Name:
Mei-Ling Zhou (you know what to call her)
Age:
31
Personality:
Mei, despite her hardships, is a very energetic and enthusiastic climatologist who is determined to protect the global environment, and is also very optimistic about her cause too. Like any other scientist, she is also very smart and hard-working, although at times, she can be startled easily. Also, she has a habit of saying sorry far too much : |
Biography:
Mei was a member of a multi-year initiative set up by Overwatch to investigative the climate phenomenons that had been occurring within the recent years, and was assigned in eco-Watchpoint: Antarctica. She managed to invent very technologically-advanced tools that were able to manipulate climates, which were able to protect endangered areas in Asia and other parts of the world. However, suddenly a catastrophic polar storm hit the watchpoint, causing a total power outage, rendering the entire facility voided of outside contact and the members stranded with only a few supplies. When supplies began to dwindle, the scientists were forced to resort putting themselves into cryostasis machines, desperate for rescue.
The rescue never came, and the machines began to fail one by one, killing the person that was stuck inside the machine. Only years later, rescue workers finally reached the building, where only Mei was found to be the only survivor of the event. When Mei finally reawakened from her stasis, although she hadn't aged at all, she had no knowledge of what happened after she went inside her chamber, only to find out that Overwatch had disbanded on terrible terms, the climate has worsened severely and none of the eco-points functioning. Everything that she had been working on was lost.
Nevertheless, Mei was not deterred and decided to continue the work that she was doing. With her portable climate-manipulating technology and her drone, Snowball, Mei began to travel around the world to protect the eco-network surrounding the world and to track down the threats that harms them.
