Right, post in. I wasn't quite sure what your post was about, Piro, so I hope that I understood it correctly.
 
Yeah you got it for the most part, he's our double agent and screwed up the ALF ambush, which is what Carla and the others caught wind of. The only thing that might be unnecessary is Bart warning us, although he'd be the first of the scouting party to actually see the enemy and confirm they are the ALF which is good.

So I'd say you don't have to edit it. It still will do the job.

Big post is up. Sorry about that Whatsacow if ya were gonna do more there....But well I gotta keep to this deadline, not gonna have much spare time on Thursday.... And either way,we're getting to the action.

So the scouting party: Okami and Palonis are fighting the ALF survivors. I described how they'll generally fight/attack in the post.

The escort civilian/research group: Miru, Kazesei, Nichoooo and Whatsacow are gonna deal with the OOA Wind Beasts while protecting the civilians/stalling for the others to arrive if possible. The wind beasts would fight by creating things like tornadoes and wind based attacks of that nature and some may just try to tackle your characters at full speed to knock them over, things like that.

As for how we'll handle the fighting in this. It's simple, you are free to kill the grunts in your posts but can't just wipe em all out effortlessly, gotta really fight them and reasonably beat them.

If you attack Sheena or Bastian, then that would be something I'd have to respond to and react towards and you can't just kill them in a single post. Simple as that really.

That's how it'll work, just explaining it to clarify.

Ummm I think someone just OOM'd pretty hard. Let's go over that last post Okami: You killed two trained military units with a suprise attack we're good so far. Then you protect Bart by breaking a heated predicament and using up a lot of energy...so much that you puncture a "baskestball sized hole" in the personnel's chest. After which two well geared soldiers run away and then 13 wraps up with some extreme gut punching again.

Perhaps the action passed by a bit quick as the other group has barely even responded to the attack and you guys are already finished. In addition seems that 13 is rather unaffected by the extreme physical and mental strain from battle with military units. Although ICSYL is a fantasy based world we try to keep fighting as real as we can. (not an imagination inhibator but a good way to practice writing) We strive not only to make a scene make sense but improve everyone's writing and understanding of one of the toughest things to write in RP's, fighting. So going back to that comment earlier, I believe that 13 is pretty well exhausted and will take a bit of time to catch up to the other group.
 
Yeah, I'm going to have to agree with Piro here, especially since Weavel specifically said not to defeat the group in one post or kill the commander, both of which you did. It's okay to kill one or two guys if you want to, but what you did was more than a little beyond that. You should probably amend your post to account for Weavel's restrictions.
 
doing so noww and my bad didn't see that but i will amend and um sorry but againrusty as hell and writer conflicts especially since I've been doing a lot more gunsmithing than writing lately.
 
OK edited he doesn't kill the commander but also, like to point out this is a pretty small unit and combat like that wouldn't last long but that's my observations of combat and i do realize this is fantasy so sorry for over stepping there.
 
Palonis and Piro hit the nail on the hit. We can't have one character acting all bad-ass and taking out everyone. And the ALF group was given less due to the fact there's only 3 PCs in it and they were wrecked by Edward's interference. I made it clear they'd be harder to take out as well with the emphasis on the armor in there.

With all due respect, you should ask from now on if confused and follow what I say in this OOC more closely and not just kill off characters I say are off limits from killing.

We're good to move on though, the new version is acceptable I suppose..Although it implies Bart saves himself anyhow??? Hmm..

I just am waiting a bit longer for more posts. I don't want us to be far ahead the other group. I'd prefer to advance them both in a single post but we'll see here...

Yep, on that front that's all the OOA has at the moment. But still got the civilians/research team to look out for as well as they would be targeted.
 
Hmm, think I will post here again. Get the feeling the other two posters want more to base their posts off of and gotta get moving with the others as well. Expect post tonight or the next day.
 
Post is up! Ok, the situation changes only slightly for the escort group. Wind Beasts won't directly attack civilians but well, they're not gonna show mercy if they happen to be close by any ABC members. You'll see what I mean in my next post.

Ruby is in need of healing BTW, so that'd give Kazesei something.

And Sheena vs Noe? You can try to interrupt it. That would make sense and be interesting actually..
 
Everyone still in this here or confused on what to post? Hmm, it'd be good to let me know here so I can alleviate that and we can progress.

Apologies for the lack of posting again. Had a job as an exam proctor and that sucked up a great deal of my time, not to mention writing an essay.

Honestly, if you want to NPC my character or something similar if I take too long between posts, that'd be just fine, as the workload I've taken on lately is making it difficult to actually sit down and write anything meaningful. I might be able to get something written up today or tomorrow, but once the week starts again, it's going to be the exact same problem.
 
Ok. I'll keep that in mind Palonis. If you don't get a chance, I will take control of Bart to move things on the ALF front.

I am worried about the other two posters(whatsacow and Kazesei) as well.. So waiting on them to advance things. I am not gonna jump the gun here but if they don't post within a few days here I'll move things forward.

Internet troubles (gotta love the military). I'll have a post up tomorrow by the latest, sorry for the long delay.
