicago was a part of him. Not Daredevil, him. Max smiled at that. But his near-telescopic vision alerted him to something else. Nearby, a woman was being attacked by 2 thugs. Max dived towards the woman, deftly blocking the next kick of her attacker. He then flew into action, kicking and flipping, throwing the two thugs around as if they were Ragdolls. One thug screamed as he fell to the ground. Max laughed, but it was a cold, hollow laugh. "People. are. Trying. To. Sleep."
As the second thug was slammed into the pavement, Max kicked him to see if he was still alive. He was. Just. Meanwhile, the woman who the thugs were attacking had ran off screaming. "You're welcome, Lady! What did you expect, the bloody neighbourhood watch?"

Minions: 'The Capes' -members of various criminal organizations that Max has formed Alliances with.

City Name: Chicago 7

Gill, an extremely proficient martial artist, pursues a fighting style that appears to be based on the ancient Greek Olympic discipline of Pankration. In battle, he also relies on the manipulation of fire and ice, a mysterious ability born out of the years of his life being genetically enhanced by the organization Illuminati into a warrior unlike any other. It is an ability with which he has managed to achieve perfect balance. Gill infuses this ability into his moves, such as elemental clotheslines, headbutts, and knee-drops, all of which are capable of great destruction at a mere percentage of his full power. It has been inferred that he may also possess various other abilities at his disposal, a highlight being limited immortality. Determined towards the birth of a new, world-wide utopia, Gill naturally possesses a great amount of charisma alongside a superior level of intelligence.

    Personality:
He is presented as a cult leader who would become a benevolent monarch over his worthy subjects. Worldly, majestic, and charismatic in his pursuits, Gill is not without flaws however, being haughty, arrogant, and even outright draconian and elitist at worst, with his cult using immoral ways such as kidnapping, coercion, DNA manipulation, brainwashing, and extreme force in a similar way to Shadaloo in order to select their chosen people, and they have been behind a majority of the world's events and criminal organizations to attain their ends. Gill is also not above murdering innocent people to compete his ultimate ambition.
As far as achievements go, Gill often takes a loss, sometimes in order to fulfill a much bigger goal; other times, he does so out of respect for his foe's fighting ability.

    Biography:
Gill is the leader of a mysterious cult-like organization called the Illuminati which has manipulated world events for over 2000 years, and is dedicated to the salvation of mankind, and creation of a new utopia. The Illuminati had genetically enhanced Gill in his youth, increasing his strength and speed so that he could participate in an intense hand-to-hand combat training program. Gill became the top student out of the hundreds of enhanced warriors involved.
According to Illuminati legend, the soul of the previous Illuminati Emperor would be reincarnated into a new body after death; the organization determined, through the results of their special training program, that the latest incarnation of the Emperor was Gill. Therefore, at the age of 22, Gill was appointed President of the Illuminati. Later, he is promoted out of the title of president and became the new Emperor and messiah after a certain incident involving his jealous brother.

Another thing, would literal eldritch abominations be blacklisted? Like Cthulhu and the Abyssal God from Etrian Odyssey 3?

Omni already stated that as a factor to be Blacklisted, and I do agree. The beings like Cthulhu, Yog-Sothoth, or, god-forbid, Nyarlathotep, are at a power WAY too high for this kind of RP. Arguably, they are the most powerful entities on said Blacklist.

Besides, not to spoil anything but, let's just say, we have our own use of the word "Eldritch". ^^

Also, I'd post a Covenant CS, buuuuut...I can only really handle two characters cx

Wow, all these CSs for the Covenant look good. Can't wait to see who would be picked!

Ok, so after some talking with my fellow Co-GMs, we have made the decision regarding the entries into the Covenant. However, before I make that decision...

The Neutrals are full and closed. However, there was one character that was approved before this OOC or even the Interest check was made. But unfortunately he hadn't the time to get him in here before the doors shut on Neutral.

So, JUST this once, and ONLY this once, ...I'm filling up a ninth spot for Ego's Aerophobia. And the other characters are also accepted. (Except the Covenant member, that will be decided later.)

I'll be working on the In-Character from here on out. Then after it has been made, (If only in Document) I will then announce the last few Covenant members.

I like to remind everyone who HAS made a Covenant member, that even if you aren't accepted as Covenant members, you will be accepted as members of the Empire, most likely occupying the cities closest to the Capital.

If Kerrigan don't get the spot I'll have her be void. (Not to sound picky or anything)
I just don't want to play two Empire characters.
