IC Game Status Game Skill OOC

• 
  Beta tester, player who were given privilege to enjoy or feel the game mechanics under first hand. Midorikawa Jigen was one of the many, who got the privilege of beta testing for a new game called, Tear of the Soul online though you need to spend a moderate amount of cash to be one of them. Lucky for Midorikawa, his father is one of the lead scientist that lead the Tear of the Soul online.
  
  Midorikawa began to dive into game as soon as he received a weird tool which presumably a nerve gear. As soon as he reached to menu screen, Midorikawa went straight creating his character. He made his character just like the man he wanted to be, daring and have a good posture. Midorikawa named his avatar, Arata which mean New as in referring him to have a new life, new appearance, and a new background.
  
  After he completed his character creation, he got blacked out and slowly opened his eyes. He saw what it appears as a town, a medieval ones with the stereotype of bricks. He began to learn more about the map by wandering around.

• Rin was delighted when she realized that the people with her were friendly, it was certainly a relief to her. She laughed when she heard Crysis speak, coming closer to the group and to a stop. "It's nice to meet you all then!" She said to them. "My name is Rin, and my loser brother back there is Mako." She jerked a finger back to the shield-bearing warrior behind her, whom was still walking over to them silently. "Nearly killed, wow really? Me and Mako were just off exploring, saw a couple of monsters and stuff, but we didn't have a problem, then again we kinda know what we're doing, at least I've played these kinds of games before. How about you guys, you veterans or anything?" After she got her near monologue done, she took in a deep breath of air. She had a tendancy to run on with her sentences and not let other people get a word in edgewise.

• Crysis laughs slightly. "I tried to fight three boars at once. It was... difficult. I got two of them, but then someone," She looks pointedly over her shoulder at Azazul before looking back at Rin, "stole the kill. I have quite a bit of experience with these, myself. I wanted to play SAO, but that obviously wouldn't have been a good idea. I'm used to the mechanic, though." She puts her hands together behind her neck, her elbows up in the air. Peeking around Rin, she calls out to the 'loser.' "Hi there, Mako! Why don't you hurry up and join us over here?" Turning back to Rin, she asks, "Where did you guys go? I didn't see you when I woke up."

• Mako just gave a nod of his head as to her words to him, but his pace didn't increase. He did join them after a few more good seconds, coming to a stop beside his sister.
  "Hah, really?" Rin asked, laughing. "That sounds so lame, having someone steal your kill right at the end. We went off exploring. We were some of the first people in the game. After the whole 'rescue the drowning people' thing, the two of us decided to do some exploring with our remaining time, see what the skills were like and get a feel for how combat worked. So we went into the surrounding territory." Rin said with a shrug of her shoulders. "I didn't find anything new or incredibly fantastic with this one. Although I did learn that I don't like the melee combat style this game. I'll probably try to work over some skill with a bow or something, let Mako here take all of the damage for me." She snickered again, although no jibe she seemed to make bothered her passive brother. "You got anyone you know playing this game with you?"

• Hashiro woke up to the sound of birds chirping, It was some melancholy that he had to wake up so early. It was than that once he was awake that Hashiro got up and sat at his computer chair in which his desk and computer was located in front of him, reaching into his school bag that was resting against the leg of his desk in a sloppy manor he grabbed a medium sized helmet that said ''Tear of the Soul'' across the top, the headset was a blueish color because once bought earlier he picked the color blue for his gaming headset. ''Nice, lets see what this game has in store'' Hashiro said confidently, plugging in the cords in the correct inputs and outputs, Hashiro lifted the gaming headset up above his head and then dropped it upon his head, causing a blue stream to glow and flow around the top of the headset. leaning back into his chair letting the game submerge his brain cells, the reality in which he saw changed his vision as a rainbowish vortex was conjured. After a few minutes the game started speaking as if it had siri, ''Welcome to ''Tear of the Soul'', please make your character!'' Hashiro was nearly bored of what the game had already displayed to him, he said in boredom: ''Same ol' shit that SAO did'' Hashiro proclaimed in frustration.
  
  After creating his character the swirling rainbow vortex displayed itself once more than disappeared into darkness, Hashiro opened his eyes as he declared that he was sitting on the shores of the sandy beaches, ''Hmm'' He thought, lifting his hands up to his line of vision as he reviews them than taps his chest, ''Well i'm in the game, thats for sure'' Hashiro said after nodding than standing up. Further examination of his self he finds a sword and a hood in which he followed up with him pulling his good over his head merely because he thought it was cool. ''Wonder if my sword was transferred over to this game'' Hashiro thought in question, this made Hashiro excited to know it was a possibility that his sword was somewhere out there, erging to be held by its lord, by its master. After doodling around he continues his journey by examining his surroundings and noticed a endless sea towards the east and a deep forest to the west, Although he didn't notice much to the north or south he already determined his fate by immediately walking towards the forest of the west. ''Hopefully i find someone else here i feel oddly sociable today, maybe i'll find someone that goes to the new school i'm going to tomorrow here''.

• Crysis looked Mako up and down, trying to figure out what his strengths might be. Seeing his eqiupment, she guessed he must be more of the Tank type. Going up in the battle and taking hits. She had just met the guy, so she couldn't be sure. She snickered at Rin's teasing attitude towards her brother. Hearing the question, she looked around, her brow slightly furrowed. "D-don't think so. I mean- I don't know if any of these players are from my school. There might be other testers out there, thoug. So there might be someone. What about you?"

• At the question aimed towards her, Rin rolled her eyes. "Oh come on now." She said, giving a shake of her head as well. "That's kind of a silly question to ask, don'tcha think? I mean I did introduce this guy as my brother after all." She once more pointed towards Mako. "But besides him? Nah. I don't meet many people inside of games who can stand my overly charming personality. They're just not cool enough for me, plain and simple. So how recently did you guys go out? I'm itching to start another fight." Rin abruptly switched topics, before something then occured to her. "Oh! Do you know if there's a weapons shop in here? I got a decent amount of kur, so I wanted to see if I could find a bow or something. Swords aren't working out for me in this game."

After a bit of his wandering for his hunt, Kilgore came across a small sounder of boars. Three of them to be exact.

Charging in with his sword and shield out, Kilgore began with a slash at one of the boar's sides, dealing about three damage. However, the two other boars were right after him right after he struck. Jumping back, now with all three of them after him, Kilgore realized he would need to go on the defensive. The boars charged at him, to which Kilgore would respond by blocking them with his shield, and following up with a sword strike, eventually whittling down the hp of one of them to zero.[/tab]

• [spacer] Pulling off the rig, I yawn and stretch my aching muscles. Looking at my phone, I realized that I had been in ToS for a day and a half. Going to the kitchen, I see a tray of food in the fridge with a sticky note on it, For you, whenever you decide to wake up. I also have a pic of you with the rig on, you look so cute! I may just have to show everyone at school that you, even after we went through, are still playing VRMMO's. In fact, I am going to tomorrow when we are there, and I am seriously showing EVERYONE!!! Enjoy -Yukimaru Not ready to complain with her leaving me food, I dig in. After I'm done, I wander around the appartment I have, the one the I bought just before the incident. I don't call it anything other than that, because if I call it something else, I may forget who I was, and what I did. I didn't want to go on without remembering her smile, or what she said just before I lost her because of Laughing Coffin. I will get my revenge, I will find them. Picking up my phone and keys, I decide to go on a walk.

• Adam, still a bit disappointed that he needed help, accepted Ryuu's loan with a smile. "Thanks. Now, I don't know about you guys, but I'm gonna go get healed." And hopefully not get lost, he thought to himself. He then made his way towards the nearest town, checking all the shops he came to until he found the right place.
  
  A few minutes later, he returned to the beach, back to 0 Kur, to find a few that some more people had shown up and Azazul had logged off. "Oh, looks like we have some new friends. I'm Adam, nice to meet you." He held out his hand to Rin, although he did not know her name yet.
• Sorry it's been so long. Just wasn't sure when I should post. Also the first part happened before Rin and Mako came, and I left out a bit when I got to the healer because I wasn't sure exactly how the healing would work. Also I assumed that it would take all the Kur, but I could edit it if you think I need to change it.

• Crysis smiles slightly. "Well, we just got back a little while ago, but we might be going out again soon. I don't know about everyone else, but I could go with you. After I get healed up, of course." She stretches her arms above her head and groans softly. "As for a weapon shop, I think we should go look in town. I might get a bow, as well. Or maybe some daggers..." She turns to Mako and smiles. "What about you? You thinking about getting anything?"

• Rin looked away from Crysis to Adam, smiling brightly at him as she took his hand. "Hallo!" She said to him. "It's a pleasure to meet you Adam, name's Rin." She let go of his hand after a few moments to look at Crysis again, nodding her head. "Awesome then!" She glanced at Adam once more. "We're planning on looking for a weapons shop around here, want to walk with us?" She asked him.
  Mako looked back at Crysis once he was spoken too, giving a small shake of his head. "Don't think so. I'm fine with what I have." He said shortly. Plus, he'd probably end up giving his money to Rin for her to get what she wanted.
• Sorry guys! Finals week is this upcoming week, so I've been finishing projects and getting ready for tests. It'll be like this all week. I won't be able to respond much. My apologies.

• [spacer] When I left for my walk, I grabbed my keys and locked the door behind me. I don't remember much of where I was walking, but while I was, I found myself in front of my team's dojo. Some of the lights were on so I went in. "What do you mean, he is back from the game? I thought you told me that he would stay in for a while."I don't recognize the voice. "I mean just that. I had heard rumors from the Counsel saying that the ToS game was going to be a long one, and one that he would enjoy. He may just be out to get some food or something." I did know that voice, that was the Sensei, who I had been with for years. "Well, you need to figure this out. My grandson must be on the top. Give him any form of incentive and I bet he wouldn't hold back." At this, the unknown man got up and left from the back. I wonder what that was all about? I walk into the Sensei's room and greet him "Hello Sensei, I can see your here late. What has been keeping you?" "Just my thoughts Nick, but you shouldn't worry about that, what brings you here?" This takes me by suprise, he has hardly ever not told me his thoughts. "I was on a walk and noticed the light, so I came in to say hello." "Right, but don't you have school in the morning?" He handed me a cup of tea. "You should drink this then head on home. Early to bed early to rise they always say." "Sensei, do you mind if i bring my bladeset home? I have had the weirdest feeling lately like something is going to go bad." "Nick, it is your set, do with it what you will. Just be careful how much you may or may not hurt this threat."[/spacer][spacer]With this, he stood and walked me to the back. After I got my swords, I walked out the door and we went our separate ways.The next morning, I got up and got ready to go to school. Not after, however, looking over at the rig and wondering what they were going through in Tear of the Soul.

Arata hasn't yet to have the courage going out of the city, he was timid and doesn't know what to do. It was hard on him as he, couldn't find someone to talk with or help him. As a result, Arata remember every single location of the city, as he walked around the city in and out a dozen times.

• Rin let out a 'psssssh' sound, rolling her eyes at Adam's words. "I don't know about you man, but I did my fair share of hunting. Me and Mako went out and killed some stuff, got a sort of decent amount of money. I want to see how much stuff sells for so that I can tell how much I need to farm to get it." She said. "It's a good idea to know what you need before you just start hunting randomly, right? Espeically if you're only hunting for money. I haven't gotten any exp as of yet, so I'm guessing that's not enabled. Getting combat experience is a good idea though, so when things start we'll be good at it. Man, I really want to get to max level and do some raid style content, it's my favorite. How about you?" She asked, finally giving him a chance to speak over her long rambling. She rather liked the people here, they were fun and inviting. At least so far. The real compeition hasn't started yet, and she does get awful competitive when late game content appears.
  
  Mako shrugged his shoulders at her words. "I'll go fight to get better weapons. Not interested in the economy of the game." The tall man said. He wasn't carrying on the conversation very well. Then again, most people didnt' tend to engage in conversation with him, it was always his sister. He did end his words rather quickly. Would she take that as rude? Hopefully not, as apologizing was another thing that definitely wasn't his forte. Ah well, if she was truly interested in continuing conversation with him, she'd find some way to continue on.
• Oh my. But I'm afraid Mako won't respond to any seduction attempts very well dear Crysis. You'll just horribly embarrass the big teddy bear.

• Mako nodded at her question, seeing her slight confusion but not understanding why she was confused. Was that difficult to understand? He certainly didn't think so. He kind of liked this girl though, she wasn't terribly loud or obnoxious like other people he's met. Crysis, that was her name. He would have to be sure to remember that. "We should get going if we want to look at the shops, Rin and I will have to log out soon."

Arata wasn't find this game interesting at all, mainly due to his chicken personality which wouldn't allow him to be a bit more adventurous. " I know playing this stuff isn't going to help me," as he depressed, he finally make a decision to delete his character and went to play another game.
