Before Qrow could respond, he found the kiss being reinitiated as well. He didn't mind this, though. He loved their kisses. They were a lot more passionate than the other ones he'd had. More real. He didn't do this for some type of pleasure like the others. Sure, that was a reason why he was kissing Winter so much, but in this case he felt himself wanting Winter to feel welcomed and good.

"You're damn right, Snow Queen." Qrow finally managed to say in between the kisses, albeit in somewhat of a breathless whisper.

"Mm..." Winter murmured through the kiss, clearly enjoying it quite a bit. Qrow appeared to be succeeding in his goal of making her feel comfortable, she embracing him tightly through the kiss. She was running out of air, but she didn't care. All she cared about in the moment was him.

But eventually, she had to break the contact completely, head falling back and typically neat hair slightly messied. Flushed and breathless, all she could do was stare up at him, unsure what to say at first.

".. I am glad to hear it."

"Outta breath already? I'm kinda disappointed." Qrow mused before laying his head down on Winter's chest, wrapping one arm around his girlfriend's shoulder.

"But that was a damn fine kiss, babe." Qrow said before giving her a quick peck on the cheek.

"I apologize for disappointing," Winter mused through shallow breaths, letting out a single, shuddering one as he settled against her. Though, where he chose to rest his head was embarrassing, to say the least. "Though I am glad you found it to be sufficient," she added upon him stating it was a fine kiss.

Realizing how uncomfortable the position of his head must have been, Qrow quickly shifted over to her shoulder instead.

"So... how many kisses is that today? I've lost count." He mused with a grin.

"Hmm," Winter hummed in response, gently nuzzling her head against his own as he came to rest it on her shoulder. After catching her breath, she managed to utter a response. "Precisely too many," she teased, placing a single kiss on the top of his head.

Qrow only smirked when Winter told him that they may have kissed too many times. In order to just be funny or whatever, Qrow looked up at her and quickly kissed her again, though this was more of a joke kiss than a long and passionate one like the others.

"I don't think we've had enough." Qrow mused before lookingbout in front of them with a smile.

"Amusing," Winter remarked in response to the sudden, brief kiss he gave her, rolling her eyes. He was so ridiculous, at times... Or, well, most of the time, actually. But she didn't mind. It added to, as he seemed to enjoy putting it(and, truthfully, she found rather fitting, the 'Qrow charm'). Regardless, she just smiled up at him, letting out a small sigh of content.

"I love you, Winter." Qrow finally stated. One of them was gonna have to say it eventually, and he sure as hell knew that Winter would be too embarrassed to say it. Of course, he knew she did based off of how she'd been acting since they officially became a couple.

At first, Winter was silent upon hearing Qrow's words, staring at him in said silence. What was she supposed to say to that? The idea of telling him that she loved him, too, was... frightening. Love was not an emotion she knew how to demonstrate in full. Not something she felt she was fully ready to express, even. It was scarier than the Grimm they fought, or the White Fang, having seen many claims of love be false and go to hell or turn sour. But still...

"Sorry, princess. But that ain't gonna cut it. You still gotta say the words" He stated with a grin. A part of him, albeit a very small one, wanted to say that this was puppy love. That it wouldn't last and that he should just quit while he's ahead. But he knew his feelings for her. He knew that he hadn't felt like this towards a person in a very long time. That's why he could say those words. Maybe he just wanted Winter to say the same. To reassure him, maybe?

"Princess? I seem to recall it being queen," she remarked, briefly, likely just to gain a few moments of distraction from the matter at hand. Because, yes; Winter Schnee was scared. The ice queen herself was scared to utter a few, simple, measly words. Not because they were not true: they were. She certainly loved him. But saying so aloud was different. Love was something she had not spoken of in a long time, save for in a few exchanges with Weiss. And this was obviously a very different sort of love from that of a sibling. But taking a deep breath and curtly clearing her throat, shifting a little in attempt to sit up more properly, she spoke.

"...So be it. Qrow, I...- I l--..." Briefly, she stammered, seeming as though the words were just stuck in her throat before eventually? They were unceremoniously blurted out. "I love you as well, Qrow Branwen."

"Well, besides me of course." He mused, looking up at her with his shit eating grin.

Well. The whole babe thing was still taking some getting used to, though Winter didn't exactly mind. Though, his comment only earned a huff. "Right. I think my sleep is adequate."
