Hmm... Would Kecleon technically be allowed since it can change it's type? Just wondering. Not using it.

Picture of evolved form.

~History~
Sciona wasn't originally from the village. He and his parents lived in a small house on the edge of Sevii. The area was mostly dragon territory, but as long as they didn't anger the dragons, they could live there. At age 9, Sciona lost his mother to a rampaging Druddigon. At age 12, he befriended his first dragon, an Aerodactyl, whom he named Mnementh, or Nem. At age 15, his house, and father, were swept into the sea when he angered a Gyarados while fishing. His father had told him stories of where he grew up. He had said there was a village on the other side of the island where they lived in peace with the dragons. With no where left to call home, Sciona decided to find the village. He flew on Nem towards the village. Along the way, they found a dead female Flygon. A young Tapinch was nestled against it. It looked as though the mother had been attacked and was protecting it's child. Sciona took the Trapinch, whom he named Pena, with him. Pena became attached to Sciona, recognizing him as her new parent.

They found the village, were integrated into society, Sciona showed skill with electronics and a love for adventure, yada yada yada. And we get to where we are now.

Love the form, but could you make Pena a pre-evolution please? Want to leave some room for more development in the rp.

And nah, going off dex types and kecleon is a normal type c:

    Name: Oliver Magnus

    Age: 23

    Sex: Male

Occupation: Blacksmith/Charter – Oliver spends a vast amount of his time actually having to go into the island of Sevii's great many mountains in search of the very minerals and materials he uses to ply his craft. Since metal doesn't just come out of the sky, and since trade is difficult for the people of the Sevii Island, Oliver quickly figured out that he would need to mine his own goods, and in order to facilitate this he taught himself the basics of cartography.

Personality: Rather easy going for a man who is so busy, Oliver is quite an approachable individual, at least so he hopes. He is rather laid back in everyday life because he doesn't get a huge amount of time to himself. He is somewhat protective of his free time because of this, and he can be made more easily annoyed if his free time is impinged upon.

While laid back most of the time, Oliver takes a great deal of pride in his work as a Blacksmith: so much so that he will end up gathering his own materials (with the help of Tyrantrum, Crooks.) He is proud of his position as blacksmith and would never allow himself to make a poor quality product: Which has at times given him a reputation as a bit of a perfectionist.

Despite the contrast of the obsessive Smith and the lax citizen, Oliver is, at his very core, a kind and relatively easy-to-understand man. He likes to eat, he likes to explore the Sevii Island and he is quite a social individual. He has a great fondness of the Sevii Island, and he would go very far indeed to keep his little home safe.

    Ty, The Gabite ♂

History: To explore Oliver's history, you and his unique position within the Dragon village, Ajagara, you must first examine the final stage of his mother's life. Alice Magnus was not born on the Sevii Island. Nor did she come to the lands by her own choice. She was found by a group of explorers over twenty-three years ago, on one of the Island's beaches next to the corpse of a recently passed Feralgatr and a case of amnesia. She had no real memories of her time outside the island, nor of the Pokémon that had died so close to her. It is assumed the Pokémon had a connection with her though, as it appeared to shield the woman with its body, and the woman had a broken Pokéball at her hip.

With no real memory of her time off of the island, and with only the faintest hints of her life before waking up in Ajagara, Alice was left in the care of the island's doctor and soon enough fell in love with him. The pair had one child, and that child was Oliver.

Oliver's life was a fairly normal one for a child of Ajagara. He grew up in their education system and was already integrated into Island life. There were a few…issues in school, where certain children had overheard parents calling him and his mother outsiders, but Oliver was a strong young man, and he soon set those would-be bullies straight. Nevertheless, it bugged him to some degree that he was treated as an outsider, and it made him somewhat aloof. He often went for hikes in the mountains alone, and it was there he found his first Pokémon, Crooks.

Other than that, nothing really dramatic happened in Oliver's life. He never lost his love of the mountains, and he found he had an affinity for the rugged, earthy outdoors. He apprenticed with the village's blacksmith because the job was interesting and he got to use it as an excuse to go into the mountains a lot.

A couple of years ago, having finished his apprenticeship with the former Blacksmith, Oliver took on the mantle of the full time blacksmith of the village, as the much older man who had been his mentor decided to retire and take up teaching instead. As such, he has been busy for the last few years just working as the village's blacksmith and just generally existing. Part of him wants to know more about his mother's heritage, but he already considers Ajagara home, not some distant land that never looked hard enough to find his mother when she was lost.

Crooks, so named because of the crooked way she smiles, is a Pokémon that Oliver met when he was young in the mountains of the Sevii Island. As a Tyrunt, Crooks was a little bit on the small side, and it seemed that she was destined to be a true runt of the litter. Oliver found the Pokémon to be a hugely interesting partner very quickly, and he bonded with the Tyrunt. Bringing her down with him from the mountain, his parents were at first shocked by the Pokémon's arrival, but then overjoyed that Oliver had made a friend of a dragon Pokémon, as was the village's tradition.

Crooks had a few special talents, even as a youngster. Most notably was her sense for finding metal and other minerals: Mostly, because they were one of her favourite snacks. It was this knack for finding rare minerals that caught the eye of the local blacksmith, and landed Oliver with his apprenticeship.

Unlike a number of the bonded pokemon in Ajagara, Tyrunt was exposed to a number of battles by her partner, Oliver. This was because the pair so often went into the mountains of the region, and Tyrunt soon evolved into Tyrantrum. Even as the much bigger and much fiercer Tyrantrum, Crooks maintains a playful loyalty to Oliver.

Traits: Playful; Stubborn; Loyal; Likes to pulls pranks; Likes to be spoilt; Dislikes baths; Can be competitive.

Pokémon Skills/Abilities: Crooks is able to 'smell' metals, minerals and gems in the mountains. The ability seems to be extremely rare, and highly valued because of the implications it has for Oliver's role as a blacksmith. She can effortlessly dig up these minerals with strong, crushing chomps of her powerful jaws. These same jaws can be used against an opponent for devastating effect. Crooks is a very strong Pokémon, able to knock aside boulders with relative ease and has the ability to climb up sheer rock faces with similar ease.

  • gabite_used_flamethrower_by_yassui-d68hc8t.png

Ty is a much newer member of Oliver's little family, and was a gift of his blacksmithing mentor. The reason that a Gabite was passed on to Oliver was his fairly atypical ability to fire. The flames it spits are extremely hot and are useful for, you guessed it, blacksmith work. Ty was given to Oliver as an egg: an egg that came from the previous owner's Charizard. Perhaps it is from the parent that Ty developed its atypical fire breathing abilities, but it hardly matters, at least to Oliver. Ty is a valued member of Oliver's family, and he is sometimes spoilt by the trainer.

Oddly enough, Crooks doesn't see an issue with the way that Oliver spoils Ty. This is because Ty seems to have a very positive relationship with Crooks, looking up to her like a sibling would his older kin. Crooks thrives off of the adoration of Ty, and the two quickly became friends because of it.

Traits: Friendly; Prone to taking naps; Easily excited; Easily impressed.

Pokémon Skills/Abilities: Ty is a fairly strong little Gabite, despite only having recently evolved. It has the normal traits of a Gabite: Strong jaws, sharp claws and the sturdy fins that define the species. Oddly, Ty has a very potent Flamethrower attack that seems to be a result of his parentage. He can't use the Flame breath very often, but it is very hot and is sometimes used to heat up the Forge of the local blacksmithy.

Amazing form, I see absolutely no problems whatsoever :D You are without a doubt accepted o3o

I'd love to see it ^^

That counts as a thing.

Leaves plenty of room for people to come and bug interact with Oliver.

Looks great ^^ I'm currently waiting for a response from Six to Minami and then I guess I'll respond to Emil and Ryan and finally go out ^^

Pokemon partner: A Garchomp named Chomp, and a Trapinch named Fury
Pokemon skills/abilities: Chomp's attacks with his claws, teeth, and tail. his claws and teeth, however, are the most effective as his tail can hard and hit a boulder with enough forces to shatter it, and claws being capable of cutting through some metals. Aside from that, he is an efficient and quick digger, able to create caves in rocks and burrows in the ground. Fury can dig as well, but its jaws are the most powerful part of it, capable of crushing stone.

Age: 21
Occupation: Tamer/Dragon-Rider

Pokemon partner: A female Salamence he named Tamashī
Pokemon skills/abilities: (Based on a pokemon's outward appearance and features as well as common sense. Please ask me for help if needed.)
Pokemon appearance:
wYYZKyC
History: (Optional, but would be good to describe how you met your partner.) Mason was only a ten year old when his family went on a trip to Mt.Pyre, following a hiking trail into the mountain. The boy's parents had insisted that he stayed at the campsite, only for his father to come sprinting from the depths of the cave, hastily grabbing him and their belongings, constantly wheeling around to check him flank, like he was being followed. As young Mason was pulled along, something had come screeching out of the depths of Mt.Pyre, he had already put together that his mother was missing so it wasn't her for sure. The sound of metal shearing through flesh and bone filled his ear along with the flaps of massive wings. A large pokemon stood steed steps, its breaths seeming to get hotter and hotter before a strange fire spewed from its mouth, launching toward Mason, his father courageously taking the hit. Mason's horrors were realized, he was alone in the world with no one to look after him. His small frame clutched his father's still body. The pokemon began to get closer to him, instead of crying as most ten year olds would, he faced it, having nothing left to lose. He gained a new friend out of the ordeal, a Salamence he named Tamashí, but his father was badly scarred and burned.

I was gonna say that ^^

Really like the form, but I would prefer if Mason found Tamashi as a bagon or shelgon ^^" You could say his parents were killed by older Salamence and he was protected by a youngster?
