The man pursed his lips, giving Holder a look that would turn most to stone. "Once they leave the hotel room, I will have security escort them off the premises. As for all of you, you better get going. Now."

"W-We did want to check out that address..."

Stiles paused and thought for a moment for a second too as it didn't work.

" Perhaps someone else found the number, though that does leave the problem of figuring out who and where they are," he said." We did split up three times already, but we still have the problem of the safe itself. Does it look moveable?" He asked, examining to see if it was nailed to anything.

"Perhaps, though I would rather avoid it. My father's sword should not be subject to something such as this," Jack responded, hiding his inner cringe at the thought of hacking away at the metal container. It was unfitting of his blade's power and disrespectful of his family's memory in his mind to demean the sword with such a purpose.

As Stiles began to examine the safe to see if it was bolted to the floor, the samurai stepped forward to offer his aid, "If need be and if I may, I will carry the safe."

"Screw using the numbers!" Zinnia exclaimed suddenly, a mischievous twinkle in her eye. "Let's find a hammer and smash it open! Or climb the roof of the building and throw it hard against the ground! Or smash it with the biggest rock we can find! I'm talking pure, unadulterated violence here! We crush this baby like the bug it is! Hahahahahaha!"

With her cheeky laugh at the end of her words, it was hard to tell whether or not Zinnia was actually being serious. However, she truthfully would've attempted to attack the box should they agreed with her. Yay violence!

"If it's not for photo development, then what...?" Victoria stared at the bottle while the others saw to the safe. Both she and Yurick would get the idea it was actually some kind of drug.

Bullet let out a genuine laugh at Zinnia's antics. "H-Hey..."

"You okay? Respect for trying, but that was a little dumb, you gotta admit." She smiled at Zinnia for a moment, but it was short-lived. Bullet frowned as she lifted her head and stared at the bed. "This place... this room... you don't think he and Rachel might have..." The girl bit her lip.

Victoria sighed at Stiles' question. "No... I really have no idea. I guess I know his birthday, but, like... Ugh. It's impossible. Who's dumb enough to use his birthday as a password?"

"Couldn't tell you, but we'll find out--" Holder moved to leave, but was stopped by a man standing at the door. He looked over the group with a look of disdain.

"What... is the meaning of this? I never allowed you access to our security footage."

"Oops! No? My bad." Holder shrugged and looked to the group. "Little detectives, meet the head honcho of this fine establishment, Benjamin Horne."

"I think it's time you left. All of you."

"Oh?" Rose busied herself by getting Jack the items he requested. "The girl they found? I know she went to Blackwell, but not much else. Isn't that so sad?"

In the car's trunk, there was a box of items labeled Anna. There were no outfits, but various memorabilia related to Mark Jefferson. Books he'd written, photos he'd taken, even some images of him that seemed gathered off the internet. There was a piece of paper with three things written on it: an 8-digit number, a phone number for the casino, and an address to a location just outside of town.

"Hm, this could be a drug or something. If that's the case it'd be best to keep that in mind." Yurick said before turning to see how the progress to finding out what to do with the case was going.

"Perhaps, Bullet, though I would rather not imagine it..." Jack responded after having remained silent for a long while. With a sigh and a shake of his head, the samurai placed a hand on Zinnia's shoulder, "And it is alright, Zinnia. They were... valiant attempts."

When Bullet let out a laugh, Zinnia clenched her fists.

"Heeeey, it's not--"

Zinnia cut herself off, a small smile spreading on her face. Maybe Bullet laughing at her wasn't such a bad thing after all? Bullet had been having a rough time being accused of murders, not to mention having lost her friend Rachel. If Zinnia could make her friends smile, even in the middle of these rough times, that wouldn't be so bad. She couldn't recall a single time she had been in Bullet's presence when she had let out a genuine laugh. It was a good use of what little spirit she had left.

"Yeaaaaah! I sure gave it my all, huh? Ha ha ha ha! I showed that safe whose boss! ...but yeah, I'm okay. Just thought I'd try to take down that mean 'ol safe in my own way!" she exclaimed, sticking her tongue out at it. Afterwards, she glanced to Jack with a smile. "Too bad you don't have your sword with you, huh? I bet you could hack that thing to pieces!" she exclaimed, pumping a fist. "But hopefully Stiles can crack it open, huh?"

Honda got into the car, not all that upset. Sure, the tapes would've been useful, but no matter! The jacket and clue about the erased tapes were great leads. They were going to solve this case, get home.

Though...he wondered. If you died here, were you gone for good? He hoped not. Snow, Byakuya, Neon, Max, Daniel, Bolin, Wanda, Monomi...they were all names that repeated themselves over and over in his mind. Good people, undeserving of being trapped in such a dark place as this. With any luck, this would all be over soon...

"Looking for something to eat?" Victoria said, behind Stiles as he looked into the fridge. There wasn't any food, but bottles filled with chemicals. Victoria frowned at these. "Sort of looks like... the chemicals used in developing photos... That is one thing you don't want to consume."

As Zinnia kicked around food, she may have noticed something shining underneath the bed.

Honda would find traces of blood leading to a closed box. Inside was a jacket. Jude examined it for a moment. "Do you think--"

Holder returned, looking mildly alarmed. "You two. Butts over here, something's up." Holder led them into the security room, where no security was in sight. He brought up a video feed, displaying the storage room Saturday evening. "Watch the time."

The footage jumped ahead an hour at 10:30 PM, as if something was cut out.

"Our teacher booked a room at this hotel the night before. You can see him outside his room throughout Saturday, but he leaves it one last time around ten. Any footage of him past this time doesn't seem to exist."

Rose moved to give Morikubo her tea while she thought more on what Diana asked. She then looked at Rant's card and gave him a leery look before placing it down on the counter. "Ah... I can't accept that card, I'm sorry. And, uh..." Looking between Morikubo and Diana, she said, "Well, we specifically don't have lockers or anything, but if you're looking for some of Anna's stuff, I actually have some in my car. She kept stuff in there sometimes."

Rose held out her car keys, smiling. She was rather trusting, to say the least.

"Pay you... ah, fair enough." Meira shrugged at Rant. "Not that there's any problem if you were. I'm pretty gay myself." Her head then tilted to face Darv, and she gave him a wry smile. "Hey, I have a lot more going on than what goes on between my legs. I do a thousand push-ups every night. I could show you my eye socket too. Wanna see either?"

"The card is legit. Don't worry about it." Rant said as he hopped up on a stool to get to eye level with Rose. "I'm a detective. I'm not walking around with a faulty card."

Rant handed the card to Rose again. He was contemplating just stealing them at this point. Whatever happened he would not take a tab. Never leave a trace. Rant won't break the cycle now. He wiggles it around to get her attention.

Rant then looks over his shoulder at Meira. It was obvious no one noticed his otherworldly appearance. Taking that into account Rant thought for a minute and finally came up with a comeback.

"I'm asexual." Rant replied.

"Th- thank you, Rant," Nono says.​

Nono silently sips her tea for a few seconds, then looks at Rose.

"Show us the magic. Morikubo hopes she knows what she's doing... anyways, I think Holder's team is alright without me... hopefully... there's nothing a child like Morikubo can do in a scary adults-only no-kids-land..."

It was time to investigate the car, after finishing her Gween Tea, and after everyone finished their cawfee, that is.

The first thing Nono tried to pay attention to was the presence of an outfit. She tried to look at the outfit, to see if its approximate height and bust size matched the records on the laptop during the prior investigation with Holder.

Holder drove the group out of town and into the forested back roads in search of the mysterious location. Holder seemed to have a good sense of direction as he honed in on the exact road, a dirt path that led to a deserted barn.

Holder stepped out first, signalling for the pair to follow him to the entrance. Jude examined the barn door. "You'd think there would be a lock-- Oh!" Jude then pointed to the remains of a padlock on the ground. Holder shrugged at this and threw open the doors, revealing a musty interior filled with old, rusted barn equipment.

"There has to be something here," he said. There seemed to be tools on a desk to the side, a scaffolding above, and heaps of hay on the ground.

"Ahem." Rose cleared her throat, giving Meira a vexed look. It took her a moment to answer Nono's question. "Uh... no, I'm afraid. There's not much to say. Everyone liked her. She was a diligent worker here, went to Blackwell... I think she was Mark's student as well, but I'm not sure if I remember right..." She then pointed to a corded phone by the back of the diner. "Sure, phone's right over there."

Rose then points to the phone.

"Th- thank you," Nono bows, before pondering, "Daddy said he would be busy... so the workplace is the best choice now..."

With that, Nono dials the the number of her Producer's office, complete with the frontal code that signified it was an overseas call. An office in a talent agency, in Tokyo, Japan. That was leagues away from where they were. Guess 'Overseas calls' will have to be put on Monokuma's tab too!

Nono did not even consider the possibility that this office may not even exist in this world!

"Ahem." Rose cleared her throat, giving Meira a vexed look. It took her a moment to answer Nono's question. "Uh... no, I'm afraid. There's not much to say. Everyone liked her. She was a diligent worker here, went to Blackwell... I think she was Mark's student as well, but I'm not sure if I remember right..." She then pointed to a corded phone by the back of the diner. "Sure, phone's right over there."

Rose then points to the phone.

"Th- thank you," Nono bows, before pondering, "Daddy said he would be busy... so the workplace is the best choice now..."

With that, Nono dials the the number of her Producer's office, complete with the frontal code that signified it was an overseas call. An office in a talent agency, in Tokyo, Japan. That was leagues away from where they were. Guess 'Overseas calls' will have to be put on Monokuma's tab too!

Nono did not even consider the possibility that this office may not even exist in this world!

Nono slams the phone down. Before she could try calling another number, Diana asked what she found in the car.

"The casino's phone number, this odd eight-digit number and an address, that's what Morikubo acquired from the car. However, this Anna girl... her obsession with Mark Jefferson reminds me of someone Morikubo knows...

... Anna's box, it has a lot of Jefferson items. Books with his name, photographs of him... a shrine dedicated to him, do they call it? This Anna girl must've really loved Jefferson... Morikubo can't say the same about the reverse... should we double-check? Maybe we'll find something else apart from a shrine of what was just described..."

I didn't get to tell them that I'm alright... they must be worried sick about where I am right now," Nono answers, with slight tears in her eyes. "Morikubo hasn't called the casino yet... because she can't... she is not very good at keeping a phone conversation running, especially with adult places like casinos... maybe someone else can do a better job than Morikubo..." Nono's eyes turn to Jack Frost.

Nono displays the information as depicted on the piece of paper, which includes the address to the unidentified place. "Wh- what kind of place would this be, Diana?"
