Now I could be a total asshole and and say that you warped to Shiro because Unlike our lovely overlord he has hyper regeneration which is normally subdued, but due to just getting up from surgury is probably running rampant, which means his 'life energy' would be blazing like a inferno.
but that'd be kinda dickish, If rather amusing.

DBZ Ki is based on power level, so Shiro would actually probably give off next to none since his only power is regeneration. His bio-machine might give off a power, but it would be nowhere near as high as Berkaunrora's.

I don't think dragons would need to, or know how to... hold back there Ki, considering animals (including dragons, well, except for Omega Shenron, but that's non-canon) can't sense Ki energy, to my knowledge...

Berkaunrora is a little like Cell too, being quite prideful, but not as hung up on having fun and fair fights. Also, that and SSJ Vegeta's themes are my favorite from DBZ, maybe SSJ2 Gohan's too.
@Zetophi I don't believe animals can sense Ki so I don't think Kamina would have the ability to hold his Ki back. It shouldn't matter though whether he can or not except when in interactions with Eve, unless I introduce more Ki sensitive characters. But anyway Kamina would have a lot of Ki since his powers are all related to his physical body and are based on being fast, durable, and strong. More than the other characters here, since most of them have relatively poor physical stats.

hmm, well I know jack shit about DBZ so I'll defer to you guys, I'm more of a specialist in the tech/scifi side of things. I just assumed Ki was like Chi from D&D so regeneration/healiing kicks out a fuckton of it.

from my knowledge Chi is far weaker than Ki, but the only thing I have to back that up is seeing thousands of arguments between Naruto fans and Dragon Ball Z fans... so it's not really solid proof of that. =(

Chi, in the D&D sense is and I quote "A combination of physical energy, the manifestation of the spirit and determination of will." D&D monks can do things like encase their hands in flame just by extending their Chi, punch someone so fast that its at their resonant frequency, causing mass organ failure, take dragon breath to the face, and even regenerate lost limbs simply by focusing their Chi on it.
So healing kicks out a huge amount of Chi due to the fact your manifesting your own will and spirit to regenerate body parts. your rebuilding limbs with your force of will. Yeah D&D monks are badass as fuck.

I kind of figuered that when my forum updated T.T/I refeeshed.
My speed is standard mach 10 if I am flying normally at full speed, with a shout I can go even faster if needed, or instantly follow, but it takes a good deal of energy, to do so and the delay between shouts is delayed now too... Hence why I didn't just shout your ever living brain out.
The shouts used for speed and offense are the same.
- Speed, Unrelenting Force I have 3 turns before I can use another shout.
Support and Defense are tied as well. 2 turns.
