Capable of swapping personalities at the drop of a dime, Lucien can wear the face of a loving doctor, a cynical scientist, and everything in between. Whatever his job requires at any given moment.

Naturally, Lucien's team sees nothing wrong with what he does. They are never kept inside Pokeballs but allowed free-reign to help him around the lab where they can. Each one of Lucien's Pokemon was raised not from an egg, but from a test tube. He personally tinkered with the biological make up of each one to make them the perfect companions for an overworked scientist, and then raise them to be even better. Their cute appearances aside, each one is fully capable of ripping an enemy to pieces in their own way.

Cyril and Basil act as one because, Cyril's special coloring aside, they are one.
To make the perfect pair, Lucien cloned Basil's embryo, making sure that the only differences between the two were a few genes to give Cyril his alternate coloring.

Personality: Run away, run very far away, whether you be pokemon or human, do not get in this ma's way. He sees human's that haven't joined team Aether as ignoranrt filth, and those that resist them as bugs to be crushed. He is cruel and unable to be reasoned with by any normal means. He strive for a perfect world for Dragon type pokemon, one where they are able to reach their true potential as the pinnacle of all creation, the alpa species. But that doesn't mean he is any less cruel to them, as he will kill those that get in his way with out mercy, but he will mourn the loss of the beautiful creature and blame it's master for it's death, being sure to lengthen the irresponsible fools pain as compensation. Dragon that resist him, are soon brought down to heel, as he will take time to break them down until they realize the one trutth, that they were weak, and he was strong, and as the stronger creature, he owns them. He is their Aplha, and they serve him and only him.

Reason for joining: To bring about the Golden Age of the Dragons
Partner: Hydreigon by the name of Noli and a Oddly colored Slyveon by the name of Nex. Noli and Nex are nearly inseparable, bond by a bond beyond anything that can be comprehended. Any dragon that comes after Noli will have to deal with Nex, and anything that even things of harming Nex will be savagely torn apart by Noli. The only person they will ever listen to is Blake, who raised them since he himself was a child, a very warped child. The reason that Nex is colored and looks the way he does is because of the warped nature of the friendship between Nex and Blake. He would subjugate him, out him down, and yet if anyone dared to mess with Nex, they would be savagely beaten to a bloody pulp. Having to go through this since his hatching, Nex became more and more convinced that this was wat true friendship between a master and their trainer looks like, and upon that realization, he evolved into a Slyveon, but it was immediately apparent that something had cone wrong, instead of ribbons, he had chains, his eyes were red as blood, and his fur had become a dark purple color when it should have been a light pink. The others who were their feared Nex, pointed at him and calling him a freak, but Blake put a stop to that right away,y eling at the filth for daring to call his pokemon a freak of nature. This show of force and protection is what bought Nex's loyalty, ad from then on, he's been Blake's right hand pokemon along with his best friend, Noli.

Noli was Blake's second Pokemon, Noli, was the first dragoon he liberated, killing her abusive owner after he witnessed the poor pokemon being beat as a young Deino. Since then, she has looked up to Blake as her Savior and is eager to prove that she will always be useful to him. Those that come against her beware, because she will not stop trying to destroy her opponent until one of them is dead.

Insania is a Gardevoir that is Blake's #1 information gatherer, savagely breaking into the minds of both people and pokemon to get to their secrets and not caring an inch if there is even a mind left when she's finsihed.

Exedo is the pokemon Blake calls on when he dealing with unruly dragons, as the Mawile's jaws are perfect for cracking dragon scales and breaking their wills through intense pain. Blake has to supervise these 're-education' sessions, however, or else he will try to eat the dragon laid out before him.

Obsidea is a Frosslass that deals with the lost cases, dragons that are either to broken to be of any use, or to strong willed to be subjugated. She does this job quickly and effortlessly, making sure the process is quick as possible, not because she wants to cease their suffering, but because that is her job. She does not torture, she doesn't break, she kills, and any dragon put in her path know that they are not long for this world.

Umbra is the most Violent of Blake's pokemon, and he puts that to good use by making her his main assault dragon when attacking going on a Liberation mission. Umbra is fast, and ferocious, preferring to blast her enemies apart with his blaster's and draconic energy, rather than rip them apart with her claws.

Altari is usually a pretty happy pokemon and likes to fly around the city, but it will instantly return to Harvey if he whistles for it. Being more then strong enough Altaria can carry Harvey around as they defend the city.

  Henrik is extremely loyal and will listen to ever order given without a second thought, he will go far beyond the line of duty to keep his superiors or even lower ranking team mates safe. However he is an utter sadist and will make sure who ever stands in his way will wont stand for long

  History:
  Some children are not born into families that take good care of them, some families dont take care of their children at all and Henrik was born into one of those families.His dad drank and his mom was never in the picture, so Henrik fended for himself. He managed to do just that and didn't suffer any pains expect those from his fathers hand.
  
  Henrik lived with his dad for 6 years before he ran into Cuzar. It was only a tiny Skorupi and didn't look like a tough pokemon, but Henrik didn't care. It was something he could talk to and he shared what little he had with the scorpion and soon Henrik was fairly sure they were friends.
  
  Trough the years Henrik and Cuzar just crew closer and Henrik and his father further apart. His father became more violent with the years and as Henrik was the only target it was his burden to handle.
  
  However at the age of 15 Henrik could not handle it anymore and wanted to run away somewhere far away, but every time he tried he got caught and paid the price. So one faithful night Cuzar grew tired of seeing his friend get hurt and took action. It waited for Henrik's dad to leave a glass of beer unattended and then let some of its most potent poison drip into the glass. It took 2 sips and 5 minutes before Henrik's dad fell asleep and never woke up. Henrik wasn't shocked or sad, he was mostly happy that Cuzar cared that much about him
  
  The two lived in peace for a month and then bills started to pour in and like most 15 year olds Henrik didn't have money to pay them. So he tried to get a job, but no one would hire a 15 year old. That was until he ran into Team Ather. They needed someone to run around and deliver assignments and what would make a better cover then a kid ? So Henrik and Cuzar worked and worked well, the climbed the ranks and Henrik started to acquire more Pokemon, but Cuzar is the one he holds closest.

  Cuzar was Henrik's first pokemon and has always been his friend. It listens to any order with question. It's poison renders any enemy useless and leaves them to fight the poison to their last breath.   Henrik rarely lets her leave the Pokeball as he isn't completely sure she will listen to his command. She tears through everything in front of her and will not stop until she is done. @Manaxer Not really, just the way that Blake sees most people. Pawns to be used and discarded when ever he feels like doing so.

@Limeypanda Please keep within the recurring theme that seems to be present in team Aether, Crazy, Merciless, and ready to kill a lot of people. We are even less convincing then Team Plasma was about their Pokemon Liberation. At least they gave speeches about it.
