I was thinking of doing siblings, but they've been separated since the Deluge started, and one of them has amnesia. Would anyone be up to being their friend and or having them brainwashed?

BRAINWASHED dont you mean knowing the real way of the world: Communism?? Emilia could be her friend maybe like left hand man who is helping her on her mission.

Lol that'd be great, thank you @Neko_Green and the character will be male. They're both up in the OOC!

Manny will be very Loyal Emilia, he's a lot more friendly than his sister, but once the meet his loyalty might change because he found his family. So stuff will get complicated.
