Appearance: He has unusually crimson eyes and an overall arrogant yet quite handsome face. His hair is usually uncontrolled, the color is black with a slight red tinge. He is almost always smiling whatever the situation. He is considerably built, but it doesn't show at all, rather, he looks a bit scrawny at first glance. He's moderately tall, about 179 cm, which is very tall for an Asian person.

Bio: As a child, Hisao was always peculiar. He didn't seem to be interested in anything a child would like normally, instead experimenting with things and even bothering and hurting his friends just to know what would happen. As he grew up, he came to understand norms and decided to operate within it, at least from the outside. He manipulated people and sabotaged things just to entertain himself.
He always liked to be the observer, out of reach, yet close enough to see the action. Over the years he had done many things, from simple theft, to hacking and breaking and entering. His skills did not get overlooked however, as a certain terrorist organization scouted him and added him to their ranks. During his time with these terrorists, he developed even more deadly skills, one in particular of which is the mastery of explosives and espionage. However, after several successful missions, it was clear that the counter terrorists were going to eradicate his organization. Knowing this, he turned on the terrorists and helped the Russian special forces defeat the terrorists. Over time though, he would continually change sides and betray his employers to suit his tastes, only joining an organization of he deemed it interesting, Finally, he was captured by the CIA before his 24th birthday. Not knowing what to do with him, a certain agent decided that he was too dangerous to be let free, yet too useful to simply ignore, and so he was given a very special task: to infiltrate the UN's high security prison; sector Zero, and investigate the criminals there, from the inside, while reporting to them from time to time. In exchange, his death sentence will be lifted, but they do not have any guarantee that he would get out of the jail or indeed, survive.
This was a fool's deal. It was akin to suicide. A sane, rational person would never accept it, yet it was compellingly entertaining and interesting, and so Hisao, with the cover up as American Immigrant Lucas Shaw, went to the world's most dangerous prison, to shed some light on it, laughing all the way through.
Personality:
Manipulative, inquisitive and playful, Hisao doesn't really care about anything other than what interests him. He will do truly socipathic things if he thinks it's interesting or fun, however, he does have a playful, teasing, charming personality. He is often seen by his peers as either eccentric, sociopathic, or simply insane. He likes to have fun relationships with interesting people, but he never holds any real sympathy or affection beyond that. Despite all of this, when he has to, he can be extremely rational and resourceful. One odd thing about him is that he's almost always polite unless he is playing around, and can sometimes be downright charming. He loves humanity as it is interesting, so he always smiles and often even laughs maniacally.

Often referred to as the snake from hell, Hisao is adept at several martial arts and is experienced in using a gun as well as a bow and a knife. He uses a type of martial arts that focuses on agility, avoiding attacks while using the enemy's strength against them, countering attacks easily. In addition, he is proficient in hacking and bomb manufacture. His main skills though, is his skills in espionage and manipulation. He is a master of ambush and assassination, as well as extremely intelligent and a master negotiator. He can often manipulate people into doing things for him, often with blackmail as he has the deductive reasoning capacity akin to that of Sherlock Holmes and the stealth and wit of that of Arsene Lupin. If there is a chink in his armor, it's that he is often too ambitious and do some stupid and risky things which could easily kill him.
