Well I get pretty salty so... I guess any excess salt would be fine, if my body doesn't die from all my cells ripping.

Honestly a demon. Because being an angel would be boring and not all demons are necessarily bad. Plus with my luck I'd be stuck in heaven and scolded about being an atheist.
