He smiled at her. "Because we've been walking for awhile and I have pretty good vision." He looked around again and heard a slight rustle. He looked up into a tree and smiled. "Told ya" He pointed where two people sat on a branch.

Lily- *she smiled* woah.. you do have great vision.. *she waved up at the two iI the tree* Hi Jeffrey! Hey Ri!

Ri looked down at Lily not noticing M'ar standing beside her. In her excitement Ri forgot who was around her and jumped down from where she and Jeff were perched. Ri landed gently on the ground in front of Lily and said, "Heyy!"

Lily- *She stares at her for a second then shook her head quick* Well, hello there

"I'm glad you could make it." Ri said smiling. She looked towards M'ar then back at Lily, "You guys know each other?" Ri still got a strange feeling around him but she shook it off.

Lily- Sorta. We just met *She smiled and looked at M'ar then Ri*
Jeffrey- *Made sure nobody was watching him as he jumped down graciously from the tree. He walked over to Ri's side.*

Ri didn't notice Jeff climb down from the tree. He jumped too?she thought. I knew there was something special about him. She smiled and said, "Well im glad you guys could come."

Lily- *she began to get lightheaded but tried to maintain a smile. She simply glanced at her brother with a glazed look in her eyes so he knew.*
Jeffrey- *He smiled* Um.. excuse us for a moment.. *He grabbed his sister and walked her gently into a small patch of woods nearby. He stooped down and snatched up a squirrel.* Drink. *He pushed it onto his sisters lips as it squirmed and wriggled, almost as much as his sister. She finally gave in and drank slowly until it was drained completely.* Better? *Lily nodded and he wiped her mouth then took her back to Ri and M'ar* Sorry about that.. had to test her blood sugar real quick.. didn't want to gross you guys out *he chuckled*

"Are you ok?" she asked Lily. Ri felt queasy at the just the mention of blood. Things like that always made her feel a little sick. She leaned back onto the tree that she and Jeff had jumped out of. She absorbed a little of its energy and felt better immediately. Being in nature always made her feel more like herself. Probably because she born from it but no one had to know that. She looked around making sure she saw no one. Good the coast is still clear she thought.

M'ar grew bored of sitting in the sun. He sucked away his energy slowly making him yawn. He walked over to a shaded tree and smiled at Ri. "So...How about you and Jeffrey?" He chuckled as he yawned again. He watched as Jeffrey and lilly got back. He spoke something about blood sugar. M'ar smirked at the lie. He smelled the animal blood.. He nodded at Lilly his eyes shifted from a light hazel to a dark crimson. He wanted her to feel comfortably...

Ri blushed slightly at M'ar's question. "We're just friends." she said and turned back to face Lily.

Lily- *she smiled at M'ar. He knows. She thought. She tried to cover up her smile at the thought that someone, other than her brother, knew and seemed okay with it. As a matter of fact.. he was the same! Even better!*

Jeffrey- *He walked up back by Ri.* Its a little warm out here, don't you think? *He said as he shidted over into the shadows.*

M'ar chuckled as he stood. "Of course" Ri made M'ar hungry. It was making him uncomfortable. M'ar looked at Lily. He was in love...He had a thing for blondes ,it was even better since she was a vampire. He noticed her tolerance of humans. He walked towards Lily and whispered so only she could her. "How do you restrain yourself?" He grimaced as his fangs pierced his gums involuntarily.

Ri laughed when Jeff metioned it being hot. "I think it's a lovely day." she said stepping out into the sun and lifting her head towards it. Ri had amazing hearing so she heard M'ar's question. They couldn't be...could they? She thought.

*sits in a corner alone using knees as a table for sketch book sketching people as they walk by*... hmm.... *draws a chibi of M'ar eyeing and drooling over Lily*

It was the first day of Lyle's escape. He had on cargos and a purple skull shirt with yellow converses. He ran away from his grandparents home after his Grandfather died. He was the only one who understood him.Lyle was swinging on the swings as a group of people came into his view. He sneaked over to them and hid behind a tree. He watched as a girl sucked a squirrel dry. His heart raced as he hid behind the tree.

He closed his eyes and prayed as he backed up. The 12 year old walked back to the swings and pretended not see anything. He chanted to himself "It's not real...It's not real.." His grandma told him stories about demons who feast on children if they displease their elders. He shuddered realizing he forgot to do the dishes for her.

He scratched his tan skin nervously. He remembered a movie he saw about a girl who loved a vampire. She wanted to be one. (Twilight) He wondered what it would be like to be a vampire. He sighed and thought about returning home. He shook his head no. "They don't want or need me...I can provide for myself." He stopped swinging and looked down at ants walking to their anthill. "So peaceful..."

He noticed a girl sitting at a jungle gym. He wondered what she was doing. He shook his head and looked back down. A tear fell from his face. "Why did he have to go?"

Ri noticed a small boy sitting on the swings by himself. Strange she thought where are his parents. She wanted to go over and speak but thought better of it and stayed with her friends. Well if you could count her standing in the sun and them all under the shade of the tree as "staying with them". She laughed at herself for being so silly.

Lily - *smiled and whispered back* I usually don't.

Jeffrey - *He watched the boy, wondering if he had saw them behind the bushes. He must have! He didn't want to scare the boy.. atleast.. not in broad daylight.. in front of people...so he figured he would confront him later. For now, he just wanted to watch Ri.* So.. *he laughed and rocked back and forth on his heels. Looking at Ri*

Ri laughed again as she watched Jeff rock back and forth on his heels. "Yes?" she asked turning towards him. When she turned she noticed something far off in the distance. She knew she didn't have much longer to stay with her friends.
