1. She rants and raves about villain-y stuff to her iguana, Fruit Bowl. But when she's worried or scared about something she'll confide in her father. But she won't talk about her villain business.
2. Most days she lives by herself in her small studio apartment, with her iguana. However, sometimes on weekdays she stays over at her parent's house. She gets along quite well with her father and she even changes her sleep schedule so that they can be in sync. However, she tends to clash with her movie star mother and of course her sibling rivalry with her brother always makes an appearance.
3. Her first love was Alice Binkman, a tough girl who owned her own music shop. Alice and Candace got along quite well and they rarely ever fought until one day when Candace was out turning zookeepers into hamsters and setting the zoo animals free, she saw her darling Alice, on a date with another girl. Feeling betrayed, Candace retreated to her apartment where she cried for a week, and stuffed herself full of candy and sushi. Then after she had reigned in her feelings of betrayal and sadness, she returned to Alice's shop, intent on confronting the other girl.
Alice thinking that Candace's absence meant that they were broken up, was with the same girl that she had been with at the zoo. Candace snapped then, all logic flying out of her head, and she turned Alice into a Persian cat, and the girl into a mouse. I think you can guess what happened next.
4. The Gentleman, he was always ruining her plans. Popping out of nowhere and saying condescending things like "Tsk, tsk, oh Circe you should know better!" And there's just something about him that grinds her gears!
5. Her father, her brother and Fruit Bowl. She gave her father a hunting dog (who just so happened to be her former dentist, who accidentally pulled the wrong tooth out), she got her brother a razor that squirted aftershave, as it clipped. And she got her pet one of those super fancy fruit bowls that rich people get.
6. She's a disappointment to her mother, because she sucked at being a pageant girl when she was younger. And she never cooperated when her mother tried to force her to audition for parts and become a child actor.
Her father is always proud of her and constantly tells her so.
7. She likes chatty people who likes to gossip, like her friend Becky. Becky is a blabber mouth but she's the good kind of blabber mouth who has friends who have friends who have friends in high places, so she gets the good deets about said people in high places. Becky runs an art supply shop where, Candace got her first face painting gig. They hit if off almost immediately.
8. Becky and Candace do regular friend stuff, like going to the movies, ogling guys at the mall. Playing kiss, marry, kill, arguing about stupid stuff, then dissolving into laughter over their immaturity.
9. Candace and her father get along very well. They go on regular daddy daughter outings and they constantly have mushy sentimental moments and watch tv shows together and what not.
Candace and her mother are...Well they can't be in the same room together for a long time. Their hatred for each other stems from years of neglect and hurt feelings, and those feelings won't go away any time soon.
Candace and her brother are as cool as rival siblings could be. But that's all they are. They can go months without talking to each other, and when they finally see each other again, they'll give a nod of acknowledgement and go their separate ways.
10. Yes, one brother who's a doctor or something. They don't really have regular catch ups. If they see each other, they see each other and that's that. They aren't similar at all. While Candace doesn't give two shits about basically everyone except for her dad, iguana and friend, her brother is freaking bleeding heart for just about everyone. It's disgusting.
