As the rest gather, Tatiana sighs briefly, using the wall to steady herself, the Soviet TSF pilot motions with her right hand, for the rest to follow. At least she didn't need the crutch now, though she would likely use it on long walks till she got uses to her new robotic leg.
"Well the showers you know." Walking ahead the first four rooms have names on them. She and three other Captains were given a berth. "These are the Senior NCO rooms, they have basic commodities and work space, shower, and storage." Continuing to the left was a cluster of three rooms and another somewhat large hall.
"The two North Most rooms are for the Junior officers, you have a lounge, multipurpose room, and bunk beds. 1st Lieutenants have double bunks, 2nd Lieutenants share the triple, the Room most south is for NCO's you have triple bunks and a smaller lounge, all units have storage and lavatories."
Pointing with her left arm the Soviet clears her throat, pointedly looking at the rest. "There is a pool at the end..its for training, do not use it for fun..if you do make sure only that Good for nothing Henderson any deals he offers for fun use do not reach the Colonel.." Shaking her head at having to admit to that mans allowed contraband she quickly heel turns for the northern most hall. It was a rather short walk with only one door blocking off a large section of the prefab building. "This is the Infirmary." She says in a flat tone that oddly has a hint of anger. "The only thing you need to know is the room in front of you is for waiting and reception, keep the door clear as medical orderlies have to bring in patients. The operation and rest areas are all near the waiting area, do not go into the back sections without permission." Pondering if she needed to tell more, the Major walks off again, she was a rather rushed tour guide..
Turning the hall going East then South, there were two rooms. One had its door open, the other had a glass wrap around design, both rooms were easy to tell just on appearance.
"First with have a Recreations room, pinball, arcade machines, pool table, dual use Ping-Pong, air hockey table, and a gambling table..do not break things, or I will break you.." Narrowing her eyes it seems she had some sort of fondness for the room. Next was the glass room. "..go here when you have spare pay, it is the Regimental store, Candy, movies, games, civilian clothing, even some hobby items are here. Most of it is discount goods however, do not expect latest and greatest.." Though with how the world was now it wasn't as if there was that much in the later to sell. "shoes and the like as well, books, pretty much anything you need." Continuing around the corner, massive windows were in this hall, pointing to the outside the major smiles thinly.
"Garden park, we grow some food items here and there are places to relax, please clean trash and help with the gardening if you wish to eat from it, Colonel Ebner started this collective Garden, so be sure to thank her Comrades..the strawberries are mine.." As if to give another glare, the Major hobbles along pointing to a room directly across from them, opening it electronic noises and chatter is immediately heard. "Command Center, meeting room, you do not be in here unless asked for." Saying this in poor English its likely the woman may be getting tired.
Moving forward was a room that had a sign in English; "Pilots briefing Room." The Major says reading it aloud. "Remember where it is well.." Pausing for a bit, there was a path north, east and south. Pondering which to take first she heads West, the North path didn't matter at all. Opening a pair of double doors ahead were rows of tables and benches, with a food line typical of all military bases and schools. "Mess hall, senior officers have first grabs on the padded booths. The rest of you have the rest. Restroom is to your left. The rest of the areas here past you do not concern you unless you have work duties."
Pointing to her right and walking forward was an open doorway with notably cherry wood floors and a gleaming Oak counter. "This is a place I feel most of you would want to know of. The Bar, you will have rationed amounts of alcohol while in a deployment state, other than that you may purchase alcohol to be consumed here..though senior personal..and more than a few NCO's seem to gain contraband for personal quarters from here." As if to be disturbed by this the Major sighs, she liked to have Vodka time to time, but never felt the need to have it in her quarters.. "Please follow."
Turning back west then taking the southern hall she contuse naming the rooms as they pass. "First on our right is Mail room...you go here when you have note on having mail or a package to send. Da?" Passing on she points to the left. "That is gym, we will enter after." Next was a room that had Administrative wrote on it. "This room is used for various workspace or meetings with other officials one on one..Major Petrov from UN command, Soviet forces uses room at present, but so do others." Looking at Erika it was clear where they would be going once the tour was over.
"Below this is the Colonel's Office she does not mind visitors, but do not enter the room past it without asking, that is her sleeping and living quarters." She didn't bother mentioning the fact they were much more nicer than the others..that was a given. A general would have had a room the size of the Junior officers all to himself..it was how the Military, all Military operated sadly.
Looping back around they enter a the spacious doorway inside was a hall of sorts with glass walls. "This is gym..we have boxing ring, punching bags, running track, weights, treadmills, and changing room..map is in room if confused..Dismissed, do as you wish, supper for our flight is in three hours.." with that the Soviet Pilot remains staring at the group, before working her way past them and back into the hall, heading for the administrative office.
