While Breanne is unable to breath underwater she can hold her breath for up to two hours at a time, so she can remain underwater for that long as well. Her skin does not become wrinkly from being in the water for long periods of time either. In whatever form she is in Breanne has the ability to manipulate water, able to move it in a telekinetic way. . Brea is a very quiet and reserved girl. She's very intelligent, and fairly organized most of the time. She likes to think things through before she acts, and gets stressed out when she isn't able to do so. She tends to be very sarcastic, especially with her friends, and extremely blunt. She likes to get straight to the point, and will not tell a white lie to spare someones feelings. For this reason some people may call her a bitch, but that's not exactly the case. She just values honesty. Brea is actually a very kind and thoughtful person, who is always willing to lend a helping hand. She's selfless in the sense that she will always stick up for others. However, she will never stick up for herself. She'd one of those 'suffer in silence' types, and often feels bad asking for anything from someone else. She's a very independent individual, who has trouble revealing things about herself .

Brea was born to a single mother, and has always been an only child. Although she's never met her father, nor does she have any desire to, he always sends a check in the mail for child care. Her mother makes pretty good pay, but her job requires her to leave town for several days at a time very often. Brea was usually left with her grandmother whenever her mother had to leave town, until she turned fourteen. At that time her grandmother had been moved into a nursing home and Brea had to start staying home alone when her mother left town.
At first it took Brea a while to adjust, but she quickly became independent and capable of taking care of herself. She even learned how to control her mermaid abilities mostly on her own. Though, when he mother was around she was willing to talk to Brea about it, since her whole family were mermaids. Her mother got her a debit card when she turned sixteen, and Brea used it to order food each night, since she cannot cook to save her life. Breanne and her mother have always had a distant relationship, but Brea has grown to prefer it over a typical mother and daughter relationship. She's always been a fairly good student, always getting A's and B's in her classes. She picked up the hobby of creative writing along the way, and has competed in several online competitions. No one really knows this about Brea, not even her mother, because she doesn't usually share things about herself like this. But, she is very proud of the competitions she has won.

Wood Elf✮Eye Color✮Wood Elves have abilities that benefit them in nature-like settings. Theodore has enhanced agility, senses and strength. Elves are naturally stealthy, and also good at climbing (especially things similar to trees and rocks). Theodore also has the ability to camouflage with his surroundings, though he is unable to change the color of his clothing in any way. He can also 'speak' to the Earth, and feel vibrations through it when he is barefoot. Wood Elves also have the ability to manipulate the Earth, but this takes years to master, and so he is not very skilled with this yet. Whenever he is using any of his abilities Theodore's ears grow pointy, but otherways they are normal shaped.

. Theodore can very easily be classified as your average nerd. He loves reading comic books and has made a habit out of memorizing useless facts. He's very intelligent and is a fast learner. While he excels in anything academic he fails horribly in anything that involves physical activity. This made him an easy target as a child, and as a result of this he has become very careful in the things he says and does. He's often the kid who sit's in the front of the class but doesn't say anything. If you ask him a question it's likely he'll know the answer, but because he likes to fly under the radar he won't openly offer his help to others. That being said, he has a very kind heart. When asked for help he often does more that what is required, only because he is an over-achiever. He feels most contempt when he is doing something, even if it's just busy work. Otherwise he grows restless and impatient. This loner takes some time to get to know, but if one is able to break his protective shell he never let's them go, because friendship is something he believes should be cherished .

Theodore was the last child born into the King family. He had three older sisters, which had it's ups and downs throughout his childhood. If nothing else it taught young Theo to respect females, and he always felt very loved around his home.
School, sadly, was a different story. It was discovered very early on that, like his father, Theodore would need glasses. That, along with the fact that his name was 'Theodore' gave his peers plenty of reason to tease him. Theodore tried to ignore all the comments that were made, but a child can only do that for so long. And children can be so mean.
When he reached high school things got better. By then he had perfected the art of going unnoticed, and the jocks that bullied him all those years before came to realize it was better to be on the nerd's good side. This meant he was always picked first for group projects and partner-tests, but always last for any sport they played in gym.
Although things got better at school, they got worse at home. One sister after another moved out, until it was just him and Lisa. With Isabella and Ginny out of the house Theo's parents were able to spend more time with him and Lisa. In theory that would be better, but it didn't take long for his parent's to realize that Theodore was extremely intelligent, and they began to question why he had opted not to take more challenging classes. Theodore tried to explain that people who took advanced courses stood out too much for his liking, but they didn't care. His refusal to switch to harder classes caused a rift in their relationship, and this is when Theodore actually started to look forward to school. Especially when he started attending Mountain Oak Academy, because then he only had to go home for holidays.

Talents- Theodore is naturally good with all things electronic. He can also do magic tricks, and even used to do them for the school talent show. He can read extremely quickly, and has a slightly eidetic memory, which allows him to remember much of what he reads. He's basically a vault of useless facts, and can read body language .

. Strengths- When it come to numbers, Theo can make an educated guess with great accuracy. He is also very tolerant of others, thanks to his three sisters, and has a great eye for detail. Theodore also has a lot of determination and is very creative, he can often be found brainstorming. He also excels with technology.
Weaknesses- When it comes to anything physical, Theodore is very slow and he has really bad reflexes. Theo is extremely passive, which makes him both unassertive and easily overlooked. Although he can read body language, Theodore pretty much lacks social skills. He also cannot play any kind of sport. Theo knows nearly nothing about cars, because they do not peak his interest, and he cannot lie to save his life. Theo is also near-sighted, which means he cannot see things far away from him clearly .

. Theodore has a huge fear of stage fright, and is known to faint when he must speak in front of a crowd. He's also afraid of Abandonment, because he believes once he has no more to offer people will discard of him. In addition to this Theodore fears that he is replaceable. And, as unmanly as it is, Theo is terrified of rodents .

Witch✮Eye Color✮Katherine owns a spell book that has been passed down in her family for generations, and it is almost always by her side. Inside are various spells and potions that she an create, starting with the easiest at the beginning of the book and ending in the hardest, which only the most skilled of witches can complete. She is currently only as far as page 109, which means she is able to do exactly 109 spells/potions. As more time passes she learns more and becomes stronger, but mastering a spell or potion takes time and commitment. She is able to cast easier spells- such as turning her pencil into a snake- easily, but is nowhere near the level of being ale to turn a human being into a piano, or even trapping them in a bottle.

. Most people describe Katherine as bad kid with a bad temper. She's rebellious, because she does not like to be told what she can and cannot do, and tends to act impulsively. Often, people judge her before actually talking to her, based on her bad reputation. Sadly, she can't deny any of the rumors. She does throw a punch before asking any questions. She does run her mouth before thinking about the words coming out of it. But, this is mainly because she knows she won't be accepted, so she doesn't even bother to try. Those who really know her will tell you that she's actually a deep and loving young lady, when she wants to be. Kat is naturally protective of everyone, but is even more so of the people she does not know, because she feels like everyone deserves someone. Katherine is actually a very damaged individual, which is why she cares so deeply about others. Most people don't realize this, but the best way to get to know her is through her art. She puts a piece of herself into everything she creates, and is very sentimental. She's outspoken and opinionated, and is more judgmental than she'd like to admit. Understandably, Kat is a guarded and secretive girl who often gives off the mysterious vibe .

Katherine's story started out tragic. Before her, her mother had lost a child, and so it was actually unexpected that Katherine would make it. One would think that the miracle of her birth would be a happy one, but this was not the case. Years before Katherine's mother had been raped... and so she had been hoping for a boy, so her child would not have the chance of suffering through the same experience. Her logic was flawed, obviously, but that didn't stop her mother from overdosing on pills as soon as Katherine was old enough to eat baby food.
The death of her mother hit Katherine's family hard, both emotionally and financially. Her father struggled with the bills for several months before their house was foreclosed on and he and his toddler daughter were forced to move into a small apartment. He was in law school, but it would be a long time before all his hard work would actually start paying off. In the meantime, Katherines grandmother sent the two of them checks in the mail, as well as sent presents for her birthday and Christmas. This is how Katherine came to possess her spell book, which she has kept a secret from her father. Other than the spell book, the presents were always necessities: clothes, shoes, notebooks. One year her grandmother sent a pack of colored pencils... which was when 9-year-old Katherine discovered her artistic talent. She treasured the pencils, and took extra careful care of them.
Growing up Katherine was always labeled as a bad kid. She was often sent to the principles office for 'disruptive behavior', and her reputation followed her to whatever school she went. This caused most teachers to have a negative mindset about her before they even met her, so Kat didn't ever stand a chance. This is really how she got into street art... by the time she hit high school her and her father were better off. In the city there were places you could buy a spot on a wall to paint, like legal graffiti. This became her usual birthday present, her area was always expanding. She made friends with many of the other 'bad kids' who sought refuge there, and with their help she found confidence in herself.
Before she started her Sophomore year Katherine's grandmother sent her father a letter, telling him about Mountain Oak Academy. She did not tell him about the supernatural aspects, and so most of the letter was a lie. But, when he read that she was willing to pay for all the finances, and that it would give Katherine a good start in the world, he agreed to let her go. Katherine received a separate letter, this one with actual details about the school. Sh liked the idea of having an opportunity to meet people more like her, so when her father sat her down to discuss her options she almost instantly decided she wanted to attend the school.[/spoili]

. Hobbies- Practicing Magic and Making art. She likes spray painting the most.
Talents- Other than making art, Katherine has always been a great liar. She's also very good at taking pictures, even though it is her least favorite form of art, and makes decisions easily. She can also cry on command, if that counts as a real talent .

. Strengths- Katherine has a great eye for detail, which is perhaps why she is such a good artist. She's good with her hands and can multi-task. She is also light on her feet, making her able to sprint short distances.
Weaknesses- Katherine is not flexible, and her temper can make her hard to work with. She's naturally rebellious and does not respond well to authority. She is physically weak, and can't do any heavy lifting. Katherine cannot swim, and she can't sing to save her life. She's horrible with kids, and has no maternal instinct, since she never had a motherly figure. She's a slow reader, and can't play any instruments. Lastly, Kat has little control over herself... so if she is pushed she lashes out .
