"Quantum Suicide"

Minori and Meira wake up, their bodies slumped over a desk. As you would lift your heads, you would find that you look to be the classroom normally used for detention. Anouk, Kumiko, and Jacky sit in their own desks, not breathing.

A light is emitting from the door out into the hallway.

As the final seconds counted down, Horatio came into the Atrium from the opened number 4 door. He looked perplexed as he held a video camera in his hands. It had blood on it. "I... found this," he muttered. "Just sitting in the hallway while I was patrolling. It's Kyle's camera... and he's gone missing, as well as Meira. I think the worst has happened. Evil is surely afoot."

Before the intercom started up, Horatio gave the camera to Jake. "Here, you can just... watch videos on that, right? It might give us some idea what happened to Kyle."

Hesitantly, Jake turned on the camera so he could get a look at the footage on it. He positioned so others could see, but obviously it wasn't quite large enough for everyone to get a look at. It started with a shot of the cafeteria, where it seemed Kyle had been conducting interviews.

"Why's there no sound?" Horatio asked. Jake shook his head. He really had no idea how this camera worked, It seemed rather expensive. "Move ahead," Horatio said. "This part doesn't matter."

Jake at least managed that, getting to footage where Kyle was walking alone with Meira. They seemed to be doing a walking interview, but Jake wondered why in the world they'd do it outside of the cafeteria. It wasn't before long that Meira seemed to hear a noise and started to head back down the hall. Both she and Kyle turned around, and the camera came face to face with a figure you were all becoming very familiar with.

A knife came down and--

The camera fell, the footage ending there.

"Jesus," Jake muttered. After this, the intercom turned on.

"With that out of the way, it's time to move on to another AB Game. Some of you hit betray last time... will you do so again?"

Yui's bracelet would then activate to show 5 BP.

The television screens in the cafeteria indicated the new match ups.

Once you were all situated, the intercom would explain the rules of the game once again. The gates of the booths closed as the explanation began. The teams would be unable to speak with each other as they were in different booths.

"This is called the Ambidex Game, or the AB Game for short. In this game, you are presented with only two options: ALLY or BETRAY. These are your choices concerning the group that you are currently versus. If both parties choose ALLY, both parties receive 2 BP. If one party chooses to BETRAY and the other chooses ALLY, the party who picked BETRAY will receive 3 BP while the party who picked ALLY will lose 2 BP. If both parties choose to BETRAY, neither party will receive any points."

"Players will have 30 minutes to cast their vote. At least one representative of each group must vote. If both parties do not vote, both parties will die. Groups work together and will both receive or lose the same points from the results and groups only get one vote shared amongst all members. Please proceed to deliberate and make your choices."

Within the booth is a touch screen, displaying these choices.

OOC NOTE: This worked out surprisingly well last time. However, remember that votes should be PMed to me to avoid OOC influence!

Perhaps a way to hide their identity from the viewers? In either case, she'd have to keep a special eye out for other sets of these uniforms, and their promimity to certain players. For now though, she concentrated on the current round of the Ambidex game; this time, they didn't have the ability to communicate with the other teams, so, she had to rely on intuition alone... "So... Should we ally?" She asked, turning to Umeko, tilting her head once more.

Viviette sighed heavily, forcing her body to shake as it normally did. It wasn't as difficult as she would've assumed it would be.. But it wasn't easy, either. She bit her lip nervously, glancing at Yui, fearfully. In all truth.. This fear didn't need faked. Teresa was terrified of making the wrong choice, here, or letting her partner make it for her. So, she spoke up. "A-ally.. W-we sh-should hit a-ally," she stammered, uncertainly. "B-betray gets m-more p-points.. B-but p-puts someone at h-higher r-risk of d-dying.."

"Annette, what do you think that we should vote on?" Ilse would sit on the floor of the booth as she waited for an answer. She felt a bit terrible for the woman. Ilse noticed the distance of the two, and who knows what he could be thinking about. The female wanted more sleep, but felt no comfort within the booth. As she played with a strand of her hair, Ilse thought of Tom's warm embrace. What should I say to him? She thought to herself, Is it really alright for us to start something? What if we don't make it out of here...

She remembered when Tom kissed her hand. Oh how the thought of this made her cheeks blush.

[Klutzy Ninja Kitty]

Death was the end of Minori Chihara.

The previously shy, mousy girl vanished from existence, left as nothing but a small segment of memories inside the mind of another girl. But that didn't mean the girl herself was gone. Like a phoenix, she was renewed, reborn. She had returned to the girl she had once been, before the illusion started, her mind set free.

Yuki Nagato lifted her body up off the desk she was slumped over, blinking a few times in confusion. The previously expressive girl who likely would've panicked after having died and appeared in a new location did no such thing. In fact, not a single expression crossed the girl's face. It was blank, intelligent, and emotionless. She was missing her glasses too, and it didn't even matter to her. Yuki didn't need glasses to see, and she was told before by an important person that she looked better without them anyhow.

Although Yuki was calm, the girl was confused.

"Jumbled memory data," she thought to herself, realizing the memories of her real life and her false life were mixed up. "Corrective measures can be taken."

"Deleting false memories," Yuki quietly said, running a program through her mind to erase the false memories. "Program shutting down. Deletion failed." Surprisingly, Yuki found she couldn't do it. The memory data known as Minori Chihara was surrounded by bugs. Yuki didn't understand why, so she decided to leave it alone for now. But in truth, it was because Minori held a stronger place in Yuki's mind than she realized. Deep down, the timid little thing was still fighting to cling onto a spot in her mind.

"Reconfiguring memories," Yuki said after a moment, running a different program in her mind to manage her memories. If she couldn't delete Minori's memories, the least she could do was sort them so they wouldn't be all jumbled up inside her.

"Reconfiguration complete," she uttered after a moment. Once her memories were sorted, Yuki moved onto her next order of business: finding out where she was, why she was there, and who had been the cause of sending her there. It wasn't Haruhi Suzumiya, of that she was certain.

Moving forward, Yuki checked on Anouk, Kumiko, and Jacky for reference of what had happened to them before she headed toward the door that lead out into the hallway.

Thaneo snapped out of his temporary state of lull as those around him chirped with their plans and ideas for the voting. He wasn't much on communication or talking to other people he deemed unworthy, but today he felt like voicing his own opinion.

"I agree with you on that one..." he grumbled leaning against a nearby wall trying to appear tough in his drunken state. The school was starting to become his nightmare, one he wasn't sure if he was ready to wake up from. "It would seem as though betraying...is the smart thing to do..."

All communication with location analyzing software or the Data Integration Thought Entity was down. So she went ahead and asked the mysterious figure in front of her to see if it knew anything.

"You're in the Dark Place. You were killed, deepening your connection with this world. Though, I wouldn't call it a world. It's more of an idea. Or, a collection of ideas. The Dark Presence has existed here for a very long time, and tries to escape in any way that it can. I'm here to protect you all from its influence."

Looking around the cabin, nothing stands out at you. It looks rather normal, if not a bit rustic and old. Light streams in from the windows, and it appears to be daytime, though, the diver's light is the brightest of all.

Ilse looked at her watch while waiting for Annette to respond. She saw that she had 4 BP. It was better than having a one, but she knew it cost a life of someone. Pulling her knees to her chest, the female wished to fall asleep and wake up to see that this nightmare was over. Maybe she would go home.. Back to Germany with her mother. Ilse tried hard to stay strong, especially since Annette was there. She didn't want the adult to worry about her.

Voting for this Ally/Betray thing made her worry more, and she had passed out from the stress.

Kei sighs and shakes his head "I'm done with this stupid game..." he sits back on the floor and shrugs "Don't betray though...one of them is on two points...they'll die if we do..." He cocks a brow at Bryan and coughs "But I know James tried to vote for me...which means he's likely to try and Betray..."

He leans on the wall for a moment and shrugs "You think they'd take the risk of putting you on one point? Or would they decide that getting at me and almost killing you is too much?"
