"So... Science-y stuff brings them back?" Mabel repeated, seeming a little uncertain. However, she slowly seemed to become more and more convinced. "Sweet! I didn't know science worked like that... I bet Grunkle Ford could revive him, then! And Max, too!" she exclaimed, cheerfully. "Haha, he'd be like that Frankenstein dude. Ruuuhhh..." Walking awkwardly with her eyes going in opposite directions, Mabel seemed to imitate the Frankenstein monster before merely breaking into laughter. With her imitation done, Mabel looked to those who had expressed interest in the food. "Heh, alright. Let's see... Uhhh.. I've got beef, chicken, bean, vegetarian, weird miscellaneous thing...." she listed off, counting them off on her fingers. Of course, she lit up when Gwen asked where they'd come from.

"Homemade," she murmured in response, giving off an almost magical effect. "I even have a top secret ingredient!" The statement screamed pride and accomplishment, truthfully. Carefully, she more or less climbed up on Gwen to whisper loudly. "It's glitter." A thoughtful pause. "Err... I think it's glitter. I found it in Grunkle Ford's weird lab..." Shrugging it off, the girl offered them out cheerfully.

As to Shinobu?

"...I have no idea what you just said."

Zinnia stared at Jack like he was an alien. His action did help ease her pain, but she didn't understand why he would do such a thing. "You're helping me, but I've never done anything for you. I thought heros only helped people who deserved it." Even people Zinnia had done things for weren't very nice to her. She had worked for years to save Hoenn, but people had only treated her as if she were a villain. Zinnia figured she must not have deserved praise, not that such a thing was a big deal to her.

"Then Wiruko will take the weird miscellaneous one! There's great chances that Wiruko will find data in it, if you say that you don't know what it is!"

Not even thinking on what she was about to eat, Wiruko went for this one, chomping down on it like the rabid virus she was. Meanwhile, Hideo was starting to wake up after his sudden unconscious period from the whole... transportation over here.

Meteo somehow found his way to where the rest of the people were by accidentally getting in a minecart and it automatically went over.

Food.... I don't feel hungry... Meteo thought when arriving. He then looked around to see anything else of interest.

"What a strange concept, believing that I should only help those who do something for me. That is not the hero's way, Zinnia. One such as I helps as many innocents as they can, no matter how small or great the challenge to do so. Only by following the path of humility, by giving without asking, is a hero truly worthy of such a title."

Well, that was one way to explain his motivation to help others unconditionally.

"Besides, you are also my friend. Remaining as such is enough if you truly desire to repay me."​

"Friend?" Zinnia questioned, more than a little surprised. Had anyone ever even really called her a friend before? Perhaps a long time ago...

Unsure how to act around a friend, she reached over and punched him on the shoulder. It was meant to be a sign of affection, albeit an awkward one. "S-Sure, okay. If you say so, hero. I'm not the best at having friends so I guess you'll have to bear with me." She smiled. "But you're still around, so I guess you are kind of getting used to hanging around me. Props to you for putting up with me," she said with a chuckle.

[Atomyk]

The cave was a narrow passage that burrowed deep into the heart of the mine. Distant sounds carried easily through the tunnel, bringing strange whispers to the ears of those that entered. Light from the previous passage bounced off the rock walls to illuminate the way, but no light could reach the deepest stretches of the tunnel. Going further along, the group would eventually be plunged into darkness, the size of the passage one's only benefit in knowing the way.

The darkness as far as the eye could see, one could almost see something in the distance, though it was likely just the darkness playing tricks on one's mind.

Letting out a disgruntled noise, Pearl moved to the front of the pack. "I'll handle this," she said, reaching up to touch at the gem on her forehead. Of course, with no one's abilities working, Pearl couldn't do a thing. Having temporarily forgotten that, the Gem took a step back, looking defeated. "I'm... sorry. I forgot."

[Midnight Maiden]

Aster was hype for them burritos! She hopped up and down, trying to grab the chicken burrito so she could eat it. :3

Cluck-ka-kawwwww!

As Aster grabbed a chicken burrito(with Mabel assisting by lowering it to Aster a little) and bit into it, the Pokemon would find it to be quite delicious. Whatever alleged 'sparkles' it contained actually seemed to make it taste great. But as Aster kept on eating, a sense of slight paranoia and fear would set in. What could be in this place? What was lurking, waiting to strike?

It seemed Aster had acquired the chicken curse!

At least a comb wasn't growing from Aster's head. :|

Lon'qu sighed a moment before realizing his close proximity to a female while in this cave. That being said Lon'qu decided to speak for a moment. "W-we should s-stick close... H-have someone watch the rear...." it seemed even Lon'qu didn't like the idea of being near a female in general so for now himself and Inigo fell back a little to watch the rear.

"Did it help?"

Granny Weatherwax asked politely at the pinch as the lantern raised into the air. She squinted at the darkness of the woods, looking for who-knows-what. In the meantime, most of Max's possessions seemed to work well enough. The camera for example, seemed no worse for wear before Granny gestured for Max to follow. As they walked through the woods, Granny spoke lightly.

"So tell me Max, how does a girl fall off a train here when the nearest tracks are miles away?"

"Not really." Max said, she looked a little downtrodden knowing it was very unlikely that she was simply dreaming at this point.

However, at the mention of how she got here, max rubbed the back of her neck, honestly trying to recall the whole experience.

"Honestly, I don't know. I was on some traintracks, then I fell in a lake." Max said, she again decided to skip over the detail about her supposed death thing.

On the other hand, she couldn't quite grasp where on earth she was, let alone where those traintracks she had fallen off of had gone, according to Granny Weatherwax, the nearest railroad tracks were practically miles away... How long had she been walking?

"I swam to land... And, then I ended up looking around this forest." She added, figuring there was no harm in mentioning that part of her strange venture into the unknown...

What had she to lose? Except her sanity that is, if she hadn't already been losing her mind at this point, and she was just hallucinating all of this.

[Raven]

Uncle sighed seeing it grow dark he looked to Jade but knew she never planned that far did she. "Jade by chance do you have a flashlight?" He asked and Jade paused to look in her bag in hopes to find her Mighty Moose flashlight. If she didn't find the flashlight she would pull out a Moose to hold while they walked through the darkness. But she seemed to be searching hard in hopes. Uncle soon thought. "I wonder if a chi spell might work? it isn't much but we might could use it's green energy." He said aloud thinking to the group waiting to see what Jade had on her.

"We got this." Dean said. He produced his Sword of Flame.

In his hand, Sam produced his bow of ice.

Chapter Two
"The Lost Bunker"

"So we need somethin' to figure out if people are tellin' the truth, huh? I think I got just the thing! Hold on." Stan would enter into the Mystery Shack rummage through it for a few minutes before finally stepping out with a weird scepter in hand.

"Found it! With this thing we'll solve this mystery in a jiffy! It's a friendship scepter! With this thing out you'll know instantly if someone's lyin'. Or that's how they're supposed to work in theory."

Stan would walk over to Aran and hover the scepter around him. "How was this hunk of junk supposed to work?" Frustrated, he'd accidentally swing the scepter right on Aran's head. As he did so it would shine a bright blue color before dimming once again.

"Blue's good right? I think blue was good. Guess that means you're not a traitor! Too bad this baby needs to recharge so it will probably be conveniently done by the time we need it again."

Lalonde sighed and crossed her arms, evidently not surprised by the outcome of the vote. "That would not have been my personal choice," she muttered. She took a moment to adjust her scarf, pulling it up over her mouth once again. "Well, if our only means of assuring someone's innocence is that scepter, we will have to wait for it to recharge. Let us hope it recovers its energy before another murder occurs, dear."

"That's all well and good," said Ford, stepping in. "But we still must concentrate our efforts on finding out who has hired these killers! It would be foolish to not assume they are also the force behind your missing powers and the malfunctioning portal!"

"But that hardly seems an easy task," said Lalonde. "For one, how do we investigate such a vague threat? Any work we do on the portal could be compromised."

"Hmm, those are very astute observations, Miss Lalonde! How about we--"

"Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh!"

A tiny scream interrupted Ford, the source coming from above the group. Looking up, they would find a bird flying away, and a tiny boy about the size of Dipper falling down tot he ground. Mabel gasped at the sight and ran to catch the boy, holding out her hands and grabbing him from the air. When she opened her hand, the boy turned out to be...

"Dipper?!"

"Uhh, hey there. Nice to drop in, huh? You know--"

The little Dipper taking refuge in Mabel's sweater popped his head up and grimaced. The two Dippers stared at each other, realizing everyone would know the truth now. The one in Mabel's hand noticed the other's missing hat, so he pulled it from his pocket and tossed it up to his clone. "It smells like bird, sorry."

As the clone went to put on the hat, he slipped from Mabel's sweater and fell down into her hand, his clone catching him in his arms.

Now side-by-side, it was easy to see the two Dippers had the numbers three and four on their hats.

Mabel was rather unsure what to make of this. "What... is happening here? Do I have a long lost twin I didn't know about?!"

The two clone shared a glance, and Four quickly dropped Three. "No, no, Mabel," began Three, shaking his hands. "We're clones. It's... probably best you don't call us Dipper. Just call us by the numbers on our hats. It's like... a really long story and we don't really have time to go into it and we're really sorry about whatever mess you're all in and whatever happened to Dipper prime, but we really want to go back to being regular size."

Mabel squinted, looking deep in thought for moment. After a moment, she shrugged and smiled. "Okay! Grunkle Ford, stop whatever gobbledygook thing you were going to suggest! Instead, we need to help out my new twin brothers!"

"Mabel, we're not--"

"WE'RE QUADRUPLETS NOW!"

Mabel seemed overjoyed at this development, the grim reality of the situation forgotten by her for the moment.

"I, uh..." Ford cleared his throat. "All right then, Mabel! You take the group and investigate those crystals. If fortune smiles on us, this all may be related and you may find an important clue!"

"Yes!" Mabel stuffed the clones into the neck of her sweater and began to make a run for it, but she froze when she remembered the storybook. "Oh, right! Grunkle Ford!" The girl turned around and picked the book off the ground, quickly handing it to her great uncle. "Dipper's still missing then, but I think he's in this book! It's probably a weirdo strange Gravity Falls... thing! Think you can take a look at it?"

Ford opened up the book and flipped through the pages. He looked intrigued at what he saw. "You just may be right, Mabel. I'll do everything I can to unlock the mysteries of this book! Lalonde, will you be joining me?" The female scientist nodded in acceptance and Mabel clapped her hands in excitement.

"Let's go!"

Mabel led the group back through the forest, tracing their path back to the ruined church. There, she gestured to the rope leading into a hole in the floor, telling the group that she had been inside before.

Below was an abandoned mine shaft where some strange fauna resided. "It's so much bigger at this size," said Three in awe.

"So... by the way..." Mabel laughed nervously. "There may be dinosaurs down here. Just so you guys know. But don't worry about that... look! A mine cart!" Without waiting for anyone, Mabel ran to a lone mine cart and hopped inside, causing it to start moving along its track. The two clones screamed at the sudden rush.

The group could either follow Mabel down the mine shaft, head into the large archway, or take the small cave off to the side.

Alex was too busy intensely staring at Aran, waiting for the verdict to be made so he could get rid of this slimy little irishman and get going. He didn't have time for this, but he might aswell slow down if it means cutting off some dead weight. And nothing is more worthless and pathetic then a guy who refuses to accept his fate when judgement comes. Director McMullen is like that, and Alex didn't forget about him. Oh, no, McMullen is on the list right next to Elizabeth Greene.

Once this is all said and done, Zeus is going to finish up what they created.

The serious air of Mercer quickly faded away when he noticed a golden unicorn rod being pointed at Aran, supposedly marking him as innocent.

Alex would grumble and turn around, waiting for everyone else to move. Alex walked along the cave path, gripping his axe and looking around as he heard the noises. When he heard that annoying little girl say something about dinosaurs, he was really hoping they weren't going to fight dinosaurs. Then again, on the flip side, Alex recalls being an amazing dino-fighter when he used to play those games with his sister.

Or, well, he thinks he remembers.

Well...for the most part. Any appreciation she had for half the group's initiative was quickly evened out by the other half's lack thereof. With a wave of her staff, she conjured up an illusionary torch to hold in her off-hand, overtaking everyone else in the group to light the way. Though, her choice of light got Grim's quizzical cogs turning, "Er, Mandy, why not create a flashlight instead? A torch seems a bit primitive ta me..." he wondered out loud, more for clarity reasons than to question his master's choices, "Because animals are more afraid of fire," Mandy answered, "And get Hati up here. I want a real source of fire in case any wise guys call my bluff." At the mention of his name, Hati bounded to Mandy's side, Ruff! he barked, licking Mandy's arm and breathing a puff of flame into the air. Cracking a slight smile, she pat the wolgon on the head, "Smart mutt, aren't you?" she commented, watching his tail whip back and forth, "I know a good pet when I see one!"

"Heh...at least you're good for something."

"'Ey! I heard that!"

"Good. I wanted you to." Mandy released some reserved, spiteful laughter at Grim's expense, to which he could only respond to with a grunt and a fold of his arms. Needless to say, he fell quite silent the rest of the trip.

Pearl gave Inigo a confused glance. Was he talking to her? Humans...! They were so strange at times! When he moved away with his friend, she turned to Dean, who pulled out his flaming sword. The passage became illuminated, and Pearl marvelled slightly at the image, her eyes practically sparkling under the light of the flames. "The fuck is this bullshit?" Michiko grumbled as she gave the woman a look herself. She obviously didn't care that she just cursed in front of Mandy. In her eyes the girl acted grown enough. Though...no telling what would happen if she tried to be authoritative and hopefully it wouldn't lead to anything unsavory for everyone.

Anyway, Michiko would keep a hand on her flame sword while in the back of her mind she wondered where Hatchin was and if she was okay.

"So... Science-y stuff brings them back?" Mabel repeated, seeming a little uncertain. However, she slowly seemed to become more and more convinced. "Sweet! I didn't know science worked like that... I bet Grunkle Ford could revive him, then! And Max, too!" she exclaimed, cheerfully. "Haha, he'd be like that Frankenstein dude. Ruuuhhh..." Walking awkwardly with her eyes going in opposite directions, Mabel seemed to imitate the Frankenstein monster before merely breaking into laughter. With her imitation done, Mabel looked to those who had expressed interest in the food. "Heh, alright. Let's see... Uhhh.. I've got beef, chicken, bean, vegetarian, weird miscellaneous thing...." she listed off, counting them off on her fingers. Of course, she lit up when Gwen asked where they'd come from.

"Homemade," she murmured in response, giving off an almost magical effect. "I even have a top secret ingredient!" The statement screamed pride and accomplishment, truthfully. Carefully, she more or less climbed up on Gwen to whisper loudly. "It's glitter." A thoughtful pause. "Err... I think it's glitter. I found it in Grunkle Ford's weird lab..." Shrugging it off, the girl offered them out cheerfully.

This was...an odd turn of events to say the least. Mandy stopped dead in her tracks, but didn't hold either of her weapons out in defense. Instead, she just looked struck with a curious awe. Less in reaction to the skittering, disembodied hands, and more in reaction to the old hag. Her sexual advances on the sociopathic Alex Mercer only garnered more of this morbid curiosity...and was giving Grim a nasty fit of the snickers. Mandy had to admit that she, too, was finding this whole situation incredibly amusing. Alex's reaction in particular was priceless. This was all just a game anyhow, so the two of them found no issue in enjoying it.

The moment the hag showed any hostility, however, Mandy wouldn't hold back.

Meteo somehow found his way to where the rest of the people were by accidentally getting in a minecart and it automatically went over.

When they went to check out the controls, the group wouldn't find too much. There seemed to be a switch that opened and closed the way from which they'd came in, but it didn't seem there was much else that functioned. Except for maybe across town, where, when a certain button was pressed repeatedly....

"Dinosaurs? As someone who just got back home from the Savage Lands I feel like my monthly quota of dinosaur sightings have been fulfilled for a life time." Even so they had to push on forward to try and solve this mystery. "If we see one we'll give it a good punch in the face!"

She turned towards the group. "Anyone heading through the big Archway follow me! Also everyone try to be careful, dinosaurs are no laughing matter, especially with out any powers."

The darkness came over the rather fast as they traversed the cave but the little light that there was would reveal something on the ground.

"Seems like this fellas been here for a long, long time." Kneeling down next to the skeleton she'd pick up the hat and examine it. "If I push this button..." Surprisingly the light on the hat worked. Instead of putting it on her head however she'd use it as a regular flashlight.

"Not the best source of light but it's going to have to do for now. Come on let's get going."

Soon enough the cavern would widen they would be met by an unwelcome visage.

The T-Rex was not the only dinosaur they would see as She-Hulk shone the light further the group would find the entire chamber filled with different dinosaur, both carnivorous and herbivores encased in amber.

"Well gang seems we found our dinosaurs, and by the looks of them I don't need to punch them...yet anyway."

"That kind of looks like my old friend Druj," Gran looks at the Tyrannosaurus Rex and comments. "Brings back some crazy memories. Wouldn't be a stretch for this guy to be some misunderstood warrior of love. I have to admit though, these world's dragons... 'Dinosaurs' right? Some of them look a little bird-like."

Gran looks around for doppelgengars of any other dragon-like comrades and foes he might've met in his adventures. "They're all four-limbed. Not a single one has more than four."

Commenting on a preserved Triceratops, Gran comments, "are these related to Gryphons in any way? They look like the kind of being that would be mistaken for one from afar, based on their supposed bone structure."

@The Mine Shaft​

"Haha, yeah!" Mabel exclaimed, cheering as the group followed her lead on the carts. Said devices of transportation, as well as the track they rode on, were rickety and seemingly very dangerous.... But nobody had died yet, and there was nothing breaking yet, so that was good - right? "Wooooo! Party train is leaving the station!"

As though the fact that the tracks and carts were rickety and unstable wasn't enough, there was a sudden shift in the track - more of a sharp turn, really, that made this little 'joyride' suddenly seem less safe. If Mabel noticed this fact, she didn't really seem to care, considering the excited look plastered on her face.

That smile and excitement didn't fade; even as her cart was sent flying off the track by the sudden curve.

...Uh-oh.

Unluckily for the others that had followed, they met the same fate, with the exception of Koyomi and Shinobu(who had merely ran along the tracks instead of taking a cart). But hey - the crash wasn't too bad, and they were all still alive. Congratulations!

Unlike the rest of the group, Mabel seemed to take quite the hit, tumbling a few feet with her cart landing over her small body. "...Ugh," she muttered, managing to flip the thing over in a surprising show of strength. She rubbed her head quietly for a moment, expression completely unreadable... Before she broke into a wide smile.

"That. Was. Awesome!"

Before she could go on more about how cool and exciting the happening had been, something managed to catch Mabel's eyes. "...Huh?" After staring a moment longer, the young brunette narrowed her eyes, placing her hands on her hips. "Hey.... I know this place!" she exclaimed, grin quickly returning. "This is that crazy lab-y place Wendy, Dipper, Soos and I- ...Wait, who're you?" Apparently, Mabel hadn't been expecting to see some girl there, and was rather confused by the sight.
"Oh HALLELUJAH! I knew somebody was bound to come around this way sometime. Weird abandoned mines are always begging for exploration in the movies. I just...didn't think it'd take so long. But you're here now, so that's all that matters--oh. Who am I? Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeell..."

"There's a funny story about that, actually. See, earlier I ran into this dude down here while trying to find and take a shortcut. Mousy brown hair, a bit utterly focused and rambling on about the migration patterns of ants. I think. It kinda got jumbled up in the heat of the moment when some stranger sneaks up on you in a dark and scary place. Heh heh." She laughed nervously, pulling on her collar and eyes flickering over to the side where Hank's body rested, clearly having been choked to death judging by the bruising lining his throat.

"It was uh...only after that, when I realized I knew the guy! Hank Pym, from that series. Saturday morning cartoon style! I watched all the episodes, sooooooo good. Anyways, yeah he showed up in his good old pristine white labcoat outfit and temperament(Ugh Yellowjacket sucks) and one thing lead to another and yeah. If it helps when I realized I shot a pacifist I totally teared up, bawling but then I remembered he'll be back. Nobody ever dies unless its Uncle Ben, in which case he dies every single time. BUT THAT DOESN'T ANSWER YOUR QUESTION!" Gwen sidled up closer to Mabel with a cheerful grin.

"You can call me Gwenpool. It's actually Gwen Poole but everyone calls me that first one."

Yeah. Mabel must've missed the whole dead body and killing thing.

In any case, it was probably a good idea to start exploring. They seemed to have stumbled upon what, as Mabel had said, must've been some sort of lab. At least, at one point. There were odd things that looked like containment chambers, some broken devices, and even some sort of observation room. It couldn't hurt to take a peek around, but...

"...Oh. And look out for booby traps," Mabel warned, seeming semi-serious for a moment before bursting into a fit of giggles. "...Haha, booby."

Djeeta's attention shifted to her Sword of Flames as it popped a little while they were in the Mines. Since she and Gran had previously picked up the baby basics of alchemy, she had a very brief gist of what this phenomenom was.

With that, they finally reached the scene. As she was slightly late, everyone was there.

"I've seen worse," Djeeta speaks as she looks at the laboratory, "worse and more organised. Maybe this lab runs on the crystal we're looking for?"

"Booby traps? Hehe..." Djeeta responds to the little joke as she licked her lips in an out-of-character menacing way that fit a sadistic dominatrix villain and not a generic-looking fantasy protagonist, "traps..."

Meteo was here too, for she had followed him here, better not lose sight of the kid, before he-​

Koyomi just sorta silently watched all the exchanges back and forth curiously. Man, between those big wrestler guys, and this Gwenpool lady, Americans really were weird.

Meanwhile, not seeming to take any interest in the conversation about some "Hank Pimm" or whoever, Shinobu stood up on whatever platform she could find, placing her hands on her hips and looking down at Mabel when she'd offer the group some tacos.

"I request donuts."

Well, tacos weren't exactly the same, so this wouldn't do at all, would it? Still...

Leaning forward in an attempt to get a better look at the tacos in Mabel's possession, scrutinizing them like a detective looking over hard evidence. "Pocket tacos you call these things? How am I to trust that these are still in good condition? Food that can be stored in one's pockets... Surely, that must be lower than commoner's food. Even a peasant of old would likely think twice, I'd wager."

A fancy and archaic way of saying "These don't look that good." But of course, that was because Shinobu herself was fancy and archaic.

Whoops. Nevermind. Djeeta's short attention span caused her to turn towards the little blonde vampire.

"Come on, kid, you won't know until you try~" Djeeta popped behind Shinobu again. She then looks at Mabel's brace-covered teeth. "But seriously though, what is that made from? And don't your teeth... braces... limit you from eating these 'pocket tacos'? They kind of look like the kind of food to be affected by braces."

"What can I say Mabel, I think a break would be nice. I do love myself some beef."

When Mabel mentioned glitter, Djeeta speaks with nonchalance, "please make it edible."

Djeeta then proceeds to daze about, before she notices a familiar looking blondie. Hatchin was her name, right? "Hey kid," Djeeta speaks, "weren't you accompanied by a hot woman earlier today? Anyways, my name is Djeeta. Nice to meet you."

Not the best conversation starter, but it worked.

Not even thinking on what she was about to eat, Wiruko went for this one, chomping down on it like the rabid virus she was. Meanwhile, Hideo was starting to wake up after his sudden unconscious period from the whole... transportation over here.

Yet again, the probably-somewhat-stale 'delicacy' actually tasted pretty darn good, all things considered.... But it most certainly didn't taste like data. Probably? Regardless, there did seem to be something off about it, because an odd- though not unpleasant -feeling would find it's way to Wiruko's throat. If she were to try to speak to see what this was all about and if her voice still worked, she would find that she could only speak in rhymes! Uh-oh - this was going to be annoying as hell.
